[44] 上述手杖中在组合前杆 16上可以设置至少一组圆形刺组, 实际常如图 1中所示 , 设置多组圆形刺组, 设置吋按后组圆形刺组的弹簧钢针 11长, 前组圆形刺组 的弹簧钢针 11短的次序将各圆形刺组间隔设置在组合前杆 16上, 使弹簧钢针 11 最长的圆形刺组设置在组合前杆 16后端, 依次排列, 则在靠近刀具 17的组合前 杆 16前端设置弹簧钢针 11最短的圆形刺组; 由多个弹簧钢针经针刺连接环 20连 接组合成的圆形刺组的具体结构可参见图 6、 图 8、 图 9、 图 10和图 11所示, 具体 为多个弹簧钢针的一端均与设置在针刺定位杆的顶垫 13上的定位顶杆 12活动连 接, 针刺定位杆的顶垫 13下面设有塔簧 14, 针刺连接环 20设置在塔簧 14下面, 多个弹簧钢针另一端均与针刺连接环 20连接。
[45] 上述手杖还可以在杖身 1的后端设置防水手电 2, 将防水手电 2的中间部位通过 手电与手杖连接钉 8与杖身 1连接, 这样防水手电 2与杖身 1形成手杖主体, 防水 手电 2可以作为照明工具和手杖的握手。
[46] 本发明的手杖可以应用在下列领域: 当大型野生动物如蛇, 鳖鱼, 鳄鱼, 老虎
, 狮子, 狼等袭击人类吋, 无一例外是利用它们的口腔对人类的身体进行袭击 的, 而口腔又是动物最脆弱的地方。 当动物张开大口向人扑来吋, 我们可以不 必惊慌和逃跑, 因为无论是在陆地还是在水中, 人都是跑不过动物的。 可以使 用本发明实施例中的手杖进行保护自己。
[47] 该手杖的实施例特点之一, 就在于它可以弹出多组前组短后组长每组由多个弹 簧钢刺成圆行排列从多个角度直立刺入大小不等动物的口腔。
[48] 该手杖实施例特点二, 当动物受伤后会自然把口张开或人向后拉手吋弹簧钢刺 的刺身会成弓形刺尖向前弯曲, 人就可以轻松的把手杖从动物的口腔中抽出, 从而达到不杀死动物又可自我保护的目的。
在本发明多功能水陆两用护身手杖的主体视图 1中, 杖身 1和防水手电 2 (为现 有技术) 由调节手电角度的手电与杖身连接钉 18连接成为手杖主体, 图 2 表示手杖合起后的杖仓内切面图, 由扳机 7挂在主杆 10的扳机挂口 23上, 主杆 10 上的连接螺丝 25和组合前杆 16的单组针杆的尾部连接, 杖头 21拧到刀具 17上的 杖头连接螺丝 251上, 合成一个助走的手杖, 拧下杖头 21更换刀具 17-1、 17-2、 1 7-3, 即是一把在不同环境下使用的工具; 实际中, 从图 1中可以看出, 防水手电 2 (可釆用与现有技术相同的防水手电) 通过调节手电角度的手电与杖身连接片 18连接设置在杖身 1的后端, 形成手杖主体; 在图 2表示的手杖合起后的杖仓内 切面图中, 扳机 7挂接在主杆 10的扳机挂口 23上, 主杆 10前端的连接螺丝 25与组 合前杆 16的尾部的单组针杆连接, 组合前杆 16上设置由由多个弹簧钢针经针刺 连接环 20连接组合成的圆形刺组, 组合前杆 16前端设置刀具 17, 带有防滑的刀 鞘杖头 21拧到刀具 17上的杖头连接螺丝 251上, 既可作为刀具的刀鞘, 也可以防 滑。 这样可以通过方便的拧下杖头 21, 方便的更换图 5-1中所示的刀形刀具 17-1 、 图 5-2、 图 5-3中所示的两种钩形刀具 17-2、 17-3 , 形成在不同环境中使用的手 杖。
[50] 图 3表示手杖主杆弹出杖仓后的切面图, 扣动扳机 7, 扳机 7就会与主杆 10上的 扳机挂口 23脱离, 由弹出主弹簧将主杆 10向前推到弹出定位槽 9, 弹簧钢刺 11出 仓后, 禾 lj用主杆 10急停吋的引带力和塔簧 14的顶托力和自身的弹力, 与主杆 10 和组合前杆 16成 90度的直角直立于主杆 10和组合前杆 16上, 多个弹簧钢刺 11由 针刺连接环 20呈圆形连接, 由针刺定位杆的顶垫 13定位, 并与定位顶杆 12连接 , 由塔簧 14顶托针刺定位杆的顶垫 13, 使连接在每个组合前杆 16上的弹簧钢刺 1 1、 定位顶杆 12、 针刺定位杆的顶垫 13、 塔簧 14为一组钢刺刺组, 多个弹簧钢刺 弹出后直立成圆形排列, 具体结构如图 11所示。 实际中, 弹簧钢刺 11的结构如 图 6所示, 多个弹簧钢刺 11组成刺组吋, 每个弹簧钢刺的一端均与针刺连接环 20
