注册成功后, 当移动终端的接入 AP发生变化时, 或者移动终端在注 册请求中上报无 GERAN/UTRAN覆盖后,移动到 GERAN/UTRAN覆盖区 域时, 需要向 GANC发送注册更新请求, 上报新的覆盖信息。 例如, 移动 终端在先前的注册过程中上报没有全球移动通信(Global System For Mobile Communication; 以下简称: GSM)网络覆盖, 但是当移动终端移动 到 GSM网络覆盖区域检测到 GSM后,将发起注册更新流程,发送 GA-RC REGISTER UPDATE UPLINK到 GANC;如果通用 IP接入网络的 AP发生 变化, 也需要进行注册更新; 如果移动终端需要新的服务, 也可以使用注 册更新流程告知网络。 由上可知, 仅当移动终端检测到自身从没有 GERAN/UTRAN覆盖的 区域移动到有 GERAN/UTRAN覆盖的区域时, 才触发注册更新流程。 因 此在 EGAN中引入 GAN Iu模式后, 移动终端在不同接入网之间移动时, 并不会触发注册更新流程, 这会使移动终端在后续的切换过程中必须进行 异系统之间的测量( INTER-RAT measurements ) , 这不仅会导致移动终端 性能的下降, 还有可能导致期望的切换无法正常进行。 例如, 当移动终端 开始处于 GERAN网络覆盖区域时, 注册到了 GAN A/Gb模式; 之后该终 端移动到 UTRAN网络覆盖区域,此时虽然终端处于 UTRAN网络覆盖下 , 但仍然保持原有 GAN A/Gb模式的注册状态。 当该终端在 UTRAN进行业 务时, 需要根据邻区列表进行测量并上报测量报告给源无线网络控制器 ( Radio Network Controller; 以下简称: RNC), 而此时移动终端的邻区列 表中包含 UTRAN小区信息和 A/Gb模式的 GAN小区信息,需要进行异系 统之间的测量 (INTER-RAT measurements ) 测量; 而异系统之间的测量 ( INTER-RAT measurements ) 需要终端转到压缩模式, 将影响通话质量; 进一步可能 A/Gb模式小区的测量结果与 UTRAN邻区测量结果相比优先 级较低, 所以源 RNC不会接受 GAN小区为切换的目标小区。 发明内容

下面结合附图和具体实施例进一步说明本发明实施例的技术方案。 图 1为本发明网络注册方法实施例流程示意图, 如图 1所示, 该方法 包括如下步骤:
步骤 100, 当注册到通用接入网 GAN 网络的终端从第一接入小区切 换或重选到第二接入小区时, 向所述 GAN网络发送注册更新请求信息; 当 GAN网络引入 "GAN Iu模式" 后, 移动终端如手机因移动或漫游 而发生在不同的接入网之间, 以及在同一接入网内不同的接入小区的覆盖 区域之间进行切换或重选时, 要引发移动终端的注册更新流程。 发送注册 更新请求信息之前要预先获得所述第二接入小区的频点信息。
例如, 接入网模式可以包括 A/Gb模式和 Iu模式, 接入小区可以包括 GERAN A/Gb模式小区、 GERAN Iu模式小区、 UTRAN小区、 长期演进 ( Long Term Evolution; 以下简称: LTE )小区、 GAN A/Gb模式下的 GAN 小区或 GAN Iu模式下的 GAN小区等类型小区。 例如移动终端当前附着 在 GERAN小区, 且该终端已经注册到 "GAN A/Gb模式" 或 "GAN Iu 模式" 下, 移动终端进入已注册状态; 该移动终端进行切换或重选到一个 新的 UTRAN小区时,已经附着在新的 UTRAN小区上,并向注册网络 GAN 发送注册更新请求信息, 移动终端是在 GAN上进行注册的。 具体地, 当 该移动终端从当前 GERAN小区切换或重选到新的 UTRAN小区时, 检测 到小区标识等系统信息发生变化, 则触发注册更新流程, 向 GANC发送注 册更新请求信息, 可选的, 可以在该请求信息中携带检测到的新的小区即 UTRAN小区的频点信息和 /或注册模式支持信息, 其中注册模式支持信息 为该移动终端所能支持的注册模式信息,即告知 GANC当前发送注册更新 请求信息的终端是仅支持 "GAN A/Gb模式" , 还是仅支持 "GAN Iu模 式" , 或是两种模式均支持, 以方便网络侧为其分配注册模式。 当然, 移 动终端也可以不携带自己所支持的模式, 由于 GAN最初只有 GAN A/Gb 模式, 因此老的 GAN终端仅支持 GAN A/Gb模式; 如果移动终端的注册 请求 /注册更新请求中没有携带所支持的模式, 则默认该移动终端仅支持 GAN A/Gb模式。
