Abstract

The invention reveals the shoe storage and disposal system with a specially shaped shoe support made of metal or plastic, which can be applied on its own on flat surfaces or inside a closet adjusted for storing shoes. In that sense, the subject invention relates also to closets used for storing shoes.

Description

SHOE HANGER
The area to which the invention pertains
The invention relates to an adjustable shoe storage system, especially to a system with a specially shaped shoe support made of metal or plastic, which can be applied as an individual item on flat surfaces or as part of a closet suited for storing shoes. In that sense, the subject invention relates also to the closet which implements shoe supports.
The technical problem
The technical problem solved by this invention is a simple construction which enables the storage of a large number of shoes within the limits of a small space in a simple and clear manner. Also, the method of the supports' installation enables the adjustment of the distance between the support in relation to the shoe sizes and this achieves the optimal use of the given space. The closets which apply the shoe supports according to the invention have a larger capacity in relation to storing shoes and are thereby of optimal size and suitable for small spaces. Besides that, the subject invention enables the easy storing of shoes as well as the stability of shoes within the system. Furthermore, the stated shoe supports can be placed on all the inner sides of a closet including the closet doors which fact further enhances the closet's capacity. The state of the art
There have been several attempts at solving the adjustable shoe storage system which would enable the maximum use of confined spaces in a simple and effective manner, while ensuring the fixation of the shoes at the same time. Furthermore, none of the known solutions enables the adjustment of the distance between the shoe supports in relation to their size. Also, none of the known solutions enables the application of the shoe supports on all the inner sides of the closet.
The document US5894940 shows a shoe storage system made up of brackets with shoe supports which can be hanged on a vertical wall with the sections. This system is not adjustable either by the number of shoes stored or by their size. Also, the fixation of shoes within the supports is not an option which makes the system unviewable and messy.
The exposition of the invention's essence
The invention's essence is the discovery of a form of shoe supports which enables all of the above mentioned advantages. Also, an important advantage of the invention is the stability of installing the supports on any wall and the organization and storage of shoes. The invention's essence is the shape of the supports and the flexibility of their installation on the walls.
The short description of the drawings
The invention is further described in detail by calling on the drawings, where: Drawing 1 shows the view from the perspective of the shoe storage system, Drawing 2 shows the view of adaptability of the shoe storage system, Drawing 3 shows the shoe support in perspective, Drawing 4 shows the shoe support from the side, and
Drawing 5 shows a closet with the shoe storage system installed in it according to one of the ways of implementing the invention. The detailed description of at least one of the ways of implementing the invention
The invention shown in drawings 1 to 4 makes up the adjustable shoes storage system which contains at least two or more shoe supports (2). The number of shoe supports (2) is arbitrary and depends on the size of the shoes being stored as well as on the size of the wall (1). Shoe supports are installed in the wall (1) by way of bores (5).
According to one of the ways of implementing the invention, bars (4) are installed on the walls (1), while according to another way of implementation the shoe supports are attached to the wall (1) by way of plastic anchor (8), which are inserted in bores 5, whereby in both ways of implementation the middle part (10) of the support includes an elastic band (3) for fixing the shoes. The elastic band (3) can be moved and is placed along the middle part (10) of the shoe support (2), and is used for holding the shoes, that is fixing them.
The shoe support itself (2) is made up of part (9) which goes through the bore (5). The middle part (10), with the movable elastic band (3) placed on it, is added on part (9) at a blunt angle. Part 9 and the middle part 10, according to one of the ways of implementing the invention, can be joined in a fixed manner, while according to another way of implementation of the invention they are joined with a joint 7. The joint connection between part 9 and the middle part 10 enables the rotation of part (10) around the joint (7) and upward lifting of parts (10) and (11). This way, depending on the need, the easy storing and retrieving of shoes is enabled. Furthermore, bracket 11 is added on the middle part 10 at a right angle. A spring 6, which connects the middle part 10 and the wall 1, is envisioned according to one of the ways of implementing the invention with the purpose of fixing or holding the shoes in place on the support 2.
The described system is suitable for application in closets intended for storing shoes in such a way that the connection of the shoe support 2 with any, that is all of the inner walls of the closet, including the inner sides of the closet doors, is enabled, according to any of the way of implementing the invention.
It is obvious from the preceding description of the invention that various changes, alterations and modifications relating to the shoe disposal or storage system according to the subject invention are possible, which do not go out of the framework defined by the scope of the patent claims which follow. For example, different configurations of the closet can be applied, as well as the placement of the shoe supports or the placement of bores, according to the subject invention. Therefore, the description of the invention and the accompanying drawings are considered as illustrative and should not be interpreted as limitations to the scope of protection of the invention.
