本实施例提供的控制单元装置, 在发送通知消息之前无需感知用户的标 识信息, 能够根据不同的信息为通知消息选择对应的发布单元装置进行消息 发布, 且通过通知对象指示信息指示接收该通知消息的用户终端, 避免造成 网络资源浪费; 满足发送通知消息的个性化需求。 图 2为本发明发布单元装置实施例的结构示意图, 如图 2所示, 该发布 单元装置包括第一接收模块 21、 确定模块 22和第二发送模块 23 , 其中第一 接收模块 21用于接收控制单元装置发送的通知消息, 所述通知消息包括通知 内容信息; 确定模块 22用于确定接收所述通知消息的接收单元装置; 第二发 送模块 23用于将所述通知消息发送给附着在所述发布单元装置上的接收单元 装置。
具体地, 当发布单元装置中的第一接收模块 21接收控制单元装置发送的 包括通知内容信息的通知消息后, 将该通知消息转发给确定模块 22; 当控制 单元装置发来的通知消息中还包括通知对象指示信息、 通知消息相关节目指 示信息和通知消息产生单元指示信息中的任意一种或几种的组合的时候, 消 息接收工作还可以由第一接收模块 21完成。 确定模块 22根据通知消息中的 各个指示信息, 确定接收该通知消息的接收单元装置; 并通过第二发送模块 23将通知消息发送给附着在其上的接收单元装置, 例如用户终端等, 并在指 定的相关节目中显示通知内容信息, 系统根据通知消息中的各个指示信息, 达到满足个性化发送通知消息的目的。
进一步地,第二发送模块 23包括第一封装子模块 231和发送子模块 232, 其中第一封装子模块 231 用于单独打包所述通知消息或对所述通知消息和通 知消息相关节目的媒体流一起进行打包处理; 发送子模块 232用于向所述接 收单元装置发送所述经过打包处理的通知消息。
发布单元装置接收到控制单元装置发来的通知消息后, 若发布单元装置 为 MF, 则由 MF中第二发送模块 23中的第一封装子模块 231对通知消息进 行封装, 或将通知消息同通知消息相关节目的媒体流一起进行封装打包, 并 由发送子模块 232将打包好的通知消息发给接收单元装置。 当通知消息中不 存在通知对象, 并且可以根据通知消息产生单元指示信息确定通知对象时, 由发布单元装置中的第二封装子模块 233将根据通知消息产生单元指示信息 确定的通知对象信息添加到所述通知消息中, 然后由发送子模块 232将打包 好的通知消息发给接收单元装置。
本实施例提供的发布单元装置, 能够针对媒体层面或信令层面的不同通 知消息进行相应的处理, 通过对通知消息和对应节目媒体流的封装满足发送 通知消息的个性化需求, 避免造成网络资源浪费。
图 3为本发明接收单元装置实施例的结构示意图, 如图 3所示, 该接收 单元装置包括解析模块 31和处理模块 32, 其中解析模块 31用于对接收到的 通知消息进行解析得到解析结果, 所述通知消息包括通知内容信息; 处理模 块 32用于根据所述解析结果, 在对应的显示区域内呈现所述通知内容信息。
具体地, 接收单元装置中的解析模块 31接收到发布单元装置发送的通知 消息后, 首先对该通知消息进行解析并得到解析结果, 然后通过接收单元装 置中的判断模块 33 根据所述解析结果判断所述接收单元装置是否为通知对 象, 若满足, 则由处理模块 32根据解析结果对通知消息进行处理。 具体为, 若解析模块 31判断得知接收单元装置为通知对象或当通知消息中不携带通知 对象指示或通知对象指示为 0或空或全部时, 处理模块 32呈现该通知内容或 根据通知内容进行指定的操作, 具体地, 若解析结果包含通知消息相关节目 指示信息, 则在通知消息相关节目媒体内容显示的区域内呈现该通知内容, 否则在终端整个显示区域内呈现该通知消息; 若判断得知接收单元装置不是 通知对象, 则放弃该通知消息不做处理。 具体判断方式为: 当通知消息中携 带通知对象指示时, 用户终端解析通知对象指示, 判断通知对象中是否包含 自己, 若包含则呈现该通知内容或根据通知内容进行指定的操作, 否则抛弃 该通知消息, 若包含通知消息相关节目指示, 则在通知消息相关节目媒体内 容显示的区域内呈现该通知内容, 否则在终端整个显示区域内呈现该通知消 息;
当通知消息中不携带通知对象指示或通知对象指示为 0或空或全部时, 收到通知消息的用户终端均呈现该通知内容或根据通知内容进行指定的操 作, 若包含通知消息相关节目指示, 则在通知消息相关节目媒体内容显示的 区域内呈现该通知内容, 否则在终端整个显示区域内呈现该通知消息; 当通知消息中携带的通知对象指示为条件表达式时, 终端判断自己是否 满足预置条件, 满足时呈现该通知内容或根据通知内容进行指定的操作, 若 包含通知消息相关节目指示, 则在通知消息相关节目媒体内容显示的区域内 呈现该通知内容, 否则在终端整个显示区域内呈现该通知消息。
本实施例提供的接收单元装置, 能够根据通知消息中的指示进行相应的 显示等处理, 满足个性化显示通知消息的需求。
