[61] Therefore, the example in this specification and the construction illustrated on the drawings is only one desirable example of this invention and does not represent all the technical ideas of this invention. There can be various equivalents and variations of this invention at the time of this application.
[62] Like element references are used through the various figures of the invention.
[63] Fig. 1 to Fig. 3 depict process for producing of a first embodiment of a print sheet of the invention, and Fig. 4 to Fig. 8 depict process for producing of a mini-album of the invention. [64] In Fig.l, notation 10 is a print sheet provided by one embodiment according to the present invention. [65] The print sheet 10 is comprised by a release paper 12 and a printing paper 16. The rear surface of the printing paper 16 is coated by an adhesive layer 14. The printing paper 16 is removably attached to the release paper 12. [66] The print sheet 10 may be provided in piece-by-piece, for example, preferably, standard-sized papers (ex. A4, A3, B5, B3 etc.) for using with the personal computers.
[67] In here, the printer may comprise an generally usable printer such as an offset printer, an ink-jet printer or a laser printer, or a photo printer in a photo- vending machine.
[68] Referring to Fig.2, the printing paper 10 of Fig.l is depicted as a printing paper 1OA.
The printing paper 1OA has at least one or more rows of album base strips 18. Each of the album base strip 18 has album content sections 18a and album cover section 18c, 18d and 18e extended from a side of the album content sections 18a in series that texts or images may be printed in divisions. The boundary of the album base strip 18 is formed by a strip remove line 16a which defines an mini-album's shape and size. The strip remove line 16a is formed by a remove line shaping means. The album content sections 18a are splitted by a plurality of spaced fold-lines 18b. Using the fold- lines 18b, a zigzag fold may be formed. The album cover section have a front cover portion 18c and a rear cover portion 18d extended serially and divided by fold- lines 18b, and between them a side cover portion 18e is positioned with a width for covering a side of the zigzag folded album content sections.
[69] Said fold-lines 18b may be formed in a solid line or a dotted line. For improvement of external appearance, it is preferred to form the fold- lines 18b defining the side cover portion 18e in shape of solid lines.
[70] Apparently it is possible to make all the fold- lines 18b to be solid. In case of dotted fold-lines 18b, the folding may be ensured as well as occurring no gap in folded parts, but dotted lines or holes may be seen from outside that may result in detrimental to the external appearance. Therefore preferably, it may be designed such that the dotted and solid fold-lines is positioned alternatively so that dotted fold-lines could be positioned inside while solid fold-lines could be positioned outside when the album base strip 18 zigzag folded.
[71] On the other side, the more thinner the thickness of the album base strip 18 is, the lesser rebound(or spring back) force due to the restoration force of the album content sections 18a zigzag folded along the solid or dotted fold-lines 18b which tend to back into its original unfolded states. If, however, due to the thickness of the album base strip being thick enough, the rebound force might be so great that the restoration force to back into its original unfolded states could not be ignored, then it could be resulted in detrimental effect to the attachment strength between rear surfaces of sections of the album base strip 18.
[72] This problem could be solved by an alternative embodiment depicted in Fig. 3, wherein the fold-lines 18b' defining the album content sections 18a is formed double fold-lines so that the rebounding force could be removed. That is, a double fold-line 18b' may be consisted of two folding sub-lines with a gat covering the thickness of the album base strip 18. When the album content sections 18a is folded, the restoring force back to original unfolded states may be distributed between two folded sub-lines and the rebound phenomenon of the zigzag folded album content sections 18a can be minimized, which results in keeping and reinforcing the attachment strength of the attached album content sections 18a with the adhesive layers 14.
[73] The double fold- line 18b' could be embodied as a form of two parallel dotted lines.
As an alternative, for example, as depicted in Fig.3, at the side cover portion 18e, the double fold- line 18b' could be embodied as a form of one solid pressed line having a width same-sized as the thickness of the album base strip 18.
