技术领域 本发明涉及通信领域,具体而言, 涉及一种集群移动台(Mobile Station, 简称为 MS ) 及其组呼释放方法。 背景技术 数字集群通信系统是一种应用于集团调度指挥通信的移动通信系统,其 主要应用于专业移动通信领域, 例如, 政府部门、 军队、 警务、 铁路、 水利、 民航及钢铁物流等。 图 1是一种常规的数字集群通信系统网络的结构示意图, 如图 1所示, 该网络包括: 集群移动台 1 , 基站子系统 ( Base Station Subsystem, 简称为 BSS ) 2 , 调度子系统( ΡΤΤ ( Push To Talk, 按讲 ) Dispatch Server, 简称为 PDS , 也可以称为 PTT调度子系统) 3 , 其中: 集群移动台 1是具备集群业务功能的移动台设备,也是集群网络与使用 者交互的主要设备之一; 基站子系统 2是具备集群业务功能的基站系统, 用 于完成移动台的接入功能,是连接集群移动台 1和调度子系统 3的主要设备; 调度子系统 3是集群业务的控制中心, 用于完成对服务区内集群移动台 1集 群业务的控制和管理功能。 其中, 上述基站子系统 2和调度子系统 3可以合称为系统侧。 与集群移 动台相关的是集群呼叫, 在集群呼叫又可称为组呼 (即, 在集群内的一个个 体发起呼叫时, 在系统鉴权后可以快速建立起对集群内其他用户的呼叫连 接), 而对于单呼, 则可以视为一种只有两个成员的组呼。 在现有的数字集群通信系统中,当组成员在组呼过程不再需要保持本次 呼叫时, 组成员却无法退出组呼, 这个问题亟待解决。 发明内容 针对上述当组成员在组呼过程不再需要保持本次呼叫时,组成员无法退 出组呼的问题而提出本发明, 为此, 本发明旨在提供一种改进的集群移动台 及其组呼释放方法, 用于解决上述问题。 为了实现上述目的, 根据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种用于集群移动 台的组呼释放方法。 根据本发明的组呼释放方法包括:集群移动台接收来自系统侧的关于释 放集群移动台正进行的组呼业务的释放信令; 集群移动台释放组呼业务; 以 及集群移动台返回空闲态。 优选地,在集群移动台接收来自系统侧的关于释放集群移动台正进行的 组呼业务的释放信令之前, 上述方法还包括: 集群移动台构造请求退出组呼 业务的退出组呼指令; 集群移动台向系统侧发送退出组呼指令; 系统侧向集 群移动台回应释放命令。 优选地,在集群移动台接收来自系统侧的关于释放集群移动台正进行的 组呼业务的释放信令之前, 上述方法还包括: 集群移动台构造请求退出组呼 业务的退出组呼指令; 集群移动台向系统侧发送退出组呼指令; 系统侧向集 群移动台回应携带拒绝原因值的拒绝命令; 集群移动台根据拒绝原因值显示 拒绝信息, 并结束关于释放组呼业务的操作。 优选地,在集群移动台接收来自系统侧的关于释放集群移动台正进行的 组呼业务的释放信令之前, 上述方法还包括: 集群移动台构造请求结束组呼 业务的结束组呼指令; 集群移动台向系统侧发送结束组呼指令; 系统侧向集 群移动台回应释放命令; 以及在集群移动台释放组呼业务后, 并结束组呼业 务, 使其他参与组呼业务的集群移动台也释放组呼业务。 优选地,在集群移动台接收来自系统侧的关于释放集群移动台正进行的 组呼业务的释放信令之前, 上述方法还包括: 集群移动台构造请求结束组呼 业务的结束组呼指令; 集群移动台向系统侧发送结束组呼指令; 系统侧向集 群移动台回应携带拒绝原因值的拒绝命令; 集群移动台根据拒绝原因值显示 拒绝信息, 并结束关于释放组呼业务的操作。 优选地,在集群移动台接收来自系统侧的关于释放集群移动台正进行的 组呼业务的释放信令之前还包括: 系统侧构造要求集群移动台退出组呼业务 的退出组呼指令或要求集群移动台结束组呼业务的结束组呼指令作为释放信 令。 优选地, 上述方法还包括: 集群移动台设置定时器; 集群移动台发出退 出组呼指令后, 如果在定时器设置的规定时间内未收到释放命令, 则集群移 动台重发退出组呼指令。 优选地, 定时器设置的规定时间为 5s。 优选地, 集群移动台释放组呼业务包括以下操作至少之一: 集群移动台 记录组呼业务的组信息, 并设置 "不可被动接入" 的退出符; 如果释放信令 携带预占优先信息, 则集群移动台记录预占优先信息指示的预占优先组的组 信息, 以保证下次准确接入预占优先组。 为了实现上述目的,才艮据本发明的另一方面,还提供了一种集群移动台, 包括: 接收模块, 用于接收来自系统侧的关于释放集群移动台正进行的组呼 业务的释放信令; 释放模块, 用于释放组呼业务; 以及返回模块, 用于将集 群移动台返回空闲态。 