Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) d'apprentissage d'une technique manuelle par un opérateur, et un procédé associé, le dispositif comportant un organe de préhension (2) représentatif d'un outil destiné à être manipulé par l'opérateur, un support physique (3) représentatif d'un objet à travailler, des moyens de détection (4) de l'organe de préhension (2), du support physique (3) et des mouvements effectués par l'opérateur, ainsi que des moyens de traitement (5) et de contrôle des différents moyens constitutifs du dispositif, traitant en particulier les mouvements de l'opérateur détectés, et des moyens de projection (6) d'informations à destination de l'opérateur, caractérisé en ce que le support physique (3) et les moyens de projection d'informations (6) sont agencés l'un par rapport à l'autre de sorte que les informations sont projetées sur le support physique (3).
Description
DIAGNOSTIC D'APPRENTISSAGE AUX GESTES TECHNIQUES
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'apprentissage d'une technique manuelle par un opérateur.
L'invention concerne également un procédé d'apprentissage, mis en œuvre avec le dispositif.
Une application envisageable de l'invention est celle de l'apprentissage de la soudure.
Une autre application envisageable de l'invention est celle de l'apprentissage de la peinture avec un pistolet ou la dépose de mastic. On connaît des dispositifs d'apprentissage d'une technique manuelle par un opérateur, qui se veulent proches de la réalité.
Par exemple, le document WO 2006/034571 (Dl) divulgue un dispositif d'apprentissage pour la soudure, en représentant des pièces à souder en trois dimensions avec un organe de préhension représentant l'outil à souder. Les gestes de l'opérateur sont enregistrés, de sorte à obtenir une simulation de ces gestes sur un ordinateur, qui est projetée sur un écran visible par l'opérateur.
L'écran permet ainsi à l'opérateur de visualiser son action en temps réel, et d'obtenir des données sur les conséquences des actions effectuées par l'opérateur.
Toutefois, ce dispositif nécessite que cette visualisation s'effectue dans la fenêtre de visualisation d'un masque ou de lunettes de protection dont l'emploi est nécessaire à l'opération de soudage.
Toutefois, un tel dispositif est relativement contraignant pour d'autres applications où l'emploi d'un casque de protection n'est plus utile, par exemple pour un programme d'entraînement à la peinture au pistolet.
Par ailleurs, un tel dispositif est relativement compliqué dans la mesure où il nécessite des moyens de communication entre le casque et un ordinateur d'où proviennent les simulations, ainsi qu'une fenêtre de visualisation du casque permettant un affichage, ce qui peut s'avérer particulièrement coûteux.
Enfin, de manière générale, les dispositifs existants ont un niveau de réalisme qui n'est pas totalement satisfaisant et qui ne facilitent pas un apprentissage autonome idéal.
Un objectif de l'invention est donc de proposer un dispositif d'apprentissage d'une technique manuelle par un opérateur, utilisable pour de nombreuses applications.
Un autre objectif de l'invention est de proposer un tel dispositif, nettement simplifié dans sa mise en œuvre et donc peu coûteux.
Un autre objectif est encore de fournir un niveau de réalisme amélioré.
L'un au moins de ces objectifs est atteint grâce à un dispositif d'apprentissage d'une technique manuelle par un opérateur, lequel comporte un organe de préhension représentatif d'un outil destiné à être manipulé par l'opérateur, un support physique représentatif d'un objet à travailler, des moyens de détection de l'organe de préhension, du support physique et des mouvements effectués par l'opérateur, ainsi que des moyens de traitement et de contrôle des différents moyens constitutifs du dispositif, traitant en particulier les mouvements de l'opérateur détectés, et des moyens de projection d'informations à destination de l'opérateur, et pour lequel le support physique et les moyens de projection d'informations sont agencés l'un par rapport à l'autre de sorte que les informations sont projetées sur le support physique, même s'il n'y a pas de contact entre l'organe de préhension et le support physique. L'un au moins de ces objectifs est également atteint par un procédé d'apprentissage d'une technique manuelle par un opérateur avec un dispositif comportant les moyens mentionnés ci-dessus, et dans lequel on projette les informations sur le support physique, même s'il n'y a pas de contact entre l'organe de préhension et le support physique. D'autres caractéristiques, buts, avantages et objectifs de la présente invention apparaîtront à la lecture de la description détaillée qui va suivre, et en regard des dessins annexés, donnés à titre d'exemples non limitatifs et sur lesquels :
la figure 1 est une représentation schématique d'un dispositif d'apprentissage de gestes techniques par un opérateur, conforme à l'invention.