[74] On the one hand, the crossings of the strip remove line 16a and the fold- lines 18b are preferred to have notched parts 16b and rounded edges 16c so that the folding at the fold-lines of the album base strip 18 may be accomplished more easily.
[75] As the remove line shaping means, mentioned above, a "THOMSON" cutter or machine (also known as a "Tomusong" machine in Japan and Korea) or an ultrasonic cutter, which are well known and used among the printing paper producing companies or album producing companies, could be used. These cutters have a certain shape of "cutter" of "mold" for cutting the remove lines. The strip remove line 16a and the fold- lines 18b could be formed by a THOMSON machine of a ultrasonic cutter. When the strip remove line 16a is formed by the remove line shaping means, cutting operation for the strip remove line 16a must be only applied to the printing paper 16, not to the release paper 12, so that the album base strips 18 could be removed from the release paper 12.
[76] As shown in Fig.2, the album base strip 18 that formed by the strip remove line 16a and the fold- lines 18b which are cut into the print sheet for mini-album 1OA using the remove line shaping means, might be formed as one or more numbers of rows of it depending on the size of the print sheet for mini-album 1OA.
[77] Also, the number of sections of the album content sections 18a, defined by the fold- lines 18b of the album base strip 18, could be various depending on the length of the album base strip 18 or the size of the album content sections 18a.
[78] Although seven rows of the album base strips 18 have shown in Fig.2, it is obvious that it is just an example. According to the present invention, the rows of strips 18 could be increased or decreased depending on the size of the album base strip 18, and the number of sections of the album content sections 18a could be increased or decreased depending on the size of the album base strip 18.
[79] As shown in Figs. 2 and 3, in the print sheet 1OA, each row corresponds to an album base strip 18, and each album base strip 18 is formed by a strip remove line 16a. Blank spaces exists between adjacent strip remove lines 16a of the rows of the album base strip 18. Due to these blank spaces, for examples, as shown in Fig.14, when a row of album base strip 18 has removed from the release paper 12, the remaining album base strips 18 may be assuredly attached to the release paper 12 without any coming off the release paper, and additionally, the blank spaces between the album base strips 18 may be used as protection for print error when texts or images being printed by a printer on the remaining album base strips 18 attached to the release paper 12.
[80] Fig. 4 to Fig. 8 depict process for producing of a mini-album using the album base strip 18 shown in Fig.2.
[81] As shown in Fig.4, texts or images 20 may be printed on all of the album base strips
18 formed in the print sheet for mini-album 1OA. This texts or images printing process could be conducted by a printer connected to a computer as mentioned above.
[82] The texts or images 20 may be printed on all of the album base strips 18, or may be printed on only one row of album base strip 18 while the remaining album base strips 18 may be reserved for later use.
[83] As an example of the alternatives, Fig. 11 depicts process for producing of a third embodiment of a print sheet for mini-album of the invention, wherein the texts or images 20 (hereinafter the texts or images printed in the sections of the strip 18 is also called as a photo or photos 20) had printed in advance on all of the album base strips 18 and then may be provided as a print sheet for mini-album 1OC to users.
[84] In another words, in the case of embodiments shown in Fig.2, a user may obtain the album base strip 18 with blank un-printed album content sections 18a, while in the case of Fig.11, a user may obtain the album base strip 18 with full-printed album content sections 18a that could show photos of celebrity (for example, star performers, famous sports persons etc.) or scenery or texts of words for the Bible, witty or wise remarks etc.
[85] The printing of the photos 20 on the album base strip 18 may be performed by a printer, which may comprise an offset printer, an ink-jet printer, or a laser printer connected to a computer storing photo files.
[86] As shown in Figs. 4, 5 and 11, according to an embodiment of the invention, the album base strip 18 has album content sections 18, a front cover portion 18c, a side cover portion 18e, and a rear cover portion 18d, wherein texts or images 20 may be printed on the album content sections 18a. An text or image 20 playing cover part such as a title or a background may be printed on the front cover portion 18c and the rear cover portion 18d. And on the side cover portion 18e covering a side of the folded album content sections 18a, the photographic date of the images had shot or the title of the mini- album may be printed.
