本申请要求于 2008 年 02 月 04 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 200810006283.5、 发明名称为 "策略控制方法和设备" 的中国专利申请的优先 权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及移动通信技术领域, 尤其涉及策略控制方法、设备及策略控制 网络系统。
背景技术
下一代移动通信系统网络提出了支持业务级动态策略控制的策略与计费 控制 (PCC, Policy and Charging Control ) 网络架构, 参照图 1 , 为现有技术 中 PCC网络架构示意图, 在演进分组域系统( EPS , Evolved Packet System ) 网络中, 终端 101在无线接入网通过接入网关 102接入下一代分组域核心网 ( EPC, Evolved Packet Core ), 通过数据网关 103访问外部数据网 104。 策略 控制实体(即策略与计费规则决策实体 (PCRF , Policy and Charging Rules Function )或者策略决策实体 ( PDF, Policy Decision Function ) ) 105根据终端 101的业务信息, 可以动态生成业务数据的策略规则并下发给数据网关 103和 接入网关 102 , 完成对数据的业务级动态策略控制。 为描述方便, 以下对策略与计费控制实体(PCC )或者单独的策略控制功 能实体( PF , Policy Function )统一简称策略控制, 本文中出现的策略控制均 表示 PCC或者 PF。 策略控制是一种可选功能, 网关可以根据运营商配置, 决定是否启动策略 控制。 而启用策略控制时, 也有多种策略控制方法, 例如, 无论是否漫游都仅 由数据网关执行策略控制。或者,非漫游时,数据网关执行策略控制; 漫游时, 接入网关与数据网关同时执行策略控制。 不同的移动管理协议、无线接入技术 以及运营策略都会导致不同的策略控制方法。 在对现有技术的研究和实践过程中,发明人发现, 虽然现有技术中有多种 策略控制方法,但是在现有技术中, 网关之间没有可以协商决定釆用何种策略 控制方法的手段, 也没有获悉相关网关釆用了何种策略控制方法的手段, 因此 会导致一个数据连接的策略控制方法在不同网关上可能不一致。 例如,数据网 关不支持策略控制, 而使用静态配置的策略规则,但接入网关支持动态策略控 制, 并根据本地策略启用了该功能, 结果因为数据网关不支持而启用失败。 另 一方面, 因为接入网关、数据网关是先后单独与策略控制实体交互建立策略控 制会话,因而无法决定该由哪个网关负责通知策略控制实体数据连接信息改变 的事件。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供策略控制方法、设备及策略控制网络系统,使得在有多 种不同的策略控制方法时, 可以保证网络系统实施策略控制方法的一致性。 为解决上述技术问题, 本发明实施例所提供的策略控制方法、设备及策略 控制网络系统是通过以下技术方案实现的: 本发明实施例提供了一种策略控制方法, 该方法包括: 在策略与计费控制 PCC网络中, 获取预配置的策略控制模式, 或从 PCC 网络中其他网元获取策略控制模式,所述策略控制模式用以区分不同的策略控 制方法;
根据获取的策略控制模式向策略执行实体发送相应的策略控制信息,由策 略执行实体进行策略控制。 本发明实施例还提供了一种策略控制实体, 该策略控制实体用于 PCC网 络中, 包括: 策略控制模式获取单元、 策略控制信息获取单元、 策略控制信息 发送单元, 其中:
策略控制模式获取单元, 用于获取预配置的策略控制模式, 或从 PCC网 络中其他网元获取策略控制模式,所述策略控制模式用以区分不同的策略控制 方法;
策略控制信息获取单元, 用以获取策略控制模式所对应的策略控制信息; 策略控制信息发送单元,用于将所获取的策略控制模式所对应的策略控制 信息发送给策略执行实体。 本发明实施例还提供了一种策略执行实体, 该策略执行实体用于 PCC网 络中, 包括: 策略控制模式获取单元、 策略控制执行单元, 其中:
策略控制模式获取单元, 用于获取策略控制模式, 所述策略控制模式用以 区分不同的策略控制方法;

