As a prior art of the RFID system, for example, there is one described in Patent Document 1. In this conventional technique, a RFID label (RFID tag) is attached to a document, and tag identification information (tag identifier) of a RFID circuit element included in the RFID tag label and document information are associated with each other and stored in a database. Further, a plurality of readers (sensors) are provided in the vicinity of the workflow area, and the locations of these readers are also registered in the database in advance. Thus, when the tag identification information of the RFID label attached to the document is read by the reader, the tag identification information is associated with the document information and the location, so that the location of the document can be grasped. In this way, the physical movement of the document can be tracked.

Inventor A checks the claim (step 5, (2) in the figure), and circulates the claim after completion of the check to inventor B (second operator). Inventor B checks the claim (step 5, (3) in the figure), and returns the claim to the person in charge of intellectual property after the check is completed. The person in charge of intellectual property checks the complaint (step 6, (4) in the figure), and notifies the patent office of the check result after the check is completed.
In the circulation for checking the above claims, the person in charge of intellectual property sends a message to the inventors A and B (for example, “please return by XX month and day”, “circulate to Mr. XX”, etc.). If there is "Message 1" in the figure, the details will be described later, but the person in charge of intellectual property uses the RFID label T (here, the main tag label Ta or the sub tag label Tc). Then, the first message is inputted in real voice through the microphone 310 of the reader 300 and registered in the database 200. Inventor A, who listened to the first message from the person in charge of intellectual property and completed the claim check, sent a message to Inventor B who checked later (for example, "Figure XX has been modified" "Paragraph XX is checked." Please describe as “3rd message.” When there is a “message 3” in the figure, or to the IP person in charge to check at the end (for example, “Figure XX and If there is a correction in paragraph XX ”, etc., it will be referred to as“ second message ”(shown as“ message 2 ”in the figure), and inventor A will use RFID tag T (here, subtag label Tc). Is used to input the second message or the third message in real voice via the microphone 310 and register it in the database 200. Thereafter, the inventor B who listened to the first message or the third message from the person in charge of the intellectual property and the inventor A and finished the complaint check sent a message (hereinafter, “second message”) to the person in charge of the intellectual property to be checked last. Inventor B inputs the second message in real voice via microphone 310 using RFID label T (here, sub-tag label Tc). And register in the database 200. The person in charge of intellectual property listens to all messages related to the patent case (the first message registered by himself / herself and the second and third messages registered by the inventors A and B) and checks the claims.
In this embodiment, the main tag label Ta and the sub tag label Tc are used as the RFID label T according to the progress of the patent project. The main tag label Ta (wireless tag, first wireless tag label) is a wireless tag label T that is first issued by an intellectual property person (first operator) when registering a new patent case, and a folder corresponding to each patent case. Used by attaching to. Note that the folder stores various documents (requests, claims, specification originals, etc.) of the corresponding patent cases (for example, wrapping bags). The sub tag label Tc (wireless tag, second wireless tag label) is a wireless tag label T created after the creation of the primary tag label Ta for a case where the primary tag label Ta has already been created. It is created when the person in charge of goods receives a claim from the patent office and when the specification manuscript is received, and is used by attaching to the claim manuscript and the specification manuscript, respectively. The claim manuscript or the specification manuscript to which the sub tag label Tc is attached is circulated from the person in charge of intellectual property to one or a plurality of inventors (second operators) and checked. The RFID circuit element To included in the main tag label Ta constitutes the first RFID circuit element described in the claims, and the RFID circuit element To included in the slave tag label Tc corresponds to the second RFID tag. Configure circuit elements.
In the above, the first message from the person in charge of intellectual property to the inventors A and B corresponds to the first message information to the second operator input by the first operator according to each claim through the voice input means Then, the speaker 320 of the reader 300 when the inventor A or the inventor B listens to the first message from the person in charge of the intellectual property is transferred from the first operator to the second operator according to the operation of the second operator. An audio reproducing means for reproducing the first message information is configured.
Similarly, the second message from the inventor A or B to the person in charge of intellectual property corresponds to the second message information to the first operator input by the second operator via the voice input means, and the person in charge of intellectual property The speaker 320 of the reader 300 when the person listens to the second message from the inventor A or B reproduces the second message information from the second operator to the first operator according to the operation of the first operator. An audio playback means is configured.
Similarly, the third message from the inventor A to the inventor B is the second message to the other second operator that is input via the voice input means by one second operator among the plurality of second operators. It corresponds to 3 message information, and the speaker 320 of the reader 300 when the inventor B listens to the third message from the inventor A is changed from one second operator to another according to the operation of the other second operator. An audio reproducing means for reproducing the third message information for the second operator is configured.
Next, control contents executed by the control circuit 303 of the reader 300 in order to realize the features of the patent progress management system PS described above will be described.
FIG. 6 is a flowchart showing a control procedure performed by the control circuit 303 of the reader 300.
First, in step S10, the control circuit 303 determines whether or not the tag ID has been read from the RFID label T (including the main tag label Ta and the sub tag label Tc). Specifically, the control circuit 303 outputs a control signal to the high frequency circuit 306 and reads the tag ID stored in the IC circuit unit 150 of the RFID tag circuit element To of the RFID label T via the high frequency circuit 306 and the antenna 305. The reading signal for transmitting is transmitted. Thereafter, a reply signal returned from the RFID circuit element To corresponding to the read signal is received via the antenna 305 and taken into the control circuit 303 via the high frequency circuit 306. This step is repeated until the control circuit 303 receives a reply signal, and if received, the process proceeds to the next step S15.
In step S15, the control circuit 303 acquires the tag ID of the RFID circuit element To based on the reply signal received from the RFID label T in step S10.
In step S20, the control circuit 303 determines whether or not the RFID label T is the main tag label Ta based on the tag ID acquired in step S15. When the wireless tag label T is the main tag label Ta, the process proceeds to the next step S25.
In step S25, the control circuit 303 accesses the database 200 via the communication line NW, searches the database 200 based on the tag ID acquired in step S15, and associates it with the patent case corresponding to the tag ID. It is determined whether or not all registered audio data is registered. Here, all the audio data includes audio data associated with the tag ID of the sub tag label Tc corresponding to the main tag label Ta (for example, in the example shown in FIG. 5, it corresponds to the first to third messages). Voice data). Further, when sound effect setting (described later) is performed, the sound effect data is also included. If the audio data is not registered, the process proceeds to step S100 described later. On the other hand, if the audio data is registered, the process proceeds to the next step S30.
In step S30, the control circuit 303 acquires all audio data registered in relation to the patent case corresponding to the main tag label Ta from the database 200, and outputs a control signal to the audio output unit 321 to output the audio data. Is decoded and reproduced, and the corresponding sound is output from the speaker 320. At this time, if a sound effect is set corresponding to the sound data, the control circuit 303 obtains the sound effect data together with the sound data from the database 200, first plays the sound effect, and then Play audio. If no sound data is registered and only sound effects are set, only sound effects are reproduced.