由上述实施例中提供的控制单元、 发布单元和接收单元组成的系统中, 接收单元接收来自控制单元发送的通知消息, 并进行相应的操作。 接收单元 可以是 IPTV终端、 IMS终端等, 与发布单元之间的接口 E1可以是 SIP接口、 RTP/RTCP ( Realtime Transport Protocol , 实时传送协议 / Realtime Transport Control Protocol, 实时传送控制协议)、 RTSP ( Real Time Streaming Protocol, 实时流传输协议)接口、 IGMP ( Internet Group Message Protocol, 互联网组管 理协议)接口, 如现有 "Tispan" IPTV标准中的 Xc/Xd接口; 发布单元接收 来自控制单元的通知消息, 将其转发给接收单元。 发布单元可以是 IMS核心 网的网络实体(如 S-CSCF、 P-CSCF, SCF、 AS等)、 GGSN、 NASS等实体 或其他核心网网络实体, 还可以媒体功能实体( Media Function; 以下简称: MF ), 即单播节目中提供媒体流的 MF或多播节目中提供媒体流的多播源,与 控制单元之间的 E2接口可以是直接的 SIP接口、 超文本传输协议( Hypertext Transfer Protocol; 以下简称: HTTP )接口、 RTP/RTCP、 UDP ( User Datagram Protocol, 用户数据才艮协议)、 TCP ( Transmission Control Protocol, 传输控制 协议)、 RTSP接口、 私有协议接口等, 或间接经过 IMS核心网的 SIP接口; 控制单元将自身生成或来自其他网络实体的通知消息根据预置条件通过 E2接 口发送给发布单元, 控制单元可以是应用服务器 AS、 业务控制功能 SCF、 业 务触发器( service broker, SB ), 管理实体等。
此外, 上述控制单元还可以在满足特定的预置条件时向用户发送通知消 息; 具体地, 向用户发送通知消息的预置条件可以是时间触发, 包括用户设 定的提醒定时器、 到达 PPV节目播放时间、 到达广告播放时间、 到达免费观 看结束时间等; 还可以是事件触发, 包括出现最新上线的节目、 发现符合用 户偏好的节目、 发现紧急事件等。
本发明实施例提供的通知消息发送系统, 在发送通知消息之前无需感知 用户的标识信息, 无论用户终端处于何种状态均可向其发送通知消息; 且通 过通知对象指示信息指示接收该通知消息的用户终端, 避免造成网络资源浪 费; 满足发送通知消息的个性化需求。
图 4为本发明通知消息发送方法实施例一的流程图, 如图 4所示, 该方 法包括:
步骤 100, 控制单元向发布单元发送通知消息;
当到达控制单元向用户发送通知消息的触发条件时, 控制单元通过与发 布单元之间的接口发送一条通知消息给发布单元。 其中所述的触发条件可以 是时间触发, 包括用户设定的提醒定时器、 到达 PPV节目播放时间、 到达广 告播放时间、 到达免费观看结束时间等; 还可以是事件触发, 包括出现最新 上线的节目、 发现符合用户偏好的节目、 发现紧急事件等。
在发送给发布单元的通知消息中包括通知内容信息, 如广告内容、 通知 正文部分。 进一步地, 为了满足通知消息发送的个性化需求, 该通知消息中 还可以包含通知对象指示信息, 用于指示接收到通知消息的接收单元是否显 示该通知消息; 还可以包含通知消息相关节目指示信息, 用于终端实现节目 和通知消息的关联; 还可以包含通知消息产生单元指示信息, 用于指示通知 消息的来源地。 也就是说, 在一条通知消息中除了包括通知内容信息之外, 还可以包括通知对象指示信息、 通知消息相关节目指示信息和通知消息产生 单元指示信息中的任意一种或几种的组合。
所述通知对象为接收通知内容信息的所有用户, 通知对象为网络根据触 发条件指定的, 可以是明确身份的用户或不明确身份的用户, 如 PPV节目到 时提醒时, 通知对象为预定了 PPV节目的用户, 预定 PPV节目的用户信息在 网络均有存储, 通知对象为指定用户身份的用户; 再如向观看某个频道的用 户发送广告时, 通知对象为观看该频道的所有用户;
当通知对象为明确身份的用户且只有一个时, 携带的通知对象指示信息 为该通知对象的用户标识, 如 IMS公共用户标识;
当通知对象为明确身份的用户且有一个以上时, 携带的通知对象指示信 息为所有通知对象的用户标识, 多个用户标识可以罗列表示, 也可以通过正 则表达式的形式表示。
通知对象也可以是不明确身份的用户, 例如观看节目的所有用户、 观看 某个节目的满足某个条件的所有用户、 在某个区域内的用户等, 此种情况下, 通知消息中可以不携带通知对象指示信息, 或通知对象指示信息为 0或空或 全部; 通知对象指示信息还可以是条件表达式, 如偏好满足什么条件(如年 龄在 18-28之间) 的用户、 终端能力满足什么条件 (如终端为 SD ) 的用户、 正在观看什么节目 (如 CCTV1频道 )的用户、 在什么域内 (如 shenzhen.com 域) 的用户等。
所述通知消息相关节目可以是由网络指定, 如由网络指定的广告所属的 节目 (广告在 CCTV1频道播放); 或通知对象正在观看的节目, 或通知内容 信息所依附的节目, 如设定 PPV节目到时提醒的用户正在观看的节目, 可以 通过获取该用户的 "IPTV Presence" 信息来获取用户当前正在观看的节目。 通知消息相关节目指示信息用于实现节目与通知内容的关联, 可以是通知消 息相关节目标识信息, 如网络指定在 CCTV1频道播放广告, 相关节目指示为 CCTV1频道标识, 终端在 CCTV1频道的播放区域内显示通知消息; 再如预 定 PPV节目的用户正在观看 VOD1节目, 相关节目指示为 VOD1节目标识, 终端在 VOD1节目播放区域内显示提醒信息等。
所述通知消息产生单元指示信息为产生通知内容信息的实体或网络的标 识信息, 如 "Shenzhen.com" 网络标识、 EAS-SCF实体标识等 通知消息中还可以包含多条通知内容信息, 以及与通知内容信息对应的 通知对象指示信息、 通知消息相关节目指示信息、 通知消息产生单元指示信 息, 这些通知内容对应的通知对象指示信息和通知相关节目指示信息可以相 同也可以不同。
