Description

Description
CAP FOR COSMETIC CONTAINER AND COSMETIC CONTAINER COMPRISING THE SAME
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a cap for a cosmetic container and a cosmetic container comprising the same, and more particularly, to a cap for a cosmetic container comprising a puff coupled integrally thereto, thereby providing convenient use and eliminating possibility of loss of the puff, and a cosmetic container comprising the same. Background Art
[2] In general, solid cosmetics are used for arranging a skin color or correcting an outer physique of the skin to give a cubic effect, and also for protecting the skin against dust, ultraviolet or weather. The solid cosmetics are classified, for example, into cake foundation, cream foundation, powder and the like, and it is generally applied to a skin (of a face or the like) by sticking and spreading it thereon using a puff received in a container.
[3] The container for receiving such a solid cosmetic is received includes a container body and a cap coupled detachably to the container body, and a puff for sticking and applying the cosmetic is received in the container body.
[4] Fig. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing a cosmetic container conventionally used. Referring to Fig. 1, the cosmetic container generally includes a container body 1 for receiving a solid cosmetic therein, a puff 3 for sticking the cosmetic received in the container body 1 and applying it to a skin, a net member 2 laminated between the cosmetic and the puff 3 such that just a predetermined amount of the received cosmetic is stuck to the puff 3, and a cap 6 rotatably coupled to the container body 1. At this time, the cap 6 is rotatably coupled to the container body 1 through a hinge 4 formed at one side thereof. In addition, a hook 6a is formed at the other side of the cap 6 in opposition to the hinge 4, and a coupling protrusion Ia is formed on the container body 1 such that the hook 6a can be elastically hooked thereto, so that the cap 6 is configu red to be capable of being opened from or closed to the container body 1.
[5] However, the conventional cosmetic container is inconvenient in use since the puff 3 is separately provided. More specifically, after opening the cap 6, a user should grip the puff 3 received in the container body 1 by hand and stick and apply the cosmetic, so that it is cumbersome in use. Also, the puff 3 does not integrate with the container boy 1 or the cap 6 but is separately provided, so that there is great possibility of loss of the puff 3. [6] In addition, although Fig. 1 exemplarily shows a disk-shaped product in which the container body 1 is short, another product in which the container body 1 is long makes it difficult to stick and apply a cosmetic with a puff 3 since the container body 1 is deep. That is, the cosmetic received in the container body 1 is gradually worn away and reduced as being used. If the cosmetic is gradually worn away and exhausted as mentioned above, the cosmetic remains near the bottom of the container body 1 and thus exists in a deep spot in the container body 1. Thus, there is a problem in that it is not easy to stick and apply the cosmetic with the puff 3. Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
[7] The present invention is conceived to solve the aforementioned problems in the prior art. An object of the present invention is to provide a cap for a cosmetic container comprising a puff coupled integrally thereto, thereby allowing convenient use and prevent loss of the puff.
[8] Another object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic container having a container body and a cap, wherein cosmetic container is provided with an outer container, an inner container and an elastic means installed between the outer and inner containers such that the inner container can be moved elastically upward and downward, thereby allowing a user to easily stick and apply a cosmetic received in the inner container. At this time, according to a preferred embodiment, the puff includes an air bag coupled to the cap body and a puff body covering the air bag.
[12] Further, the container body preferably includes an outer container, an inner container received in the outer container and an elastic means installed between the outer container and the inner container so that the inner container can be moved elastically upward and downward. At this time, a guide portion is preferably provided on walls of the outer container and the inner container.
[13] Also, a stopper is preferably formed on an inner wall of the outer container for preventing the inner container from being moved further upward. At this time, it is preferable that the stopper consists of a plurality of protrusions extending from the inner wall of the outer container, and an air ventilation space is provided between the protrusions. [14]
Advantageous Effects

[24] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[25] Fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view showing a cap for a cosmetic container according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and Fig. 3 is an assembled sectional view showing the cap for a cosmetic container according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention.