In the next step S35, the control circuit 303 causes the operator to perform a reproduction end operation (such as pressing a reproduction end button 330 (see FIG. 8 described later) displayed on the display unit 301), or may operate the operation unit 302. ) Is determined. If the reproduction end operation has not been performed, the process returns to step S30 to repeatedly reproduce the audio data. On the other hand, when the reproduction end operation is performed, the process proceeds to the next step S100.
In step S100, the control circuit 303 performs a main tag mode process for performing various work procedures by an operator (IP staff member) who uses the main tag label Ta (refer to FIG. 9 described later for the detailed procedure). Then, it moves to step S60 mentioned later.
On the other hand, if the RFID label T is the sub tag label Tc in the previous step S20, the process proceeds to the next step S40.
In step S40, the control circuit 303 accesses the database 200 via the communication line NW, searches the database 200 based on the tag ID acquired in step S15, and processes the document processing of the patent case corresponding to the tag ID. Progress information indicating progress (information indicating which of the above-described work steps 1 to 11) is read.
In step S45, the control circuit 303 accesses the database 200 via the communication line NW, searches the database 200 based on the tag ID acquired in step S15, and registers it in association with the patent case corresponding to the tag ID. Of all the audio data (including audio data associated with the main tag label Ta corresponding to the sub-tag label Tc, including sound effect data), audio data corresponding to the progress information acquired in step S40 (in other words, progress) It is determined whether or not (sound data that matches) is registered. Specifically, for example, in the case where the person in charge of intellectual property selects the inventor specification check (work process 8) as a recording target using the main tag label Ta and registers voice data, the inventor claim check (work process 5) ), When the information of the sub tag label Tc is read, it is determined that the audio data with the same progress is not registered, and the information of the tag label Tc is read according to the inventor specification check (work process 8). In this case, it is determined that audio data with the same progress is registered. Further, for example, when circulation is performed between a plurality of inventors as in the case shown in FIG. 5 described above, the inventor A who is the previous reader uses the sub tag label Tc to generate voice data (in the third message). In the case where the inventor B who is the later reader reads the information of the same sub tag label Tc, it is determined that the audio data having the same progress is registered. If audio data with the same progress is not registered, the process proceeds to step S200 described later. On the other hand, if audio data with the same progress is registered, the process proceeds to the next step S50.
In step S50, the control circuit 303 acquires the audio data having the same progress from the database 200, outputs a control signal to the audio output unit 321, decodes / reproduces the audio data, and outputs the corresponding audio data from the speaker 320. Is output. At this time, if a sound effect is set corresponding to the sound data, the control circuit 303 obtains the sound effect data together with the sound data from the database 200, first plays the sound effect, and then Play audio. If no sound data is registered and only sound effects are set, only sound effects are reproduced.
In the next step S55, the control circuit 303 causes the operator to perform a reproduction end operation (such as pressing the reproduction end button 330 (see FIG. 8 described later) displayed on the display unit 301) or operating the operation unit 302. It is determined whether or not (good) has been performed. If the reproduction end operation has not been performed, the process returns to step S50 to repeatedly reproduce the audio data. On the other hand, when the reproduction end operation is performed, the process proceeds to the next step S200.
In step S200, the control circuit 303 performs a sub tag mode process for performing various work procedures by an operator (IP officer and inventor) who uses the sub tag label Tc (refer to FIG. 26 described later for the detailed procedure). .
In the next step S60, the control circuit 303 determines whether to end the work. Specifically, when the operator closes software for performing the above-described work in the reader 300 or turns off the power of the reader 300, it is determined that the work is finished, and this flow is finished. Otherwise, the process returns to the previous step S10.
Note that, in the above, step S30 and step S50 constitute audio data acquisition means for acquiring audio data from the database based on the identification information read from the RFID circuit element by the reading device described in the claims. .
FIG. 7 is a diagram illustrating an example of a screen displayed on the display unit 301 when the control circuit 303 reads information from the RFID label T in step S10, and FIG. 8 is a diagram in step S30 or step S50. FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating an example of a screen displayed on the display unit 301 by the control circuit 303 during reproduction of audio data.
When the operator reads information from the primary tag label Ta or the secondary tag label Tc according to the information reading screen shown in FIG. 7 displayed on the display unit 301 of the reader 300, a display is displayed when corresponding audio data is registered. The audio playback screen shown in FIG. 8 is displayed on the unit 301 and the audio data is played back through the speaker 320. The reproduction of the audio data is repeated until the operator presses the reproduction end button 330 displayed on the screen.
FIG. 9 is a flowchart showing a detailed procedure of the main tag mode process in step S100.
First, in step S110, the control circuit 303 determines whether or not the work mode is the “master maintenance” mode. Here, the work mode in the main tag mode processing is the “master maintenance” mode for the intellectual property person in charge to perform various settings and setting changes, and the intellectual property person in charge sends a message (in the example shown in FIG. "Recording message (for managers)" mode for recording the equivalent), "Sound effect setting (for managers)" mode for setting the sound effect that the IP person in charge plays along with the message (or alone) , And a mode that can be operated by both the person in charge of intellectual property and the inventor, and is a “patent progress management” mode for creating labels of main / sub tag labels Ta and Tc, updating progress, displaying a list, etc. It is. To determine these work modes, the control circuit 303 causes the display unit 301 to display a mode selection screen (see FIG. 10 described later), and the operator uses the operation unit 302 based on the screen (or using the operation pen). It may be clicked on the screen, etc. The same applies hereinafter) This is performed based on the mode selection signal input by the operation. When the “master maintenance” mode is selected, the process proceeds to step S115, and the control circuit 303 performs a master maintenance process for performing various settings and setting changes. Thereafter, the process proceeds to step S150 described later. On the other hand, if the “master maintenance” mode is not selected, the process proceeds to the next step S120.
In step S120, the control circuit 303 determines whether or not the work mode is the “message recording (for manager)” mode. When the “message recording (for manager)” mode is selected, the process proceeds to step S300, and the message recording process (manager) for the intellectual property person to record the message (corresponding to the first message described above). (See FIG. 20 described later). Thereafter, the process proceeds to step S150 described later. On the other hand, if the “message recording (for manager)” mode is not selected, the process proceeds to the next step S130.
In step S130, the control circuit 303 determines whether or not the work mode is the “sound effect setting (for manager)” mode. If the “sound effect setting (for manager)” mode is selected, the process proceeds to step S400, and the effect person setting process (for manager) is performed for the IP person to set the sound effect (described later). FIG. 24). Thereafter, the process proceeds to step S150 described later. On the other hand, if the “sound effect setting (for manager)” mode is not selected, the process proceeds to the next step S140.
In step S140, the control circuit 303 determines whether or not the work mode is the “patent progress management” mode. If the “patent progress management” mode is selected, the process proceeds to step S500, and a patent progress management process for performing progress management is performed (see FIG. 11 described later). Thereafter, the process proceeds to step S150 described later. On the other hand, if the “patent progress management” mode is not selected, the process proceeds to the next step S150.
