Abstract

본 발명에 의한 휴대용 정보기기는, 제 1 바디부와 제 1 바디부의 일면에서 돌출된 제 1 단차면을 구비하는 제 2 바디부를 갖는 바디와, 제 2 바디부의 표면을 개폐할 수 있도록 바디에 슬라이딩 이동 가능하게 설치된 커버와, 바디와 커버를 상호 슬라이딩 이동시키기 위해 바디와 커버의 사이에 설치된 슬라이딩 장치를 포함한다. 슬라이딩 장치는, 바디에 결합된 고정 플레이트와, 고정 플레이트에 슬라이딩 이동 가능하게 결합된 슬라이더와, 커버를 회동 가능하게 지지하기 위해 슬라이더에 구비된 지지수단과, 고정 플레이트와 슬라이더에 대해 탄성력을 가하도록 고정 플레이트와 슬라이더의 사이에 설치된 탄성수단을 포함한다. 커버는 슬라이더와 함께 슬라이딩 이동하여 열릴 때 그 말단면이 제 2 바디부의 표면에서 제 1 바디부의 표면 쪽으로 이동하도록 회동한다. 본 발명에 의한 슬라이드형 휴대용 통신기기는 커버가 바디로부터 슬라이딩 이동하여 열릴 때 커버가 회동하여 커버의 말단면이 바디의 안쪽으로 이동함으로써, 바디와 커버 사이의 단차가 생기지 않는다.
