FUNDA PROTECTORA PARA LATAS DE BEBIDA
D E S C R I P C I Ó N
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La invención, tal como expresa el enunciado de Ia presente memoria descriptiva, se refiere a una funda protectora para latas de bebida.
De forma más concreta, Ia invención tiene por objeto una funda cuya finalidad consiste en configurarse como elemento protector, especialmente de carácter higiénico, para las latas de bebida, mediante el cual se consigue de forma eficaz y sencilla garantizar las condiciones de higiene adecuadas que presentará Ia superficie de Ia lata para poder ser llevada con seguridad a Ia boca y beber directamente de Ia lata, sin temor a Ia presencia en ella de suciedad o posibles bacterias antes de su desprecintado.
CAMPO DE APLICACIÓN
El campo de aplicación de Ia presente invención se encuentra dentro de Ia industria dedicada a Ia fabricación de envases.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Como es sabido, las latas de bebida son un tipo de envase ampliamente difundido y cuya principal ventaja consiste en Ia facilidad que procuran para su utilización sin necesidad de recurrir a vasos u otros recipientes para proceder adecuadamente y con comodidad al consumo de su contenido. Sin embargo, dicho tipo de envase presenta un importante inconveniente, el cual viene dado por el hecho de que durante su transporte y/o almacenamiento, que puede llegar a ser bastante prolongado, las latas son fácilmente susceptibles de acumular suciedad de todo tipo, desde simple polvo, pasando por cualquier tipo de sustancia que eventualmente pueda derramarse o acumularse sobre ellas, hasta excrementos u orines de diferentes animales (ratas, cucarachas, hormigas, moscas) que generalmente "campan" sin control en almacenes e instalaciones similares.
Dicha problemática se soluciona parcialmente, en algunos casos, mediante Ia envoltura plástica de los "packs" o agrupaciones de latas que determinadas empresas utilizan. Sin embargo, dichas envolturas, además de que no cubren totalmente las latas ya que suelen estar parcialmente abiertas, no incorporan ningún tipo de precinto de garantía y, por otra parte, cuando dichos "packs" se dividen en las latas sueltas o grupos de latas de menor número, Ia envoltura se rompe o directamente se elimina, quedando las latas de nuevo a merced de los posibles elementos antihigiénicos, incluso patógenos, que pueden llegar a nuestras bocas si bebemos directamente de Ia lata.
Sería, por tanto, deseable Ia creación de algún tipo de elemento de protección que garantice las condiciones de higiene de Ia superficie superior de cada lata hasta el momento justo de ser consumida por el usuario, siendo este el principal objetivo de Ia presente invención, sobre Ia cual, por otra parte, debe señalarse que se desconoce Ia existencia de ninguna otra que presente unas características técnicas, estructurales y de configuración semejantes.
EXPLICACIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
Así, Ia funda protectora para latas de bebida que Ia presente invención propone se configura por sí misma como una destacable novedad dentro de su campo, ya que, a tenor de su aplicación, se alcanzan los objetivos anteriormente señalados como idóneos, estando los detalles caracterizadores que incorpora y que Io hacen posible, adecuadamente recogidos en las reivindicaciones finales que acompañan a Ia presente memoria descriptiva.
En concreto, Ia funda que se preconiza consiste esencialmente en un cuerpo, realizado con un material adecuadamente impermeable y suficientemente resistente, preferentemente plástico fino, celofán o similar, preferiblemente transparente, el cual, adoptando una configuración semejante a Ia de Ia lata, siendo colocado, por ejemplo, usando Ia técnica de calor aplicado sobre el material (termoconformado), entre otras posibilidades, Ia envuelve ajustadamente al menos su mitad superior, pudiendo, opcionalmente, llegar a cubrirla en su totalidad. Dicha funda cuenta ventajosamente con un sistema de rasgado, que puede tratarse de cualquiera de los convencionalmente conocidos, que garantizará Ia higienizad de dicha parte de Ia lata, incorporando, opcionalmente, para facilitar su apertura, correspondientes pestañas laterales.
Adicionalmente, Ia parte inferior de Ia funda, y en orden a proporcionar una mayor y mejor protección, puede incorporar, por su parte interna, una franja adhesivada o similar que además de incrementar Ia fijación de Ia misma a Ia lata para evitar su desprendimiento accidental durante su manipulación, hermetice Ia zona que cubre, aportando mayor garantía de higiene ante el consumo.
La nueva funda protectora para latas de bebida representa, por consiguiente, una estructura innovadora de características estructurales y constitutivas desconocidas hasta ahora para tal fin, razones que unidas a su utilidad práctica, Ia dotan de fundamento suficiente para obtener el privilegio de exclusividad que se solicita. DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
Para complementar Ia descripción que se está realizando y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características de Ia invención, se acompaña a Ia presente memoria descriptiva, como parte integrante de Ia misma, de un juego de planos, en los que con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo se ha representado Io siguiente:
La figura número 1.- Muestra una vista en perspectiva de un ejemplo de realización de Ia funda protectora para latas de bebida objeto de
Ia invención, adecuadamente dispuesta sobre Ia lata a que se destina, apreciándose el modo en que se coloca así como las partes o elementos de que consta.
Las figuras número 2 y 3.- Muestran respectivas vistas en alzado lateral perspectiva de sendos ejemplos de realización de Ia funda objeto de Ia invención, cubriendo totalmente Ia lata en el caso de Ia figura 2 y cubriendo únicamente su parte superior en el caso de Ia figura 3.
REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN
A Ia vista de las mencionadas figuras, y de acuerdo con Ia numeración adoptada, se puede observar en ellas un ejemplo de realización preferente de Ia invención, Ia cual comprende las partes y elementos que se indican y describen en detalle a continuación.
Tal como se observa en dichas figuras, Ia funda en cuestión consiste básicamente en un cuerpo (1 ), realizado con un material adecuadamente impermeable y suficientemente resistente, preferentemente plástico fino, celofán o similar, preferiblemente transparente, el cual, adopta una configuración semejante a Ia de Ia lata (2), es decir, una configuración cilindrica abierta por su parte inferior (1a) y cerrada por su base superior (1 b) y con unas dimensiones escasamente mayores a las de Ia lata (2), de forma que Ia cubre superiormente y envuelve lateralmente de forma ajustada al menos su mitad superior, pudiendo, opcionalmente, llegar a cubrirla en su totalidad.
Dicho cuerpo (1 ) cuenta con al menos un medio de rasgado, tal como una tira parcialmente pretroquelada (3) o cualquier otro sistema similar conocido, existiendo, opcionalmente, en su extremo al menos una pestaña (4) que facilite su asidero, garantizándose con ello Ia higiene de Ia superficie superior de Ia lata (2) en Ia que se encuentra Ia correspondiente anilla de apertura (6), para poder beber directamente de ella.
Adicionalmente, Ia parte inferior del cuerpo (1 ) conformante de Ia funda, y en orden a proporcionar una mayor y mejor protección higiénica de Ia lata (2), puede incorporar, por su cara interna, una franja (5) adhesivada o dotada de algún otro tipo de fijación similar, que mantenga adherida dicha parte inferior del cuerpo (1 ) a Ia superficie lateral de Ia lata (2) hermetizando el espacio entre ambos elementos (funda y lata) a Ia entrada de ningún tipo de elemento extraño.
Finalmente, cabe destacar, tal como se observa en las figuras 2 y 3, que Ia funda constituida por el cuerpo (1 ) puede, opcionalmente, cubrir completamente Ia lata (2), en cuyo caso, lógicamente, dicho cuerpo (1 ) no se hallará abierto por su parte inferior y no será necesaria su fijación mediante
Ia franja adhesivada (5) (figura 2), o cubrir únicamente su parte superior (figura 3).
Descrita suficientemente Ia naturaleza de Ia presente invención, así como Ia manera de ponerla en práctica, no se considera necesario hacer más extensa su explicación para que cualquier experto en Ia materia comprenda su alcance y las ventajas que de ella se derivan, haciendo constar que, dentro de su esencialidad, podrá ser llevada a Ia práctica en otras formas de realización que difieran en detalle de Ia indicada a título de ejemplo, y a las cuales alcanzará igualmente Ia protección que se recaba siempre que no se altere, cambie o modifique su principio fundamental.

Claims

R E I V I N D I C A C I O N E S
1.- FUNDA PROTECTORA PARA LATAS DE BEBIDA, aplicable como elemento protector, especialmente de carácter higiénico, para las latas de bebida, en orden a garantizar las condiciones de higiene adecuadas que presentará Ia superficie de Ia lata para poder beber directamente de ella, caracterizada por el hecho de consistir en un cuerpo (1 ), realizado con un material adecuadamente impermeable y suficientemente resistente, preferentemente plástico fino, celofán o similar, preferiblemente transparente, que adopta una configuración cilindrica abierta por su parte inferior (1a) y cerrada por su base superior (1b) y con unas dimensiones escasamente mayores a las de Ia lata (2), de forma que Ia cubre superiormente, en Ia base que se encuentra Ia correspondiente anilla de apertura (6), y Ia envuelve lateralmente de forma ajustada al menos su mitad superior; en que dicho cuerpo (1 ) cuenta con al menos un medio de rasgado, tal como una tira parcialmente pretroquelada (3) o cualquier otro sistema similar conocido, existiendo, opcionalmente, en su extremo al menos una pestaña (4) que facilite su asidero.
2.- FUNDA PROTECTORA PARA LATAS DE BEBIDA, según
Ia reivindicación 1 , caracterizada por el hecho de que, adicionalmente, Ia parte inferior del cuerpo (1 ) conformante de Ia funda, y en orden a proporcionar una mayor y mejor protección higiénica de Ia lata (2), incorpora, por su cara interna, una franja (5) adhesivada o dotada de algún otro tipo de fijación similar, que mantiene adherida dicha parte inferior del cuerpo (1 ) a Ia superficie lateral de Ia lata (2) hermetizando el espacio entre ambos elementos (funda y lata).
3.- FUNDA PROTECTORA PARA LATAS DE BEBIDA, según Ia reivindicación 1 , caracterizada por el hecho de que, opcionalmente, el cuerpo (1 ) cubre completamente Ia lata (2), no estando, en tal caso, abierto por su parte inferior y no precisando su fijación mediante Ia franja adhesivada (5).
4.- FUNDA PROTECTORA PARA LATAS DE BEBIDA, según Ia reivindicación 1 , caracterizada por el hecho de que, opcionalmente, el cuerpo (1 ) cubre únicamente Ia parte superior de Ia lata (2).