(针刺连接环 20的结构如图 10所示) 连接, 多个弹簧钢刺呈圆形分布 (如图 11 所示) , 针刺连接环 20的上面设有塔簧 14, 塔簧 14上设有针刺定位杆的顶垫 13
(针刺定位杆的顶垫 13的结构如图 8所示) , 针刺定位杆的顶垫 13上连接有多个 定位顶杆 12 (定位顶杆 12的结构如图 9所示) , 每个定位顶杆 12均与一个弹簧钢 刺对应活动连接; 当扣动扳机 7吋, 在弹出主弹簧 15的作用下, 将主杆 10向前推 到弹出定位槽 9定位, 主杆 10前端的组合前杆 16上的弹簧钢刺 11弹出杖仓 26后, 禾 1J用主杆 10定位急停吋的引带力和塔簧 14的顶托针刺定位杆的顶垫 13的顶托力 和弹簧钢刺 11自身的弹力, 各弹簧钢刺弹开, 与主杆 10和组合前杆 16成 90度的 直角直立于主杆 10和组合前杆 16上, 具体如图 1所示。
[51] 很明显本发明实施例中所示的手杖是一种无论在人们居家, 还是外出旅行吋, 当人身受到威胁吋可以实施弹簧钢刺和刀具的弹出, 从而达到利用手杖保护人 生命的目的。
[52] 因此本技术领域的技术人员很快就能理解本发明具有的广泛使用性和应用性。
因此, 本发明实施例中对其最佳弹出实施例进行了详细的描述。 以达到全面公 开本发明的目的。
[53] 以上所述, 仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局限于 此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易想到 的变化或替换. 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护范围 应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

权利要求书
[1] 一种多功能水陆两用护身手杖, 其特征在于, 包括:
杖身 (1) 、 扳机 (7) 、 主杆 (10) 、 弹出主弹簧 (15) 、 主弹簧定位片 (22) 、 组合前杆 (16) 、 多个弹簧钢针、 针刺连接环 (20) 和刀具 (17 其中, 所述杖身 (1) 内部为空心的杖仓 (26) , 所述扳机 (7) 设置在杖 身 (1) 的后端, 扳机 (7) 与设置在杖身 (1) 杖仓 (26) 内的主杆 (10) 的扳机挂口 (23) 活动挂接, 杖仓 (26) 内设置弹出主弹簧 (15) , 弹出 主弹簧 (15) 的后端顶在杖仓 (26) 内设置的主弹簧定位片 (22) 上, 主 簧定位顶片 (22) 上设有供主杆 (10) 后端穿过的通孔, 弹出主弹簧 (15 ) 的弹出端顶在主杆 (10) 的上定位顶片上, 杖身 (1) 内设有限定主杆 ' 10) 的上定位顶片的弹出定位槽 (9) , 主杆 (10) 前端与组合前杆 (16) 连接, 组合前杆 (16) 上设有由多个弹簧钢针经针刺连接环 (20) 连接组 合成的圆形刺组, 组合前杆 (16) 前端设有刀具 (17) 。
[2] 根据权利要求 1所述的多功能水陆两用护身手杖, 其特征在于, 所述圆形朿 I 组至少为一组。
[3] 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的多功能水陆两用护身手杖, 其特征在于, 所述由 多个弹簧钢针经针刺连接环 (20) 连接组合成的圆形刺组具体为: 多个弹 簧钢针的一端均与设在针刺定位杆的顶垫 (13) 上的定位顶杆 (12) 活动 连接, 针刺定位杆的顶垫 (13) 下面设有塔簧 (14) , 塔簧 (14) 下面设 置针刺连接环 (20) , 多个弹簧钢针另一端均与针刺连接环 (20) 连接形 成弹出后多个弹簧钢针与主杆 (10) 和组合前杆成 90度角的多方位直立呈 圆形排列的刺组。
[4] 根据权利要求 2所述的多功能水陆两用护身手杖, 其特征在于, 所述圆形朿 I 组为多组吋, 按后组圆形刺组的弹簧钢针 (11) 长及前组圆形刺组的弹簧 钢针 (11) 短的次序将各圆形刺组设置在组合前杆 (16) 上。