控制单元可以根据通知消息或根据网络配置或控制单元自身存储信息决 定将该通知消息发送给哪个发布单元。 如发布单元为控制单元存储的附着到 其上的网络实体, 例如控制单元为 AS, 发布单元为第三方注册到 AS上的所 有用户注册的 S-CSCF ( Servlng-Call Session Control Function, 服务 -呼叫会话 控制功能); 再如控制单元根据通知消息相关节目来决定发布单元, 控制单元 获取相关节目的元数据信息找到提供节目媒体流的 MF地址,例如 SCF从 SSF 获取 CCTV1频道的元数据信息, 找到 MF的地址; 或控制单元在自身存储的 信息中获取提供节目媒体流的 MF地址; 再如 SCF根据通知对象和相关节目 从自身存储的信息中查找出 MF的地址; 当相关节目为单播节目时, MF地址 为提供单播媒体流的媒体服务器地址, 当相关节目为多播节目时, MF地址为 提供多播媒体流的多播源地址。
控制单元在确定接收该通知消息的发布单元后, 将包括通知内容信息和 各种指示信息的通知消息发送给发布单元。 当发布单元为 MF 时, 通知消息 相关节目指示信息用于指示 MF将通知消息封装在哪个节目的媒体流中, 通 知对象指示信息用于指示 MF将通知消息封装在发送给哪个用户的媒体流中。 通知消息可以是标准的 HTTP 消息、 SIP 消息等, 也可以是私有的消息, 如 SOAP命令、 Mpeg4媒体内容等。控制单元发送给 MF的通知消息可以通过控 制单元与 MF之间的直接的 SIP接口、 HTTP接口、 RTP/RTCP、 UDP、 TCP、 RTSP接口或私有协议接口等, 或间接经过 IMS核心网的 SIP接口发送。如在 直接接口中通过 HTTP信令消息传送;再如在直接接口中通过控制单元与 MF 之间 SIP会话协商建立的媒体通道发送;再如在间接接口中通过 SIP信令消息 传送; 再如直接接口和间接接口联合使用, 通过间接 SIP接口协商直接接口 的媒体通道,再通过协商好的媒体通道发送通知消息。当发布单元可以为 IMS 核心网的网络实体(如 S-CSCF、 P-CSCF, SCF、 AS等)、 GGSN或 NASS等 实体时, 通知对象指示信息用于指示发布单元将通知消息转发给哪些用户, 通知消息为标准 SIP消息, 可以经过 SIP接口发送到发布单元。
步骤 101 ,发布单元接收控制单元发送的通知消息后, 确定接收所述通知 消息的接收单元, 并将所述通知消息发送给所述接收单元;
发布单元将该通知消息向附着在其上的接收单元设备进行广播(所有的、 或一群的)发送, 由于发布单元分为负责媒体层面的 MF和负责信令层面的 IMS 核心网实体两种, 以下分别对两种发布单元接收到通知消息后的处理过 程进行详细说明。
当发布单元为 MF且通知消息中包含一条通知内容时:
当通知消息不包含该通知消息对应的通知消息相关节目指示信息时, MF 默认通知消息相关节目为自身所能提供的所有节目;
当通知消息包含该通知消息对应的通知对象指示信息, 且通知消息相关 节目为单播时, MF将对应的通知消息单独打包或与通知对象正在观看的消息 相关节目的媒体流一起打包, 通过与通知对象之间建立的媒体通道发送给通 知对象即用户终端; 当通知消息相关节目为组播时, MF将通知消息单独打包 或与消息相关节目媒体流一起打包, 发送给各个多播复制点, 然后用户终端 从多播复制点获取媒体内容;
当通知消息不包含该通知消息对应的通知对象指示信息或通知对象指示 信息为 0或空或全部, 且当通知消息相关节目为单播时, MF将通知消息单独 打包或与观看通知消息相关节目的每个用户的媒体流一起打包, 通过与每个 观看通知消息相关节目的用户终端之间建立的媒体通道发送给用户终端; 当 通知消息相关节目为组播时, MF将通知消息单独打包或与通知消息相关节目 媒体流一起打包, 发送给各个多播复制点, 然后用户终端从多播复制点获取 媒体内容; 当该通知消息对应的通知对象指示信息为条件表达式, 且当通知消息相 关节目为单播时, MF可以将通知消息单独打包或与观看通知消息相关节目的 每个用户的媒体流一起打包, 通过与每个观看通知消息相关节目的用户终端 之间建立的媒体通道发送给用户终端; MF还可以将通知消息单独打包或与观 看通知消息相关节目的, 且满足条件表达式的用户的媒体流一起打包, 通过 与这些用户终端之间建立的媒体通道发送给用户终端; 当封装节目为组播时, MF将通知消息单独打包或与通知消息相关节目媒体流一起打包,发送给各个 多播复制点, 用户终端再从多播复制点获取媒体内容, 同时 MF 可以将根据 条件表达式确定的通知对象信息添加进通知消息中, 作为通知对象指示信息 一起发送给用户终端;
当通知消息不包含该通知消息对应的通知对象指示信息或通知对象指示 信息为 0或空或全部时, MF还可以根据通知消息产生单元指示信息确定通知 对象时, 当通知消息相关节目为单播时, MF可以将通知消息单独打包或与观 看通知消息相关节目的根据通知消息产生单元确定的通知对象即用户终端的 媒体流一起打包, 通过与这些用户终端之间建立的媒体通道发送给用户终端; 当封装节目为组播时, MF可以将根据通知消息产生单元确定的通知对象信息 添加进通知消息中作为通知对象指示信息, 将该通知消息单独打包或与通知 消息相关节目的媒体流一起打包 , 发送给各个多播复制点, 用户终端从多播 复制点获取媒体内容。
当通知消息中包含多条通知内容信息时, MF可以根据每条通知内容对应 的通知消息相关节目指示信息和通知对象指示信息进行上述处理; 同时当存 在通知内容对应的通知消息相关节目相同且为组播时, MF可以将这些通知消 息同时进行上述封装打包处理。
