Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un document de sécurité et/ou de valeur contenant un composite stratifié polymère, ce composite stratifié polymère étant constitué d'un composite stratifié polymère de base et d'une couche de recouvrement polymère et au moins cette couche de recouvrement polymère présentant une couche de support d'impression pouvant absorber une matière colorante diffusable. Le procédé selon l'invention comprend les étapes suivantes : A) une première image d'impression est produite sur la couche de support d'impression du composite stratifié polymère de base ou sur le composite stratifié polymère de base par impression d'une matière colorante de sublimation, sublimante à une température de diffusion prédéfinie, par un procédé d'impression; B) la couche de recouvrement polymère est appliquée du côté de la couche de support d'impression sur la première image d'impression; C) l'empilement formé par le composite stratifié polymère de base et la couche de recouvrement polymère est stratifié par chauffage à une température de stratification prédéfinie; D) simultanément ou consécutivement à l'étape C), au moins des zones partielles de l'empilement, relativement à une surface principale de l'empilement, sont chauffées pendant une durée prédéfinie à une température supérieure à la température de diffusion de la matière colorante diffusable, au moins une quantité partielle de la matière colorante diffusable de la première image d'impression se diffusant à l'intérieur de la couche de support d'impression de la couche de recouvrement polymère.