如果移动终端当前附着在 UTRAN小区, 且该终端已经注册到 "GAN A/Gb模式" 或 "GAN Iu模式" 下, 移动终端进入已注册状态; 该移动终 端进行切换或重选到一个新的 GERAN小区时, 已经附着在新的 GERAN 小区上, 并向注册网络 GAN发送注册更新请求信息, 移动终端是在 GAN 上进行注册的。 具体地, 当该移动终端从当前 UTRAN小区切换或重选到 新的 GERAN小区时, 检测到小区标识等系统信息发生变化, 则触发注册 更新流程, 向 GANC发送注册更新请求信息, 并可以在该请求信息中携带 注册模式支持信息,即告知 GANC当前发送注册更新请求信息的终端是仅 支持 "GAN A/Gb模式" , 还是仅支持 "GAN Iu模式" , 或是两种模式 均支持, 以方便网络侧为其分配注册模式。 在这种情况下, 当 GERAN小 区釆用 A/Gb模式时, 移动终端可以不需要携带频点信息; 当 GERAN小 区釆用 Iu模式时, 移动终端则可以携带频点信息。 因此从 UTRAN小区重 选到 GERAN小区时, 携带频点信息为可选操作。
当然, 发起注册更新流程可以是在不同接入网之间进行重选或切换, 以上述的移动终端从 GERAN小区切换到新的 UTRAN小区为例, 移动终 端也要进行注册更新流程, 向 GANC发送 "GA-RC REGISTER UPDATE UPLINK" 消息, 并在该消息中携带新的 UTRAN 小区的频点信息即 "UARFCN" 值和所支持的注册模式信息; 发起注册更新流程也可以在同 一接入网的不同小区之间进行重选或切换时也可发起注册更新流程, 例如 动终端从 GERAN小区切换到新的 GERAN小区时, 移动终端也要进行注 册更新流程, 向 GANC发送 "GA-RC REGISTER UPDATE UPLINK" 消 息, 并在该消息中携带新的 GERAN小区的频点信息即 " ARFCN"值和所 支持的注册模式信息; 由于一个公共陆地移动网络(Public Land Mobile Network; 以下简称: PLMN ) 网络中可能会有多个 GANC 关联不同的位 置区, 手机发起注册更新流程后, GAN网络可以选择最合适的 GANC和 GAN模式为其服务。
当注册到通用接入网 GAN网络的终端在当前接入的小区内发生状态 变化时, 也可以向所述 GAN网络发送注册更新请求信息。 即发起注册更 新流程可以是移动终端在状态发生变化时进行, 可以发生在不同接入网小 区之间、 相同接入网小区之间或同一个接入网小区内, 移动终端从无业务 状态进入业务状态或从业务状态进入无业务状态, 例如: 在同一 GERAN 小区、 同一 UTRAN小区内,从无业务状态进入业务状态时,或从 GERAN 小区转移到 UTRAN小区后进入业务状态时, 或从一个 UTRAN小区转移 到另一个 UTRAN小区后进入业务状态时, 或从一个 GERAN小区转移到 另一个 GERAN小区后进入业务状态时, 移动终端执行注册更新流程。 当 移动终端在发生上述状态变化时, 已注册在 GAN网络上, 可以是 GAN Iu 模式或 GAN A/Gb模式。 进一步地, 可以为了减少因状态发生变化而进行 的注册更新流程的次数, 限定当移动终端在同一个接入网小区上驻留时第 一次发生状态变化时才进行注册更新, 例如: 当移动终端在同一接入小区 (例如 GERAN小区或 UTRAN小区) 上驻留时, 只在第一次从无业务状 态进入业务状态时或从业务状态进入无业务状态时, 才进行注册更新, 在 随后的在同一接入小区内的状态变化过程中不进行到 GAN网络的注册更 新流程; 当移动终端离开一个接入小区 A (例如 GERAN小区或 UTRAN 小区)一段时间后, 重新回到接入小区 A后, 第一次发生状态变化时也可 以进行注册更新流程。 步骤 101 , 接收所述注册更新请求的应答信息。
接收 GANC 发送的注册更新请求的成功应答信息或重定向注册应答 信息或取消注册的应答信息, 例如,接收 GANC发送的注册更新请求的成 功应答信息, 在该注册更新请求的成功应答信息中可以包括 GAN小区的 标识信息。