[87] The album base strip 18 which had been fully printed with texts or images 20 as such may be removed from the print sheet for mini-album 1OA or 1OC, such that the album base strip 10 may be peeled off from the release paper 12 along the strip remove line 16a. [88] As shown in Fig. 6, worker or user may fold the album base strip 18 peeled off from the release paper 12. Worker or user may zigzag fold along the fold-lines 18b and press folded parts, so that every other album content sections 18a and the front cover portion 18c should attach against adjacent ones due to the adhesive layer 14 coated on the rear surface of the album content sections 18a and the front cover portion 18c. Then the side cover portion 18e may be fold to cover a side of the zigzag folded album content sections 18a, and finally the rear cover portion 18d may be fold to attach its rear surface against rear adhesive layer 14 of the zigzag folded album content sections 18a. As a result, a book-like unfoldable mini- album could be formed.
[89] As such, the side cover portion 18e covers the side of the zigzag folded album content sections 18a which is formed from un-printed and folded rear surface parts, so as to enhance the external appearance of the mini-album.
[90] With aid of centering effect of the notches 16b formed both ends of each fold-lines
18b, folding process can be led to fold- lines 18b so that the album content sections 18a may be exactly folded and attached without any positional deviations when the album base strip 18 is zigzag folded and attached against by itself through the adhesive layer 14.
[91] And the rounded edges 16c, formed from the notches 16b of the album base strip 18 can enhance the external appearance of the mini-album 30.
[92] For further enhance the external appearance of the book- like mini-album 30, total 3 sides of it, that is, the remaining upper, lower and other side except the side that the side cover portion 18e covers, could be cut out, for example about 1 mm, by a cutter machine which generally used in the art. In this case, said cutter machine is typically too expensive to an ordinary user, such that only commercial suppliers of the mini- album 30 could afford. Therefore, cut out process of the 3 sides of mini-album may be adopted to those commercial suppliers. But ordinary users also may obtain satisfied external appearance without the 3 sides cut out process when by himself produce several mini-albums 30.
[93] After processed as such, as shown in Fig.7, an album covering 55 may be provided to cover the mini-album 30 such that the front cover portion 18c and the rear cover portion 18d, which correspond to both end pages of the mini-album 30, may be encompassed by the album covering 55.
[94] That is, as shown in Fig.7, each of end pages of the mini-album 30 could be inserted in each of pockets 57 formed at inner surfaces of the album covering 55, or each of end pages of the mini-album 30 could be adhered to each inner surface of the album covering 55 by an adhesive agent.
[95] The mini-album 30 encompassed by the album covering 55 as such, as shown in
Fig.8, may be coupled with a coupling cord 60 which one end of the coupling cord 60 may be fix to at a coupling hole 59 formed in the album covering 55, while the other end of it could be fix to a portable device such as key ring or mobile phone 61, so that the mini-album 30 may be carried around.
[96] As shown in the figure, the album covering 55 may be closed with a magnetic type button 56. The album covering 55 encompassing the mini-album 30 could be closed with an any known type of button (not shown).
[97] The album covering 50 may be made from transparent synthetic resin or plastics so that, as shown in Fig.8, the front cover portion 18c, the rear cover portion 18d and the side cover portion 18e may be seen from outside, and that the content, title, photographic date etc. of mini-album 30 could be grasped at a glance by the content of these cover portions 18c, 18d, and 18e.
[98] For the mini-album 30 produced as such, commercial suppliers may provide a kit containing the print sheet for mini-album 1OA that has one or more rows of album base strip 18, the album covering 55 and the coupling cord 60 to, for example, fancy or stationery stores where consumers may buy the kit. After buying the kit, consumers may print photo files on the album base strip 18 using a computer and printer, make the mini-album 30 through processes as mentioned above, and hang it to his mobile phone 61 using the album covering 55 and the coupling cord 60.