In step S150, the control circuit 303 determines whether or not to end the main tag mode process. Specifically, when the operator closes the software for performing the main tag mode processing in the reader 300 or performs an operation for terminating the main tag mode processing, it is determined that the processing is finished, and this subroutine is finished. To do. Otherwise, the process returns to the previous step S110.
In the above, the message recording process and the sound effect setting process are for the administrator in order to distinguish them from the message recording process and sound effect setting process (see FIG. 26) for the circulator described later. is there. In this embodiment, the manager here refers to the person in charge of intellectual property.
FIG. 10 is a diagram illustrating an example of a mode selection screen displayed on the display unit 301 by the control circuit 303 in the main tag mode process.
As shown in FIG. 10, in the main tag mode process, there are 4 modes of “master maintenance” mode, “message recording (for manager)” mode, “sound effect setting (for manager)” mode, and “patent progress management” mode. There are two work modes. When the operator selects a desired work mode using the operation unit 302 on this selection screen, the work mode is selected and input.
Next, among the plurality of work modes in the main tag mode process, the patent progress management process will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 11 is a flowchart showing a detailed procedure of the patent progress management process in step S500.
First, in step S510, the control circuit 303 determines whether or not the work mode is the “label issuance” mode. Here, the work mode in the patent progress management process includes a “label issuance” mode for creating the RFID label T, a “progress update” mode for updating the progress, and a “progress list display” for displaying the progress. It is a mode. The determination of these work modes is based on a mode selection signal that the control circuit 303 causes the display unit 301 to display a mode selection screen (see FIG. 12 to be described later) and is input by the operator using the operation unit 302 based on the screen. Do. If the “label issuance” mode is selected, the process proceeds to step S1000 to perform label issuance processing for creating the RFID label T (see FIG. 13 described later). Thereafter, the process proceeds to step S540 described later. On the other hand, if the “label issuance” mode is not selected, the process proceeds to the next step S520.
In step S520, the control circuit 303 determines whether or not the work mode is the “progress update” mode. When the “progress update” mode is selected, the process proceeds to step S1100, and a progress update process for advancing the progress is performed (see FIG. 17 described later). Thereafter, the process proceeds to step S540 described later. On the other hand, when the “progress update” mode is not selected, the process proceeds to the next step S530.
In step S530, the control circuit 303 determines whether or not the work mode is the “progress list display” mode. If the “progress list display” mode is selected, the process moves to step S1200, and a progress list display process for causing the display unit 301 to display the progress list is performed (see FIG. 18 described later). Thereafter, the process proceeds to step S540 described later. On the other hand, if the “progress list display” mode is not selected, the process proceeds to the next step S540.
In step S540, the control circuit 303 determines whether or not to end the patent progress management process. Specifically, when the operator closes the software for performing the patent progress management process in the reader 300 or performs an operation for ending the patent progress management process, it is determined that the process is finished, and this subroutine is terminated. To do. Otherwise, the process returns to the previous step S510.
FIG. 12 is a diagram illustrating an example of a mode selection screen that the control circuit 303 displays on the display unit 301 in the patent progress management process.
As shown in FIG. 12, in the patent progress management process, there are three work modes of “label issuance” mode, “progress update” mode, and “progress list display” mode. When a desired work mode is selected using 302, the work mode is selected and input.
FIG. 13 is a flowchart showing the detailed procedure of the label issuance process in step S1000.
First, in step S1010, the control circuit 303 determines whether or not the RFID label T to be issued corresponds to a new case. For this determination, the control circuit 303 receives an input signal (for example, input by pressing a “new registration” button displayed on the screen) indicating that the control circuit 303 is a new case input by the operator using the operation unit 302. It is done depending on whether or not. If an input signal has been received (if it is a new registration), the process moves to the next step S1300.
In step S1300, the control circuit 303 performs a main tag label issuing process for creating the main tag label Ta which is the first RFID label T when registering a new case (see FIG. 14 described later). Then, this subroutine ends.
On the other hand, when the input signal is not received in the above step S1010 (when it is not a new registration), the process proceeds to step S1400. In step S1400, the control circuit 303 performs a sub tag label issuing process for generating the sub tag label Tc, which is the RFID label T generated after the generation of the main tag label Ta, for a case in which the main tag label Ta has already been generated ( (See FIG. 15 described later). Then, this subroutine ends.
FIG. 14 is a flowchart showing a detailed procedure of the main tag label issuing process in step S1300.
First, in step S1310, the control circuit 303 outputs a control signal to the display unit 301 and causes the display unit 301 to display a case information input screen. The case information input screen is a screen for inputting case information when an IP person in charge registers a new patent case. The IP number (application identification information), the title of the invention, the representative inventor, and the agent who places the order. (Patent office), and entry fields such as registration date.
In the next step S1320, the control circuit 303 acquires the case information input by the intellectual property person in charge using the operation unit 302 while referring to the case information input screen.
In the next step S1330, the control circuit 303 determines whether or not to issue the main tag label Ta. This determination is based on whether or not the control circuit 303 has received an issue command signal (for example, input by pressing an “Issue” button displayed on the screen) input by the person in charge of intellectual property using the operation unit 302. Is done by. If no issue command signal is received, the process returns to step S1320. On the other hand, when the issue command signal is received, the process proceeds to the next step S1340.
In step S1340, the control circuit 303 sets a tag ID to be written to the RFID circuit element To of the main tag label Ta to be created. This setting is performed, for example, when the control circuit 303 accesses the database 200 via the communication line NW and reads an appropriate ID from the tag ID database stored in the database 200. Note that a database for tag ID setting may be provided separately from the database 200.
In step S1350, the control circuit 303 creates print information to be printed on the created main tag label Ta. For example, in the case of printing the tag label use ("for folder" in the case of the main tag label Ta), the intellectual property serial number, the representative inventor, the agent, the title of the invention, etc. on the main tag label Ta, the above print information Contains such information.
In the next step S1360, the control circuit 303 transmits the tag ID set in step S1340 and the printing information created in step S1350 to the control circuit 102 of the tag label producing apparatus 100 via the communication line NW.
In step S1370, the control circuit 303 sends a main tag label creation completion signal (see step S840 in FIG. 16 described later) transmitted from the control circuit 102 when the tag label producing apparatus 100 completes production of the main tag label Ta to the communication line NW. It is determined whether or not the message has been received via. This step is repeated until a main tag label creation completion signal is received. If received, the process proceeds to the next step S1380.
In step S1380, the control circuit 303 associates the tag ID set in step S1340 with the case information input in step S1320 and the print information created in step S1350, and transmits it to the database 200 via the communication line NW. ,sign up.
In the next step S1390, the control circuit 303 sets the tag IDs of the slave tag labels Tc created after the created master tag label Ta, that is, the two slave tag labels Tc for the claim and the specification document in the same manner as in step S1340. The tag IDs for the main tag label Ta (hereinafter, appropriately described as “main tag ID”) set in step S1380 are set and tag IDs for the sub tag labels Tc (hereinafter, appropriately described as “sub tag ID”) are registered. In association with, the data is transmitted to the database 200 via the communication line NW and registered. Then, this subroutine ends.