图 2为本发明另一种网络注册方法实施例流程示意图, 如图 2所示, 该方法包括:
步骤 200, 通用接入网 GAN网络接收注册到所述 GAN网络的终端在 从第一接入小区切换或重选到第二接入小区时发送的注册更新请求信息;
GANC 接收到移动终端在从第一接入小区切换或重选到第二接入小 区时发送来的注册更新请求信息, 还可以接收终端在当前接入的小区内发 生状态变化时发送来的注册更新请求信息。 例如, 终端发送注册更新请求 时, 已经附着在新的 GERAN/UTRAN小区上, 在该信息中除包括移动终 端所附着的新的接入小区的频点信息, 还包括该移动终端所支持的注册模 式信息。
步骤 201 , 所述 GAN 网络根据所述注册更新请求发送所述注册更新 请求的应答信息给所述终端。
GANC 根据对该注册更新请求的处理结果向移动终端发送注册更新 请求的成功应答信息, 具体包括根据所附着的新的接入小区的频点信息, 选定 GAN小区标识信息,例如 GAN小区的频点信息,可以避免异频切换; 发送包括所选定的频点信息的所述注册更新请求的成功应答信息; 或发送 所述注册更新请求的重定向注册应答信息; 或发送所述注册更新请求的取 消注册应答信息。 举例具体说明如下: 1、 当接收注册更新请求信息的 GANC所支持的注册模式与移动终端 所能够支持的注册模式相符合, 则可以接受该移动终端的注册更新请求, 具体地可将移动终端注册到 "GAN Iu模式"下 ,并发送 "GA-RC REGISTER ACCEPT" 消息作为响应, 该响应中携带有根据移动终端注册更新请求消 息中的 "UARFCN" 值而为移动终端确定的用于标识 GAN小区的频点值 (UTRA ARFCN )即 "UARFCN"值和主扰码信息( Primary Scrambling Code; 以下简称: PSC), 完成移动终端的注册更新流程。 GANC还可以将移动终 端注册到 "GAN A/Gb模式"下 ,向终端返回 "GA-RC REGISTER ACCEPT" 消息作为响应, 并携带 GAN小区对应的广播信道频点( BCCH ARFCN ) 、 网络色码( PLMN colour code )和网络基站色码 ( base-station colour code ) 信息。
具体将移动终端注册到哪一个注册模式下,与移动终端和 GANC所支 持的注册模式能力都有关,若移动终端和 GANC都仅支持" GAN Iu模式", 那么 GANC也就仅能将该终端注册到 "GAN Iu模式" 下; 若移动终端可 以支持两种注册模式, 但 GANC仅支持 "GAN A/Gb模式" , 那么 GANC 也就只能将该终端注册到 "GAN A/Gb模式" 下; 若移动终端和 GANC都 仅支持 "GAN A/Gb模式" , 那么 GANC也就仅能将该终端注册到 "GAN A/Gb模式" 下; 若 GANC支持两种注册模式, 那么 GANC能将该终端注 册到 "GAN A/Gb模式" 或 "GAN Iu模式" 下。
终端根据 GANC返回的 GAN小区对应的信息, 在邻区列表里构造该
GAN 小区的信息, 用于测量报告上报。 终端可能在某一时刻只保存一个 GAN小区的信息, 这种情况下如果原来邻区列表中有 GAN小区信息, 将 原 GAN小区信息删除再新增。
2、 若移动终端和 GANC无相互匹配的注册支持模式, 则该 GANC可 以将该移动终端重定向到另一个 GANC, 应用另外的 GANC 完成移动的 注册更新流程, 具体为向该终端发送 "GA-RC REGISTER REDIRECT" 消 息给移动终端; 移动终端在接收到该重定向信息后, 向信息中的重定向的 第二 GANC 发起注册流程, 具体包括: 发送 " GA-RC REGISTER REQUEST" 消息到第二 GANC , 该消息中可以包括如下内容: ( 1 ) 小区 信息, 即移动终端当前附着的 GERAN/UTRAN 小区标识信息, 或者最后 一个位置区标识; 如果当前附着的是 UTRAN 小区, 则将携带 UARFCN 值, 用于 GANC接收注册请求后避免移动终端进行跨频点测量; 如果当前 附着的是 GERAN小区, 则可以携带 ARFCN值, 用于 GANC接收注册请 