Abstract
The sound playback mechanism during a cell / mobile phone conversation provides to the interlocutor the capability of hearing these sounds together with the users voice. The up today known technique makes possible the sounds playback while calling to a cell phone, before any conversation starts, which is terminated when the call receiving person answers the phone. The advantage of this invention is spotted in the fact that is given to a mobile phone user, during his incoming or outgoing calls, the capability of playing back sounds of his choice, which are being heard from his interlocutor together with his voice. Thereby, the user can give to his mobile phone communications his personal character and style. Besides that, he can give to his interlocutor the impression, by choosing the convenient sounds, that by the time of their conversation, he is standing in a different or a specific place, from that he really is.
Description
SOUND PLAYBACK MECHANISM USED DURING CONVERSATION VIA A CELL (MOBILE) PHONE
The invention refers to sounds playback during conversation via a cell phone. The sounds are being heard in parallel with the user's voice. The up today known technology makes practicable sounds playback during a voice call, before any conversation starts, which is terminated by the call receiver's answer. The advantage of this invention is focused in the fact that is given to a mobile phone user the capability to playback, as he speaks, sounds of his choice, which are being heard from his interlocutor, at the same time with his voice, during an incoming or outgoing call. By this way the user can give his personal character and style to his mobile phone communication (playing a favorite music theme), or by using several sounds the impression that, by the time of the call, he stands in a similar place, though he might be somewhere else. For instance, he can give to his interlocutor the impression that he is at the time of the call in a crowded place like a stadium, a cafeteria, a cinema, a market, a highway or a metro station, though he is in fact at home, enjoying a peaceful time. Therefore, the used playback sounds should be polyphonic ones, to give the sense of real outdoor or physical environment sounds, which can be transferred to the mechanism (by another device) and stored or, on the other hand, can be produced (recorded) by the mechanism, to the user free will. In other words, the existing sound recording ability of a mobile phone device can be used to record any kind of ordinary sounds which can be saved by the user and be played back during his conversations when using his mobile phone.
So, the special characteristic and the determinant of this mechanism is that provides that capability of playing back sounds, during on mobile phone a conversation, from the beginning till the end of it. The mechanism can be embodied to any kind of mobile phone device and work with them , using their keyboard, according to their existing technical specifications or functions. It can be also applied as an individual accessory / device, connected or adjoined / attached to any kind of mobile phone device, using an adapter suitable for their input. In that case it uses it's own function keys, for sound selection and sound volume control and a small LCD type display screen as well. In any case (working as an mechanism embodied in a mobile phone or as an individual accessory / device connected to a mobile phone) a capability is given to the user, during call conversations, to select and playback sounds of his choice, from those are stored in its memory files and also to control the playback volume.
Claims
1. The sound playback mechanism during a cell / mobile phone conversation is attached to the body of cell / mobile phone devices and consist of a storage memory file - microchip - containing pre-stored sounds and music themes which are been created, composed, recorded and selected via function keys by the users free will and been displayed on a liquid crystal display (LCD) screen and been played back in the desired volume, which is been selected via function keys, during a conversation via cell / mobile phone. The unique characteristic provided is that the played back sounds are being heard by the interlocutor with the user's voice in parallel during and till the end of a conversation on a cell / mobile phone.
2. The sound playback mechanism during a cell / mobile phone conversation, according to the fist claim, is characterized from the fact that is embodied to any kind of cell / mobile phone device, by the manufacturers, according to the existing technical specifications and capabilities and operates by using their function keys and their display screen.
3. The sound playback mechanism during a cell / mobile phone conversation, according to the fist claim, is characterized from the fact that is connected / attached to any kind of mobile phone device, using an adapter suitable for their input.
