Description

"INDUCTION SYSTEM OF WATER CENTRAL HEATING"
The present Patent of Invention request refers to a new "INDUCTION SYSTEM OF WATER CENTRAL HEATING", especially of a system for heating of water by electric induction through a transformer, whose secondary makes an about-face in the primary coiling, containing some magnetic material, generating an electromagnetic field of the transformer, that generates high amperage with low tension in the secondary ball bearing, and in the primary coiling there is the minimum consumption of energy, about 1 ampere. On the other hand, the cooling tower supplies about four hundred times more amperage to the element of water heating, here represented by a plate of heat through where the water circulates and by the effect Joule, is heated up. The system stands out for promoting the heating of the liquid with low electric power consumption, made possible basically by a transformer that induces current by a plate with ducts that, once heated up, transfer temperature to the water in its interior, which is deposited in appropriate reservoir, in that way creating an alternative of water heating ecologically correct.
Nowadays, the search for alternative sources of generation of energy for the most several purposes, among them the heating of the water, became primordial for the sustainability of the planet.
The known systems for heating of water use solar energy, gas and electric power. The solar energy systems have collectors who captivate the solar rays in order to heat the conduit through which water circulates in direction to the reservoir. In this case, the elevated temperature provokes the re-circulation of water between said conduit and the thermal container by means of a natural phenomenon denominated of thermosiphon. In the recirculation, the thermal container is constantly supplied by cold water that always keeps it full to assist the demand of hot water.
On the other hand, they are also well-known the systems of central heating by means of natural gas, which we is based in the heating of the conduit by the flame generated by the gas properly said. That system is more economic than the one that uses the electric power; however it demands a series of adaptations in the hydraulic installation. In the current state of the technique, there are patent documents that anticipate some central water heating systems, such as:
PI-0004594-2 "System of Environmental Heating with Microwaves". Constituted by a body built of light material, as plastic, polymeries and light metals, and, inside the device, it is mounted microwaves generator "magnetron", a radiator or "callus changer", thermostat, fan, board of digital control, anti-pollen filter, water pump and electronic command centre; the radiator is supplied with water, then when it is activated, "magnetron" heats the liquid and the fan will make the air to pass by the radiator and be heated until the wished and/or programmed temperature that will be determined in the digital board of the device or through remote control available in the more complete versions; therefore, it is an air heater that works through electromagnetic waves generated by a "magnetron" installed inside the device and that will take place on the liquid, heating it until the temperature necessary to keep the environment in the previously programmed temperature, and the power levels and the fan speed will be calculated automatically, being enough just to program the wished temperature, activating and shutting off automatically".
The document above anticipates a way of water heating that uses a magnetron microwaves generator that accelerate the molecules of water promoting the fastest heating of the same. However this solution demands great consumption of energy. MU-7400763-7 "Central Heater for Water Box in General", comprehends a system of water heating direct in boxes of water composed by heating plates of stainless steel, screw of fixation of the plates, conductive plates, distancers, grounding, PVC coating tube, separators, capsules of PVC, temperature control thermostat, rivets, openings for contact of water with the equipment and positive and negative alimentation. The Utility Model above mentioned uses plates of stainless steel for better to distribute the heat in the water volume contained in the reservoir, however as in PI-0004594-2, this patent demands great consumption of energy for accomplishment of the heating of the plate.
MU-8000733 - "Disposition Introduced into Central Fast Water Heating", it comprehends a cockpit or cabinet in parallelepiped shape, totally closed, with frontal and posterior rotas and accesses in the form of fixed doors or furniture, as well as in its internal part and on its bottom is installed a thermal reservoir that, then, is coupled to different piping, in which the first is an entrance of cold water and the second is a fisherman tube of cold water suction that, after passing by a motor-bomb of circulation, is forked to feed the usual heaters top gas of the electronic control and temperature sensor kind, the said temperature sensor installed in the reservoir, while the heaters are installed at the top of the cabinet, where the return of the heated water occurs by other forked piping and finishes coupled at the top of the reservoir that, yet, introduces other two piping, one defined as exit of hot water for consumption and another of hydraulics distribution return, and all these piping and the gas entrance pass by correspondent openings existed in the frontal part of the cabinet".
The present report discloses about a compact centre of heating to gas that promotes the circulation of water by means of motor-bomb.
The models of conventional heaters such as anticipated in the state of the technique attend well the paper for which were projected, however all of them demand great consumption of electric power or gas, and the ecological aspect of this techniques is not recommendable.
Thinking in a way to offer an efficient and economic system of central heating, the inventor, after countless researches and studies, created the "INDUCTION SYSTEM OF WATER CENTRAL HEATING" at issue, whose highlight is to generate an inductance through transformer by the fact of the secondary to perform only about-face in the primary coiling, what provokes a magnetic field. All electric chain generates an electric field of equal intensity, as well as an electric field can generate an electric chain; this phenomenon is known as electromagnetic induction. Therefore, the primary bobbin provokes a magnetic field that together with the silicon or another magnetic material explodes the electrons, inducing them to the secondary coiling of about-face so that the alimentation towers of the said secondary generate high amperage with reduced voltage, and the primary coiling consumes only one ampere and the tower supplies four hundred amperes to the heat plate for where water circulates and, by the effect Joule, is heated. With this claimed principle of inductive heating it is possible to increase in countless times the amperage supplied to the heat plate with a directly proportional smaller consumption.
