本发明系关于一种 LED 照明灯具调整结构, 特别是指 一种可应用于各种类型灯座之 LED照明灯具调整结构。
背景技术
由于 LED 发光体具有高亮度、 高省电及高使用寿命等 诸多特点, 使得目前市售的照明灯具皆以 LED当作发光源, 达到高照明的目的。 然而, 目前以 LED 发光体作为发光溽 的照明灯具, 皆无设置调整结构, 使单一规格的灯具仅能适 用在特定的灯座上, 无法广泛适用于各种形式的灯座。
由此可见, 上述习用物品仍有 ·诸多缺失, 实非一良善之 设计者, 而亟待加以改良。
本案发明人鉴于上述习用照明灯具改良所衍生的各项 缺点,乃亟思加以改良创新,并经多年苦心孤诣潜心研究―后, 终于成功研发完成本件 LED照明灯具调整结构。
发明内容
本发明之目的即在于提供一种灯头可于灯具本体上作 伸缩之调整,使该灯具本体可适用于各种形式灯座上之. LED 照明灯具调整结构。
本发明之次一目的系在于提供一种具有操作容易、 组装 便利及高实用等诸多优点之 LED照明灯具调整结构。
可达成上述发明目的之 LED照明灯具调整结构,包括有 一灯具本体、 一灯座、 发光灯组、 上盖、 导光板及电源 供应器; 其中, 该灯具本体系为中空状, 其至少一侧.开 设有一调整孔, 并将电源供应器、 发光灯組及上盖固定 结合于灯具本体的顶端处, 而导光板则容置于上盖与发

本发明的最较佳实施方式
请参阅图一至图六所示, 系本发明所提供之 LED 照明 灯具调整结构, 主要包括:
一灯具本体 1, 该灯具本体 1 内部中空, 两端各具有一 开口, 而顶端表面周缘设置有沟槽 11 及数孔洞 12, 并于灯 具本体 1 上至少设置有一调整孔 13, 该调整孔 13 为纵向设 置; 并于灯具本体 1 之顶端处固结有一电源供应器 2; 该调 整孔 13 以二条为最佳,并可对应设置于灯具本体 1 之两侧; 一灯头 3, 该灯头 3具有一导电头部 31 及一连接管 32, 该导电头部 31 之外表面设置有螺紋 311, 使其可与灯座相 结合, 而连接管 32 为中空状, 其内壁面上至少设置有一条 以上之定位槽 33,该定位槽 33接近顶端处设置有一孔洞 34; 系将灯头 3 之连接管 32经灯具本体 1 底端开口进入灯具本 体 1 中, 以将灯具本体 1 底端开口封闭, 使连接管 32上之 孔洞 34与灯具本体之调整孔 13 相对应; 而连接管 32 内壁 面之定位槽 33 以二条为最佳,系将定位槽 33 设置于连接管 32 内壁对应之两侧;
一螺固单元 4,该螺固单元 4包含一调整件 41 及一螺合 件 42,系将螺合件 42定位于灯头连接管 31 之定位槽 33 中, 并与连接管 32之孔洞 34相对应, 并将调整件 41 贯穿灯具 本体 1 之调整孔 13及连接管 32之孔洞 34, 与螺合件 42相 螺合, 透过调整件 41 与螺合件 42之紧、 松的螺合控制, 即 可控制灯头 3 是否定位于灯具本体 1 之适当位置; 一上盖 5, 该上盖 5 具有一表面 51, 该表面 51 上设置 有散光开口 511,该散光开口 511之周缘设置有数散热孔 512 及数结合孔 513, 并自该表面 51 底端周缘向下环设有一延 伸壁面 52, 使上盖 5底端形成一容置空间, 并于壁面 52端 缘设置有数螺孔 521;
一导光板 6, 该导光板 6系结合上盖 5 之容置空间中, 并与上盖 5表面 51 贴合, 使导光板 6可将上盖 5之散光开 口 511 封闭;