发布单元可以为 IMS核心网的网络实体(如 S-CSCF、 P-CSCF, SCF、 AS等)、 GGSN、 NASS等实体, 且当通知消息中包含一条通知内容信息时: 当通知消息包含该通知消息对应的通知对象指示信息时, 发布单元根据 通知对象指示信息确定接收通知消息的通知对象, 将通知消息发送到对应的 通知对象即接收单元;
当通知消息不包含该通知消息对应的通知对象指示信息或该通知消息对 应的通知对象指示信息为 0或空或全部时, 发布单元确定通知对象为附着在 所述发布单元上的所有接收单元, 可以将通知消息发送给附着到其上的所有 接收单元, 如 P-CSCF将通知消息发送给所有在 P-CSCF上登记的用户, 再如 GGSN将通知消息发送给所有在 GGSN上接入核心网 CN的用户; 发布单元 还可以根据通知消息产生单元指示信息来确定接收所述通知消息的通知对象 即接收单元, 将通知消息发送给确定的通知对象, 如为通知消息产生单元指 示信息为 "EAS-SCF@shenzhen.com" , S-CSCF判断为 EAS通知消息, 域信 息为 "shenzhen.com" , 于是查找附着在其上的位置信息在 "shenzhen" 的用 户的 P-CSCF, 将通知消息发送给这些 P-CSCF, P-CSCF在根据通知消息产生 单元指示信息查找附着在其上的位置信息在 "Shenzhen" 的用户, 将通知消息 发送给这些用户。 其中 S-CSCF可以在用户发起注册时, 保存用户标识、 用户 位置信息和 P-CSCF之间的对应关系, 再如 GGSN根据包含通知消息 IP包的 产生单元 P-CSCF,如 P-CSCF的 IP地址或端口等,将通知消息发送给所有在 GGSN上接入核心网 CN的用户;
当通知消息包含该通知消息对应的通知对象指示信息为条件表达式时, 发布单元可以向附着在其上的每个接收单元发送该通知消息, 还可以将通知 消息发送给附着在其上的满足条件表达式的接收单元, 如为条件表达式 "发 送给在 'shenzhen' 的用户", S-CSCF查找附着在其上的并附着了位置信息在 "shenzhen" 的用户的 P-CSCF, 将通知消息发送给这些 P-CSCF, P-CSCF在 根据条件表达式查找附着在其上的位置信息在 "shenzhen" 的用户, 将通知消 息发送给这些用户。
当通知消息中包含多条通知内容信息时, 发布单元可以根据每条通知内 容对应的通知对象指示信息进行上述处理; 同时当通知内容信息对应的通知 对象相同时, MF可以将这些通知消息同时进行上述处理。
步骤 102, 接收单元解析收到的通知消息, 决定处理或抛弃该通知消息; 当通知消息中携带通知对象指示信息时, 接收单元即用户终端解析通知 对象指示信息, 判断通知对象中是否包含本身, 若包含, 则呈现该通知内容 信息或根据通知内容信息进行指定的操作, 否则抛弃该通知消息; 若通知消 息中包含通知消息相关节目指示信息, 则在通知消息相关节目媒体内容显示 的区域内呈现该通知内容, 否则在终端整个显示区域内呈现该通知消息; 当通知消息中不携带通知对象指示信息或通知对象指示信息为 0或空或 全部时, 收到通知消息的用户终端均呈现该通知内容信息或根据通知内容信 息进行指定的操作; 若包含通知消息相关节目指示信息, 则在通知消息相关 节目媒体内容显示的区域内呈现该通知内容, 否则在终端整个显示区域内呈 现该通知消息;
当通知消息中携带的通知对象指示信息为条件表达式时, 与终端判断自 己是否满足预置条件, 满足时呈现该通知内容信息或根据通知内容信息进行 指定的操作; 若包含通知消息相关节目指示信息, 则在通知消息相关节目媒 体内容显示的区域内呈现该通知内容, 否则在终端整个显示区域内呈现该通 知消息。
本发明实施例提供的通知消息发送方法应用在 IMS网络中时, 网络可以 在同一时刻将同一通知消息发送给处于任意状态下的单个用户; 网络在同一 时刻将同一通知消息发送给处于不同状态的一个以上(本域内所有或部分) 的用户, 如 IMS网络的紧急消息, 需要在同一时刻发送给附着在该网络的所 有用户; 同时存在网络能感知需要通知的用户的身份信息, 还存在网络不能 感知到需要通知的用户的身份情况; 方法应用在 IPTV 系统单 /组播节目发送 中, 网络在同一时刻将同一通知消息发送给观看该节目的所有用户; 单 /组播 节目中, 网络在同一时刻将一通知消息发送给观看该节目的部分用户 (如满 足特定条件的用户), 进一步同一时刻将另一通知消息发送给观看该节目的其 他部分用户; 避免了不能获知用户身份的情况下无法发送通知消息的情况, 减少了通知消息的发送数量, 满足了通知消息发送的个性化需求, 并做到网 络负荷最小。
图 5为本发明通知消息发送方法实施例二的信令流程图, 如图 5所示, 该实施例是为观看直播频道 CCTV1的所有用户下发通知消息,通知内容信息 可以是浮动式广告、 CCTV1频道的一些节目通知信息、 实时新闻、 天气预报 等, 图中 SCF为控制单元, BC-MF为发布单元, IPTV终端为接收单元, 该 方法包括如下步骤:
步骤 la, SCF需要将通知消息发送给观看 CCTV1频道节目的所有用户, 通过获取 CCTV1 频道的元数据信息, 获知 CCTV1 为组播节目, 以及提供 CCTV1频道媒体流的发布单元 BC-MF的地址,通知消息相关节目为 CCTV1 , 通知对象为观看 CCTV1的所有用户。
步骤 2a, SCF发送通知消息到提供 CCTV1频道节目的 BC-MF, 通知消 息中携带通知内容信息, 以及通知相关节目指示信息为 CCTV1频道标识, 根 据通知对象确定通知对象指示为空;
