进一步地,所述水平移动装置包括至少一个气弹黉,所述气弹簧的固定端与 所述显示屏固定钢构固定连接,所述两个气弹簧靠近拉伸端的外壳上分别设有一 抱箍, 该抱箍固定于所述显示屏固定钢构上。
本专利的有益效果如下:
1.视觉效果: 由于本实用新型的安装位置关系,大大缩短平板显示屏与使用 者的距离, 从视觉效果来看, 一台在 50厘米距离观看的 15寸电视屏幕,其视觉 效果相当于在 3米距离观看的 50寸电视机。
2. 经济效果: 由于上述视觉效果, 卧室内选用的电视机不再需要较大尺寸, 以目前市场价格计算, 20寸平板液晶电视约 1500元 /台, 而 40寸以上平板电视 价格在 7000元 /台左右,前者价格仅为后者的四分之一不到。消费者采用这一卧 室电视机, 将减少五千余元开支。
3.节能效果: 因为上述视觉效果的原因, 卧室内电视机如采用本实用新型, 将大大减少用电能耗。 目前 52寸的液晶电视的平均耗电量每小时约为 300瓦, 而 50寸等离子电视的平均耗电量每小时约为 480瓦,而 20寸左右的液晶电视的 平均耗电量每小时约为 46瓦, 不到前两者六分之一和十分之一。
4.健康效果: 由于采用了躺着收视的新方法, 使用者收看时的舒适度将大 大提高, 尤其对老年人、病人、残疾人更为适合, 长期使用可大大减少颈椎病等 慢性疾病的发病几率。
5.本实用新型结构简单,易于操作,可以根据需要调整显示屏上下转动和水 平移动。

具体实施方式
实施例一
如图 1、 图 2所示, 一种平板显示屏壁挂装置, 包括:
挂板 400, 与所述挂板 400相连接使所述挂板 400向前倾 80至 110度的传 动装置。使用时,该挂板 400用于固定平板显示屏,所述挂板 400向前倾的同时, 带动平板显示屏前倾。 该传动装置即可通过机械的方式带动所述挂板 400前倾, 也可以通过电机等电动方式带动所述挂板 400前倾。
其中, 所述传动装置包括摇臂 300、横轴 100、 固定结构 200, 所述摇臂 300 一端与所述挂板 400连接, 另一端与所述横轴 100活动连接, 所述固定结构 200 设于所述横轴 100上。所述摇臂 300即可以相对于所述横轴 100转动,也可以在 所述横轴 100上轴向移动, 如图 2中的虚线所示。 图^、 图 2中所述摇臂 300套 接在水平安放的横轴 100上。 安装时, 通过所述固定结构 200将所述横轴 100 固定于床头的墙壁的适当高度上。所述挂板 400即可以是与所述摇臂 300形成一 体的结构, 只需符合平板显示屏固定安装的相关标准即可。
其中, 所述固定结构 200为两个, 分别设于所述横轴 100的两端。这样可以 增加所述横轴 100在墙上的固定效果。所述横轴 100即可以与所述固定结构 200 固定连接,也可以是活动连接,活动连接的方式可以增加所述挂板 400转动时的 灵活性。
其中, 所述挂板 00向前倾的角度优选为 90度。
其中, 所述摇臂 300包括第一摇臂 310和第二摇臂 320, 所述第一摇臂 310 一端与所述挂板 400连接,所述第一摇臂 310的另一端与所述第二摇臂 320的一 端径向转动连接, 所述第二摇臂 320的另一端与所述横轴 100活动连接。
其中,还包括有所述摇臂 300的垂直稳定机构。以提高固定了平板显示屏的
挂板 400在垂直状态时的稳定性。
其中, 所述垂直稳定机构包括设于所述摇臂 300上的垂直稳定磁吸 700, 及 设于所述垂直稳定磁吸 700对应位置处的可被磁吸的部件 500。通过磁吸的方式, 方便挂板 400的活动。
其中,所述垂直稳定磁吸 700与所述可被磁吸的部件 500的相接触部位的形 状相匹配。
其中,所述垂直稳定磁吸 700为球状,与所述可被磁吸的部件 500为表面具 有凹弧形的槽型钢。
其中, 所述垂直稳定磁吸 700位于所述摇臂 300靠近所述挂板 400的一端。 如图 1所示, 在摇臂 300不前倾时, 所述摇臂 300通过所述垂直稳定磁吸 700吸设于所述可被磁吸的部件 500上。
其中,还包括有所述摇臂 300的水平稳定机构。以提高固定了平板显示屏的 挂板 400在水平状态时的稳定性。
其中, 所述水平稳定机构包括设于所述摇臂 300上的水平稳定磁吸 800, 及 设于所述水平稳定磁吸 800对应位置处的可被磁吸的部件 600。通过磁吸的方式, 方便挂板 400的活动。