Le dispositif 1 d'apprentissage d'une technique manuelle par un opérateur comporte un organe de préhension 2, un support physique 3, des moyens de détection 4 pour détecter à la fois l'organe de préhension 2, le support physique 3 et les mouvements effectués par l'opérateur.
L'organe de préhension 2 est représentatif d'un outil destiné à être manipulé par l'opérateur. Pour une question de réalisme, l'organe de préhension 2 en question pourra être un outil réel ou présentera une ergonomie identique à celle d'un outil réel.
Le support physique 3 est représentatif d'un objet à travailler avec l'organe de préhension 2. Là encore, on choisira soit l'objet réel devant être travaillé, soit un support physique 3 dont l'ergonomie est identique à celle de l'objet réel. Le support physique 3 sera de préférence fixe par rapport au sol.
Le dispositif comprend également des moyens de traitement 5 et de contrôle des différents moyens constitutifs du dispositif.
Ces moyens de traitement et de contrôle 5 traitent en particulier les mouvements de l'opérateur détectés par les moyens de détection 4, pour déterminer par exemple la position et la vitesse de celui-ci ou des gestes effectués. En particulier, ces moyens permettent de comparer les gestes effectués par l'opérateur à des gestes effectués par un expert, et qui ont été préalablement enregistrées. Les moyens de traitement et de contrôle 5 traitent également des données de contexte (bruit, température dans l'environnement de la pièce) du dispositif.
Le dispositif 1 comprend encore des moyens de projection 6 d'informations préalablement traitées par les moyens de traitement et de contrôle 5 à destination de l'opérateur.
Ces informations visuelles concernent par exemple le résultat des mouvements effectués par l'opérateur, des informations d'assistance à l'opérateur (vitesse, position de l'organe de préhension par exemple),
Ces moyens de projection d'informations 6 sont agencés par rapport au support physique 3 de sorte que les informations sont projetées sur le support physique 3, et ce même s'il n'y a pas de contact entre l'organe de préhension 2 et le support physique 3. Ils comprennent un ou plusieurs projecteurs en fonction de la forme/géométrie du support physique 3, notamment pour éviter les zones d'ombre.
Le dispositif 1 peut en outre comprendre des moyens pour émettre des informations sonores 7 à destination de l'opérateur, par exemple avec un ou plusieurs haut-parleurs ou un casque audio.
Le dispositif 1 peut encore comprendre des moyens pour émettre des informations tactiles 8 à destination de l'opérateur.
Ces moyens pour émettre des informations tactiles 8 peuvent être disposés au sein de l'organe de préhension 2, ou au sein du support physique (3), ou encore au niveau du sol, cela en fonction de la nature des informations tactiles à restituer.
Les moyens d'émission d'informations sonores 7 et tactiles 8 sont sous le contrôle des moyens de traitement et de contrôle 5.
Le dispositif comprend aussi un poste de visualisation 9, connecté aux moyens de traitement et de contrôle 5, pour afficher des informations de synthèse sur les mouvements effectués par l'opérateur.
On notera que les moyens de détection 4 sont disposés, par rapport à l'organe de préhension 2, au support physique 3 et à l'opérateur, de sorte à fournir aux moyens de traitement 5 et de contrôle 5, les coordonnées spatiales et angulaires de ceux-ci en temps réel.
Le support physique 3 pourra être un support à deux dimensions, mais sera de préférence à trois dimensions pour représenter au mieux les formes de l'objet que l'opérateur devra effectivement travailler une fois son apprentissage terminé.
