Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil et un procédé d'absorption de mou de fil électrique, grâce auxquels le mou d'un fil électrique peut être absorbé de façon sûre. L'appareil d'absorption de mou de fil électrique comprend un cylindre de sortie, un encodeur, une partie de pression, et un dispositif de commande comportant un circuit de commande. Le cylindre de sortie transfère le fil électrique le long d'une direction longitudinale de celui-ci. L'encodeur détecte une longueur de transfert du fil électrique. La partie de pression appuie le fil électrique le long d'une direction croisant une direction de transfert du fil électrique. Le circuit de commande fait transférer le fil électrique par le cylindre de sortie de manière intermittente selon un modèle prédéterminé. Selon la longueur de transfert du fil électrique détectée par l'encodeur, le circuit fait presser le fil électrique par la partie de pression à partir d'un point dans le temps juste avant que le circuit de commande ne fasse arrêter le fil électrique par le cylindre de sortie à un point dans le temps quand une durée prédéterminée s'est écoulée par la suite.