FIG. 15 is a flowchart showing the detailed procedure of the slave tag label issuing process in step S1400.
First, in step S1410, the control circuit 303 determines whether or not a case for creating the sub tag label Tc is selected from the registered cases. In this determination, the control circuit 303 displays a case selection signal (for example, a list of registered cases that is input by the intellectual property person using the operation unit 302 on the screen, and the intellectual property person in charge selects a specific item from the list. This is done depending on whether or not (input by selecting a case) is received. This step is repeated until a case selection signal is received, and if received, the process proceeds to the next step S1420.
In step S1420, the control circuit 303 determines whether or not to issue the sub tag label Tc. This determination is based on whether or not the control circuit 303 has received an issue command signal (for example, input by pressing an “Issue” button displayed on the screen) input by the person in charge of intellectual property using the operation unit 302. Is done by. This step is repeated until the issue command signal is received. If it is received, the process proceeds to the next step S1430.
In step S1430, the control circuit 303 determines whether or not the matter selected in step S1410 has progressed to a predetermined work process. Specifically, it is determined whether or not the process has progressed to the process of receiving a complaint (process 4) or receiving a specification document (process 7) among the 11 processes described above. If the process has not progressed until the receipt of the complaint (step 4) or the receipt of the specification document (step 7), the process proceeds to step S1440, and a control signal is transmitted to the display unit 301 to display a predetermined error display (eg, "Not received" or "No draft received"). On the other hand, if the process has progressed to receipt of a complaint (process 4) or receipt of a specification document (process 7), the process proceeds to next step S1450.
In step S1450, the control circuit 303 accesses the database 200 via the communication line NW, and creates the subordinate tag label Tc to be created (or the subordinate tag label Tc for the complaint if the work process has progressed to the receipt of the complaint (process 4)). When the work process has progressed to receipt of the specification document (step 7), it is a sub-tag label Tc for the specification document, and so on. (As described above, these sub tag IDs are preset when the main tag label Ta is created and stored in the database 200).
In the next step S1460, the control circuit 303 creates print information to be printed on the created sub tag label Tc. For example, similar to the above-described main tag label Ta, the use of the tag label (in the case of the sub tag label Tc, “for claims” or “for specification”), IP serial number, representative inventor, agent, and title of the invention In the case of printing etc., the print information includes such information.
In the next step S1470, the control circuit 303 transmits the tag ID acquired in step S1450 and the print information created in step S1460 to the control circuit 102 of the tag label producing apparatus 100 via the communication line NW.
In step S 1480, the control circuit 303 sends a slave tag label creation completion signal (see step S 840 in FIG. 16 described later) transmitted from the control circuit 102 when the creation of the slave tag label Tc is completed in the tag label producing device 100 to the communication line NW. It is determined whether or not the message has been received via. This step is repeated until a slave tag label creation completion signal is received, and if it is received, the process moves to the next step S1490.
In step S1490, the control circuit 303 associates the tag ID acquired in step S1450 with the item information and the print information created in step S1460, and transmits the data to the database 200 via the communication line NW for registration. Then, this subroutine ends.
FIG. 16 is a flowchart showing a control procedure executed by the control circuit 102 of the tag label producing apparatus 100.
In FIG. 16, first, in step S810, the control circuit 102 determines whether or not the tag ID and the print information are received from the control circuit 303 of the reader 300 via the communication line NW (steps S1360 and FIG. 15 in FIG. 14). (See middle step S1470). This step is repeated until the tag ID and print information are received, and if received, the process proceeds to the next step S820.
In step S820, the control circuit 102 generates access information by the high frequency circuit 101, transmits the access information to the RFID circuit element To via the device-side antenna 106, and writes the tag ID received in step S810 to the IC circuit unit 150. I do. Further, printing is performed by the print head 105 based on the print information received in step S810.
In the next step S830, the control circuit 102 drives the cutter 107 to cut the tag tape 103, which has completed the above printing and information writing to the RFID circuit element To, into a predetermined length, and outputs one RFID circuit element. The RFID label T (the main tag label Ta and the sub tag label Tc) having To is created.
In the next step S840, the control circuit 102 transmits a label production completion signal indicating that the production of the RFID label T (the main tag label Ta or the sub tag label Tc) is completed to the control circuit 303 of the reader 300 via the communication line NW. To do. And this flowchart is complete | finished.
FIG. 17 is a flowchart showing a detailed procedure of the progress update process in step S1100 in the patent progress management process described above. As described above, the work process of each case is in-house meeting (process 1), request form dispatch (process 2), patent office meeting (process 3), claim reception (process 4), inventor complaint check (process 5) ), Intellectual property claim check (step 6), receipt of specification draft (step 7), inventor specification check (step 8), intellectual property specification check (step 9), application (step 10), examination request (step) 11), but in this embodiment, the main tag label Ta is used for the steps 1 to 4, the sub tag label Tc for claims is used for the steps 5 to 6, the main tag label Ta is used for the step 7, and the steps 8 to 8 are used. 9 is updated using the sub tag label Tc for the specification document, and the subsequent steps 10 to 11 are performed using the main tag label Ta. In the following description of FIG. 17, description will be made simply as the RFID label T without distinguishing the type of tag label.
First, in step S1110, the control circuit 303 determines whether or not the tag ID has been read from the RFID label T. Specifically, the control circuit 303 transmits a read signal for reading the tag ID stored in the IC circuit unit 150 of the RFID tag circuit element To of the RFID label T via the high frequency circuit 306 and the antenna 305. Thereafter, it is determined whether the reply signal returned from the RFID circuit element To corresponding to the read signal is received via the antenna 305 and taken into the control circuit 303 via the high frequency circuit 306. This step is repeated until the reply signal is received, and if received, the process proceeds to the next step S1120.
In step S1120, the control circuit 303 acquires the tag ID of the RFID circuit element To based on the reply signal received in step S1110.
In the next step S1130, the control circuit 303 accesses the database 200 via the communication line NW, searches based on the tag ID acquired in step S1120, and the case information and progress of the patent case corresponding to the tag ID. Read information.
In the next step S1140, the control circuit 303 transmits a control signal to the display unit 301 based on the progress information of the item read out in step S1130 to display a progress update screen corresponding to the next work process. For example, when the current progress is completed up to the patent office meeting (step 3), an update screen corresponding to the next complaint reception (step 4) is displayed.
In the next step S1150, the control circuit 303 receives update information input by the intellectual property person in charge using the operation unit 302 while referring to the update screen. In the above example, the date of receipt of the complaint input by the person in charge of intellectual property is received on the update screen corresponding to the receipt of the complaint (step 4).
In the next step S1160, the control circuit 303 determines whether or not progress update is performed. This determination is based on whether or not the control circuit 303 has received an update command signal (for example, input by pressing an “update” button displayed on the screen) input by the intellectual property person using the operation unit 302. Is done by. When the update command signal is not received (when updating is not performed), the process returns to step S1150. On the other hand, when the update command signal is received (when updating is performed), the process proceeds to the next step S1170.