所述策略控制实体, 用于获取预配置的策略控制模式或从 PCC网络中其 他网元获取策略控制模式, 所述策略控制模式用以区分不同的策略控制方法, 并根据获取的策略控制模式向所述策略执行实体发送相应的策略控制信息; 所述策略执行实体, 用于根据接收到的策略控制信息, 进行策略控制。 从以上技术方案可以看出, 通过获取预配置的策略控制模式, 或从 PCC 网络中其他网元获取用以区分不同策略控制方法的策略控制模式,并根据获取 的策略控制模式向策略控制实体发送相应的策略控制信息, 进行策略控制,从 而可以使各个网元就一个数据连接釆用相同的策略控制模式,釆用相同的控制 策略进行控制, 因而能够实现同一网络系统中, 同一数据连接策略控制方法的 一致性。

本发明实施例提供了策略控制方法、设备及策略控制网络系统, 用于实现 网络系统中各功能控制实体进行策略控制的一致性。
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明了,以下参照附图, 对本发明实施例进行详细说明:
首先通过不同的应用场景对本发明实施例中策略控制方法进行说明, 其 中, 接入网关或者数据网关作为策略执行实体:

201、 终端发送连接建立请求消息给接入网关, 请求建立一个到数据网的 数据连接;
202、 可选的, 接入网关对终端进行接入认证与授权, 获取用户签约信息 和授权信息;
203、 接入网关转发连接建立请求消息给数据网关;
204、 数据网关与认证服务器交互, 对用户进行认证与授权, 数据网关可 以从认证服务器获取默认的服务质量(QoS, Quality of Service )信息、 用户配 置信息等;
205、数据网关根据策略控制模式决定是否建立策略控制会话,如果建立, 则通知策略控制实体数据连接创建, 并提供数据连接的策略控制模式;

策略控制实体根据数据网关所提供的策略控制模式可以获悉数据连接的 策略控制方法。 例如, 判断是否需要由数据网关通知策略控制事件, 包括接入 技术类型改变、接入网关改变等事件。 当策略控制模式是仅数据网关执行策略 控制时, 策略控制实体根据需求, 如果需要则由数据网关通知事件消息。 当策 略控制模式是接入网关也执行策略控制时, 则不需要由数据网关通知事件消 息, 根据需求, 如果需要则由接入网关通知。
此外, 策略控制实体也可以预先配置策略控制模式; 或 /和根据自身预配 置策略、 用户信息, 所访问的数据网等信息判决策略控制模式。 此时, 步骤 205中, 数据网关不需要决策策略控制模式, 也不需要向策略控制实体提供策 略控制模式, 策略控制实体根据配置信息、 自身预配置策略、 用户信息、 数据 网信息等判决使用何种策略控制模式, 并在步骤 206下发的策略控制信息中, 通知数据网关所釆用的策略控制模式。
207、 数据网关为用户终端建立到接入网关的数据连接, 发送连接建立响 应消息给接入网关, 指示连接建立完成;
208、接入网关根据策略控制模式决定是否建立策略控制会话,如果建立, 则发送策略控制会话建立请求消息通知策略控制实体数据连接创建;
其中, 策略控制模式可以预配置在接入网关, 或者由接入网关在授权信息 或用户签约信息中获取, 具体方法可以是: 在步骤 202中, 接入网关对终端进 行认证与授权时, 接入网关提供自己支持的策略控制方法。 例如, 是否支持策 略控制, 是否支持本地策略加强, 是否支持本地多 IP地址策略控制等。 认证 服务器根据配置或者签约信息决定是否釆用策略控制,以及釆用何种策略控制 方法, 如果不需要使用策略控制, 或者不支持, 认证服务器可以在授权信息中 指示接入网关不使用策略控制 ,或者不授权接入网关所指示釆用的策略控制方 法。接入网关不提供自己所支持的策略控制方法时,认证服务器可以根据配置 或者签约信息, 直接提供所期望的策略控制模式给接入网关,如果认证服务器 没有授权任何策略控制模式, 接入网关可以不启用策略控制。
209、 策略控制实体根据策略控制模式下发相应的策略控制信息给接入网 关, 接入网关根据此信息对数据流进行 QoS控制与计费;
策略控制实体根据所提供的策略控制模式可以获悉数据连接的策略控制 方法。 例如, 策略控制模式是多网关策略控制时, 需要由接入网关通知策略控 制实体接入技术类型改变事件,则策略控制实体在步骤 209中指示接入网关需 要通知接入技术类型改变事件。
210、 接入网关向终端返回连接建立响应消息。
其中, 策略控制模式的预配置方法包括: 网关可以根据漫游协议信息、 使 用的移动管理协议信息预配置或者固定使用某种策略控制模式;而数据网关还 可以根据访问的数据网信息、 用户信息预配置。 例如, 接入网关配置对漫游用 户,根据用户归属地对应釆用何种策略控制模式; 数据网关配置用户访问哪个 数据网关对应釆用何种策略控制模式;网关配置使用哪种移动管理协议对应哪 种策略控制模式等各种预配置信息。