借助于上述技术方案至少之一,本发明通过集群移动台接收来自基站子 系统的释放信令并释放组呼业务, 解决了当组成员在组呼过程不再需要保持 本次呼叫时移动台无法退出组呼的问题, 完善了集群呼叫的组呼释放功能。 附图说明 此处所说明的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解,构成本申请的一部 分, 本发明的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的 不当限定。 在附图中: 图 1是相关技术中的一种常规的数字集群通信系统网络的结构示意图; 图 2是才艮据本发明实施例的用于集群移动台的组呼释放方法的流程图; 图 3 是才艮据本发明实施例的移动台主动退出组呼的用于集群移动台的 组呼释放方法的流程图; 图 4 是才艮据本发明实施例的移动台主动结束组呼的用于集群移动台的 组呼释放方法的流程图; 图 5 是根据本发明实施例的移动台被系统强制退出组呼的用于集群移 动台的组呼释放方法的流程图; 图 6是才艮据本发明实施例的移动台发起的释放流程图; 图 7是根据本发明实施例的调度子系统发起的 PTT释放流程; 图 8是才艮据本发明实施例的集群移动台的框图。 具体实施方式 功能相克述 在本发明实施例提供的技术方案中,通过基站子系统向集群移动台发送 释放信令, 使得组成员在组呼过程中不再需要保持本次呼叫时能够根据该释 放信令释放组呼业务, 相比于现有技术, 解决了当组成员在组呼过程不再需 要保持本次呼叫时移动台无法退出组呼的问题, 完善了集群呼叫的组呼释放 功能。 下面将参考附图并结合实施例, 来详细说明本发明。 需要说明的是, 如 果不沖突, 本申请中的实施例以及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 图 2示出了才艮据本发明实施例的用于集群移动台的组呼释放方法,如图 2所示, 该方法包括步骤 S10—步骤 S30。 首先, 集群移动台构造请求退出组呼业务的退出组呼指令, 并向系统侧 发送该退出组呼指令, 该退出组呼指令用于指示集群移动台请求退出组呼业 务, 然后执行以下各步骤。 步骤 S 10 , 集群移动台接收来自系统侧的关于释放集群移动台正进行的 组呼业务的释放信令。 步骤 S20, 响应于接收到的释放指令, 集群移动台释放组呼业务, 优选 地, 集群移动台释放组呼业务的处理可以如下实现: 集群移动台记录组呼业 务的序号, 并设置 "不可被动接入" 的退出符。 步骤 S30, 集群移动台返回空闲态。 在具体实施过程中, 在上述步骤 S20中, 系统侧也可以向集群移动台响 应携带有拒绝原因值的拒绝命令,集群移动台根据拒绝原因值显示拒绝信息, 并结束关于释放组呼业务的操作。 上述实施例给出了由集群移动台发起释放呼叫的流程, 在实际中, 释放 呼叫也可以由系统侧发起, 即, 系统侧构造要求集群移动台退出组呼业务的 退出组呼指令或要求集群移动台结束组呼业务的结束组呼指令作为释放信 令, 响应于系统侧的退出组呼指令或释放信令, 集群移动台释放组呼业务。 本发明实施例提供的用于集群移动台的组呼释放方法通过集群移动台 接收来自基站子系统的释放信令并释放组呼业务的方法, 解决了当组成员在 组呼过程不再需要保持本次呼叫时组成员无法退出组呼的问题, 实现了集群 呼叫的组呼释放功能。 图 6是根据本发明实施例的移动台发起的 PTT释放流程图, 包括以下 步骤 (步骤 602—步骤 608 ): 步骤 602, 由集群移动台向基站子系统发送请求退出组呼业务的退出组 呼指令 ( PTT Terminate ): 短数据突发消息 ( short data durst, 简称为 SDB ); 步骤 604, 基站子系统 ( BSS ) 将退出组呼指令 ( PTT Terminate ) 转发 给调度子系统 (PTT Dispatch Server, 简称为 PDS, 可以称为 PTT调度子系 统); 步骤 606,调度子系统( PDS )向基站子系统( BSS )回应释放命令( Release Order ); 步骤 608 , 基站子系统 (BSS ) 将释放命令(即, 上述退出组呼指令) SDB ( Release Order ) 转发给集群移动台 ( MS )。 具有权限的集群移动台可以按照 IS2000协议构建 SDB消息,其中, SDB 消息的 DATABLOCK (数据体) 的内容的具体描述如下: 集群系统通过使用 SDB的 DATABLOCK来定义专有消息, SDB的消 息格式采用 TLV结构, 表 1示出了 SDB的消息格式, 如表 1所示: 表 1

在上述表 1中:
MSG— TYPE: 用于区别消息类型, 占用 8个 Bits , 是 SDB消息的消息 头, 在本实施例中, MSG— TYPE 为 OxOC;