In step S1170, the control circuit 303 transmits the update information input in step S1150 to the database 200 via the communication line NW, and updates the progress information. Then, this subroutine ends.
With the above-described control, the intellectual property person updates the progress using the primary tag label Ta for the processes 1 to 4, 7, 10, and 11 in which the intellectual property person manages the work, and the subordinate tag label Tc for the claim. Is issued, the subordinate tag label Tc is attached to the claim manuscript, so that the inventor updates the progress from step 5 to step 6 using the subordinate tag label Tc attached to the claim manuscript at the end of the claim check. The person in charge can update the progress from step 6 to step 7 using the sub tag label Tc. Similarly, after the sub tag label Tc for the specification document is issued, the sub tag label Tc attached to the specification document at the end of the specification check is used by the inventor by attaching the sub tag label Tc to the specification document. The progress is updated from step 8 to step 9, and the person in charge of intellectual property can update the progress from step 9 to step 10 using the sub tag label Tc.
FIG. 18 is a flowchart showing a detailed procedure of the progress list display process in step S1200 in the patent progress management process described above. This progress list display can be displayed using either the primary tag label Ta or the secondary tag label Tc regardless of the progress of the project. Therefore, in the following description of FIG. 18, the RFID label T is simply described without distinguishing the type of tag label.
First, in step S1210, the control circuit 303 determines whether a reply signal has been received from the RFID tag circuit element To of the RFID label T. This step is repeated until a reply signal is received. If reception is performed, the determination is satisfied, and the routine goes to the next Step S1220.
In step S1220, the control circuit 303 acquires the tag ID of the RFID circuit element To based on the reply signal received in step S1210.
In the next step S1230, the control circuit 303 accesses the database 200 via the communication line NW, searches the database 200 based on the tag ID acquired in step S1220, and obtains the case information and the progress information of the corresponding patent case. read out.
In the next step S1240, the control circuit 303 outputs a control signal to the display unit 301 and causes the display unit 301 to display the case information and the progress information read from the database 200 in step S1230. Then, this subroutine ends.
In the above progress list display processing, for example, when there are a plurality of cases handled by the person in charge of intellectual property (or when the inventor is involved as an inventor for a plurality of cases), the plurality of patents You may display a list of progress status for the project. In this case, for example, when each operator logs on to the system, personal identification information is input, and when searching the database 200, progress information on a plurality of cases handled by the same operator based on the identification information. Should be obtained.
FIG. 19 is a diagram illustrating an example of a progress list displayed on the display unit 301 of the reader 300 by the above control. Here, a case where a plurality of items are displayed in a list is shown.
In FIG. 19, in this example, there are 6 patent cases handled by the intellectual property person in charge, and the IP number, title of invention, representative inventor, progress status, last process date, and progress graph are displayed for each case. Has been. As shown in FIG. 19, each patent case is completed by a plurality of work steps (11 steps) set in advance in time order.
In the above progress graph, “○” symbols are displayed for the completed processes among all the processes. For example, the progress status of the case where the IP number is “2007-02007” has been completed up to the complaint check by the IP person in charge, and is currently waiting for the specification manuscript from the patent office. Note that the process indicated by the arrow “→” indicates that the execution of the work by the person in charge of intellectual property is omitted and skipped to the next process. For example, in the case of the reference number “2007-02007”, it is shown that the patent office meeting (process 3) is omitted due to circumstances such as the participation of a patent office staff member in the internal meeting (process 1). Yes.
In the above description, the progress list is displayed on the display unit 301 of the reader 300. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the case information and the progress information are transmitted to a terminal (such as a PC) connected to the communication line NW. Then, the progress list may be displayed on the display unit of the terminal. As a result, the progress list can be displayed on a larger screen than displayed on the display unit 301 of the portable reader 300, and the visibility to the operator can be improved.
FIG. 20 is a flowchart showing the detailed procedure of the message recording process (for manager) in step S300 in the main tag mode process described above.
First, in step S310, the control circuit 303 determines whether or not a return operation has been performed by an operator (in this case, an intellectual property person in charge; hereinafter the same in this flow). For this determination, the control circuit 303 transmits a control signal to the display unit 301 to display a recording start screen (see FIG. 21 described later) on the display unit 301, and based on an operation input signal input by the operator on the screen. Do. If a return operation has been performed (such as clicking “Return to previous screen” on the screen), this subroutine ends. On the other hand, if the return operation has not been performed, the process proceeds to the next step S320.
In step S320, the control circuit 303 determines whether or not a work process to be recorded is selected. This determination is made based on an operation input signal (such as checking a check box of a desired work process using the operation unit 302) input on the recording start screen (see FIG. 21 described later) by the operator. Here, there are two work processes that can be selected by the operator: inventor claim check (process 5) and inventor specification check (process 8). This step is repeated until a work process is selected, and if selected, the process proceeds to the next step S330.
In step S330, the control circuit 303 causes the operator to perform a recording start operation (such as pressing a recording start button 340 (see FIG. 21 described later) displayed on the display unit 301. Alternatively, the operation unit 302 may be operated). It is determined whether it has been performed or not. This step is repeated until the recording start operation is performed. When the recording start operation is performed, the process proceeds to the next step S340.
In step S340, the control circuit 303 performs a recording process in which the operator inputs audio data that has been input via the microphone 310 and encoded and data compressed by the audio input unit 311. The message of the operator recorded here corresponds to the first message in the example shown in FIG.
In the next step S350, the control circuit 303 causes the operator to perform a recording end operation (such as pressing a recording end button 350 (see FIG. 22 described later) displayed on the display unit 301), or the operation unit 302 may be operated. ) Is determined. If the recording end operation is not performed, the process returns to step S340, and the recording process is continued until the recording end operation is performed. On the other hand, when the recording end operation is performed, the process proceeds to the next step S360.
In step S360, the control circuit 303 determines whether there is a work process in which it is desired to record a message other than the work process in which the message was recorded in step S340 (in other words, whether or not a message is recorded for the other work process). Determine. In this determination, the operator performs a recording continuation operation (the operator presses a “YES” button 360 (see FIG. 23 described later) displayed on the display unit 301, or the operation unit 302 may be operated). It is based on whether or not. When the recording continuation operation is performed, it is determined that there is another work process to be recorded, and the process returns to the previous step S320. On the other hand, when the recording continuation operation is not performed (the operator presses a “NO” button 370 (see FIG. 23 described later) displayed on the display unit 301, or the operation unit 302 may be operated). Then, the process proceeds to next Step S370.
In step S370, the control circuit 303 transmits the work process selected in step S320 and the voice data recorded in step S340 to the database 200 via the communication line NW, and information on the corresponding patent case (tag ID, etc.). Register in association with. Thereby, this subroutine is completed.
