Abstract

오늘날 TV와 컴퓨터나 휴대전화기의 전자파는 사람의 건강에 큰 위해가 되고 있으나, 제품성능의 눈부신 발달에 비해, 전자기파를 충분히 차폐하여 건강을 지킬 수 있는 제품은 아직 만들어지지 않고 있다. 본 발명은 휴대전화기와 무선전화기의 전자파나 TV와 컴퓨터 화면의 전자파를 차폐하는 발명이며, 또한 상기 전자파를 차폐하는 안경과 보안면 및 화면보안기에 대한 발명이다. 본 발명은 단일자기구역과 빛 투명성을 지니는 미소한 입경의 강자성물질이나 페리자성물질을 투명재질내에 혼합하여 전자기파를 차폐하는, 새로운 원리에 의한 발명으로, 전기파보다 더욱 유해하나 기존의 방법으로 차폐가 불가능하던 자기파까지 포함하여 모든 전자파를 충분히 차폐할 수 있다. 본 발명은 전기파만 일부 차폐할 수 있는 기존의 얇은 코팅방식과는 달리, 두터운 재질의 TV와 컴퓨터나 휴대전화기나 무선전화기의 화면이나, 안경과 보안면과 화면보안기의 투시부분에서, 투명한 유리나 합성수지 재질자체에 입자상이나 섬유상의 전자파차폐물질을 혼합하여, 유해 전자파는 충분히 차폐하며 가시광선만을 선택적으로 통과시킬 수 있다. 사용되는 투명재질의 전자파차폐재는 0.2㎚ ~ 200㎚의 입경범위를 가지고, 바람직하게는 0.2㎚ ~ 200㎚의 입경범위를 가진다. 또한 1010Ω·m 이하의 체적저항을 지니는 도전층을 가지며 안경과 보안면에서는 1011Ω·m 이하의 비저항을 가진다. 휴대전화기나 무선전화기에서는 통화나 대기시의 사용자방향은 전자파차폐재로 차폐하고, 뒷면의 안테나부분은 전체나 부분적으로 전자파차폐재를 사용하지 않아 송수신이 가능하도록 한다. 본 발명으로 해결이 어려웠던 TV와 컴퓨터나 휴대전화기나 무선전화기의 유해한 전자기파를 충분히 차폐하여 새로운 건강시대를 열 수 있다.
