Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour faire apparaître dans un réseau de distribution d'électricité une oscillation permettant de transmettre des données. Au moins une charge capacitive (CL) en série avec un moyen de modulation sont connectés entre deux fils (PH, NL) du réseau. Le moyen de modulation d'amplitude comprend au moins une diode Zener (DZ1, DZ2) et au moins un moyen interrupteur (SW1 ). Une impulsion de fermeture de courte durée (Pi) est appliquée au moyen interrupteur, de manière que celui- ci soit passant et court-circuite la diode Zener en modulant ainsi l'amplitude de la tension réseau. La durée de l'impulsion de fermeture est choisie suffisamment courte pour que la modulation de l'amplitude de la tension réseau provoque une réponse du réseau sous la forme d'une oscillation haute-fréquence de la tension réseau.
