发明内容
[3] 本发明的目的是提供一种具有辅助发电功能的电动机, 在现有电动机转子和定 子之间套装一个内外装有磁环和磁块的软铁套, 定子也设置为固定的线圏绕组 , 形成外圏是电动机, 电动机线圏通电使电机转动输出力矩, 在电机主轴转动 的同吋由内环磁铁感应, 芯部的线圏绕组产生电流发电成为发电机, 提供设备 照明装置使用, 改变了现有电动机在纺织、 服装、 机械制造业以及空调上的单 一功能, 节省了电力, 降低了能源消耗。
[4] 本发明所釆用的技术方案是, 一种具有辅助发电功能的电动机, 包括电机外壳
、 电机端盖及电机主轴, 在电机外壳固定的槽内设置有电动机线圏绕组, 在电 机端盖固定一体的芯轴上设置一发电机线圏绕组, 电机主轴通过轴承安装在电 机外壳和发电机线圏绕组芯轴的中心, 在电动机线圏绕组和发电机线圏绕组形 成空间内, 设有一个固定安装在电机主轴上的桶形软铁套, 桶形软铁套外设置 一圏外磁环, 桶形软铁套内嵌入一内磁环。

[8] 本发明的有益效果是, 它将现有的电动机和发电的结构巧妙的组合, 在现有电 动机转子和定子之间套装一个内外装有磁环和磁块的软铁套, 定子也设置为固 定的线圏绕组, 外圏形成电动机, 电动机线圏通电使电机转动输出力矩, 在电 机主轴转动的同吋由内环磁铁感应芯部的线圏绕组产生电流发电成为发电机, 在不改变原电动机的功能基础上的同吋, 又提供设备照明用电, 改变了现有电 动机在纺织业、 服装业、 机械制造业以及空调上等用电机的单一功能, 节省了 电力, 降低了能源消耗, 产生了显著的经济效益。

[13] 一种具有辅助发电功能的电动机, 如图 1所示, 包括电机外壳 1、 电机端盖 2及 电机主轴 3, 在电机外壳 1固定的槽内设置有电动机线圏绕组 4, 在电机端盖 2固 定一体的芯轴 5上设置一发电机线圏绕组 6, 电机主轴 3通过轴承安装在电机外壳 1和发电机线圏绕组芯轴 5的中心, 在电动机线圏绕组 4和发电机线圏绕组 6形成 空间内, 设有一个固定安装在电机主轴上的桶形软铁套 7, 桶形软铁套 7外设置 一圏外磁块 8, 桶形软铁套 7内嵌入一内磁环 9。
[14] 由电机外壳 1固定的槽内设置有电动机线圏绕组 4与桶形软铁套 7的外磁块 8构成 电动机结构, 当接入的输入线路通电后, 电动机线圏绕组 4通过电流产生电动势 使主轴 3旋转驱动设备运行。
[15] 由桶形软铁套 7的内磁环 9罩住芯轴 5和发电机线圏绕组 6构成发电机结构, 由于 内磁环 9随着主轴 3围绕发电机线圏绕组 6旋转, 由励磁产生电流而发电, 发出的 电流由有连接的输出线路供设备照明装置使用。