求后避免移动终端进行跨频点测量; ( 2 )通用 IP接入网( Generic IP access network )接入点 ( attachment point ; 以下简称: AP )信息, 一般为接入 点的 MAC地址; ( 3 ) MS标识即 IMSI; ( 4 ) MS能力信息( MS Capability Information ) ; ( 5 ) 所请求的 GAN服务列表; (6 ) "GAN Classmark" 即所支持的 GAN模式信息( GAN Mode Support ),如支持 GAN A/Gb mode, 支持 GAN Iu mode或同时支持这两种模式。若网络接收移动终端的注册请 求, 则将发送 "GA-RC REGISTER ACCEPT" 消息作为响应, 可以包括以 下内容: ( 1 )GAN相关的系统信息,包括如 GAN模式指示,取值为 "GAN A/Gb mode" 或 "GAN Iu mode" ; ( 2 ) GAN小区的小区描述信息: 如果 为移动终端选择的是 "GAN A/Gb mode" , 则包括广播信道频点 ( BCCH ARFCN ) 、 网络色码 ( PLMN colour code ) 和网络基站色码 (base-station colour code )信息; 如果为终端选择的是 "GAN Iu mode" , 则包括 "UTRA ARFCN (UARFCN)" 和 PSC; 位置区标识 (LAI ) , 包括相应 GAN小区 的移动国家码 ( mobile country code )、 移动网络码 ( mobile network code ) 和位置区编码 ( location area code ) ; 小区标识, 用于在本位置区内标识 该 GAN小区;一些系统的定时器值; ( 3 ) GAN能力信息( GAN Capability Information ) 等。
3、 另外还可以取消移动终端的注册更新请求, 例如发送 "GA-RC
DEREGISTER" 消息给移动终端, 用于表示移动终端的此次注册更新申请 失败。
本发明实施例不仅适用于普通 GAN网络, 也适用于增强 GAN网络 , 本申请文件提到的 GAN网络, 包括普通 GAN网络或者增强 GAN网络。 上述实施例提供的网络注册方法中, 当移动终端在不同接入网或在同一接 入网的不同接入小区进行切换或重选时, 移动终端向网络侧发起注册更新 流程, 网络侧接收注册更新请求,并将移动终端注册到适合的注册模式下, 有效地避免了进行 INTER-RAT测量影响通话质量现象的发生, 以及可能 发生的切换失败, 提高了业务性能, 保证了通话质量。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解: 实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步 骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成, 前述的程序可以存储于一计算机 可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤; 而前述的存储介质包括: ROM、 RAM, 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程 序代码的介质。
图 3为本发明终端实施例结构示意图, 如图 3所示, 该终端包括注册 更新模块 11和接收模块 12,其中注册更新模块 11用于当注册到通用接入 网 GAN网络的终端从第一接入小区切换或重选到第二接入小区时, 或者 在当前接入的小区内发生状态变化时, 向所述 GAN网络发送注册更新请 求信息; 接收模块 12用于接收所述注册更新请求的应答信息。
具体地, 当移动终端从第一接入小区切换或重选到第二接入小区时, 或者在当前接入的小区内发生状态变化时, 注册更新模块 11 检测到接入 小区标识信息发生变化,便触发注册更新流程, 向网络侧 GANC发送注册 更新请求信息, 在终端发送的注册更新请求信息中可以携带有所述第二接 入小区的频点信息和 /或该移动终端所支持的注册模式信息; GANC接收到 移动终端的注册更新请求后, 向移动终端返回应答信息, 该应答信息可以 是接受注册更新请求, 并为其分配注册模式; 或者是将移动终端重定向到 另一个 GANC上进行重注册; 或者直接拒绝移动终端的注册更新请求。接 收模块 12接收到 GANC返回的注册更新请求的应答信息, 完成注册更新 流程。