FIG. 21 is a diagram illustrating an example of a recording start screen displayed on the display unit 301 by the control circuit 303 in steps S310 to S330. FIG. 22 is a diagram illustrating an example of a recording screen displayed on the display unit 301 by the control circuit 303 during the recording process in step S340. FIG. 23 is a diagram illustrating an example of a recording completion screen displayed on the display unit 301 by the control circuit 303 in step S360.
As shown in FIG. 21, two types of “claim check” and “detail check” are prepared in advance as work processes to be recorded by the operator (IP staff). The operator selects a work process by checking a check box of a desired work process. In the example shown in this figure, “specification check” is selected. When the operator presses the recording start button 340 displayed on the screen while the work process is selected, the display on the display unit 301 is switched to the recording screen shown in FIG. 22, and the recording process is started. Recording of the message by the operator (corresponding to the first message in the example shown in FIG. 5) is continued until the operator presses the recording end button 350 displayed on the screen. When the operator presses the recording end button 350, the display on the display unit 301 is switched to the recording completion screen shown in FIG. On this recording completion screen, a YES button 360 and a NO button 370 for confirming whether or not there is a work process for recording a message other than the work process for which a message has already been recorded for the operator are displayed. When the user presses the YES button 360, the display on the display unit 301 is switched again to the recording start screen shown in FIG. At this time, on the recording start screen, the recording state is displayed as “complete” for the work process that has already been recorded, and the recording state is displayed as “not yet” for the work process that has not yet been recorded. To check the recording status. On the other hand, when the operator presses the NO button 370, the message recording process is terminated, and the display on the display unit 301 returns to the mode selection screen shown in FIG.
When the recording start screen shown in FIG. 21 is displayed but the message recording process (for the administrator) is not performed, the operator performs a return operation (click the “return to previous screen” portion in the figure). Etc.) and message recording processing (for managers) are canceled.
FIG. 24 is a flowchart showing the detailed procedure of the sound effect setting process (for the administrator) in step S400 in the main tag mode process described above.
First, in step S410, the control circuit 303 determines whether or not a return operation has been performed by an operator (in this case, an intellectual property person in charge. The same applies in the following flow). In this determination, the control circuit 303 transmits a control signal to the display unit 301 to display a sound effect setting screen (see FIG. 25 described later) on the display unit 301, and the operation input signal input by the operator on the screen is displayed. Based on. If a return operation has been performed, this subroutine is terminated. On the other hand, if the return operation has not been performed, the process proceeds to the next step S420.
In step S420, the control circuit 303 determines whether or not a work process for which a sound effect is to be set has been selected. This determination is made based on an operation input signal (such as checking a check box of a desired work process) input by the operator on the sound effect setting screen (see FIG. 25 described later). Here, there are two work processes that can be selected by the operator, that is, the inventor claim check (process 5) and the inventor specification check (process 8), which are the same as those of the message recording target. This step is repeated until a work process is selected, and if selected, the process proceeds to the next step S430.
In step S430, the control circuit 303 determines whether or not a sound effect pattern has been selected. A plurality of types of sound effects are prepared in advance, and the operator can select any sound effect pattern for each work process on the sound effect setting screen (see FIG. 25 described later). Yes. The determination is performed based on an operation input signal (such as checking a desired sound effect pattern) input by the operator on the sound effect setting screen described above. This step is repeated until a sound effect pattern is selected, and if selected, the process proceeds to the next step S440.
In step S440, whether or not the operator has performed a sound effect setting completion operation (such as pressing a setting button 380 (see FIG. 25 described later) displayed on the display unit 301, or the operation unit 302 may be operated). Determine whether. If the setting completion operation is not performed, the process returns to step S420. On the other hand, when the setting completion operation is performed, the process proceeds to the next step S450.
In step S450, the control circuit 303 transmits sound effect data corresponding to the work process selected in step S420 and the sound effect pattern selected in step S430 to the database 200 via the communication line NW, and the corresponding patent. Register in association with project information (tag ID, etc.). Thereby, this subroutine is completed.
FIG. 25 is a diagram illustrating an example of a sound effect setting screen displayed on the display unit 301 by the control circuit 303 in steps S410 to S440.
As shown in FIG. 25, two types of “claim check” and “detail check” are prepared in advance as work processes to which sound effects are set by the operator (IP manager). The operator selects a work process by checking a check box of a desired work process. In the example shown in this figure, both “claim check” and “specification check” are selected. In addition, a plurality of sound effect patterns are prepared for each work process, and the operator can similarly select a desired sound effect pattern according to the importance of the recorded message, for example. Furthermore, for each work process, the recording status is displayed as “complete” for the work processes for which the message recording has already been completed, and the recording status is displayed as “not yet” for the work processes for which recording has not yet been completed. You can check the status. The sound effect setting can also be set for a work process in which no message is recorded. When the operator presses the setting button 380 displayed on the screen in a state where the work process and the sound effect pattern are selected, the sound effect setting is completed.
In the example shown in this figure, a message is recorded in the “claim check” process, and pattern 3 is set as a sound effect. In this case, when the inventor makes a claim check, the sound effect of pattern 3 is first reproduced, and then the sound is reproduced. On the other hand, no message is recorded in the “detail check” process, and pattern 1 is set as a sound effect. In this case, when the inventor checks the specification, only the sound effect of pattern 1 is reproduced, and then the sound is reproduced.
FIG. 26 is a flowchart showing a detailed procedure of the sub tag mode process of step S200 described above.
First, in step S210, the control circuit 303 determines whether or not the work mode is the “message recording (for circulator)” mode. Here, the work mode in the sub tag mode processing is “message recording (circulation) for the operator (the inventor, hereinafter the same in this flow) to record the message (corresponding to the first to third messages in FIG. 5)”. Mode), the “sound effect setting (for the circulator)” mode for setting the sound effect that the operator plays along with the message, and the “patent progress management” mode described above. To determine these work modes, the control circuit 303 causes the display unit 301 to display a mode selection screen (see FIG. 27 described later), and based on the mode selection signal input by the operator using the operation unit 302 based on the screen. Based on. If the “message recording (for reader)” mode is selected, the process proceeds to step S600, and the control circuit 303 performs message recording processing (for the reader). Then, it moves to step S240 mentioned later. On the other hand, if the “message recording (for reader)” mode is not selected, the process proceeds to the next step S220.
In step S220, the control circuit 303 determines whether or not the work mode is the “sound effect setting (for circulator)” mode. If the “sound effect setting (for the circulator)” mode is selected, the process moves to step S700, and the sound effect setting process (for the circulator) is performed for the operator to set the sound effect (the figure described later). 32). Then, it moves to step S240 mentioned later. On the other hand, if the “sound effect setting (for reader)” mode is not selected, the process proceeds to the next step S230.
In step S230, the control circuit 303 determines whether or not the work mode is the “patent progress management” mode. When the “patent progress management” mode is selected, the process proceeds to step S500, and a patent progress management process for performing progress management is performed (see FIG. 11 described above). Then, it moves to step S240 mentioned later. On the other hand, if the “patent progress management” mode is not selected, the process proceeds to the next step S240.
