Description
玻璃幕墙用百页式太阳能电池玻璃组件 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种玻璃幕墙用太阳能电池玻璃组件。
背景技术
太阳能玻璃幕墙的问世为太阳能的利用提供了又一个实用方向, 太阳 能玻璃幕墙的核心构件是太阳能电池玻璃组件, 目前该组件是将太阳能电 池片夹在两片玻璃之间, 通过夹胶的方式使太阳能电池片与两玻璃进行粘 接, 因此太阳能电池片与两玻璃之间的夹角为 0", 由于太阳能玻璃幕墙的 使用状态一般与水平面夹角 75"〜90(', 由此使太阳光不能以最佳入射角作 用于太阳能电池片, 导致太阳能转换效率低下, 发电量少, 此外这种太阳 能电池玻璃组件的两玻璃之间不能形成中空, 使隔热保温效果降低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能有效提高太阳能转换效率的并具 有良好的隔热保温的玻璃幕墙用百页式太阳能电池玻璃组件。
本实用新型提供的这种玻璃幕墙用百页式太阳能电池玻璃组件, 包括 前片玻璃、 后片玻璃、 安装在所述两片玻璃之间的太阳能电池片, 所述太 阳能电池片有诸多片, 各太阳能电池片之间有间距, 并与所述两片玻璃有 夹角, 呈百页状安装在两片玻璃之间。
为了方便安装导线隐藏框内, 使导线不显露, 本实用新型的前片玻璃 大于后片玻璃。
由于本实用新型将采用的诸多太阳能电池片呈百页状倾斜安装在两 片玻璃之间, 因此它能根据不同的工程的特点, 选择不同的太阳能电池安 装倾角与间隔,匹配不同地区太阳最佳入射角,有效提高太阳能的转换率, 满足建筑物的采光、 遮阳、 保温等要求, 而且由于本实用新型能使两片玻 璃之间形成中空,

具体实施方式
从图 1到图 5可以看出本实施方式具有前片玻璃 1、 后片玻璃 2、 诸 多太阳能电池片 3, 各太阳能电池片之间有间距, 并与所述前后两片玻璃 1、 2之间有夹角, 呈百页状安装在前后两片玻璃之间, 各太阳能电池片之 间的间距以及它们与前后两片玻璃之间的夹角都可以根据不同的地区、 不 同的建筑物特点进行不同的设计。 各太阳能电池片用开有诸多斜槽的安装 支架 4进行固定, 将各太阳能电池片两端插入安装架 4上的斜槽即可, 后 片玻璃 2四周与前片玻璃之间有密封胶 5将太阳能电池保护起来, 并且使 前后玻璃之间形成中空, 各太阳能电池片 3上产生的电流通过安装支架 4 内的导线 6 收集 , 输出电缆从所述两片玻璃间胶缝处引出, 最后由正负 输出端子 7、 8 输出。 前片玻璃大于后片玻璃, 以方便设置一个副框架将 输出电缆保护起来, 不仅起到良好的视觉效果, 还可以提高光伏玻璃幕墙 系统工作的安全性。
Claims
1、 一种玻璃幕墙用百页式太阳能电池玻璃组件, 包括前片玻璃 (1 )、 后片玻璃 (2 )、 安装在所述两片玻璃之间的太阳能电池片 (3 ), 其特征在 于所述太阳能电池片有诸多片, 各太阳能电池片之间有间距, 并与所述两 片玻璃有夹角, 呈百页状安装在两片玻璃之间。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的玻璃幕墙用百页式太阳能电池玻璃组件, 其特征在于所述太阳能电池片由一个安装支架 (4) 支撑, 该安装支架的 两边立条开有诸多用于嵌太阳能电池片的斜槽。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的玻璃幕墙用百页式太阳能电池玻璃组 件, 其特征在于所述前片玻璃 (1 ) 大于后片玻璃 (2 ), 电缆从所述两片 玻璃间胶缝处引出。