SCF可以通过与媒体源 BC-MF之间的直接 HTTP接口发送通知消息,如 通知消息为 HTTP消息递交, 其中携带 SOAP命令, 命令参数为通知内容信 息、 通知消息相关节目指示信息为 CCTV1 频道标识、 通知对象指示信息为 NULL;
SCF还可以利用与内容源 BC-MF之间的间接 SIP接口(如通过 IMS核心 网 S-CSCF )来发送通知消息, 如通知消息为 "SIP Message" 消息, "Message Request URI" 为 BC-MF地址, "Message Body" 中携带 SOAP命令, 命令参 数为通知内容信息、通知消息相关节目指示信息为 LTV1节目标识、通知对象 指示信息指示通知对象为用户年龄在 18-28之间的用户;
通知消息还可以利用 SCF与 BC-MF之间通过直接接口或间接接口进行会 话协商建立的媒体通道发送,如通过 "invite" ,携带 SDP信息 m=text 12345 TCP HTTP来与 BC-MF之间进行 SDP协商建立基于 TCP的媒体通道, 如通知消 息为 HTTP消息, 其中携带 SOAP命令, 命令参数为推荐信息、 通知消息相 关节目指示( VOD节目标识)、 通知对象(用户的 IMS身份标识)。
步骤 3a, BC-MF识别通知消息, 根据通知消息相关节目指示信息和通知 对象指示信息, 将通知消息封装进 CCTV1频道的媒体流中, 于是 BC-MF按 照 CCTV1频道的封装方式将收到的通知消息封装进 CCTV1频道的媒体流中, 如按照 MPEG2-TS的封装格式进行封装; 如执行 SOAP命令, 执行结果为将 通知消息封装进 CCTV1的媒体流中。
步骤 4a , BC-MF 将包含通知消息的媒体流发送到各个组播复制点 ECF/EFF。
步骤 5a, 组播复制点 ECF/EFF将包含通知消息的媒体流发送给加入组播 组的所有用户。
步骤 6a, IPTV终端接收到通知消息后, 判断通知消息中携带通知对象指 示信息为空,则所有收到通知消息的用户均在 CCTV1显示区域内显示通知消 息。
在上述实施例中, 可以在通知消息中同时携带多个通知内容信息, 及对 应的通知消息相关节目指示信息和通知对象指示信息。
本实施例提供的方法可以实现网络在同一时刻将同一通知消息发送给观 看特定节目的所有用户, 满足了通知消息的个性化发送。
图 6为本发明通知消息发送方法实施例三的信令流程图, 如图 6所示, 该实施例是为观看同一直播节目 LTV1 的、 偏好信息相同的用户下发同一广 告, IPTV终端 A为 18-28岁之间观看广告的用户终端, IPTV终端 B为 48-58 岁之间不观看这个收到的广告的用户终端, 图中 SCF为控制单元, BC-MF和 ECF/EFF为发布单元, IPTV终端为接收单元, 该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤 lb, SCF判断 LTV1节目为组播节目, 查找提供 LTV1节目媒体流 的 BC-MF, 如通过获取 LTV1节目的元数据信息, 获知 LTV1为组播节目, 以及 BC-MF的地址, 确定通知消息相关节目为 LTV1节目, 通知对象为观看 LTV1频道的 18-28岁之间的用户。
步骤 2b, SCF发送通知消息到提供 LTV1节目的 BC-MF, 其中通知消息 中携带通知内容信息,通知消息相关节目指示信息为 LTV1节目标识,通知对 象指示信息为条件表达式, 即用户年龄在 18-28之间。
步骤 3b, BC-MF识别通知消息, 根据通知消息相关节目指示信息和通知 对象指示信息, 将通知消息封装进 LTV1节目的媒体流中, 于是按照 LTV1节 目的封装方式将收到的通知消息封装进 LTV1节目的媒体流中。
步骤 4b , BC-MF 将包含通知消息的媒体流发送到各个组播复制点 ECF/EFF。
步骤 5b, 组播复制点 ECF/EFF将包含通知消息的媒体流发送给加入组播 组的所有用户。
步骤 6b, IPTV终端接收到通知消息后, 根据自身存储的用户信息, 判断 是否满足预置条件, 满足条件的在 LTV1节目显示区域内显示该通知消息; 不 满足条件的则抛弃该通知消息。
用户 A的 IPTV终端判断用户 A年龄满足预置条件, 显示该通知消息; 用户 B的 IPTV终端判断用户 B年龄不满足预置条件, 抛弃不显示该通知消 息。
同时上述实施例中, SCF发出的通知消息中可以同时包含多条携带相同 通知消息相关节目指示信息和不同通知对象指示信息的通知消息, 终端来识 别自己满足哪个通知对象指示, 来显示相应的通知信息, 以实现个性化通知 信息。
本实施例提供的方法可以实现 IPTV系统中,在直播频道中发送通知消息 时, 网络在同一时刻将同一通知消息发送给观看特定节目的满足特定条件的 部分用户, 满足了通知消息的个性化发送。
图 7为本发明通知消息发送方法实施例四的信令流程图, 如图 7所示, 本实施例为用户在观看 VOD节目过程中, 网络向用户下发与节目某个元数据 相关的符合其偏好的其他节目推荐通知信息, SCF为通知控制单元, MF为发 布单元, IPTV终端为接收单元, 该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤 lc, 用户正在观看 VOD节目, IPTV终端从提供 VOD节目 MF接 收媒体流。
步骤 2c, SCF根据网络策略在某个时刻生成与 VOD节目元数据相关的符 合用户偏好的节目推荐通知信息, 如 VOD 节目正在播放周星驰的电影 "功 夫", 用户喜欢运动类的节目, SCF根据这些信息生成推荐信息, 推荐 "功夫 足球" 让用户观看, 通知信息中包含通知内容信息即推荐信息, SCF 查找为 用户提供 VOD节目媒体流的 MF,如使用用户标识和节目标识在 SCF上的会 话信息中查找, 并确定通知消息相关节目为 VOD节目, 通知对象为该用户。
