目前市场上常见的包装盒, 除了具备对产品的包装功能之外很难具有 其它的功能。 而目前各行各业的厂家都需要对其本身产品的物流管理, 包 括仓库管理, 产品流向的追踪等需要进行一定的了解和控制, 就很难通过 普通的产品包装盒达到这一目的。 另一方面近年来随着假冒伪劣产品冲击 市场,普通的包装盒本身因为没有独立的身份资料,也不便于厂商或消费 者识别产品的真伪。
射频识另 ij(RFID)通俗叫电子标签,它由标签、解读器和数据传输和处理 系统三部分组成。 射频识别 (RFID)现已被很多行业大量的使用。
标签也被称为智能标签, 它是由内存带有天线的芯片, 芯片中存储有 能够识别目标的信息。 RFID标签具有持久性, 信息接收传播穿透性强, 存 储信息容量大、 种类多等特点。 有些 RFID标签支持读写功能, 目标物体的 信息能随时被更新。
解读器分为手持和固定两种, 由发送器, 接收仪、 控制模块和收发器 组成。 收发器和控制计算机或可编程逻辑控制器 (PLC ) 连接从而实现它 的沟通功能。 解读器也有天线接收和传输信息。
数据传输和处理系统: 解读器通过接收标签发出的无线电波接收读取 数据。最常见的是被动射频系统, 当解读器遇见 RFID标签时,发出电磁波, 周围形成电磁场, 标签从电磁场中获得能量激活标签中的微芯片电路, 芯 片转换电磁波, 然后发送给解读器, 解读器把它转换成相关数据。 控制计 算器就可以处理这些数据从而进行管理控制。 在主动射频系统中, 标签中 装有电池在有效范围内活动。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带有射频电子标签的包装盒, 其能有利于 各行各业的客户对其本身产品的物流管理,包括仓库管理,产品流向的追 踪等。另一方面,也可以防止假冒伪劣产品 Ψ击市场, 因为有 RFID在内的 纸箱或彩盒本身就有独立的身份资料 , 以便厂商或消费者识别产品的真 伪。 带有射频电子标签的包装盒的用途广泛,将成为产品包装中独一无二 ,不可取代的最佳材料。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供一种带有射频电子标签的包装盒, 其包 括一包装盒、 一射频电子标签。 该包装盒包括一前侧板、 一左侧板、 一后 侧板、 一右侧板、 四底侧板、 四面盖板、 一粘合板。 该前侧板连接右侧板, 该右侧板连接后侧板, 该后侧板连接左侧板, 该左侧板连接粘合板, 该四 底侧板和四面盖板均分别组合成包装盒的底板和盒盖, 以上部件分别连接 后最后形成一包装盒。 最后该射频电子标签安装在该前侧板、 左侧板、 后 侧板、 右侧板、 四底侧板、 四面盖板、 粘合板的任意一表面。

具体实施方式
请参阅图 1至图 4,一种带有射频电子标签的包装盒,其包括一包装盒 1、 一射频电子标签 2。 该包装盒包括一前侧板 1 1、 一左侧板 12、 一后侧板 13、 一右侧板 14、 四底侧板 15、 四面盖板 16、 一粘合板 17。
该前侧板 1 1连接右侧板 14, 该右侧板 14连接后侧板 13, 后侧板 13连接 左侧板 12, 该左侧板 12连接粘合板 17, 该四底侧板 15和四面盖板 16均分别 组合成包装盒的底板和盒盖, 以上部件分别连接后最后形成一包装盒 1。最 后该射频电子标签 2安装在该前侧板 1 1、 左侧板 12、 后侧板 13、 右侧板 14、 四底侧板 15、 四面盖板 16、 粘合板 17的任意一表面, 使之形成一带有射频 电子标签的包装盒。
本一种带有射频电子标签的包装盒的工作原理如下: 其通过射频电子 标签的存储功能, 在射频电子标签内写有独立的产品身份资料, 例如生产 日期、 产品型号、 重量、 防伪代码等信息。 最后通过解读器接收射频电子 标签发出的无线电波接收读取数据。 当解读器遇见射频电子标签时, 发出 电磁波, 周围形成电磁场, 射频电子标签从电磁场中获得能量激活标签中 的微芯片电路, 芯片内的相关产品身份资料即可转换成电磁波, 然后发送 给解读器, 解读器把它转换成相关数据。 控制计算器就可以处理这些数据 从而进行管理控制。 最后相关人员即可对安装有本射频电子标签的包装盒 内的产品进行真伪识别以及对其它信息的监控。 相关生产厂家或客户对其 本身产品的物流管理,包括仓库管理,产品流向的追踪等, 亦可通过安装 有本射频电子标签的包装 ^进行相关控制。

1、 一种带有射频电子标签的包装盒, 其包括一包装盒、 一射频电子标 签,该包装盒包括一前侧板、 一左侧板、 一后侧板、 一右侧板、 四底侧板、 四面盖板、 一粘合板,该前侧板连接右侧板, 该右侧板连接后侧板, 该后侧 板连接左侧板, 该左侧板连接粘合板, 该四底侧板和四面盖板均分别组合 成包装盒的底板和盒盖, 以上部件分别连接后最后形成一包装盒,其特征在 于: 在该前侧板、 左侧板、 后侧板、 右侧板、 四底侧板、 四面盖板、 粘合 板的任意一表面粘贴有一射频电子标签。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种带有射频电子标签的包装盒, 其特征在 于: 在该射频电子标签中写有独立的产品身份资料, 以便厂商或消费者识 别产品的真伪以及对其它信息的监控。