In step S240, the control circuit 303 determines whether or not to end the sub tag mode processing. Specifically, when the operator closes the software for performing the sub tag mode processing in the reader 300 or performs an operation for ending the sub tag mode processing, it is determined that the processing is ended, and this subroutine is ended. To do. Otherwise, the process returns to the previous step S210.
In the above, the message recording process and the sound effect setting process are for the circulator in order to distinguish from the message recording process and the sound effect setting process (see FIG. 9) for the administrator. is there. The term “circulator” as used herein refers to an inventor (may include an inventor's superior or the like) in the present embodiment.
FIG. 27 is a diagram illustrating an example of a mode selection screen displayed on the display unit 301 by the control circuit 303 in the sub tag mode processing.
As shown in FIG. 27, the sub tag mode process has three work modes of “message recording (for the circulator)” mode, “sound effect setting (for the circulator)” mode, and “patent progress management” mode. In this selection screen, when the operator selects a desired work mode using the operation unit 302, the work mode is selected and input.
FIG. 28 is a flowchart showing a detailed procedure of the message recording process (for the circulator) in step S600.
First, in step S610, the control circuit 303 determines whether or not a return operation has been performed by an operator (here, the inventor; hereinafter the same in this flow). In this determination, the control circuit 303 transmits a control signal to the display unit 301 to display a recording start screen (see FIG. 29 described later) on the display unit 301, and the operation input signal input by the operator on the screen is displayed. Based on. If a return operation has been performed (such as clicking “Return to previous screen” on the screen), this subroutine ends. On the other hand, if the return operation has not been performed, the process proceeds to the next step S620.
In step S620, the control circuit 303 causes the operator to perform a recording start operation (such as pressing a recording start button 341 (see FIG. 29 described later) displayed on the display unit 301, or the operation unit 302 may be operated). It is determined whether it has been performed. This step is repeated until the recording start operation is performed. When the recording start operation is performed, the process proceeds to the next step S630.
In step S630, the control circuit 303 performs a recording process in which the operator inputs audio data that is input via the microphone 310 and encoded and data-compressed by the audio input unit 311. The message of the operator recorded here corresponds to the second message or the third message in the example shown in FIG.
In the next step S640, the control circuit 303 causes the operator to perform a recording end operation (such as pressing a recording end button 351 (see FIG. 30 described later) displayed on the display unit 301), or the operation unit 302 may be operated. ) Is determined. If the recording end operation is not performed, the process returns to step S630 and the recording process is continued until the recording end operation is performed. On the other hand, when the recording end operation is performed, the process proceeds to the next step S650.
In step S650, the control circuit 303 transmits the voice data recorded in step S630 to the database 200 via the communication line NW, and registers the voice data in association with the corresponding patent item information (tag ID, etc.). Thereby, this subroutine is completed.
FIG. 29 is a diagram illustrating an example of a recording start screen displayed on the display unit 301 by the control circuit 303 in step S610 and step S620. FIG. 30 is a diagram illustrating an example of a recording screen displayed on the display unit 301 by the control circuit 303 during the recording process in step S630. FIG. 31 is a diagram illustrating an example of a recording completion screen displayed on the display unit 301 by the control circuit 303 when the recording is completed.
29, when the operator (inventor) presses the recording start button 341 displayed on the screen, the display on the display unit 301 is switched to the recording screen shown in FIG. 30, and the recording process is started. Recording of the message (corresponding to the second message or the third message in the example shown in FIG. 5) by the operator is continued until the operator presses the recording end button 351 displayed on the screen. When the operator presses the recording end button 351, the display on the display unit 301 is switched to a recording completion screen shown in FIG.
If the message recording process (for the circulator) is not performed although the recording start screen shown in FIG. 29 is displayed, the operator performs a return operation (click the “return to previous screen” portion in the figure). Etc.) and the message recording process (for the circulator) is canceled. In addition, when the operator performs a return operation on the recording completion screen shown in FIG. 31, the mode selection screen shown in FIG. 27 is returned.
FIG. 32 is a flowchart showing a detailed procedure of the sound effect setting process (for the circulator) in step S700.
First, in step S710, the control circuit 303 determines whether or not a return operation has been performed by an operator (here, the inventor; hereinafter the same in this flow). In this determination, the control circuit 303 transmits a control signal to the display unit 301 to display a sound effect setting screen (see FIG. 33 described later) on the display unit 301, and the operation input signal input by the operator on the screen is displayed. Based on. If a return operation has been performed, this subroutine is terminated. On the other hand, if the return operation has not been performed, the process proceeds to the next step S720.
In step S720, the control circuit 303 determines whether or not a sound effect pattern has been selected. A plurality of types of sound effects are prepared in advance, and the operator can select one of the sound effect patterns on the above-described sound effect setting screen (see FIG. 33 described later). The determination is performed based on an operation input signal (such as checking a desired sound effect pattern using the operation unit 302) input by the operator on the sound effect setting screen described above. This step is repeated until a sound effect pattern is selected, and if selected, the process proceeds to the next step S730.
In step S730, whether or not the operator has performed a sound effect setting completion operation (such as pressing a setting button 381 (see FIG. 33 described later) displayed on the display unit 301, or the operation unit 302 may be operated). Determine whether. If the setting completion operation is not performed, the process returns to step S720. On the other hand, when the setting completion operation is performed, the process proceeds to the next step S740.
In step S740, the control circuit 303 transmits the sound effect data corresponding to the sound effect pattern selected in step S720 to the database 200 via the communication line NW, and the corresponding patent case information (tag ID, etc.). Register in association. Thereby, this subroutine is completed.
FIG. 33 is a diagram illustrating an example of a sound effect setting screen displayed on the display unit 301 by the control circuit 303 in steps S710 to S730.
33, the operator can use the operation unit 302 to select a desired sound effect pattern according to the importance level of the recorded message, for example. In the example shown in this figure, pattern 5 is set as the sound effect. When the operator presses the setting button 381 displayed on the screen with the sound effect pattern selected, the sound effect setting is completed.
In the embodiment described above, when the document processing in the patent case is performed along a plurality of work steps and progresses, the operator inputs voice data with the voice 310 using the microphone 310 of the reader 300. Can be recorded. At this time, the main tag label Ta and the sub tag label Tc are associated with the case. When the reader 300 reads information from the main / sub tag labels Ta and Tc, the speaker 320 of the reader 300 reproduces the audio data recorded in association with the work process of the case based on the acquired tag ID. can do.
This makes it possible to provide voice guidance to the operator according to progress along a plurality of work processes. As a result, it is possible to more clearly notify the progress status and to notify various precautions and communication items accompanying the progress, thereby improving the document processing progress management efficiency and the document processing efficiency. In addition, by notifying the operator by voice in this way, subtle nuances that cannot be transmitted by characters (for example, the importance of the transmission items, the degree of urgency, etc.), depending on, for example, voice color, voice volume, speaking speed, etc. Can be heard audibly. In addition, by performing voice notification, the operator can listen to transmission items and the like while performing other work, and thus there is an effect that convenience can be improved.