步骤 3c, SCF向 MF发送通知消息, 通知消息中携带推荐信息, 通知消 息相关节目指示信息为 VOD 节目标识, 通知对象指示信息为该用户的 IMS 身份标识。
步骤 4c, MF根据接收到的通知消息,将推荐通知消息封装在用户观看的 VOD节目媒体流中。
步骤 5c, MF将包含推荐通知消息的媒体流发送给用户的 IPTV终端。 步骤 6c, IPTV终端解析推荐通知消息, 判断自身为通知对象, 在终端上 VOD节目显示区域内呈现推荐通知消息。
上述实施例还可应用于 CallerlD业务中, 用户正在观看点播节目时, 网 络向用户的 IPTV终端发送通知消息, 请用户选择处理方式。
本实施例提供的方法可以实现 IPTV系统中, 在进行点播业务过程中, 网 络在结合用户观看的节目信息, 生成并向用户终端发送推荐通知消息, 该通 知消息符合用户偏好, 为用户提供更好的业务服务。
图 8为本发明通知消息发送方法实施例五的信令流程图, 如图 8所示, 本实施例为 EAS业务中, 网络向接入本域的所有注册用户发送一条紧急通知 消息 EAN, 其中 EAS-SCF为控制单元, S-CSCF、 P-CSCF为发布单元, IPTV 终端为接收单元, 该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤 Id, IPTV终端 A和 IPTV终端 B分别进行 IMS注册和第三方注册, 注册消息携带用户身份标识以及所在域信息 "Visited.com" ;
IMS注册流程为用户终端首先注册到 P-CSCF, 然后再注册到 S-CSCF。 P-CSCF 1和 P-CSCF2分别保存用户身份与 "Visted.com"之间的关系, S-CSCF1、 S-CSCF2分别保存用户身份、 P-CSCF, "Visited.com"之间的关系, 并分别第 三方注册到 EAS-SCF, EAS-SCF保存用户身份、 S-CSCF、 Visited.com之间的 关联关系。
步骤 2d, 本域内发生紧急事件, 网络中某实体如 EAS服务器 EAS-SCF 决定对附着在本域内的所有注册用户发送一条 EAN消息, 通知消息为 EAN 消息, 通知对象为本域内所有注册用户;
EAS-SCF生成通知消息, 其通知内容信息为 EAN消息, 不携带通知对象 指示信息和通知消息相关节目指示信息, 携带通知对象产生单元指示信息, 如 " SIP Message" , 在 "Message Body" 中携带 EAN 消息, "from" 为 "EAS-SCF@visited.com"。
步骤 3d, EAS-SCF将通知消息发送给附着在其上的所有 S-CSCF;
EAS-SCF将通知消息发送给 S-CSCF1和 S-CSCF2。
步骤 4d, 每个收到通知消息的 S-CSCF解析通知消息, 判断不携带通知 对象指示信息, 判断通知消息来自 "EAS-SCF@visited.com" , 于是在注册到 自身的用户中查找位于 "visited.com" 的用户, 并找到这些用户所附着的 P-CSCF信息, 再将通知消息发送给这些 P-CSCF。
步骤 5d, 每个收到通知消息的 P-CSCF解析通知消息, 判断不携带通知 对象指示信息, 判断通知消息来自 "EAS-SCF@visited.com" , 于是在注册到 自身的用户中查找位于 "visited.com"的用户,并将通知消息转发给这些用户。
步骤 6d, IPTV终端 A和 IPTV终端 B解析收到的通知消息, 判断不携 带通知对象指示信息, 本身为通知对象, 则处理该 EAN消息, 如呈现或者强 制跳台。
本实施例提供的方法可以实现 IPTV系统中, 当发生紧急重大事件时, 网 络在同一时间向本域内处于不同状态的所有注册用户发送紧急通知消息, 满 足处理紧急事件的需求。
图 9为本发明通知消息发送方法实施例六的信令流程图, 如图 9所示, 本实施例为 EAS业务中, 网络向接入本域的所有用户发送一条紧急通知消息 EAN, 其中 EAS-SCF为控制单元, P-CSCF、 GGSN为发布单元, 用户终端为 接收单元, 该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤 le, 本域内发生紧急事件, 网络中某实体如 EAS服务器 EAS-SCF 决定对附着在本域内的所有用户发送一条 EAN,通知消息为 EAN消息,通知 对象为本域内所有附着用户;
EAS-SCF生成通知消息, 其通知内容为 EAN消息, 不携带通知对象指示 信息和通知消息相关节目指示信息; 通知消息可以为 " SIP Message " , 在 "Message Body" 中携带 EAN消息。
步骤 2e, EAS-SCF经 S-CSCF将通知消息发送给本域内的所有 P-CSCF; 这些 P-CSCF信息可以由运营商提前预置在 EAS-SCF上。
步骤 3e, P-CSCF解析通知消息, 判断不携带通知对象指示信息, 再将其 发送给与其相连接的本域内的所有 GGSN, P-CSCF可以解析通知消息为紧急 通知消息,如才艮据 "Message"的 "from头域"为 "EAS@IMS.Com"或 "Message" 中携带紧急指示, 将其通过自身一个特殊的端口例如负责发送紧急通知消息 的端口发送给 GGSN, 或发送给 GGSN上一个特殊的端口例如负责接收紧急 通知消息的端口, 或在 IP包中携带紧急指示。