该终端还可以包括获取模块用于获得所述第二接入小区的频点信息。 当移动终端在不同接入小区进行切换或重选时, 或者在当前接入的小区内 发生状态变化时, 应用获取模块检测并获得目标小区标识等系统信息, 用 于注册更新流程。 目标小区的频点信息可以是获取模块预先进行获取或系 统预先存储在获取模块中的。
本实施例提供的终端, 当移动终端在不同接入网或在同一接入网的不 同接入小区进行切换或重选时, 或者在当前接入的小区内发生状态变化 时, 向网络侧发起注册更新流程, 网络侧接收注册更新请求, 并将移动终 端注册到适合的注册模式下, 有效地避免了进行 INTER-RAT测量影响通 话质量现象的发生, 以及可能发生的切换失败, 提高了业务性能, 保证了 通话质量。
图 4本发明通用接入网络控制器实施例结构示意图, 如图 4所示, 该 GANC包括接收模块 21和处理模块 22,其中接收模块 21用于接收注册到 与所述通用接入网络控制器对应的 GAN网络的终端在从第一接入小区切 换或重选到第二接入小区时, 或者在当前接入的小区内发生状态变化时发 送注册更新请求信息, 所述注册更新请求信息中可以包括所附着的小区的 频点信息和 /或终端的注册模式支持信息; 处理模块 22用于发送所述注册 更新请求的应答信息。 具体地处理模块 22包括注册处理模块 221和发送 子模块 222,其中注册处理模块 221用于根据接收模块 21接收到的所述注 册更新请求信息生成所述注册更新请求的应答信息; 发送子模块 222用于 发送所述注册更新请求的应答信息。
接收模块 21 接收从移动终端发送来的注册更新请求信息后, 处理模 块 22中的注册处理模块 221对接收模块 21接收到的注册更新请求信息进 行处理; 进行处理后, 生成对应的应答信息; 然后指示发送子模块 222向 移动终端发送生成的应答信息。 注册处理模块 221对注册更新请求的处理 过程为:如果 GANC所支持的注册模式与移动终端所能够支持的注册模式 相符合,则可以接受该移动终端的注册更新请求,将移动终端注册到" GAN Iu模式" 或 "GAN A/Gb模式" 下, 并指示发送子模块 222发送 "GA-RC REGISTER ACCEPT" 消息作为成功应答响应, 该响应中携带用于标识 GAN小区的系统信息; 如果移动终端和 GANC无相互匹配的注册支持模 式, 则将该移动终端重定向到另一个 GANC, 指示发送子模块 222 发送 "GA-RC REGISTER REDIRECT"消息作为重定向注册应答信息给移动终 端;如果取消移动终端的注册更新请求,指示发送子模块 222发送" GA-RC DEREGISTER" 消息作为取消注册应答信息给移动终端, 用于表示移动终 端的此次注册更新申请失败。
本发明实施例提供的通用接入网络控制器根据移动终端的注册更新 请求, 向发送注册更新请求的移动终端返回与注册更新请求处理结果对应 的应答信息, 提高业务性能, 提高了移动终端的注册更新流程的成功率; 避免移动终端在重选或切换到一个新的网络小区时, 可能要在压缩模式下 进行异系统之间的测量( INTER-RAT measurements )而影响通话质量以及 切换可能无法正常进行的问题。
本发明实施例还提供一种网络注册系统包括终端, 该终端已经注册到 通用接入网 GAN网络, 用于当从第一接入小区切换或重选到第二接入小 区时, 或者在当前接入的小区内发生状态变化时, 向所述 GAN网络发送 注册更新请求信息并接收所述 GAN 网络发送的注册更新请求的应答信 息; 所述 GAN网络用于接收所述终端在从第一接入小区切换或重选到第 二接入小区时, 或者在当前接入的小区内发生状态变化时发送的注册更新 请求信息, 并发送所述注册更新请求的应答信息。 其中终端和所述 GAN 网络中的接入网络控制器的具体功能模块组成与上述终端和接入网络控 制器的实施例中所述相同, 不再赘述。 在该网络注册系统中, 通过当移动终端在不同接入网或在同一接入网 的不同接入小区进行切换或重选时, 或者在当前接入的小区内发生状态变 化时, 移动终端向网络侧发起注册更新流程, 网络侧接收注册更新请求, 并将移动终端注册到适合的注册模式下, 有效地避免了进行 INTER-RAT 测量影响通话质量现象的发生, 以及可能发生的切换失败, 提高了业务性 能, 保证了通话质量。