一发光灯组 7, 该发光灯组 7包含有略呈多角环状之散 热模块 71, 并于散热模块 71 之顶面设置有数螺孔 711, 并 将结合有 LED73之散热基板 72贴合于散热模块 71之壁面; 系将发光灯组 7 结合于上盖 5 之容置空间中, 使导光板 6 位于发光灯组 7与上盖 5表面之间,且发光灯组 7之散热模 块 71 顶端螺孔 74并会与上盖 5表面 51 之结合孔 513 相对 应,透过螺固件 81 贯穿上盖 5表面 51 之结合孔 513 与散热 模块 71 顶端之螺孔 711 相螺固, 即可使发光灯组 7稳固结 合于上盖 5之容置空间中;
系将结合有发光灯组 7及导光板 6之上盖 5结合于灯具 本体 1 之顶面, 使上盖 5 壁面 52之螺孔 521 与灯具本体 1 顶端之孔洞 12相对应, 透过螺固件 82之贯穿锁固, 即可使 上盖 5稳固结合于灯具本体 1 顶端,并将灯具本体 1 顶端开 口封闭, 而发光灯组 7之散热模块 71 则会与灯具本体 1 之 顶端沟槽 11相结合,使电源供应器 2可进入散热模块 71 中, 并与 LED73 电性连接, 以提供电源至 LED73, 使 LED73 可 产生照明光源, 该光源并经由导光板 6均光后, 再经由上盖 5之散光开口 511 散射, 以达到照明之目的。 另外, 该散热模块 7 1、 导光板 6 及上盖 5 之散光开口 5 1 1 形状可为相同。
另外, 该散热模块 7 1 可为复数散热鳍片相互组装成之 中空多角环体。
另外, 该散热模块 7 1 之多角环形仅为最佳实施方式, 并非用以局限本案之申请专利范围。
另外, 该螺固单元 4 之调整件 4 1 可为螺丝、 螺栓或其 它螺固件; 而螺合件 42可为螺母或其它可供螺合之对象。
请参阅图七 A、 B 及图八 A、 B 所示, 系本发明之操作 示意图, 当灯具本体 1 要与灯座 (图中未标示) 相连结时, 即可视灯座本身的深度或装潢造成的因素, 适度调整灯头 3 伸縮的距离, 而调整方式为, 系先将螺固单元 4保持松的状 态, 使灯头 3 之连接管 32可于灯具本体 1 上作伸縮调整, 当调整至最适当位置后, 即可将螺固单元 4 转换成紧的状 态, 使灯头 3 之连接管 32 固定于灯具本体 1 上, 无法作伸 縮调整,使调整后的灯具本体 1 可适用于各种形式的灯座或 装潢上。
本发明所提供之 LED 照明灯具调整结构, 与其它习用 技术相互比较时, 更具有下列之优点:
1 .本发明之灯头系可于灯具本体上作伸縮之调整, 使该 灯具本体可适用于各种形式灯座。
2.本发明系具有操作容易、 组装便利及高实用等诸多优 点。

权利要求第 3项所述之 LED照明灯具调整结构,其中该发 光灯组上设置有螺孔, 并于上盖表面上设置有结合孔, 透 过螺丝之贯穿锁固, 即可将发光灯组与上盖结合成一体。 权利要求第 3项所述之 LED照明灯具调整结构,其中该螺 固单元之调整件可为螺丝或螺栓, 而螺合件可为螺母。 权利要求第 3项所述之 LED照明灯具调整结构,其中该发 光灯组系包含有略呈多角环状之散热模块及结合有 LED 之散热基板贴, 该散热基板系贴合于散热模块壁面。
.按权利要求第 3 项所述之 LED照明灯具调整结构, 更包 含一导光板, 该导光板系设置于上盖之容置空间中, 并位 于上盖表面与发光灯组间,使导光板可将上盖表面之散光 开口封闭。
