A DRY HERBAL PHYTO SHAMPOO COMPOSITION FOR HEALTH CARE

FOR HAIR FIELD OF INVENTION

The invention in general relates to human and pet's health care of hair. Further the invention relates to novel herbal composition in dry powder form for easy handling, packing. Further apart from cosmetic hair care the composition possess astringent, antiseptic and clinical in removing dandruff property.

The scalp and follicle are cleaned hygienically. The composition nurses the pet hair too. Accordingly the invention pertains to human necessities. The invention relate to novel shampoo composition. Further this invention relate to a novel process of manufacture dry herbal shampoo composition for health care purpose of hair.

The invention is purely from herbal kingdom and not only does the shampooing in human hairs but also possess astringent antiseptic and antidandruff. The scalp and follicle are cleaned hygienically. It nurses the hairs of pet also.

Most herbal leaves on harvest and when falls looses green colour and become brown. But the chief ingredient retains chlorophyll green for ever and helps hairs in a natural way.

BACKGROUND OF INVENTION

Most of the prior art is liquid shampoo and contain chemicals. One or two powder shampoo contains chemical and sikakkai. But this phyto formula is unique contains herbal only and retains chlorophyll green for ever and no allergy and no sikakkai. In the prior art a few products are allergic to a few people. In this era organic phase is slowly asserting and emerging and phyto shampoo is 100% organic possessing shampooing character and at the same time having astringent, antiseptic, antidandruff and scalp and follicle are cleaned hygienically. It nurses the pet hair too.

OBJECT OF INVENTION

It is the primary object the invention to fill the void and to cater to the need of human populace a herbal shampoo composition invented in dry and herbal form.

It is another object of invention to invent a novel herbal shampoo composition, which is unique.

It is another object of invention to invent a novel herbal shampoo composition, with no side effects.

It is another object of invention to invent a novel herbal shampoo composition, which is economical.

It is to be noted that the prior art description give in detail information of the technology, method, process and composition known in the art. It explain the deficiency in the related art and the object of the invention being to overcome or surmount the problem associated with the prior art. This forms the essential feature and the object of the invention. SUMMARY OF INVENTION

Now the invention will be described in detail in the following pages of complete specification. The nature of the invention and the manner in which the invention is performed will be clearly described in the complete specification.

The inventor has made great effort to provide a herbal shampoo composition which meet the requirement of the industry and overcome the problem associated in the prior art.

To achieve the above object according to first aspect and feature of the present invention there is provided a herbal shampoo composition to improve efficiency.

According to second aspect and feature of the invention in addition to the first feature the invention comprises an herbal shampoo composition which is efficient, economical.

This composition is not mere admixture and it has synergetic effect in cleaning, medicating and protecting hairs.

At the outset of the description which follows it is to be understood that ensuring description only illustrates a particular form of this invention. However, such particular form is only an exemplary embodiment without intending to imply any limitation on the scope of this invention. Accordingly, the description is to be understood as an exemplary embodiment and reading of the invention is not intended to be taken restrictively.

The above and other objects features and disadvantages will be clear from the following description. The foregoing description is outlined rather broadly preferred and alternative feature of the present invention so that those skilled in the art may better understand the detailed description of the invention that follows. Additional features of the invention will be described hereinafter that form the subject of claims of the invention. Those skilled in the art should appreciate that they can readily use the disclosed conception and specific embodiment as a basis for designing and modifying other structures for carrying out the same purposes of the present invention. Those skilled in the art should realize such equalent conception do not depart from the spirit and scope of the invention in its broadest form.

DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

A Hygenic Health Care for Humans and pets with Albesia amara 1 to 95% with 1 to 5% Lavandula angustifolia, Majorana hortensis, Mentha piperita, Rosemarius officianalis, Artemecia pallens with Organic Buffer as Dry ever green Shampoo Powder.

According to the invention a process of manufacturing dry herbal phyto shampoo for health care purpose comprises the following steps:

(a) Collection of Raw Materials and cleaning the said raw material;

(b) Drying separately under controlled condition to retain colour;

(c) Measuring and weighing according to proportion and mixing; (d) Grinding to desired mesh;

(e) Sieving and cleaning further by Automatic Machine;

(f) Automatic filling, packing and sealing; and

(g) Packing in boxes for dispatch. Further the invention constitute a dry herbal phyto shampoo composition comprise the following ingredients in the proportion as defined.

(a) Albesia amara upto 90%;

(b) Majorana hortensis upto 2%; (c) Lavandula angustifolia upto 2%;

(d) Mentha piperita linn upto 2%;

(e) Rosemarius officianalis upto 2%; and

(f) Artemesia pallens upto 2%.

