本发明的目的, 就在于针对上述存在的缺陷, 发明一种安装和维修方便, 节能效果显 著, 寿命比较长的带罩吸顶灯, 即方便型节能吸顶灯和与之配套的新型结构的专用灯管。
本发明的技术解决方案:将现有吸顶灯灯罩内单个的灯管和镇流器等全部去掉,在里 面装上灯座;将一体化节能灯的镇流器做成中间足够大的凹形或者空心, 以便将灯头沉下 去并且可以很方便地套进灯座,这样可以极大地降低灯管的总体高度,非常方便地将灯管 安装在上述吸顶灯内。这里使用的灯头和灯座, 可以采用螺口、 插口, 也可以采用日光灯 启辉器用的双头卡式灯头灯座和现在双 D型普通灯管通常用的针式插头插座, 当然也可 以使用其他各种各样的灯头灯座和接插件。当使用日光灯启辉器用的双头卡式灯头灯座和 现在双 D型普通灯管通常用的针式插头插座时,镇流器可以做成中间凹形的或者空心的, 也可以不做成凹形的或者空心的。
该灯管也可做成一个或者数个三角形、 方形、 矩形、 菱形、 螺旋形、 波浪形状等各种 形状。 还可以做成带数个幅条(筋) 的车轮形、 三角形和方形、 菱形等各种形状。 根据需 要, 吸顶灯内可以安装一个或数个灯座。
总之,改变节能灯结构和形状的的方法可以有各种各样,但都必须满足本发明提出的 原则, 即改变后的一体化节能灯应该能够很方便地安装在上述吸顶灯的罩内,另外也必须 考虑整体发光均匀和坚固耐用。 当然, 光源也可以采用其他一体化的节能灯灯具。 本发明的有益效果是: 由于省去了现有灯罩内的单个镇流器和安装灯管用的接插件 等, 直接安装灯座, 所以本带罩吸顶灯结构简单, 制作成本低。 另外由于灯管总体高度进 一步地降低,这就可以非常方便地装进上述吸顶灯的灯罩内,并且使得目前市场上的各种 灯罩均可使用, 不需要另外再开模具, 这更是大大地节约了生产成本。 使用这种灯管, 整 体发光非常均匀, 照明质量和效果得到了进一步提升。

对照附图 2, 本发明在制作时, 将现有一体化节能灯镇流器的中间做成足够大的凹形 或者空心, 以便将灯头沉下去并且可以很方便地套进灯座,这样可以极大地降低灯管的总 体高度。环形灯管安装位置可以比镇流器低一点, 以避免光照不均而产生阴影。环形灯管 和镇流器通过筋相联。