[99] According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Fig.2, the print sheet for mini-album 1OA is provided to consumers with blank or un-printed album base strips 18. In this case, consumers could make customized mini-albums according to his taste, such that texts or images which were photographed personally by consumers may be printed on the album base strip 18 using a computer and printer.
[100] Fig. 9 and Fig. 10 depict construction diagram of a second embodiment of a print sheet for mini-album of the invention, wherein in the print sheet for mini-album 1OB, the album cover section having a front cover portion 18c, a rear cover portion 18d and a side cover portion 18e, is formed separately from the album base strip 18 on the printing paper 16 by the remove line shaping means.
[101] In this embodiment, as mentioned above, the album cover section 19 having a front cover portion 18c, a rear cover portion 18d and a side cover portion 18e, is formed separately from the album base strip 18 on the printing paper 16 by the remove line shaping means. User may print texts or images on the album base strip 18 and the album cover section 19. Then firstly user may peel off the album base strip 18 from the release paper 12 to zigzag fold it, and secondly user may peel off the album cover section 19 from the release paper 12 to attach it both faces and a side of the zigzag folded album base strip 18 through the adhesive layer, hence the mini-album 30 of the first embodiment as mentioned above could be obtained.
[102] In this case, since the album cover section 19 is separated from the album base strip 18, after the album base strip 18 has been zigzag folded, attaching the album cover section 19 to the zigzag folded album base strip 18 may be more easily manipulated by user.
[103] For an embodiment shown in Fig.9, the print sheet for mini-album 1OB has six rows of album base strips 18. Each row of the 1st, 3rd and 5th rows has "separated" album cover section 19 and album base strip 18, while each of the 2nd, 4th and 6th rows has an album base strip 18. In this case, the album base strips 18 of the 1st and 2nd rows may be coupled and zigzag folded and then the album cover section 19 of the 1st row may be attached to complete a volume of mini-album 30. The 3rd and 4th rows also are to form one volume of mini-album 30 in same way, and so on the 5th and 6th rows. All in all, one piece of the print sheet for mini-album 1OB shown in figure is an embodiment for producing 3 volumes of mini-album 30.
[104] For an embodiment shown in Fig.10, the print sheet for mini-album 1OB has four rows of album base strips 18 and one row of "separated" album cover section 19. In this case, the album base strips 18 of the 1st and 2nd rows may be coupled and zigzag folded and then one of the album cover section 19 of the 5th row may be attached to complete a volume of mini-album 30. The 3rd and 4th rows also may be used to form another two volumes of mini-album 30 in similar way with another two of the album cover section 19 of the 5th row. In another way, using all of the 4 "separated" album cover section 19 and the 4 rows of album base strips 18, all in all, 4 volumes of m ini- album could be produced.
[105] Referring to Fig.l 1, consumers could be provided a print sheet for mini-album 1OC printed in advance with texts or images 20 on its album base strips 18. In this case, suppliers may provide print sheets that may be printed with photos of celebrities, scenery, person or texts such as a word from the Bible or wise sayings, then consumers may select and purchase one of them to produce mini- albums without any printing process.
[106] In above mentioned print sheets for mini-album 1OA, 1OB or 1OC, the printing paper 16 may be comprised by a selected one from a print paper (photographic paper) printable with a general offset printer or generally available printers, a glossy coated paper, a transparent PET (polyethylene terephthalate) paper, a plastics paper, an ordinary paper.
[107] Fig. 12 to Fig. 15 depict process for producing of a forth embodiment of a print sheet for mini-album and a mini-album of the invention.