Length: 表示 Msg— txt的长度, 以 byte ( 8个 bits ) 为单位, 其长度受 接入信道和寻呼信道的短消息的最大长度的限制, 业务信道的集群信令长度 不受限制, 本实施例中 Length占用 8个 Bit;
MSG— TXT: 表示消息正文, 表 2示出了消息正文包括的信息, 如表 2 所示: 表 2

Tag: 消息标签, 如果是证实消息, 该标签应该与要证实的消息是一致 的。

PTT终端对 Release Order消息可以按照 IS2000的规定进行解码。
当移动台主动退出组呼时, 移动台向系统发送退出组呼信令, 在得到系 统允许后退出, 并从此不再加入该组呼叫, 直到该组呼叫结束并重新开始新 的呼叫。 此时, 仅移动台个体不再参与组呼业务, 其他组成员将继续保持组 呼状态(私密呼叫不存在此功能)。 如果移动台未得到系统允许, 则移动台不 可以退出组呼。
图 3 是才艮据本发明实施例的移动台主动退出组呼的用于集群移动台的 组呼释放方法的流程图,如图 3所示,包括以下步骤(步骤 S302—步骤 S314 ) ύ选地, 在集群移动台中可以设置定时器, 定时器的阈值可以设置为 5s, 以 下对各步骤进行详细描述。 步骤 S302, 用户决定退出组呼, 并按下退出组呼确认键;
步骤 S304, 移动台将置子状态定时器 TPTTEXIT;
步骤 S306, 移动台发送退出组呼指令, 并等待系统回复;
步骤 S308 , 如果移动台在等待系统回复过程中, 定时器超时, 则重发 退出组呼指令;
步骤 S310, 如果移动台接收到基站的拒绝指令, 则移动台显示相应信 息, 并结束本流程;
步骤 S312, 如果移动台接收到基站的同意释放指令, 则移动台执行释 放操作, 记录该群组本次呼叫的呼叫序号, 并设置 "不可被动接入"的退出符; 在具体实施过程中, 集群移动台发出退出组呼指令后如果在定时器规定时间 内未收到释放命令, 则重发退出组呼指令;
步骤 S314, 移动台返回空闲态。
上述优选实施例定时器设置为 5s是经过多次对系统侧的响应时间估计 的试验反复验证所获得的最佳数值, 能够在最合适的时间内提醒集群移动台 是否重发信令, 有效地提高了集群移动台组呼释放的效率。
以上的优选实施例提供了由集群移动台发起退出组呼业务的实现方法。 移动台主动结束组呼信令, 在得到系统允许后退出。 此时该组此次组呼 业务被结束, 所有组成员将全部退出组呼状态。如果移动台未得到系统允许, 移动台不可以退出组呼。 图 4是才艮据本发明实施例的移动台主动结束组呼的 用于集群移动台的组呼释放方法的流程图, 如图 4所示, 包括以下步骤 (步 骤 S402—步骤 S414 ):
步骤 S402, 用户决定结束组呼, 并按下退出组呼确认键;
步骤 S404, 移动台将置子状态定时器 TPTTEXIT; 步骤 S406, 移动台发送结束组呼信令, 并等待系统回复; 步骤 S408 , 如果移动台在等待系统回复过程中, 定时器超时, 则重发 该结束组呼信令; 步骤 S410, 如果移动台接收到基站的拒绝信令, 则移动台显示相应信 息, 并结束本流程; 步骤 S412, 如果移动台接收到同意释放信令, 则移动台执行释放操作; 步骤 S414, 移动台返回空闲态。 优选地, 上述定时器 TPTTEXIT设置为 5s, 这是经过多次对系统侧的响应 时间估计的试验反复验证所获得的最佳数值, 能够在最合适的时间内提醒集 群移动台是否重发信令, 有效地提高了集群移动台组呼释放的效率。 以上的优选实施例提供了由集群移动台发起结束组呼业务的实现方法。 图 7示出了根据本发明实施例的调度子系统发起的 PTT释放流程。 包 括以下步骤 (步骤 702—步骤 708 ): 步骤 702,调度子系统( PDS )向基站子系统( BSS )发送释放指令( Release Order ) 7; 步骤 704, 基站子系统( BSS )将释放指令 SDB ( Release Order )转发 给集群移动台 (MS ); 步骤 706, 集群移动台 (MS )向基站子系统(BSS )回应应答指令 SDB ( Release Order Acknowledge ); 步骤 708 ,基站子系统( BSS )将应答指令 ( Release Order Acknowledge ) 转发给调度子系统。 优选地, 在集群移动台可以设置定时器, 在定时器规定的时间内, 如果 集群移动台发出退出组呼指令后如果未接收到释放命令, 则重发退出组呼指 令。 以上的优选实施例提供了集群移动台被系统强制退出组呼业务的实现 方法。 如果移动台被动退出组呼, 则移动台发送释放应答信令, 并退出组呼。 此操作不影响此次组呼业务。 