其中,所述水平稳定磁吸 800与所述可被磁吸的部件 600的相接触部位的形 状相匹配。
其中,所述水平稳定磁吸 800为球状,与所述可被磁吸的部件 600为表面具 有凹弧形的槽型钢。
其中, 所述水平稳定磁吸 800位于所述摇臂 300靠近所述横轴 100的一端。 如图 2所示,所述摇臂 300在前倾 80〜: 110度时,所述摇臂 300通过水平固 定磁吸 700支撑并吸设于所述可被磁吸的部件 600上。
本实用新型可方便人们仰卧在床上观看平板显示屏上的内容,使用时,只需 直接将平板屏上的图像旋转 180度即可,并且图像旋转 180度为现有平板显示屏 已经具有的功能。
实施例二
一种平板显示屏壁挂装置, 如图 3至 5所示, 包括: 显示屏固定钢构 1, 与
所述显示屏固定钢构 1转动连接并使所述显示屏固定钢构 1向前倾 80至 110度 的传动装置。 为便于理解和显示, 本实施例中的平板显示屏 7均以虛线表示。
其中,所述显示屏固定钢构 1如图 6所示,其包括两块横向的钢梁和两块纵 向的钢梁固定连接而成, 使用时, 通过所述显示屏固定钢构 1上的固定钉 5, 将 平板显示屏 7的背面固定在述显示屏固定钢构 1上。
所述传动装置包括: 至少一个墙壁固定钢构 3 (如图 7所示, 本实施例中为 两个), 至少一个微型电动推杆 2 (如图 7所示, 本实施例中为与墙壁固定钢构 3 数量对应的两个), 所述微型电动推杆 2的上端和下端分别与所述显示屏固定钢 构 1和墙壁固定钢构 3转动连接。所述显示屏固定钢构 1的下端与所述墙体固定 钢构 3转动连接。使用时,可通过固定钉等穿过所述墙体固定钢构 3上的通孔 3, 将所述墙体固定钢构 3固定于墙体上。
其中, 所述显示屏固定钢构 1上设有转动轴 10, 所述微型电动推杆 2的上 端与该转动轴 10连接。
其中, 所述墙体固定钢构 3上设有固定轴 4, 所述微型电动推杆 2的下端与 该固定轴 4活动连接。
其中, 所述墙体固定钢构 3上设有圆心轴穿孔 13和穿过该圆心轴穿孔 13 的圆心轴 8, 所述显示屏固定钢构 1的下端与该圆心轴 8活动连接。
本实施例可以将平板显示屏平行悬挂于墙壁等支撑物上,控制微型电动推杆 2, 可使固定在显示屏固定钢构 1上的平板显示屏 7向前倾斜设定的角度, 如优 选的 90度, 使平板显示屏与平卧在床上的使用者呈平行位置, 请参见图 8。
实施例三
一种平板显示屏壁挂装置,本实施例在实施例二的基础上,增加了水平移动 装置。 该水平移动装置设于显示屏固定钢构 1 上, 使用时, 所述平板显示屏 7 的背面固定在该水平移动装置上。
如图 9、 图 10所示, 所述水平移动装置包括至少一个气弹簧 6, 本实施例中 以两个气弹簧 6为例进行说明。
如图 9所示,两个气弹簧 6的固定端与所述显示屏固定钢构 1固定连接,使
用时两个气弹簧 6的另一端(拉伸端)固定连接在平板显示屏 7的背面, 在所述 两个气弹簧 6靠近拉伸端的外壳上分别设有一抱箍 9, 该抱箍 9固定于所述显示 屏固定钢构 1, 从而使所述两气弹簧 6固定在显示屏固定钢构 1上。 这样, 两气 弹簧 6仅能横向移动, 不会上下摆动。
本实施例通过增加水平移动装置,使用者可通过推动平板显示屏 7向左右两 个方向做水平移动。在水平移动的过程中,连接在显示屏固定钢构 1上的两个气 弹簧 6—个向内压缩,另一个向外拉伸延长,实现平板显示屏 7移动到使用者需 要的水平位置, 请参见图 10。
Claims
1、 一种平板显示屏壁挂装置, 其特征在于包括:
挂板, 与所述挂板相连接使所述挂板向前倾 80至 110度的传动装置。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的平板显示屏壁挂装置, 其特征在于:
所述传动装置包括摇臂、 横轴、 固定结构, 所述摇臂一端与所述挂板连接, 另一端与所述横轴活动连接, 所述固定结构设于所述横轴上。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的平板显示屏壁挂装置, 其特征在于:
所述固定结构为两个, 分别设于所述横轴的两端。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的平板显示屏壁挂装置, 其特征在于:
所述挂板向前倾的角度为 90度。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的平板显示屏壁挂装置, 其特征在于- 所述摇臂包括第一摇臂和第二摇臂,所述第一摇臂一端与所述挂板连接,所 述第一摇臂的另一端与所述第二摇臂的一端径向转动连接,所述第二摇臂的另一 端与所述横轴活动连接。
6、 根据权利要求 2至 5中任一所述的平板显示屏壁挂装置, 其特征在于: 还包括有所述摇臂的垂直稳定机构。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的平板显示屏壁挂装置, 其特征在于:
所述垂直稳定机构包括设于所述摇臂上的垂直稳定磁吸,及设于所述垂直稳 定磁吸对应位置处的可被磁吸的部件。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的平板显示屏壁挂装置, 其特征在于:
所述垂直稳定磁吸与所述可被磁吸的部件两者相互接触的部位的形状相匹 配。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的平板显示屏壁挂装置, 其特征在于:
所述垂直稳定磁吸为球状,与所述可被磁吸的部件为表面具有凹弧形的槽型 钢。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的平板显示屏壁挂装置, 其特征在于:
所述垂直稳定磁吸位于所述摇臂靠近所述挂板的一端。
11、 根据权利要求 2至 5中任一所述的平板显示屏壁挂装置, 其特征在于: 还包括有所述摇臂的水平稳定机构。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的平板显示屏壁挂装置, 其特征在于-
所述水平稳定机构包括设于所述摇臂上的水平稳定磁吸,及设于所述水平稳 定磁吸对应位置处的可被磁吸的部件。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的平板显示屏壁挂装置, 其特征在于: 所述水平稳定磁吸与所述可被磁吸的部件的相接触部位的形状相匹配。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的平板显示屏壁挂装置, 其特征在于: 所述水平稳定磁吸为球状,与所述可被磁吸的部件为表面具有凹弧形的槽型 钢。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的平板显示屏壁挂装置, 其特征在于: 所述水平稳定磁吸位于所述摇臂靠近所述横轴的一端。
16、 一种平板显示屏壁挂装置, 其特征在于包括:
显示屏固定钢构,与所述显示屏固定钢构转动连接并使所述显示屏固定钢构 向前倾 80至 110度的传动装置。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的平板显示屏壁挂装置, 其特征在于: 所述显示屏固定钢构包括固定连接两块横向的钢梁和两块纵向的钢梁。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的平板显示屏壁挂装置, 其特征在于: 所述传动装置包括: 至少一个墙壁固定钢构, 至少一个微型电动推杆, 所述 微型电动推杆的上端和下端分别与所述显示屏固定钢构和墙壁固定钢构转动连 接, 所述显示屏固定钢构的下端与所述墙体固定钢构转动连接。
19、 根据权利要求 18所述的平板显示屏壁挂装置, 其特征在于: 所述显示 屏固定钢构上设有转动轴,所述微型电动推杆的上端与该转动轴连接,所述墙体 固定钢构上设有固定轴,所述微型电动推杆的下端与该固定轴活动连接,所述墙 体固定钢构上设有圆心轴穿孔和穿过该圆心轴穿孔的圆心轴,所述显示屏固定钢 构的下端与该圆心轴活动连接。
20、根据权利要求 16至 19中任一权利要求所述的平板显示屏壁挂装置,其 特征在于还包括: 设于显示屏固定钢构 1上的水平移动装置。
21、 根据权利要求 20所述的平板显示屏壁挂装置, 其特征在于- 所述水平移动装置包括至少一个气弹簧,所述气弹簧的固定端与所述显示屏固定 钢构固定连接,所述两个气弹簧靠近拉伸端的外壳上分别设有一抱箍,该抱箍固 定于所述显示屏固定钢构上。