可以看出, 策略控制实体可以获取预配置的策略控制模式, 或从其他网元 获取用以区分不同策略控制方法的策略控制模式,并根据策略控制模式将相应 的策略控制信息下发至数据网关、 接入网关等策略执行实体, 执行策略控制。 可见, 各个功能实体通过所获取策略控制模式, 可以实现策略控制的一致性。
参照图 3 , 为本发明实施例中策略控制方法实施例二流程图, 以下通过具 体实施例进行详细说明:
301、 终端发送连接建立请求消息给接入网关;
302、 接入网关转发连接建立请求给数据网关;
所述消息中可以携带接入网关所支持的策略控制模式, 可以包括: 不支持 策略控制, 或者所支持的具体的策略控制方法等。如果接入网关不支持策略控 制功能, 可以不携带任何指示。
数据网关根据接入网关提供的策略控制能力, 决定使用哪种策略控制模 式。 如果接入网关没有提供, 数据网关认为接入网关不支持策略控制, 如果数 据网关本身不支持策略控制, 可以忽略接入网关提供的策略控制模式。
303、 数据网关根据选择的策略控制模式, 决定是否建立策略控制会话, 并当建立时,发送策略控制会话建立请求消息给策略控制实体, 并携带所使用 的策略控制模式;
304、 策略控制实体根据数据网关所提供的策略控制模式, 建立策略控制 会话, 并下发相应的策略控制信息;
策略控制实体根据所提供的策略控制模式可以获悉数据连接的策略控制 方法。 例如, 策略控制方法可以是: 判断是否需要由数据网关上报策略控制事 件, 包括: 接入技术类型改变、 接入网关改变等事件。 当策略控制模式是仅数 据网关执行策略控制时, 策略控制实体根据需求, 如果需要则由数据网关上报 事件消息。 当策略控制模式是接入网关也执行策略控制时, 则不需要由数据网 关上报事件消息, 根据需求, 如果需要则由接入网关上报。
305、 数据网关返回连接建立响应消息给接入网关; 如果数据网关支持策 略控制, 则携带所选择的策略控制模式;
306、 接入网关根据数据网关提供的策略控制模式, 决定是否建立策略控 制会话, 并当建立时, 发送策略控制会话建立请求消息给策略控制实体;

策略控制模式可以是数据网关在步骤 303中提供,也可以由接入网关在步 骤 306中提供。接入网关获取策略控制信息后,根据策略控制信息进行数据流 的 QoS控制等。

可以看出, 接入网关和数据网关可以进行协商决定所釆用的策略控制模 式, 并发送到策略控制实体, 由策略控制实体根据预配置的策略控制模式和 / 或数据网关发送的策略控制模式, 选择相应的策略控制信息, 进行策略控制, 该实施例中同样可以实现各功能实体选择策略控制方法的一致性。

401、 终端发送本地连接建立请求消息给接入网关;
402、 接入网关对终端进行认证与授权;
403、 接入网关根据策略控制模式决定是否进行策略控制, 如果进行策略 控制,则发送策略控制会话建立请求消息给策略控制实体,建立策略控制会话; 其中, 策略控制模式可以在接入网关上预配置, 或者在步骤 402中从认证 服务器中获取。
在步骤 402中,接入网关可以根据自身的策略控制能力与认证服务器协商 策略控制模式, 或者认证服务器在授权信息、用户签约信息中下发策略控制模 式。
策略控制会话建立请求消息中可以携带策略控制模式信息给策略控制实 体, 例如, 接入网关为终端建立本地连接, 分配本地 IP地址, 指示策略控制 实体, 策略控制模式是多 IP地址策略控制、 本地策略加强或者多网关策略控 制等。
所述的多 IP地址策略控制模式是指: 移动终端使用 MIP协议时, 一个支 持移动性的 IP数据连接可能有多个 IP地址,包括本地转交地址和归属地地址, 策略控制实体需要对这类策略控制信息作特殊处理。例如,对于下发给接入网 关的策略控制信息, 其中, 策略规则中的 IP过滤器信息可以使用转交地址和 / 或归属地地址, 下发给数据网关的策略规则中的 IP过滤器信息使用归属地地 址。
如果接入网关不支持策略控制功能, 可以忽略此步, 即步骤 403。
404、 策略控制实体接收到请求消息后, 进行策略判决, 并下发策略控制 信息;
策略控制实体可以根据策略控制模式判决如何建立策略控制会话, 例如, 多 IP地址策略控制模式时, 策略控制实体在步骤 403中获取连接的本地转交 地址, 下发基于转交地址的策略控制信息;
405、 接入网关向终端返回本地连接建立响应消息;
406、 终端使用本地连接所获取的 IP地址作为转交地址, 发送连接建立请 求消息给数据网关;
407、 数据网关对用户进行接入认证与授权;

所述的单网关策略控制模式是指仅数据网关做策略控制,相对应的, 多网 关策略控制模式是指有多个网关做策略控制, 包括接入网关、 数据网关。
所述的本地策略加强模式是指: 漫游时,拜访地可以应用一些自己的策略 规则, 包括安全规则、 计费规则等, 通过接入网关或者数据网关实施。