[108] As shown in Fig.12, the print sheet 11 may be comprised by a release paper 12, a release film 15 for protecting against mis-attachment removably attached to an adhesive layer 13 coated on the release paper 12, and a printing paper 16 which is coated an adhesive layer 14 on its rear surface. [109] The release film 15 for protecting against mis-attachment has inserted between the printing paper 16 and the release paper 12. The release film 15 is used for protecting from mis-attachment of the album base strip 18 that may occur when the album base strip 18 is being zigzag folded, Detailed description about the release film will followed later.
[110] The print sheet 11 of such comprised, as shown in Fig.13, may have at least one row of album base strip 18. The album base strip 18 may have same constitution as the album base strip of the embodiment shown in Fig.2 or the separate album cover section 19 and album base strip of the embodiment shown in Figs. 9 and 10.
[I l l] The printing paper of the print sheet 11 corresponds to the print sheet for mini-album 10D. The print sheet for mini-album 1OD may have at least one or more rows of album base strip. Each of the album base strip 18 has album content sections 18a and a album cover section extended from a side of the album content sections 18a in series that texts or images may be printed in divisions. The boundary of the album base strip 18 is formed by a strip remove line 16a which defines an mini-album's shape and size, and the strip remove line 16a is formed by a remove line shaping means. The album content sections 18a are splitted by a plurality of spaced fold- lines 18b and using the fold-lines 18b a zigzag fold may be formed. The album cover section have a front cover portion 18c and a rear cover portion 18d extended serially, and between which a side cover portion 18e is positioned with a width for covering a side of the zigzag folded album content sections 18a.
[112] When the strip remove line 16a on the album base strip 18 is formed by the remove line shaping means, the release film for protecting against mis-attachment 15 together with the printing paper is also cut by the remove line shaping means. Therefore if the album base strip 18 is removed for the print sheet for mini-album 10D, then the release film 15 is also removed from the release paper 12. In this case, for more easily removing the release film 15 together with the album base strip 18 from the release paper 12, a cut line 12a may be formed in the release paper 12, as shown in Figs 12 and 14.
[113] The cut line 12a in the release paper 12 may be cracked apart as pressed, so that the album base strip 18 and the release film for protecting against mis-attachment 12 could be easily removed from the release paper 12.
[114] As shown in Fig.14, one row of album base strip 18 with the release film for protecting against mis-attachment 15 could be removed from the release paper 12. And then the "album base strip 18 with the release film for protecting against mis- attachment 15" may be zigzag pre-folded.
[115] At this stage of folding, the album base strip 18 is remained unattached to itself due to the release film for protecting against mis-attachment 15 which is attached on the rear surface of the album base strip 18. Therefore it could be checked if the album base strip 18 is properly folded with exact alignment. If the mis-alignment have been occurred, then the mis-alignment can be corrected. As a result, the release film for protecting against mis-attachment 15 may act as a very effective protection against the mis-attachment of the album base strip 18 when it is being folded.
[116] After the zigzag pre-folding of the album base strip 18 with the release film for protecting against mis-attachment 15, if the album base strip 18 has been properly and exactly aligned, then the release film for protecting against mis-attachment 15 is removed from the album base strip 18 with slightly unfolded. In turn, again the album base strip 18 without the release film could be zigzag folded to completely attach to itself by the adhesive layer 14. For producing a mini-album 30 which is unfoldable as a book, the side cover portion 18e may be attached a side of the zigzag folded album content sections 18a, in turn the rear cover portion 18d may be attached to the rear adhesive layer 14 of the most rear album content section 18a.
[117] After processed as such, as shown in Fig.7, an album covering 55 may be provided to cover the mini-album 30 such that the front cover portion 18c and the rear cover portion 18d, which correspond to both end pages of the mini-album 30, may be encompassed by the album covering 55. The mini-album 30 encompassed by the album covering 55 as such, as shown in Fig.8, may be coupled with a coupling cord 60 which one end of the coupling cord 60 may be fix to at a coupling hole 59 formed in the album covering 55, while the other end of it could be fix to a portable device such as key ring or mobile phone 61, so that the mini-album 30 may be carried around.
