Abstract

본 발명은 고순도의 유체를 취급하는 분야에서 사용하기에 적합한 고순도용 레귤레이터에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 레귤레이터의 구성부품 중의 하나인 플럭을 바디측에 고정할 때, 플럭을 바디에 직접 걸어서 고정시키는 새로운 형태의 플럭 고정방식을 구현함으로써, 이물질이 끼이는 문제나 소음을 유발하는 문제 등을 완전히 배제하면서 유체흐름의 안전성을 확보할 수 있기 때문에 고순도용으로 사용하기에 적합하고, 또 추가 부품 등을 필요로 하지 않기 때문에 부품수 감소 및 장치의 소형화를 실현할 수 있는 고순도용 레귤레이터를 제공한다.