策略控制会话建立请求消息中可以携带策略控制模式给策略控制实体。 如果数据网关不支持策略控制功能, 可以忽略此步。
409、 策略控制实体接收到请求消息后, 进行策略判决, 并下发相应的策 略控制信息;
策略控制实体根据策略控制模式判决如何建立策略控制会话。策略控制模 式可以在步骤 403和 /或步骤 408中获取, 如果都包括, 则应该是一致的。 例 如, 策略控制模式是多 IP地址策略控制时, 数据网关在步骤 408中提供 IP连 接的归属地地址, 策略控制实体下发基于归属地地址的策略信息给数据网关, 同时也可以下发基于归属地地址的策略信息给接入网关。
步骤 410、 数据网关向终端返回连接建立响应消息, 连接建立完成。
从该实施例可以看出,接入网关和数据网关获取策略控制模式, 并将所获 取的策略控制模式发送到策略控制实体, 由策略控制实体根据策略控制模式, 进行策略判决, 下发相应的策略控制信息, 进行策略控制, 因此, 可以实现策 略控制网络中策略控制的一致性。
以上实施例中以连接建立场景为例,对数据网关、接入网关和策略控制实 体等功能实体的策略控制方法进行了详细的描述,以下实施例中对连接切换场 景中, 各功能实体进行策略控制, 实现策略控制一致性的方法进行详细描述: 参照图 5 , 为本发明实施例中策略控制方法实施例四流程图, 终端通过源 接入网经由数据网关接入数据网, 已建立了 IP连接。 某个时刻, 因为发生位 置移动, 终端需要从目标接入网关接入, 仍使用原先的 IP地址访问数据网。 以下以该场景下的切换过程为例, 介绍如何根据策略控制模式进行策略控制, 具体步骤如下: 501、 终端向目标接入网关发送连接建立请求消息;
502、 目标接入网关对终端进行接入认证与授权;
503、 目标接入网关根据策略控制模式决定是否建立策略控制会话, 如果 建立, 则发送策略控制会话建立请求消息给策略控制实体;
其中, 策略控制模式可以是接入网关在授权信息或签约信息中获取, 具体 方法可以是, 在步骤 502中, 接入网关提供自己支持的策略控制方法、 例如, 是否支持策略控制,如果支持策略控制的话,则可以提供具体的策略控制方法, 比如, 是否支持本地策略加强, 是否支持多 IP地址策略控制等。 认证服务器 根据配置或者签约信息决定是否使用策略控制以及釆用何种策略控制方法,如 果不需要使用策略控制, 或者不支持,认证服务器可以在授权信息中指示接入 网关不使用策略控制, 或者不授权接入网关指示的策略控制方法。接入网关不 提供自己所支持的策略控制方法时,认证服务器可以认为接入网关不支持策略 控制。 或者, 不经过协商, 认证服务器根据配置或者签约信息, 直接提供所期 望的策略控制模式给接入网关。 如果认证服务器没有授权任何策略控制模式, 接入网关可以不启用策略控制。
504、 策略控制实体根据策略控制模式建立策略控制会话, 并下发相应的 策略控制信息;
505、 目标接入网关向数据网关发送连接建立请求消息;
506、 数据网关判断数据连接发生切换, 如果先前建立了策略控制会话, 则发送策略控制会话更新消息给策略控制实体;

可以看出, 在数据连接发生切换时, 策略控制实体根据预配置的、 或者从 目标接入网关获取的策略控制模式,下发相应的策略控制信息,进行策略控制, 可以实现策略控制实体与接入网关进行策略控制时的一致性; 同样, 策略控制 实体根据切换后的数据连接信息,以及获取的策略控制模式或者预配置的策略 控制模式, 可以向数据网关下发相应的策略控制信息, 进行策略控制, 可以实 现策略控制实体与数据网关进行策略控制时的一致性。 总之, 该实施例中, 进 行数据连接切换时, 可以实现各功能实体进行策略控制的一致性。
参照图 6, 为本发明实施例中策略控制方法实施例五流程图, 终端通过源 接入网关接入数据网, 已建立了 IP连接。 某个时刻, 因为发生位置移动, 终 端需要从目标接入网关接入, 仍使用原先的 IP地址访问数据网, 以下通过该 切换场景, 介绍各功能实体如何根据策略控制模式进行策略控制, 具体步骤如 下:
601、 终端通过源接入网关发送连接建立请求消息给目标接入网关;
602、 源接入网关转发终端的连接建立请求消息给目标接入网关;
603、 目标接入网关对用户进行接入认证与授权;
604、 源接入网关与目标接入网关之间转发上下文, 即源接入网关把终端 的数据连接信息等传送给目标接入网关;
605、 目标接入网关根据策略控制模式判决是否需要策略控制,如果需要, 则向策略控制实体发送策略控制会话建立请求消息;
目标接入网关可以通过预配置、或者在步骤 603或步骤 604中获取策略控 制模式。