[26] Referring to Figs. 2 and 3, a cap 100 for a cosmetic container according to the present invention has a puff 20 coupled to a lower end thereof. Specifically, the cap 100 for a cosmetic container according to the present invention includes a cap body 10, and a puff 20 coupled to a lower end of the cap body 10. The puff 20 may be configured to comprise fiber aggregation, synthetic resin foam (generally in the form of a sponge), or the like as in the common cases, and any materials that allow to absorb, stick and apply a cosmetic may be used. This puff 20 may be coupled to the lower end of the cap body 10 by adhesive or any other physical coupling means (for example, a fitting structure, or an assembling member). In addition, the puff 20 may have various shapes such as a disk shape, a cubic oval shape, a spherical shape or a cubic star shape.
[27] According to a preferred embodiment, the puff 20 includes an air bag 22 coupled to the cap body 10, and a puff body 24 covering the air bag 22. At this time, the puff body 24 may be configured to comprise fiber aggregation, synthetic resin foam (generally in the form of a sponge), or the like, and any materials that allow to absorb, stick and apply a cosmetic may be used, as mentioned above. This puff body 24 has an inner space S such that the air bag 22 can be inserted therein as shown in Figs. 2 and 3. Also, the puff body 24 secures flexibility, thereby being freely separated from the air bag 22. Also, the air bag 22 comprises a soft elastic body selected from silicon, rubber and synthetic resin elastic body (elastomer), thereby having elasticity.
[28] At this time, the cap body 10 and the air bag 22 have an assembly structure in which they are freely disassembled from and assembled to each other. For example, as shown in Figs. 2 and 3, an assembly hole 14 is formed in a lower portion of the cap body 10, and a fitting portion 22a, which can be fitted into the assembly hole 14 of the cap body 10, is formed in an upper portion of the air bag 22. Also, an escape prevention projection 22b is formed on an upper portion of the fitting portion 22a so as to prevent separation from the cap body 10 after the fitting portion is fitted thereinto. At this time, the air bag 22 comprises a soft elastic body as mentioned above, thereby being separated from the cap body 10 by physical manipulation (e.g., pulling).
[29] In addition, the cap body 10 has an insertion portion 12 fitted into a container body
200 (see Fig. 4), and a coupling unit 12a is formed to protrude on the insertion portion 12. At this time, the coupling unit 12a is fitted into a coupling groove 221 (see Fig. 3) formed on an inner wall of the container body 200.
[30] According to the cap 100 for a cosmetic container of the present invention as explained above, the puff 20 is integrally coupled, thereby allowing convenient use and preventing loss of the puff 20.
[31] Specifically, in a case where a puff is separately provided as in a prior art, after opening a cap, a user should grip the puff received in a container body and stick and apply a cosmetic, so that it is cumbersome in use and the puff may be lost easily. However, according to the present invention, the puff 20 is integrally coupled to the cap 100, so that it is possible to grip the cap 100 and then stick and apply a cosmetic, thereby ensuring convenient use. Moreover, since the puff 20 is integrally coupled to the cap 100, there is less possibility of loss. [32] Further, in a case where the puff 20 is configured to have the air bag 22 and the puff body 24 according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the amount of material used in the puff body 24 for adsorbing a cosmetic is advantageously reduced, and the air bag 22 of a soft elastic body gives good feeling in use due to its elastic action. Also, the puff body 24 covering the air bag 22 can be easily separated from the air bag 22, so that it is possible to easily exchange the puff body 24 and thus ensure clean beauty care.
[33] Hereinafter, a cosmetic container according to the present invention will be explained with reference to Figs. 4 to 7.
[34] Fig. 4 is an exploded perspective view showing a cosmetic container according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and Fig. 5 is an exploded perspective view showing a container body of the cosmetic container according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention. Also, Fig. 6 is a sectional view showing the assembled cosmetic container according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and Fig. 7 is an exploded sectional view showing the cosmetic container according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention.
[35] Referring to Figs. 4 to 7, the cosmetic container according to the present invention includes a container body 200, and a cap 100 detachably coupled to the container body 200. At this time, the aforementioned cap 100 of the present invention may be used as the cap 100 shown in Figs. 4 to 7.
[36] The container body 200 may have a common structure, but preferably has a structure to be described below.
[37] Referring to Figs. 4 to 7, the container body 200 includes an outer container 220 and an inner container 240 received in the outer container 220. A solid cosmetic C is received in the inner container 240, and this inner container 240 can be moved elastically upward and downward. The above structure is illustrated concretely. An elastic means 250 is installed between a bottom 220a of the outer container 220 and the inner container 240, and the inner container 240 is configured to be moved elastically upward and downward due to the elasticity of the elastic means 250. The elastic means 250 may comprise any material having elasticity, for example rubber, synthetic resin elastic body (elastomer) or the like, and a spring may be preferably used. In the figures, a spring is illustrated as the elastic means 250.