[118] Fig. 16 to Fig. 18 depict construction diagram of a fifth embodiment of a print sheet for mini-album of the invention.
[119] The print sheet for mini-album 1OE shown in Fig.16 is a roll form that comprises by a printing paper 16 coated by an adhesive layer 14 on its rear surface and removably attached to a release paper 12.
[120] The printing paper 16 of the print sheet 21, as described in relation to Fig.2, corresponds to the print sheet for mini-album 1OE. the print sheet for mini-album 1OE may have at least one or more rows of album base strip 18 in form of a successive roll. Each of the album base strip 18 has album content sections 18a and a album cover section extended from a side of the album content sections 18a in series that texts or images may be printed in divisions. The boundary of the album base strip 18 is formed by a strip remove line 16a which defines an mini- album's shape and size, and the strip remove line 16a is formed by a remove line shaping means. The album content sections 18a are splitted by a plurality of spaced fold-lines 18b and using the fold- lines 18b a zigzag fold may be formed. The album cover section have a front cover portion 18c and a rear cover portion 18d extended serially, and between which a side cover portion 18e is positioned with a width for covering a side of the zigzag folded album content sections 18 a.
[121] Such a print sheet for mini-album 1OE of roll form may be easily stored and carried around so as to be more useful.
[122] The release film for protecting against mis-attachment 15, as mentioned above, may be inserted between the printing paper 16 and the release paper 12 in the print sheet for mini- album 1OE.
[123] For the print sheet for mini-album 1OE, as mentioned above, texts of images 20 could be printed using a computer and a printer coupled to the computer, and formed to a mini-album 30 that may be hung to a key ring or a mobile phone 61, and then may carried around.
[124] The print sheet for mini-album 1OE may be one row of album base strips 18 that is rolled up successively on a roll. A perforated line 18f along which to cut off and a blank space 18g may be inserted on the album base strips 18 at every intervals that defines a volume of mini-album 30. According to this embodiment, user could print photos 20 successively on the print sheet for mini-album 1OE with a printer that can contain the roll form strips 18. In the other way, user could print photos 20 on one album base strip 18 which is cut off from the roll along the perforated line 18f. The blank space 18g may be needed when printing by a printer performed.
[125] Fig.17 shows a print sheet for mini-album 1OE of roll form having a plurality of rows of album base strips 18, Fig.18 shows a print sheet for mini-album 1OE of roll form having a plurality of rows of album base strips 18 and separated album cover sections 19, which have the construction similar to the construction as shown in Fig.16.
[126] And Fig. 19 and Fig. 20 depict an alternative embodiment and process for producing of a second embodiment of a print sheet for mini-album of the invention. An object of this embodiment is to have as many photos as possible for one volume of mini- album 30, that is, to maximize the number of the album content sections 18a in the album base strip 18.
[127] The print sheet for mini-album 1OA, 1OB, 1OC, and 1OD may have at least one or more rows of album base strip 18 and at least one or more rows of additive album base strip 18'. Each of the album base strip 18 has album content sections 18a and a album cover section extended from a side of the album content sections 18a in series that texts or images may be printed in divisions. The boundary of the album base strip 18 is formed by a strip remove line 16a, and the strip remove line 16a is formed by a remove line shaping means. The album content sections 18a are splitted by a plurality of spaced fold- lines 18b and using the fold- lines 18b a zigzag fold may be formed. The album cover section have a front cover portion 18c and a rear cover portion 18d extended serially, and between which a side cover portion 18e is positioned with a width for covering a side of the zigzag folded album content sections 18a. Each of the additive album base strip 18' has album content sections 18a. The boundary of the additive album base strip 18' is formed by a strip remove line 16a, and the strip remove line 16a is formed by a remove line shaping means. The album content sections 18a are splitted by a plurality of spaced fold-lines 18b and using the fold-lines 18b a zigzag fold may be formed.