In the present embodiment, in particular, the database 200 uses voice data based on the real voice input via the microphone 310 of the reader 300 in accordance with the tag ID of the corresponding RFID circuit element To and the corresponding document processing work process. It is stored and held in association with the progress information indicating the progress. Thus, by searching the database 200 using the tag ID of the RFID circuit element To acquired by reading the main / sub tag labels Ta and Tc as a key, the corresponding audio data and progress information can be easily and smoothly obtained. Can be acquired.
In this embodiment, in particular, the person in charge of intellectual property creates a subordinate label Tc after the main tag label Ta, and the inventor receives a document (claim, description) attached with the subtag label Tc. The inventor reads the sub tag label Tc using the reader 300, and searches the database 200 using the tag ID of the main tag label Ta associated with the tag ID of the sub tag label Tc as a key. Audio data and progress information can be acquired. Thereby, the inventor can reproduce the first message from the person in charge of intellectual property to the inventor. As a result, it is possible to reliably notify the inventor about what is particularly desired to be requested or desired.
In this embodiment, in particular, the person in charge of intellectual property receives a document (claim, description) attached with the sub tag label Tc from the inventor. The person in charge of intellectual property reads the primary tag label Ta or the secondary tag label Tc using the reader 300, and searches the database 200 using the tag ID as a key to obtain corresponding voice data and progress information. can do. As a result, the second message from the inventor to the person in charge of intellectual property can be reproduced. As a result, the inventor can surely notify the person in charge of the intellectual property of what he / she wants to know or wants to request.
Further, as in the example shown in FIG. 5 described above, when there are a plurality of inventors A and B and there is a document (claim, description) exchange between the inventors, a document attached with the sub tag label Tc is used. Inventor B receives from Inventor A. The inventor B reads information from the sub tag label Tc using the reader 300, thereby searching the database 200 using the tag ID of the sub tag label Tc as a key, and acquiring corresponding audio data and progress information. can do. Thereby, the 3rd message from inventor A can be reproduced. As a result, it is possible to reliably notify the information desired by a plurality of inventors, or the request desired.
In the present embodiment, in particular, when the person in charge of intellectual property reads the information of the main tag label Ta, all the audio data related to the corresponding item is reproduced, whereas the inventor has the information of the sub tag label Tc. When reading is performed, only the audio data corresponding to the progress is reproduced. That is, the range (authority) that can be reproduced in the first to third messages is limited to a relatively narrow range while the person in charge of intellectual property makes a relatively wide range. Thus, by providing a difference in the reproduction range, smooth and reasonable voice guidance according to the division of roles can be performed, and quick document processing can be performed by eliminating unnecessary transmission.
Also, in the present embodiment, it is possible to set the corresponding sound effect together with the recording of the message. Then, the sound effect is reproduced prior to the reproduction of the audio data. Thus, for example, by setting the sound effect appropriately according to the importance or urgency of the recorded message, the operator can grasp the importance or urgency of the message with the sound effect before listening to the message. Can do. In this way, it is possible to provide notifications of various precautions and communication items more clearly and finely.
Also, in the present embodiment, it is possible to set only the sound effect corresponding to the work process (without recording the message). Accordingly, for example, if a message message corresponding to each sound effect is determined in advance, the message can be transmitted only by setting the sound effect without performing the message recording operation.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and technical idea thereof. Hereinafter, such modifications will be described in order.
In the above, as shown in FIG. 8 described above, during the reproduction of the audio data, only that effect and the reproduction end button 330 are displayed on the display unit 301 of the reader 300. May also be displayed. For example, in the flowchart shown in FIG. 6 described above, when the information of the sub tag label Tc is read, the progress information is acquired from the database 200 in step S40. Therefore, the acquired progress information is used during the audio reproduction in step S50. Show it. In this case, step S40 constitutes progress information acquisition means for acquiring progress information from the database described in each claim, and the display unit 301 of the reader 300 corresponds to reproduction of audio data by the audio reproduction means. Display means for displaying the progress information acquired by the progress information acquisition means.
According to the above modification, the corresponding progress information can be displayed while playing the message, so that the operator can grasp the progress information of the case while listening to the message, further improving convenience. can do.
In the above description, only the case of the sub tag label Tc has been described. However, when the information of the main tag label Ta is read, the progress information may be acquired in the same manner and displayed during audio reproduction.
In the above, the person in charge of intellectual property can select a target work process only when recording a message using the primary tag label Ta. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the inventor uses the secondary tag label Tc to select a message. In the case of recording, the target work process may be selected in the same manner. In the above description, only two types of work processes that can be selected as recording targets by the IP person in charge are “inventor claim check” and “inventor specification check”. However, other work processes can be selected. May be.
In the above, the RFID label T formed in a label shape is used as the RFID tag. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, an IC card or the like may be used as long as information can be transmitted / received to / from the outside via wireless communication. A tag medium may be used.
Further, in the above description, the tag ID is stored in the RFID circuit element To of each RFID label T, and information associated therewith is retrieved from the database 200 and read out for use. However, the present invention is not limited to this. . That is, the case information, the progress information, and the audio data itself may be stored in the RFID circuit elements To of the main / sub tag labels Ta and Tc.
Moreover, although the case where it was 11 items as an example of a work process was shown above, it is not limited to this, You may change an item suitably. For example, in the above description, the claims and the specification manuscript are received separately from the patent office, but may be received together as a patent specification. In addition, for example, in the above description, the work process is up to the request for examination, but subsequent processes such as an interim procedure such as submission of an opinion or amendment and a trial procedure such as a request for appeal against decision of rejection may be added.
In the above description, the case where the progress management system is applied to a patent progress management system that manages the progress of patent cases has been described as an example, but the present invention is not limited thereto. That is, for example, processing management of various approval documents, progress management from acquisition of fixed assets to disposal (estimate, application, slip, delivery note, acceptance, disposal application, etc.), management of multiple workflows in the project, and construction Any system that manages the progress of events completed by a plurality of work procedures, such as process management in the field, can be applied to other systems.
In the above description, the wireless communication performed between the RFID tag circuit element To of the RFID label T and the antenna 305 of the reader 300 has not been particularly described. However, for example, information transmission / reception is performed by radio wave communication using the UHF band. Alternatively, a coiled loop antenna may be used as the antenna 305 of the reader 300 and the tag antenna 151 on the RFID tag circuit element To side, and magnetic induction (electromagnetic induction, magnetic coupling, and other electromagnetic fields may be performed using the HF band. Information transmission / reception may be performed by a non-contact method).
Note that the flowcharts described in this specification do not limit the present invention to the procedures shown in the flowcharts, and procedures may be added, deleted or changed without departing from the spirit and technical idea of the invention. Good. Furthermore, in the functional block diagrams described in this specification, the arrows shown in the drawings indicate an example of the signal flow direction, and the signal flow direction is not limited to the arrow direction.
In addition to those already described above, the methods according to the above-described embodiments and modifications may be used in appropriate combination.
Other than that, although not exemplified one by one, the present invention is implemented with various modifications within a range not departing from the gist thereof.