图 5是根据本发明实施例的在移动台被系统强 制退出组呼的情况下的集群移动台的组呼释放方法的流程图, 如图 5所示, 包括以下步骤 (步骤 S502—步骤 S508 ): 步骤 S502 , 移动台接收到基站的释放信令; 步骤 S504 , 移动台反馈释放应答信令; 步骤 S506 , 移动台执行释放操作, 记录该群组本次呼叫的呼叫序号, 并设置 "不可被动接入"的退出符; 步骤 S508 , 移动台返回空闲态。 优选地, 集群移动台释放组呼业务具体包括以下至少一个操作: (一) 集群移动台记录组呼业务的组信息, 并设置 "不可被动接入"的退出符;(二) 如果释放信令携带有预占优先信息, 则集群移动台记录预占优先信息指示的 预占优先组的组信息, 以保证下次准确接入预占优先组。 图 8是根据本发明实施例的集群移动台的方框图, 如图 8所示, 根据本 发明实施例的集群移动台包括如下结构: 接收模块 10 , 用于接收来自系统侧的关于释放集群移动台正进行的组 呼业务的释放信令; 释放模块 20 , 连接至接收模块 10 , 用于根据接收模块 10接收的释放信令释放组呼业务; 返回模块 30 , 连接至释放模块 20 , 用于 在释放模块 20释放组呼业务后, 将集群移动台返回空闲态。 上述接收模块 10、释放模块 20、返回模块 30的具体地实施过程可以参 考上述方法实施例, 这里不再赞述。 由以上描述可以看出, 在本发明实施例提供的技术方案中, 通过设置释 放模块 20 使得集群移动台能够根据接收的来自基站子系统的释放信令释放 组呼业务, 解决了当组成员在组呼过程不再需要保持本次呼叫时组成员无法 退出组呼的问题, 进而完善了集群呼叫的组呼释放功能。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可 以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布 在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程 序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 或 者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制 作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软 件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。

集群移动台接收来自系统侧的关于释放所述集群移动台正进行的 组呼业务的释放信令;

5. 根据权利要求 1所述的组呼释放方法, 其特征在于, 在集群移动台接收 来自系统侧的关于释放所述集群移动台正进行的组呼业务的释放信令之 前, 所述方法还包括:
所述集群移动台构造请求结束所述组呼业务的结束组呼指令; 所述集群移动台向所述系统侧发送所述结束组呼指令; 所述系统侧向所述集群移动台回应携带有拒绝原因值的拒绝命令; 所述集群移动台才艮据所述拒绝原因值显示拒绝信息,并结束关于释 放所述组呼业务的操作。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的组呼释放方法, 其特征在于, 在集群移动台接收 来自系统侧的关于释放所述集群移动台正进行的组呼业务的释放信令之 前还包括:
所述系统侧构造要求所述集群移动台退出所述组呼业务的退出组 呼指令或要求所述集群移动台结束所述组呼业务的结束组呼指令作为所 述释放信令。
7. 根据权利要求 2、 3、 4、 5中任一项所述的组呼释放方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
所述集群移动台设置定时器;
所述集群移动台发出所述退出组呼指令后,如果在所述定时器设置 的规定时间内未收到所述释放命令, 则所述集群移动台重发所述退出组 呼指令。
8. 才艮据权利要求 7所述的组呼释放方法, 其特征在于, 所述定时器设置的 规定时间为 5s。
9. 根据权利要求 2、 3、 6中任一项所述的组呼释放方法, 其特征在于, 所 述集群移动台释放所述组呼业务包括以下操作至少之一:
所述集群移动台记录所述组呼业务的组信息, 并设置 "不可被动接 入" 的退出符; 如果所述释放信令携带有预占优先信息,则所述集群移动台记录所 述预占优先信息指示的预占优先组的组信息, 以保证下次准确接入所述 预占优先组。 一种集群移动台, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块,用于接收来自系统侧的关于释放所述集群移动台正进行 的组呼业务的释放信令;
释放模块, 用于释放所述组呼业务; 以及
返回模块, 用于将所述集群移动台返回空闲态。