[128] That is, the additive album base strip 18' has only the album content sections 18a formed by the strip remove line 16a and the spaced fold- lines 18b so that texts or images 20 could be added.
[129] In this case, for producing a book-likely unfoldable mini-album 30 from the additive album base strip 18' and the album base strip 18, both the additive album base strip 18' and the album base strip 18 are printed with texts or images 20. As shown in Fig.20, each of the additive album base strip 18' and the album base strip 18 is zigzag folded. Then the rear surface coated with adhesive layer 14 of a album content section 18a abuts against and attaches to the rear surface coated with adhesive layer 14 of adjacent album content section 18a. After coupling the additive album base strip 18' to the album base strip 18 such that the rear surface of first page of the additive album base strip 18' attaches to the rear surface of end page of the album base strip 18, the side cover portion 18e of the album base strip 18 may be attached to a side of the zigzag folded album content sections 18a. In turn, the rear cover portion 18d could be attached to the most end album content section 18a of the additive album base strip 18'.
[130] In this embodiment, the additive album base strip 18' in the print sheet for mini- album 1OA, 1OB, 1OC or 1OD provided in the form of standard paper such as A5 or B5, may be used as a complement for the case that the number of the album content sections 18a obtained from the one row of album base strip 18 might be too small to take in all of the desired photos. And, in the print sheet for mini-album 1OE provided in the form of roll, an additive album base strip 18' may follow each album base strip 18.
[131] The album base strips 18 and 18' of the 1st to 5th embodiments of the present invention, mainly photos 20 has been printed, but this is not to limit the present inventions but to exemplify it. Texts such as lines for Bible, poem, sayings, words as well as photos could be printed into the mini-album 30.
[132] In the 1st to 5th embodiments of the present invention, the adhesive layer 14 coated on the rear surface of the printing paper 16 could be comprised of generally used strong adhesive or bonding agent, or soft gluing agent. In case of strongly attachable bonding agent, the album base strip 18 may stick itself strongly but to be hardly get parted, so that correction of the attachment could be almost impossible. While in case of soft gluing agent, the attachment may be relatively weak so that correction of mis- attachment could be easily accomplished, but the zigzag folded and attached album base strip 18 could be fell apart due to weaken attachment of the album base strip. Therefore the strong bonding agent may be more preferred.
[133] Meanwhile, in the 1st to 5th embodiment of the present invention, the width of the side cover portion 18e, which is for covering a side of the zigzag folded album content sections 18a between the front cover portion 18c and the rear cover portion 18d of the album base strip 18, may be set corresponded to the thickness of the zigzag folded album content sections 18a.
[134] And, in the 1st to 5th embodiment of the present invention, between of the each row of album base strip 18 of the print sheet for mini-album 1OA, 1OB, 1OC, or 10D, blank space may be formed. The blank space may have an effect to protect against print errors in later photo printings, such that adjacent un-printed album base strips could be attached safely to the release paper 12 even when some photo printed rows of album base strip 18 had be removed for the release paper 12. In an alternative embodiment, all rows of album base strip 18 of the print sheet for mini-album 1OA, 1OB, 1OC, 1OD or 1OE may be printed at once, then all rows of the album base strip 18 may be formed without blank space by strip remove lines 16a. This embodiment has an advantage that the print sheet for mini-album 1OA, 1OB, 1OC, 10D, or 1OE could be used economically.
[135] And the print sheet for mini-album 1OA, 1OB, 1OC, 10D, or 1OE in the 1st to 5th embodiments may be provided in form of cartridge for printer generally used or in form of roll, and may be provided for a photo- vending machine well known in the art. The photo- vending machine could be provided of the print sheet 1OA, 1OB, 1OC, 10D, or 1OE of the present invention, user could manipulate the vending machine which may operate photo printing programs. User could have the print sheet for mini-album 1OA, 1OB, 1OC, 10D, or 1OE printed by the vending machine, remove an album base strip 18 from the print sheet, fold it into mini-album 30 by himself.