如果目标接入网关不支持策略控制, 则可以忽略此步, 即步骤 605。
预配置,或者在认证授权过程中获取策略控制模式的方法同前面几个实施 例所述, 不再重复。 对于在步骤 604中获取的方法, 适合于同属一个域的接入 网关, 源接入网关把使用的策略控制模式包含在上下文中传递给目标接入网 关, 目标接入网关可以选择使用和原先一致的策略控制模式。 而对于不属于同一个域的接入网关, 由于策略控制模式通常是不同的, 因 此可以不进行上下文传递,而由目标接入网关根据预配置或者与认证服务器进 行交互, 获取策略控制模式, 以节约信令。
606、 策略控制实体根据策略控制模式建立策略控制会话, 并下发策略控 制信息给目标接入网关;
607、 源接入网关发送切换指示给目标接入网关;
608、 目标接入网关发送连接建立请求消息给数据网关;
609、 数据网关如果先前建立了策略控制会话, 则发送策略控制会话更新 消息;
数据网关如果需要,可以根据数据连接信息,判断策略控制模式是否改变, 例如,数据连接信息中可以携带是域间切换还是域内切换,接入技术是否改变 等信息。
610、 策略控制实体下发策略控制信息给数据网关;
如果切换后, 使用了不同的策略控制模式, 策略控制实体可以通过步骤 605获悉目标接入网关侧的策略控制模式, 同时可以在步骤 610中通知数据网 关策略控制模式改变; 或者, 目标接入网关可能不支持策略控制, 数据网关根 据预配置信息、 用户签约信息等选择使用某种策略控制模式, 例如, 选择单网 关控制模式, 并把所使用的策略控制模式在步骤 609中通知策略控制实体。
611、 数据网关完成数据通道建立后, 发送连接建立响应消息给目标接入 网关;
612、 目标接入网关发送连接建立响应消息给终端。
可以看出, 与上一实施例的不同之处在于, 当数据连接发生切换时, 由源 接入网关通过上下文传递将数据连接信息传递给目标接入网关,通过源接入网 关和目标接入网关的交互, 可以得到所要釆用的策略控制模式, 并发送到策略 控制实体,策略控制实体根据预配置的策略控制模式或目标接入网关发送的策 略控制模式, 下发策略控制信息, 进行策略控制。 与上一实施例相同, 数据网 关与策略控制实体交互, 可以得到所要釆用的策略控制模式, 并由策略控制实 体根据策略控制模式, 下发相应的策略控制信息, 进行策略控制。 总之, 在该 实施例所述的切换场景下,同样可以保证各功能实体所釆用的策略控制手段的 一致性。
以上策略控制方法通常是由策略控制实体获取策略控制模式,并根据获取 的策略控制模式发送相应的策略控制信息, 进行策略控制。 可以理解的是, 也 可以由网关等一些网元独自实现策略控制,不需要策略控制实体的参与,例如, 网关可以釆用预配置的策略控制模式, 或者从认证服务器获取策略控制模式, 其中, 策略控制模式包括: 不启用策略控制模式, 或者启用一种具体的策略控 制模式。 当启用时, 该网关还可以选择与策略控制实体进行交互, 决定具体的 策略控制模式, 进行策略控制, 以上已进行详细描述, 不再赘述。
可见,网关独自执行策略控制的方法也可以实现网络中策略控制方法的一 致性。
以上对本发明实施例中策略控制的方法进行了详细的描述, 为使本领域 技术人员更好地理解和实现本发明实施例,以下对本发明实施例中所釆用的设 备和系统进行相应地描述。
参照图 7 , 为本发明实施例中策略控制实体结构示意图, 该策略控制实体 用于 PCC 网络中, 包括: 策略控制模式获取单元 701、 策略控制信息获取单 元 702、 策略控制信息发送单元 703 , 其中:
策略控制模式获取单元 701 , 用于获取预配置的策略控制模式, 或从 PCC 网络中其他网元获取策略控制模式,所述策略控制模式用以区分不同的策略控 制方法;
策略控制信息获取单元 702 , 用以获取策略控制模式所对应的策略控制信 息;
策略控制信息发送单元 703 , 用于向策略执行实体发送所获取的策略控制 模式所对应的策略控制信息。
策略控制信息发送单元 703可以将策略控制信息发送到接入网关、数据网 关等网关或其他策略执行实体,由相应的策略执行实体根据策略控制信息进行 策略控制。 策略控制信息获取单元 702获取的策略控制模式信息具体可以为: 策略执行实体是否需要上报事件; 是否是本地策略加强控制; 与数据连接的转 交地址对应的策略控制信息等其中一种或几种控制策略信息。
可见, 这种策略控制实体通过获取预配置的策略控制模式, 或从 PCC网 络中其他网元获取策略控制模式,并根据获取的策略控制模式发送相应的策略 控制信息, 进行策略控制, 与策略控制网络中的其他网元配合, 可以保证整个 策略控制网络进行策略控制的一致性。