Basically, the system is constituted by a reservoir of cold water that is directed to the cooling towers interlinked to the secondary of the transformer that then cools the primary of the said transformer. From the cited towers derive two multiplier filaments, by inductance, from the chain to the heat plate. Thus, the cold water originated from the cooling towers is launched in the inferior portion, directing by the opposite side to the heat plate accessed underneath and reaching the ducts of conduction of water properly covered and interlinked by conductive material, thus promoting the heating of ducts and water, by the effect Joule, in which the hot water is launched in the superior portion of the reservoir of hot water which is overflowed by the opposite superior portion in direction to a faucet, knob or seemed thing.
Being this way, the claimed system presents as more prominent advantages: • High thermal efficiency and low electric power consumption; • It does not promote the energizing of water inside ducts;
• Reduced number of components;
• Low cost and easiness of production.
To follow, it explains the invention with reference to the attached drawings, in which are represented of illustrative and not limiting way:
Fig. 1: Schematic of the induction system of water central heating; Fig. 2: Schematic of the induction system of water central heating, showing the circulation of water flow;
Fig. 3 : View in cut of the heat plate of the induction system of water central heating, showing the circulation of water flow;
Fig. 4: View in perspective of the transformer of the induction system of water central heating, showing the circulation of water flow.
Fig. 5: Schematic of the induction system of water central heating, showing another way of use in showers and similar equipments. "INDUCTION SYSTEM OF WATER CENTRAL HEATING", object of this invention patent request, consists essentially of a system that, by means of transformer (1), having a secondary (2) formatted by about-face around of the primary (3), it receives cold water (A) that at the same time in which refrigerates such transformer (1) it is sent to a reservoir (4) of hot water, from where is directed to a plate (5) of heat where circulates through ducts (6), interlinked by conductive element (7), being heated by the effect Joule; such plate (5) configures poles (8 and 9) of inductive connection derivatives from towers (10 and 11) of refrigeration, promoting an amperage multiplication.
More particularly, the induction system of water central heating stands out for promoting the multiplication of the amperage to the plate (5) of heat by means of a transformer (1) whose primary coiling (3) promotes a magnetic field capable of exciting magnetic material from its nucleus (N), as, for instance, the silicon, so as to provoke an induction in its secondary (2) formed by tubes (T) that make about-face around the primary
(3); such tubes (T) are interlinked to two vertical towers (10 and 11) of cooling of the transformer (1), which receive water from a reservoir (12) of cold water, having a control buoy (B), entering to the first tower (10) by its inferior portion and circulating through the tubes (T) until reach second tower (11) from where, still by the inferior portion, is led to the inferior portion (13) of the reservoir (4) of hot water, leaving in the opposite side (14) in direction to the bottom (15) of the plate (5) of heat. From inferior duct (6A), the water re-circulate, passing by intermediary ducts (6B) that interlink said inferior duct (6A) and superior duct (6C), all properly isolated (16) thermally, however interlinked by conductive element (7), which transfers the high chain for the same, once that the extremities of such ducts configure inductive polarities (8 and 9) since the same are linked to the towers (10 and 11) of cooling that, by inductance, multiplies the resulted chain from the plate (5) of heat with directly proportional reduction of the consumption of the electric net (17). When letting the plate (5) of heat by the superior portion, the water (A), already heated, by the effect Joule, enters the reservoir (4) of hot water by the superior portion (18), being still overflowed by the superior portion (19) to a faucet (20), knob or seemed thing.
Keeping this same inventive concept, the inventor visualized the possibility of application of the induction system in showers and similar equipments, attaching schematic drawing that illustrates a way of making this addition possible (Figure 5).
Thus, this "INDUCTION SYSTEM OF WATER CENTRAL HEATING" also could be used in shower (1) or similar heating product, and contemplates a compact transformer (2) whose primary (1), fed by net tension, has the nucleus composite by some magnetic material. Already the secondary (2) makes an about-face in the primary coiling (1) and it is linked to two vertical towers (3 and 4) filled out with water (A) of external source. The cold water (A) enters by the bottom (5) of a tower (3), circulating the tubes (6) in the spill of the primary (1), following to the second (4) tower. Such towers (3 and 4) and tubes (6), besides cooling the primary (1), generate together with said primary a magnetic field capable of, by induction, multiply countless times the chain to the resistance (7) in the superior portion of the shower, properly anchored in stems (8 and 9) derivatives of the towers (3 and 4), of this way heating the water directly, which then it occupies the superior chamber (10) of the shower (1), where there is an exit for spreader (11).
