Abstract
본 발명은 태양광 모듈의 세척과 냉각 또는 제설을 위해 태양광 모듈을 고정하는 지지대에 물제트를 분사하는 하나 이상의 노즐을 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조를 제공한다. 최근 태양광 모듈은 대면적화, 무인화, 건물 일체화의 추세를 보이고 있다. 그러나, 태양광 모듈은 단순히 방치만 해 놓으면 발전출력이 떨어지는 요인들이 발생하게 된다. 우선, 장시간 외부환경에 노출되면 표면유리의 오염이 진행되어 광투과도가 점점 낮아진다. 또한 과다 집광에 따른 태양광 모듈의 온도상승은 태양광 모듈의 출력을 떨어뜨리게 된다. 동절기 강설로 인한 태양과 모듈 표면의 적설상태가 방치되면, 그 동안 태양광 발전이 어렵다. 태양광 모듈이 그대로 방치될 경우 발생할 수 있는 상기의 문제점들을 해결하기 위해서 본 발명은 태양광 모듈 표면으로 물제트를 분사하여 세척과 냉각 또는 제설작용을 수행할 수 있는 한 개 이상의 노즐이 설치된 태양광 모듈 관리 시스템을 제공한다. 태양광 모듈의 온도가 과열되는 경우 노즐을 통해 물이 분사되어 태양광 모듈 표면에 물 충돌제트를 발생시킨다. 기존의 물을 흘려주는 방식에 비해 물의 충돌제트{water impinging jet}를 이용한 노즐 물 분사 방식은 열전달이 뛰어나고, 모멘텀 전달로 인한 세척효과가 우수하다. 또한 향상된 상기 열전달 또는 모멘텀 전달 효과로 인해 본 발명이 제공하는 노즐 물 분사를 통한 충돌제트는 상대적으로 우수한 제설 효과를 갖는다.
