1- The claim is extends beyond circumvention to confrontation through creating an air pressure equivalent to pressure resulting from cyclones capable of dispersing it and combining the two different air masses which cause to create the cyclone and its strength so that it can handle the cyclone starting from formation stages or during the successive stages of its journey away from population and properties and allow for handling quickly the surprising cyclones without being required to evacuate city dwellers suddenly and quickly, which may result in huge administrative, social and material problems. So that best mode for carrying out the invention carrying the hurricane exploding ( the technical way and gases cap ) and that is our new claim.