[38] In addition, as shown in Figs. 6 and 7, a seating groove 241a in which the elastic means 250 is seated may be formed on a bottom 241 of the inner container 240. This seating groove 241a prevents the elastic means 250 from moving. In a case where the elastic means 250 is a spring as shown in Figs. 6 and 7, the seating groove 241a preferably has a ring shape.
[39] Also, a guide portion 260 is preferably provided at walls of the outer and inner containers 220 and 240. This guide portion 260 causes the inner container 240 to linearly move upward and downward without rotating, and may include, for example, a guide groove 262 formed on an inner wall of the outer container 220 and a guide rail 264 formed on an outer wall of the inner container 240. In addition, the guide portion 260 may also be provided in a structure in reverse to the foregoing. That is, the guide portion 260 may include a guide rail 264 formed on the inner wall of the outer container 220 and a guide groove 262 formed on the outer wall of the inner container 240.
[40] In addition, a stopper 228 is preferably formed on the inner wall of the outer container 220 such that the inner container 240 is halted so that a further upward movement of the inner container is prevented. That is, as shown in the exploded view of Fig. 4, the stopper 228 causes an upper surface 240a of the inner container 240 to be caught thereto so that the inner container 240 can not be moved further upward. This stopper 228 may be configured to have a rim shape continuously formed along the inner wall of the outer container 220 or to have a plurality of protrusions extending from the inner wall of the outer container 220 at regular intervals. At this time, it is preferred that the stopper 228 is configured to have a plurality of protrusions extending from the inner wall of the outer container 220 and air ventilation spaces 229 are provided between the protruded stoppers 228. In a case where the air ventilation spaces 229 are provided as mentioned above, pressure is not generated between the outer container 220 and the inner container 240, so that the inner container 240 may move more freely upward and downward. Also, a coupling groove 221 into which the coupling unit 12a of the cap body 10 is fitted is formed on the inner wall of the outer container 220.
[41] According to the aforementioned cosmetic container of the present invention, the inner container 240 is elastically moved upward and downward by means of the elastic member 250 as mentioned above. Thus, because the inner container 240 is elastically moved, it is easy to stick and apply the solid cosmetic C received in the inner container 240.
[42] In particular, referring to Figs. 6 and 7, in a state where the cap 100 is assembled, the puff 20 coupled to the lower end of the cap 100 is in close contact with the cosmetic C in the inner container 240 (see Fig. 6). Also, if the cap 100 is open, the inner container 240 elastically moves upward and is then stopped by the stopper 228 (see Fig. 7). As mentioned above, as the inner container 240 elastically moves while a user grips the cap 100 and then sticks the cosmetic C to the puff 20 after opening the cap 100, i.e., as the cosmetic C elastically moves, it is easy to stick and apply the cosmetic C. In addition, the cosmetic C is gradually worn away and exhausted as being used. If the cosmetic C is worn away and just small amount of the cosmetic remains, the cosmetic C is received in the inner container 240 that is positioned at an approximately middle height of the container by the elastic means 250, so that it is easy to stick and apply the cosmetic C. That is, although only a small amount of the cosmetic C remains, the cosmetic C is not positioned near the bottom of the container body 200 but positioned at an approximately middle height of the container body 200, so that a user can easily stick and apply the cosmetic C and also use almost all the remaining cosmetic. Mode for the Invention
[43] The cosmetic C that can be received in the cosmetic container according to the present invention may comprise any solid cosmetic, for example a cosmetic C having a powder form. At this time, in a case where the cosmetic C is in the form of powder, a common net member may be received in the container in order to prevent the powder cosmetic from scattering and also prevent an excessive amount of the cosmetic C from being stick. The cosmetic C that can be received in the cosmetic container according to the present invention may be, for example, cake foundation, cream foundation, powder and the like. Also, the cosmetic C may be an ultraviolet blocking cosmetic, and the ultraviolet blocking cosmetic may be made by compressing powder cosmetic (containing an ultraviolet blocking agent).
