Abstract

Disclosed is a weaving process of fabrics for blinds, which comprises: a step for arranging a first warp yarn group and a second warp yarn group vertically and then arranging several third warp yarn groups between the first and second warp yarn groups equidistantly; a step for combining both ends of the third warp yarn group to form mixed portions on the first and second warp yarn groups equidistantly; a step for weaving the first warp yarn group by first weft yarns, the second warp yarn group by second weft yarns, and the whole third warp yarn groups by third weft yarns so that the first and second warp yarn groups form first and second net-shaped light-permeable screens and the third warp yarn groups form a light-blocking screen, wherein the third weft yarns are passed through the mixed portions of the first and second warp yarn groups so that the mixed portions become the light-blocking screen; a step for arranging thick cutting warp yarns on a connection portion of the third weft yarns which are connected from the mixed portion of the first warp yarn group to the mixed portion of the second warp yarn group, wherein the light-blocking screen is on the mixed portions; and a step for cutting the connection portion of the third weft yarns which are connected from the mixed portion of the first warp yarn group to the mixed portion of the second warp yarn group. Accordingly, the weaving process can prepare the fabrics for blinds which have a triple structure consisting of the first and second light permeable screens and the light-blocking screen. By only cutting the third weft yarns of the light-blocking screen connecting the first and second light-permeable screens, the fabrics for blinds with the triple structure can be rapidly and easily obtained. Thus, productivity of the fabrics for blinds can be improved.