Le procédé d'apprentissage mis en œuvre par l'intermédiaire du dispositif 1 consiste principalement à projeter des informations sur le support physique 3, ces informations concernant tout autant des
résultats/estimations sur les gestes effectuées que des informations d'assistance pour l'opérateur.
Le support physique 3 sera de préférence solide, non malléable. De préférence également, il représentera un objet qui bien que pouvant être complexe, ne présentera pas ou peu de cavités, et ce afin que le ou les projecteurs formant les moyens de projection 6 puissent éclairer correctement le support physique 3.
L'invention ne nécessite donc nullement l'emploi d'un casque comportant une fenêtre sur laquelle sont projetées des informations, du fait que les informations sont directement projetées sur le support physique 3.
On n'est donc pas limité à une application particulière. Et la mise en œuvre de ce dispositif est également simplifiée et moins coûteuse, du fait qu'elle nécessite un ou des projecteurs tout à fait communs. Enfin, le réalisme du dispositif de l'invention est accru du fait même de la projection directe des informations sur le support physique 3, qui est lui- même de préférence représenté au plus près de la réalité.
Claims
1. Dispositif (1) d'apprentissage d'une technique manuelle par un opérateur, lequel comporte un organe de préhension (2) représentatif d'un outil destiné à être manipulé par l'opérateur, un support physique (3) représentatif d'un objet à travailler, des moyens de détection (4) de l'organe de préhension (2), du support physique (3) et des mouvements effectués par l'opérateur, ainsi que des moyens de traitement (5) et de contrôle des différents moyens constitutifs du dispositif, traitant en particulier les mouvements de l'opérateur détectés, et des moyens de projection (6) d'informations à destination de l'opérateur, caractérisé en ce que le support physique (3) et les moyens de projection d'informations (6) sont agencés l'un par rapport à l'autre de sorte que les informations sont projetées sur le support physique (3), même s'il n'y a pas de contact entre l'organe de préhension (2) et le support physique (3), le support physique (3) correspondant à l'objet réel devant être travaillé ou présentant un ergonomie identique à cet objet réel.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de projection (6) comprennent un ou plusieurs projecteurs en fonction de la forme du support physique (3).
3. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens pour émettre des informations sonores (7) à destination de l'opérateur, par exemple avec un ou plusieurs haut-parleurs ou un casque.
4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens pour émettre des informations tactiles (8) à destination de l'opérateur.
5. Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que les moyens pour émettre des informations tactiles (8) sont disposés au sein de l'organe de préhension (2), ou du support physique (3), ou encore du sol, en fonction de la nature des informations tactiles à restituer.
6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un poste de visualisation (9), connecté aux moyens de traitement et de contrôle (5), pour afficher des informations de synthèse sur les mouvements effectués par l'opérateur.
7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de détection (4) sont disposés, par rapport à l'organe de préhension (2), au support physique (3) et à l'opérateur, de sorte à fournir, aux moyens de traitement (5) et de contrôle (5), les coordonnées spatiales et angulaires de ceux- ci en temps réel.
8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le support physique (3) est un support à deux dimensions.
9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le support physique (3) est un support physique à trois dimensions.
10. Procédé d'apprentissage d'une technique manuelle par un opérateur, mis en œuvre par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif comportant un organe de préhension (2) représentatif d'un outil destiné à être manipulé par l'opérateur, un support physique (3) représentatif d'un objet à travailler, des moyens de détection (4) de l'organe de préhension (2), du support physique (3) et des mouvements effectués par l'opérateur, ainsi que des moyens de traitement (5) et de contrôle des différents moyens constitutifs du dispositif, traitant en particulier les mouvements de l'opérateur détectés, et des moyens de projection (6) d'informations à destination de l'opérateur, caractérisé en ce qu'on projette des informations sur le support physique (3), même s'il n'y a pas de contact entre l'organe de préhension (2) et le support physique (3), le support physique (3) correspondant à l'objet réel devant être travaillé ou présentant une ergonomie identique à cet objet réel.
