Abstract

Keratinbindende Polypeptidwirkstoffe in der Form von Konjugaten (A'B'C') oder (A'B'C'D'), umfassend (A') eine Polypeptidsequenz, abgeleitet von einem keratinbindenden Polypeptid (A), (B') im statistischen Mittel mindestens eine Polymerkette, die von einem wasserlöslichen oder wasserdispergierbaren, seitenständige und/oder endständige reaktive funktionelle Gruppen (b1 ) tragenden Polymer (B) abgeleitet ist, das danach ausgewählt ist, dass es zusammen mit dem zum Konjugat (A'B'C) oder (A'B'C'D') umzusetzenden keratinbindenden Polypeptid (A) im Normzustand eine homogene wässrige Lösung oder Dispersion, worin das Polypeptid (A) noch immer eine keratinbindende Aktivität aufweist, bildet, wobei (C') mindestens eine Linkergruppe die Polymerkette (B') mit der Polypeptidsequenz (A') verbindet und wobei (D') gegebenenfalls im statistischen Mittel mindestens eine Effektorgruppe an die Polymerkette (B') gebunden ist; Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung und ihre Verwendung zur Modifizierung von Keratin und keratinhaltigen Materialien sowie zur Herstellung von kosmetischen und pharmazeutischen Zusammensetzungen.