步骤 4e, GGSN解析通知消息, 再将其发送给附着在其上的所有用户终 端如用户终端 A、 B, GGSN可以根据识别的 IP包所包含的 P-CSCF的发送端 口或接收端口或紧急指示来决定将收到的 IP包内容复制转发给与其相连的所 有用户终端。
步骤 5e, 用户终端八、 B解析收到的通知消息, 判断不携带通知对象指 示则自身为通知对象, 处理该 EAN消息, 如呈现或者强制跳台。
本实施例提供的方法可以实现 IPTV系统中, 当发生紧急重大事件时, 网 络在同一时间向本域内处于不同状态的所有附着用户发送紧急通知消息, 满 足处理紧急事件的需求。 本发明实施例提供的通知消息发送方法可以根据实 际需求向指定的通知对象用户终端发送通知消息, 满足个性化要求; 且通知 消息包括各种指示信息, 可以将同一条通知消息发送给多个用户终端, 用户 终端通过指示信息决定是否对通知消息进行处理, 减少网络资源的浪费, 使 得网络负荷最小化。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解: 实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤 可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成, 前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读 取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤; 而前述 的存储介质包括: ROM、 RAM, 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介 最后应说明的是: 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案, 而非对其 限制; 尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通技术 人员应当理解: 其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改, 或 者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并不使相应技 术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims

权利 要求 书
1、 一种通知消息发送方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
发布单元接收控制单元发送的通知消息, 所述通知消息包括通知内容信息; 所述发布单元确定接收所述通知消息的接收单元, 并将所述通知消息发送 给所述接收单元。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的通知消息发送方法, 其特征在于, 所述发布单元 接收控制单元发送的通知消息包括:
所述发布单元接收控制单元发送的通知消息, 所述通知消息中还包括通知 对象指示信息、 通知消息相关节目指示信息和通知消息产生单元指示信息中的 任意一种或其组合。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的通知消息发送方法, 其特征在于, 所述发布单元 确定接收所述通知消息的接收单元, 并将所述通知消息发送给所述接收单元包 括:
所述发布单元将所述通知消息单独打包或将所述通知消息与通知对象正在 观看的通知消息相关节目的媒体流一起打包, 通过与所述通知对象建立的媒体 通道发送给所述通知对象; 或
所述发布单元将所述通知消息单独打包或将所述通知消息与所述通知消息 相关节目的媒体流一起打包, 发送到多播复制点; 或
所述发布单元将所述通知消息单独打包或将所述通知消息与观看所述通知 消息相关节目的各个用户终端的媒体流一起打包, 通过与所述用户终端建立的 媒体通道发送给所述用户终端; 或
所述发布单元将所述通知消息单独打包或将所述通知消息与观看所述通知 消息相关节目、 且满足所述通知对象条件表达式的各个通知对象的媒体流一起 打包, 通过与所述用户终端建立的媒体通道发送给所述通知对象; 或
所述发布单元将所述通知消息单独打包或将所述通知消息与观看所述通知 消息相关节目的、 根据所述通知消息产生单元指示信息确定的通知对象的媒体 流一起打包 , 通过与所述通知对象建立的媒体通道发送给所述通知对象; 或
所述发布单元将根据所述通知消息产生单元指示信息确定的通知对象信息 添加到所述通知消息中, 并将所述通知消息单独打包或将所述通知消息与所述 通知消息相关节目的媒体流一起打包, 发送到多播复制点。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的通知消息发送方法, 其特征在于, 所述发布单元 确定接收所述通知消息的接收单元, 并将所述通知消息发送给所述接收单元包 括:
所述发布单元根据所述通知对象指示信息确定接收所述通知消息的通知对 象, 将所述通知消息发送给所述通知对象; 或
若所述通知消息不包括通知对象指示信息或所述通知对象指示信息为 0或 空或全部, 则所述发布单元确定接收所述通知消息的通知对象为附着在所述发 布单元上的所有接收单元, 将所述通知消息发送给所述接收单元; 或
所述发布单元根据所述通知消息产生单元指示信息确定接收所述通知消息 的通知对象, 将所述通知消息发送给所述通知对象; 或
