- a portion 43 that overlaps with each other via the first adhesive 51 is a base sheet portion 21 that acts in the same manner as the base sheet portion 21 in FIG.
- a hook member 22 is joined to a portion extending from the front side edge portion 11.
- the portion 44 of the sheet piece 40 that is integrated with the inner surface sheet 2 via the third adhesive 53 acts to increase the rigidity and tear strength on the inner surface side of the front side edge portion 11. It is a part regarded as a part of the side edge part 11. Therefore, the second adhesive 52 serves as a part for joining the outer surface 21a of the base sheet portion 21 and the inner surface of the front side edge 11 in FIG. 7, and is joined at the front side edge 11 in FIG. This corresponds to the adhesive 25 forming the part 23. However, in the second adhesive 52, when the portion 43 of the sheet piece 40 is pulled outward in the waist circumference direction R, the peeling force with respect to the third adhesive 53 acts on the inner end portion 44 a of the portion 44. It also works to prevent this.
- Such a front side edge portion 11 in FIG. 7 also has a non-fixed portion 24 outside the second adhesive 52 in the waist circumference direction R.
- the front edge 11 further includes a waist elastic member 16, a leg elastic member 18, and an intermediate elastic member 36 interposed between the inner sheet 2 and the outer sheet 3, and these elastic members 16. , 18 and 36 are joined to at least the inner surface sheet 2 of the inner and outer surface sheets 2 and 3 in a stretched state via a hot melt adhesive (not shown).
- the non-fixed portion 24 of the front side edge portion 11 is curved so as to be folded back in the waist circumference direction R as the elastic members 16, 18, 36 contract.
- a portion including the inner sheet 2, the third adhesive 53, and the portion 44 of the base sheet portion 21 is on the outside, and the outer sheet 3 is on the inside.
- the non-fixed portion 24 that is curved and protrudes to the outside of the diaper 1 also prevents the rear side edge 13 from starting to come off from the front side edge 11 even though it is not necessary. it can.
- the present invention described taking the disposable diaper 1 as an example can be implemented in a worn article having a pant shape such as training pants or incontinence patient pants.
