缘此, 设计人积极深研安全针具的设计, 除使用方便性外, 将使用者的安 全作为设计考虑的主要方向, 使釆血器具有自动回缩结构, 而于采血针具于采 血完成后, 可将针头自动回缩于针筒中, 以防止使用后已感染的针尖因外露而 造成医疗人员的针扎伤害。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术的不足,提供一种自动回 缩式安全采血器, 其针头可回缩至针筒中, 从而防止使用后已感染的针尖因外 露而造成医疗人员的针扎伤害。
为解决上述技术问题, 本实用新型所采用的技术方案是: 一种自动回缩式 安全采血器, 为一种采血后该针头自动回缩于针筒中的采血针具, 主要包含有 一针头、 一护盖、 一针筒、 一弹簧及一釆血管所构成, 该针头具有针管、 针座, 该针座一端套置一弹簧, 另一端套设一胶圈, 且中心处容置贯穿一针管, 该针 管一端嵌套一防护套, 该针头套设于针筒内; 该针筒的一端部形成若干具有弹 性且向圆心的扣钩, 该针筒的内筒具有可容纳针头与弹簧的动作空间, 并于针 筒内具有一可控制针头推移距离的挡环 ,· 该护盖卡合于该针筒一端的扣钩上;该 弹簧扩张时具有可容纳针头于内部的针筒空间; 该采血管的一端设有橡胶塞体, 并可置入针筒的内管中。
该针头的针座一端部环围适当处设置若干呈内凹定位槽连接若干呈斜度上 升的坡道与若干呈内凹斜度旋转的旋转滑道再连接若干呈内凹的贯穿滑道形成 一呈 U形的供针头回缩动作的滑道。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型针头的针座端部形 成若干 U型滑道, 以供针筒端部的若干扣钩于其中作滑移动作; 其藉由一弹簧 设于针座的环围处, 经采血管抵顶针头向前推动, 使弹簧动作以带动扣钩于针 座各滑道中动作, 以完成自动回缩的动作, 从而可防止使用后已感染的针尖因 外露而造成医疗人员的针扎伤害。

首先, 请同时参阅图 1、 图 2、 图 3、 图 3A、 图 4及图 4A所示, 本实用新型 自动回缩式安全采血器系为一种于采血后该针头自动回缩于针筒中的采血针 具, 其主要系包含有一针头 13、 一护盖 10、 一针筒 11、 一弹簧 12及一采血管 16所组构。其中该针头 13具有针管 133、针座 131,针座 131—端容纳针管 133 配合贯穿其中心, 而针管 133可为双头尖锐的单一针管形式, 或于针座 131两 端部各容置一支单头尖锐的针管; 针座 131另一端则形成具有嵌部 1321及肋部 1322的中空凸出部, 供针管 133穿置与防护套 15的嵌套, 其于接近嵌部 1321 的一端形成环状挡板 132, 又于圆周处形成一胶圈槽 1320, 且于挡板 132—侧 凸出的针座 131环面设置一弹簧 12, 而于针座 131端部环围适当处设置若干呈 内凹定位槽 134连接若干呈斜度上升的坡道 135再连接若干呈内凹斜度旋转的 旋转滑道 136再连接若干呈内凹的贯穿滑道 137形成一呈似 U形的供针头回縮 动作的滑道, 一胶圈 14用以使挡板 132与针筒 11内壁间的密合, 一呈环形弹 簧 12用以压缩与扩张使针头回缩, 一采血管 16系为一端开口的管体, 于开口 端容置一塞体 160并形成真空状态, 一针筒 11其一端设有若干略具弹性且钩点 向圆心的扣钩 111配合针座 131上的各滑道呈似 U形路线的滑移, 另一端设有 一耳把 112, 而呈中空的内筒 110具有可容纳针头 13、 弹簧 12的空间, 护盖 10 用以保护针头 13且卡合于针筒 11的扣钩 111上, 当护盖 10没分离于针筒 11 的扣钩 111上时, 该扣钩 111无法弹起, 针头 13的回缩就无法动作。

另, 再请同时参阅图 7、 图 7A、 图 8、 图 8A、 图 9-图 10所示, 系为本实用 新型自动回縮式安全采血器的采血管与针头动作内缩示意图, 于采血完成后先 将针管 133抽离人体后,再将采血管 16向前迫使针头 13向针筒 11的前端推出, 此时, 该扣制于定位槽 134的扣钩 111经弹簧 12被压縮, 相对地被往反方向挤 压后退, 使扣钩 111经由具斜坡的坡道 135朝两侧微张而落至具内凹斜度的旋 转滑道 136中, 而扣钩 111朝两侧微张的幅度系由挡墙 113的高低调节, 此时 针头 13的挡板 132上缘到达针筒挡环 17, 使采血管 16无法再往前推进, 便将 采血管 16微松,该弹簧 12开始扩张伸展带动针座 131旋转再进入贯穿滑道 137 使而完全脱离扣钩 111, 再抽离采血管 16使弹簧 12完全伸长, 并将针头 13带 动内縮, 当弹簧的伸长力与该针头 13于挡板 131圆周嵌设一胶圈 14与针筒 11 的内筒 110环围壁面形成阻力,使其达到平衡点且弹簧 12恰好完全伸张,此时, 针头 13可完全内缩于内筒 110内并保留安全空间约 2 mm。
请再参阅图 11所示, 为本实用新型自动回縮式安全采血器的针管实施例示 意图, 其中该针座 131的针管 133可为一支由上至下贯穿所实施, 另可以二支 所实施, 其中一支针管 133由上至下容置于针座 131的一端部中, 另一支针管 133'由下至上容置于针座 131具嵌部 1321与肋部 1322的一端, 其于采血时, 该针管 133'的下尖部 1332'穿刺采血管 16的塞体 160,使血液流入采血管 16中。

权 利 要 求
1.一种自动回缩式安全采血器,为一种采血后该针头自动回缩于针筒中的采 血针具, 其特征在于主要包含有一针头、 一护盖、 一针筒、 一弹簧及一采血管 所构成, 该针头具有针管、 针座, 该针座一端套置一弹簧, 另一端套设一胶圈, 且中心处容置贯穿一针管, 该针管一端嵌套一防护套, 该针头套设于针筒内; 该针筒的一端部形成若干具有弹性且向圆心的扣钩, 该针筒的内筒具有可容纳 针头与弹簧的动作空间, 并于针筒内具有一可控制针头推移距离的挡环; 该护 盖卡合于该针筒一端的扣钩上; 该弹簧扩张时具有可容纳针头于内部的针筒空 间; 该采血管的一端设有橡胶塞体, 并可置入针筒的内管中。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的自动回縮式安全采血器,其特征在于,该针头的针 座一端部环围适当处设置若干呈内凹定位槽连接若干呈斜度上升的坡道与若干 呈内凹斜度旋转的旋转滑道再连接若干呈内凹的贯穿滑道形成一呈 u形的供针 头回缩动作的滑道。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的自动回缩式安全采血器,其特征在于,该针管为一 支或两支个体实施。
4.根据权利要求 1所述的自动回缩式安全采血器,其特征在于,该针筒的扣 钩间具有挡墙。
5.根据权利要求 1所述的自动回縮式安全采血器,其特征在于,该针座一端 形成嵌部。
6.根据权利要求 1所述的自动回缩式安全采血器,其特征在于,该针座一端 形成肋部。
7.根据权利要求 5或 6所述的自动回缩式安全采血器,其特征在于,该嵌部 与肋部嵌设一防护套。