A dry herbal phyto shampoo composition according to the invention comprises the following ingredients in the proportion as defined in the optimum proportion.

(a) Albesia amara 89%;

(b) Majorana hortensis 2%; (c) Lavandula angustifolia 5%;

(d) Rosemarius officianalis 1%;

(e) Mentha piperita linn 1%; and

(f) Artemesia pallens 2%.

This revolutionary invention of herbal composition is economical, healthy, and inbuilt herbal fragrance.

The salient features and uses of the herbal composition of the present invention will emerge even more clearly on reading the description that follows. a. Albesia amara:

It is the chief ingredient in the shampoo. It cleanses the hair, removes dandruff with three applications. Hairs become soft. It possesses medicinal properties like antiseptic and astringent. Leaves and barks are used.

b. Rosemarius officianalis:

It removes Cyclopes in combination with Albesia. It is an antiseptic and has good fragrance.

c. Origanum majorona: Its fragrance resembles Thyme, balsamic, sweeter and used as perfumery for hairs.

d. Mentha viridus;

Its Pharmaceutical effect in combination prevents lies.

e. Artemesia pallens;

The essential oil helps in enriching shampoo.

f. Lavendula angustifolia; It is a flavour and universally accepted fragrance. It induces relaxation.

Unique feature of the invention is in drying process by which the herbals retains all character, flavours, especially the chlorophyll colour green is retained upto last. It is another feature of the invention is that without much loss and at the same time cleaning and sieving and processing and done by simple machinery.

The ingredients are grinded in a wholesome way after completing the pregrinding process individually.

(1) After grinding and sieving the shampoo is filled in sachets and sealed.

(2) Sealed sachets garlands are packed in boxes and sent to market.

(3) In total clean process is developed from collection of herbals to the end product manufactured herbal shampoo.

Salient Features of the Invention Consist of a Process Wherein the steps are as follows:

• Herbal collection and cleaning and drying; • Weighing the cleaned and dried herbals according to percentage;

• Grinding to desired mesh (fine powder to hand feel) and sieving totally; and

• Filling through filling machine in sachets and boxes.

After extensive research the process is developed and correct proportion carried so that neither core quality is lost nor the different character mask each other.

The flowchart clearly describes the process which is simple but to be followed and practiced meticulously. Retention of green chlorophyll colour is unique. The flowchart of various steps in the manufacture of herbal shampoo composition is given in the annexure.

Machinery involved in the process of manufacturing the said herbal shampoo composition and the unique feature of the machinery are as follows.

1. Temperature controlled Drying Machine is used.

2. Electronic balance is used for accuracy.

3. Grinder machine with 10 H.P motor is used in the manufacture.

4. Shaker with 5 H.P motor is used in the manufacture to sieve. 5. Automatic filling, packing and sealing machine help the process in neat and clean condition.

Salient Features of the Invention is as follows: 1. Totally it is an herbal composition. 2. Possess medicinal value of nature i.e Astringent, Antiseptic, Antidandruff.

3. Flavoured by herbals to please nostrils as well as mind.

4. Convenient to handle.

5. No, eye irritation, no allergy and no nauseating smell and make hair soft and follicles are smoothened and scalp cleansed hygienically. 6. Unique compact composition herbal with combined cosmetic and medicinal value.

The invention has been explained in relation to specific embodiment. It is inferred that the foregoing description is only illustrative of the present invention and it is not intended that the invention be limited or restrictive thereto. Many other specific embodiments of the present invention will be apparent to one skilled in the art from the foregoing disclosure. All substitution, alterations and modification of the present invention which come within the scope of the following claims are to which the present invention is readily susceptible without departing from the spirit of the invention.

The scope of the invention should therefore be determined not with reference to the above description but should be determined with reference to appended claims along with full scope of equivalents to which such claims are entitled.

Claims

WE CLAIM

1. A dry herbal phyto shampoo comprising essentially of: a. Albesia amara upto 90%; b. Majorana hortensis upto 2%; c. Lavandula angustifolia upto 2%; d. Mentha piperita linn upto 2%; e. Rosemarius offϊcianalis upto 2%; and f. Artemesia pallens upto 2%.

2. A product as claimed in claim 1, wherein said shampoo is used for health care in humans and pets.

3. A process of preparing a product as claimed in claim 2 comprising the steps of: a. Collecting raw materials and cleaning the said raw materials; b. Drying separately under controlled condition to retain colour; c. Measuring and weighing according to proportion and mixing; and d. Grinding to desired mesh and sieving totally.

4. A product as claimed in claim 1, wherein any alternative fragrance can be used instead of Lavandula angustifolia.

5. A product as claimed in claim 1 is a dry evergreen product.