以上对本发明实施例所涉及的一种策略控制实体的结构和功能进行了详 细的描述, 以下对本发明实施例所涉及的另一种设备进行详细描述:
参照图 8, 为本发明实施例中策略执行实体实施例一结构示意图, 该策略 执行实体包括: 策略控制模式获取单元 801、 策略控制执行单元 802 , 其中: 策略控制模式获取单元 801 , 用于获取策略控制模式, 所述策略控制模式 用以区分不同的策略控制方法;
策略控制执行单元 802, 用于根据策略控制模式获取单元 801获取的控制 模式执行相应的策略控制。
在具体实施中,根据获取途径或方式的不同, 该策略执行实体中的策略控 制模式获取单元 801可以包括如下一种或几种策略控制模式获取子单元,可以 理解的是, 所述的第一、 第二、 第三并不表示一定的顺序或优先级, 只是用于 区分不同的策略控制模式获取单元, 其中:
第一策略控制模式获取子单元 8011 , 用于获取预配置的策略控制模式; 第二策略控制模式获取子单元 8012, 用于从认证授权信息、 用户签约信 息中获取策略控制模式;
第三策略控制模式获取子单元 8013 , 用于与其他网元进行协商, 获取策 略控制模式。
所获取的策略控制模式可以包括: 不启用策略控制; 是否启用拜访地策略 控制; 是否釆用多网关策略控制; 是否釆用多 IP地址策略控制。
在具体实施中, 该策略执行实体可以是接入网关, 也可以是数据网关。 可以看出, 该策略执行实体通过获取策略控制模式, 并根据策略控制模式 执行相应的策略控制, 可以解决策略控制网络策略控制模式不一致的问题, 实 现策略控制网络策略控制方法的一致性。 在具体实施中, 还可以对上述策略执行实体作进一步的改进, 参照图 9, 为本发明实施例中策略执行实体实施例二结构示意图,该策略执行实体在上一 实施例基础上, 还可包括策略控制信息接收单元 901 , 用于接收来自策略控制 实体的策略控制信息;
所述策略控制执行单元 802 , 还用于根据策略控制信息接收单元 901接收 到的策略控制信息执行相应的策略控制。
以下参照附图对本发明实施例所涉及的策略控制网络系统进行对应描述。 参照图 10 , 为本发明实施例中策略控制网络系统结构示意图, 包括: 策 略控制实体 1001和策略执行实体 1002 , 其中:
策略控制实体 1001 , 用于获取预配置的策略控制模式或从 PCC网络中其 他网元获取策略控制模式, 所述策略控制模式用以区分不同的策略控制方法, 并根据获取的策略控制模式向策略执行实体 1002发送相应的策略控制信息; 策略执行实体 1002, 用于根据接收到的策略控制信息, 进行策略控制。 可见, 所述策略控制网络系统中, 由策略控制实体获取预配置的策略控制 模式, 或从 PCC网络中其他网元获取策略控制模式, 并根据获取的策略控制 模式向策略执行实体发送相应的策略控制信息, 进行策略控制, 与策略控制网 络中的其他网元配合, 可以保证整个策略控制网络进行策略控制的一致性。
参照图 10 , 在具体实施中, 策略控制实体 1001具体可以包括: 配置单元 10011、 第一获取单元 10012、 第一发送单元 10013 , 其中:
配置单元 10011 , 用于根据策略控制实体 1001 自身的预配置策略、 用户 信息、 所访问的数据网信息中至少一种信息配置策略控制模式;
第一获取单元 10012 , 用于获取配置单元 10011预配置的策略控制模式, 或者在建立或更新策略控制会话时, 从策略执行实体 1002获取所述策略控制 模式;
第一发送单元 10013 ,用于根据第一获取单元 10012获取的策略控制模式, 向策略执行实体 1002发送所述策略控制模式相应的策略控制信息。
参照图 10 , 在具体实施中, 策略执行实体 1002具体可以包括: 接收单元 10021、第二发送单元 10022、第二获取单元 10023和策略控制执行单元 10024, 其中:
第二获取单元 10023 , 用于从策略执行实体自身或者从 PCC 网络中除策 略控制实体之外其他网元获取策略控制模式;
第二发送单元 10022, 用于向策略控制实体发送所述第二获取单元 10023 获取的策略控制模式;
接收单元 10021 , 用于接收策略控制实体 1001发送的策略控制信息; 策略控制执行单元 10024, 用于根据接收单元 10021接收到的策略控制信 息, 进行策略控制。
第二获取单元 10023 具体可以用于从策略执行实体自身上获取预配置的 策略控制模式; 或用于从接收到的认证授权信息、用户签约信息中获取策略控 制模式; 或用于与认证服务器协商获取策略控制模式; 或与其他策略执行实体 协商获取策略控制模式; 或在所述策略执行实体为切换的目标侧网关时,从源 侧策略执行实体获取数据连接当前使用的策略控制模式。
