Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine einfache Bauweise für hydropneumatische Systeme, welche dreidimensionale Verbindungen von Wärmetauschern, Pumpen und Mess- und Regelelementen enthalten, wobei das dreidimensionale System in ein System zweidimensionaler überlagerter Elemente aufgeteilt wird, wo Verbindungen innerhalb der Ebenen durch Kanäle und Verbindungen zwischen den Ebenen durch Öffnungen in den Ebenen selbst hergestellt werden und diese Ebenen zusätzliche zweidimensionale Bauteile enthalten, bestehend aus Trennplatten (T) aus gut wärmeleitfähigem Material, Isolierplatten (I) aus schlecht wärmeleitfähigem Material, Formplatten (F), Regelungsplatten mit beweglichen Teilen und Sonderplatten (S), die dicht und flächig aufeinander gefügt zu einem Block verbunden werden, wobei jede Formplatte (F) zwischen Trennplatten (T) oder Isolierplatten (I) liegt, sich in den Formplatten (F) ausgeschnittene Kanäle befinden, welche Medien innerhalb der Plattenebene leiten, wobei Kanäle benachbarter Formplatten miteinander weitgehend korrespondieren, um optimalen Wärmeübergang zu ermöglichen, und sich in allen Platten Löcher befinden, wodurch Verbindungswege zwischen Kanälen unterschiedlicher Formplatten hergestellt werden, die nicht benachbart sind.