所述发布单元根据通知对象条件表达式确定接收所述通知消息的通知对 象, 将所述通知消息发送给满足所述通知对象条件表达式的通知对象。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的通知消息发送方法, 其特征在于, 所述发布 单元接收控制单元发送的通知消息, 所述通知消息包括通知内容信息之前包括: 所述控制单元根据所述通知消息或网络配置信息或所述控制单元的存储信 息, 确定接收所述通知消息的发布单元;
所述控制单元向所述发布单元发送所述通知消息。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的通知消息发送方法, 其特征在于, 所述控制单元 根据所述通知消息或网络配置信息或所述控制单元的存储信息, 确定接收所述 通知消息的发布单元之前包括:
所述控制单元根据预置条件, 触发发送自身生成的或来自其它网络实体的 所述通知消息, 所述预置条件包括时间触发或事件触发。
7、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的通知消息发送方法, 其特征在于, 所述发布 单元确定接收所述通知消息的接收单元, 并将所述通知消息发送给所述接收单 元之后包括:
所述接收单元解析所述通知对象指示信息, 根据所述解析结果判断所述接 收单元为通知对象, 则呈现所述通知内容信息或根据所述通知内容信息进行相 应的处理; 或
所述接收单元直接呈现所述通知内容信息或根据所述通知内容信息进行相 应的处理。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的通知消息发送方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收单元 呈现所述通知内容信息包括:
所述接收单元在通知消息相关节目的媒体内容显示区域内呈现所述通知内 容信息; 或
所述接收单元在整个显示区域内呈现所述通知内容信息。
9、 一种控制单元装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
选择模块(11 ), 用于确定接收通知消息的发布单元, 所述通知消息包括通 知内容信息;
第一发送模块(12 ), 用于向将所述发布单元发送所述通知消息。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的控制单元装置, 其特征在于, 所述选择模块包 括:
第一选择子模块(111 ), 用于根据所述通知消息确定接收通知消息的发布 单元;
第二选择子模块(112 ), 用于根据网络配置信息确定接收通知消息的发布 单元;
第三选择子模块(113 ), 用于根据所述控制单元装置所存储的信息确定接 收通知消息的发布单元。
11、 根据权利要求 9或 10所述的控制单元装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一发 送模块(12 )还用于向所述发布单元发送所述通知消息, 所述通知消息还包括 通知对象指示信息、 通知消息相关节目指示信息和通知消息产生单元指示信息 中的任意一种或其组合。
12、 一种发布单元装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一接收模块(21 ), 用于接收控制单元发送的通知消息, 所述通知消息包 括通知内容信息;
确定模块(22 ), 用于确定接收所述通知消息的接收单元;
第二发送模块( 23 ), 用于将所述通知消息发送给所述接收单元。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的发布单元装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一接收模 块(21 )还用于接收控制单元发送的通知消息, 所述通知消息还包括通知对象 指示信息、 通知消息相关节目指示信息和通知消息产生单元指示信息中的任意 一种或其组合。
14、 根据权利要求 12或 13所述的发布单元装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二 发送模块( 23 ) 包括:
第一封装子模块(231 ), 用于单独打包所述通知消息或对所述通知消息和 通知消息相关节目的媒体流一起进行打包处理;
发送子模块(232 ), 用于向所述接收单元发送所述经过打包处理的通知消 息。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的发布单元装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二发送模 块(23 )还包括:
第二封装子模块, 用于将根据通知消息产生单元指示信息确定的通知对象 信息添加到所述通知消息中。
16、 一种接收单元装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
解析模块(31 ), 用于对接收到的通知消息进行解析得到解析结果, 所述通 知消息包括通知内容信息; 处理模块(33 ), 用于根据所述解析结果, 在对应的显示区域内呈现所述通 知内容信息。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的接收单元装置, 其特征在于, 还包括: 判断模块(32 ), 用于根据所述解析结果判断所述接收单元装置是否为通知