上述策略控制网络系统中所设置的策略控制模式可以包括:不启用策略控 制; 是否启用拜访地策略控制; 是否釆用多网关策略控制; 是否釆用多 IP地 址策略控制。
所述策略控制网络系统进行策略控制的具体方式可以参见前述策略控制 方法及设备中的描述, 不再赘述。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤 是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可 读存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 包括如下步骤:
在策略与计费控制 PCC网络中, 获取预配置的策略控制模式, 或从 PCC 网络中其他网元获取策略控制模式,所述策略控制模式用以区分不同的策略控 制方法;
根据获取的策略控制模式, 向策略执行实体发送相应的策略控制信息, 由 策略执行实体进行策略控制。
上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器, 磁盘或光盘等。

1、 一种策略控制方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
在策略与计费控制 PCC网络中, 获取预配置的策略控制模式, 或从 PCC 网络中其他网元获取策略控制模式,所述策略控制模式用以区分不同的策略控 制方法;
根据获取的策略控制模式, 向策略执行实体发送相应的策略控制信息, 由 策略执行实体进行策略控制。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的策略控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述预配置策略控 制模式包括:
根据预配置策略、用户信息、所访问的数据网信息中至少一种信息配置策 略控制模式。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的策略控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述从 PCC网络中 其他网元获取策略控制模式包括:
在建立或更新策略控制会话时,由策略执行实体获取策略控制模式并传递 给策略控制实体。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的策略控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述策略执行实体 获取策略控制模式包括以下至少一种:
策略执行实体获取在策略执行实体自身上预配置的策略控制模式; 策略执行实体从接收到的认证授权信息、用户签约信息中获取策略控制模 式;
策略执行实体与认证服务器协商获取策略控制模式;
策略执行实体之间协商获取策略控制模式;
当策略执行实体为切换的目标侧网关时,从源侧策略执行实体获取数据连 接当前使用的策略控制模式。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的策略控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述在策略执行实 体上预配置策略控制模式包括:
根据策略执行实体自身预配置策略、使用的移动性管理协议信息、用户信 息、 所访问的数据网信息中的至少一种信息预配置策略控制模式。
6、 如权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的策略控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述策 略控制模式包括:
不启用策略控制;
是否启用拜访地策略控制;
是否釆用多网关策略控制;
是否釆用多 IP地址策略控制。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的策略控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述策略控制模式 用以区分不同的策略控制方法,所述不同的策略控制方法具体包括以下任意一 种:
策略控制实体判断是否需要策略执行实体上报策略控制事件,并在判断需 要时, 指示所述策略执行实体上报事件消息;
当策略控制模式为拜访地策略控制时,由拜访地策略执行实体执行本地策 略加强控制;