3、 根据权利要求 1 所述的网络注册方法, 其特征在于当所述注册到 通用接入网 GAN网络的终端从第一接入小区切换或重选到第二接入小区 时, 向所述 GAN网络发送注册更新请求信息, 包括:
当注册到所述 GAN网络的终端从第一接入小区切换或重选到与所述 第一接入小区处于同一接入网的第二接入小区时, 向所述 GAN网络发送 注册更新请求信息;
或当注册到所述 GAN网络的终端从第一接入小区切换或重选到与所 述第一接入小区处于不同接入网的第二接入小区时, 向所述 GAN网络发 送注册更新请求信息。
4、 根据权利要求 1 所述的网络注册方法, 其特征在于所述接收注册 更新请求的应答信息包括:
接收所述注册更新请求的成功应答信息;
或接收所述注册更新请求的重定向注册应答信息;
或接收所述注册更新请求的取消注册应答信息。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的网络注册方法, 其特征在于所述接收注册 更新请求的成功应答信息包括: 接收包括所述 GAN网络的小区标识信息 的注册更新请求的成功应答信息。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的网络注册方法, 其特征在于还包括: 当所述终端在或者在当前接入的小区内第一次发生状态变化时, 向所 述 GAN网络发送注册更新请求信息。
7、 一种网络注册方法, 其特征在于包括:
通用接入网 GAN网络接收注册到所述 GAN网络的终端在从第一接入 小区切换或重选到第二接入小区时, 或者在当前接入的小区内发生状态变 化时发送的注册更新请求信息;
所述 GAN网络根据所述注册更新请求发送所述注册更新请求的应答 信息给所述终端。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的网络注册方法, 其特征在于所述 GAN网络 根据所述注册更新请求发送所述注册更新请求的应答信息给所述终端包 括:
发送所述注册更新请求的成功应答信息;
或发送所述注册更新请求的重定向注册应答信息;
或发送所述注册更新请求的取消注册应答信息。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的网络注册方法, 其特征在于所述发送所述 注册更新请求的成功应答信息包括:
根据所述注册更新请求信息中包括的所述第二接入小区的频点信息; 发送所述注册更新请求的成功应答信息, 所述注册更新请求的成功应 答信息中包括选定的所述 GAN网络的小区标识信息。
10、 一种终端, 其特征在于包括:
注册更新模块, 用于当注册到通用接入网 GAN网络的终端从第一接 入小区切换或重选到第二接入小区时, 或者在当前接入的小区内发生状态 变化时, 向所述 GAN网络发送注册更新请求信息;
接收模块, 用于接收所述注册更新请求的应答信息。
1 1、 一种通用接入网络控制器, 其特征在于包括: 接收模块, 用于接收注册到与所述通用接入网络控制器对应的 GAN 网络的终端在从第一接入小区切换或重选到第二接入小区时, 或者在当前 接入的小区内发生状态变化时发送的注册更新请求信息;
处理模块, 用于发送所述注册更新请求的应答信息。
12、 根据权利要求 11 所述的通用接入网络控制器, 其特征在于处理 模块包括:
注册处理模块, 用于根据所述接收模块接收到的所述注册更新请求信 息生成所述注册更新请求的应答信息;
发送子模块, 用于发送所述注册更新请求的应答信息给所述终端。
13、 一种网络注册系统, 其特征在于包括:
注册到通用接入网 GAN网络的终端, 用于当从第一接入小区切换或 重选到第二接入小区时, 或者在当前接入的小区内发生状态变化时, 向所 述 GAN网络发送注册更新请求信息并接收所述 GAN网络发送的注册更新 请求的应答信息;
所述 GAN 网络, 用于接收所述终端在从第一接入小区切换或重选到 第二接入小区时, 或者在当前接入的小区内发生状态变化时发送的注册更 新请求信息, 并发送所述注册更新请求的应答信息。