当所述策略控制模式为多 IP地址策略控制模式时, 策略控制实体提供与 数据连接的转交地址对应的策略控制信息。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的策略控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述策略执行实体 包括: 数据网关和 /或接入网关。
9、 一种策略控制实体, 用于策略与计费控制 PCC网络中, 其特征在于, 包括: 策略控制模式获取单元、 策略控制信息获取单元、 策略控制信息发送单 元, 其中:
策略控制模式获取单元, 用于获取预配置的策略控制模式, 或从 PCC网 络中其他网元获取策略控制模式,所述策略控制模式用以区分不同的策略控制 方法;
策略控制信息获取单元, 用以获取策略控制模式所对应的策略控制信息; 策略控制信息发送单元,用于将所获取的策略控制模式所对应的策略控制 信息发送给策略执行实体。
10、 一种策略执行实体, 用于策略与计费控制 PCC网络中, 其特征在于, 包括: 策略控制模式获取单元、 策略控制执行单元, 其中:
策略控制模式获取单元, 用于获取策略控制模式, 所述策略控制模式用以 区分不同的策略控制方法;
策略控制执行单元,用于根据策略控制模式获取单元获取的控制模式执行 相应的策略控制。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的策略执行实体, 其特征在于, 还包括: 策略控 制信息接收单元, 用于接收来自策略控制实体的策略控制信息;
所述策略控制执行单元,还用于根据策略控制信息接收单元接收到的策略 控制信息执行相应的策略控制。
12、 如权利要求 10或 11所述的策略执行实体, 其特征在于, 所述策略控 制模式获取单元包括: 第一策略控制模式获取子单元、第二策略控制模式获取 子单元或第三策略控制模式获取子单元, 其中:
第一策略控制模式获取子单元, 用于获取预配置的策略控制模式; 第二策略控制模式获取子单元, 用于从认证授权信息、用户签约信息中获 取策略控制模式;
第三策略控制模式获取子单元, 用于与其他网元进行协商, 获取策略控制 模式。
13、 一种策略控制网络系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 策略控制实体和策略执 行实体, 其中:
所述策略控制实体, 用于获取预配置的策略控制模式或从 PCC网络中其 他网元获取策略控制模式, 所述策略控制模式用以区分不同的策略控制方法, 并根据获取的策略控制模式向所述策略执行实体发送相应的策略控制信息; 所述策略执行实体, 用于根据接收到的策略控制信息, 进行策略控制。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的策略控制网络系统, 其特征在于, 所述策略控 制实体包括: 配置单元、 第一获取单元、 第一发送单元, 其中:
配置单元, 用于根据所述策略控制实体的预配置策略、 用户信息、 所访问 的数据网信息中至少一种信息配置策略控制模式; 第一获取单元, 用于获取配置单元预配置的策略控制模式, 或者在建立或 更新策略控制会话时, 从策略执行实体获取所述策略控制模式;
第一发送单元, 用于根据第一获取单元获取的策略控制模式, 向策略执行 实体发送所述策略控制模式相应的策略控制信息。
15、 如权利要求 13所述的策略控制网络系统, 其特征在于, 所述策略执 行实体具体包括: 接收单元、 第二发送单元、 第二获取单元和策略控制执行单 元, 其中:
第二获取单元, 用于从策略执行实体自身或者从 PCC网络中除策略控制 实体之外其他网元获取策略控制模式;
第二发送单元,用于向策略控制实体发送所述第二获取单元获取的策略控 制模式;
接收单元, 用于接收策略控制实体发送的策略控制信息;
策略控制执行单元, 用于根据所述接收单元接收到的策略控制信息, 进行 策略控制。
16、 如权利要求 15所述的策略控制网络系统, 其特征在于, 所述第二获 取单元具体用于从策略执行实体自身上获取预配置的策略控制模式;或用于从 接收到的认证授权信息、用户签约信息中获取策略控制模式; 或用于与认证服 务器协商获取策略控制模式; 或与其他策略执行实体协商获取策略控制模式; 或在所述策略执行实体为切换的目标侧网关时,从源侧策略执行实体获取数据 连接当前使用的策略控制模式。
17、 如权利要求 13至 16任一项所述的策略控制网络系统, 其特征在于, 所述策略控制模式包括:
不启用策略控制;
是否启用拜访地策略控制;
是否釆用多网关策略控制;
是否釆用多 IP地址策略控制。
