IP(网络互联协议, Internet Protocol,简称 IP )多媒体子系统( IP Multimedia Core Network Subsystem,简称 IMS )是由第三代合作伙伴计划( 3rd Generation Partnership Project, 简称 3GPP )提出的一种基于 IP的网络架构, 其构建了一 个开放而灵活的业务环境, 支持多媒体应用, 并为用户提供丰富的多媒体业 务。
IMS 是基于 IP 的电信网络架构, 与接入技术无关, 除了可以为 GPRS ( General Packet Radio Service, 通用分组无线业务 )、 WLAN ( Wireless Local Area Network, 无线局域网)等分组(Packet Switching, 简称 PS )接入网络 提供业务夕卜, 还可以为 GSM ( Global System for Mobile communications, 全球 移动通讯系统) 、 UMTS ( Universal Mobile Telecommunications System, 统一 移动通讯系统)等移动蜂窝网络提供业务。
GSM、 UMTS 等移动蜂窝网络釆用电路交换技术, 称为电路(Circuit Switched, 简称 CS )域, 能够为用户提供基本的语音业务, 以及基于语音业 务的补充业务。 当 CS域接入 IMS时, 其演变为一种接入方式, 业务完全由 IMS统一提供, 这种技术称为 IMS集中业务( IMS Centralized Service, 简称 ICS ) 。
图 1是 IMS集中控制业务的增强网络下 non ICS UE (具有 ICS业务的普 通 UE )接入的架构图, 包括如下网元:
101 用户设备 ( User Equipment, UE )
102 增强移动交换中心服务器(Enhanced Mobile Switch Center, eMSC ) 103 媒体网关 ( Media Gateway, MGW )
104 呼叫会话控制功能(Call Session Control Function, CSCF )
105 会议服务器, 其包含有应用服务器(Application Server, AS ) 、 多 媒体资源功能控制器( Multimedia Resource Function Controller, MRFC )和多 媒体资源功能处理器(Multimedia Resource Function Processor, MRFP ) 。
106 归属用户服务器(Home Subscriber Server, 简称 HSS ) , 存储 CS域 和 IMS域的用户数据
增强 MSC服务器 102是电路域 MSC服务器的增强, 除了完成 CS用户 设备的接入和移动性管理以外, 还充当会话初始协议 (Session Initiation Protocol, SIP )用户代理,实现 CS信令和 SIP信令的转换,代替用户接入 IMS。
用户设备 101通过 CS控制信令接入到增强 MSC服务器 102,增强 MSC 服务器 102充当用户代理, 代替 CS用户设备 101接入 IMS网络, 并和远端 用户建立会话连接,同时 MGW103完成 CS承载上的媒体流和 IP承载上的媒 体流之间的转换,建立用户设备 101和远端用户之间媒体连接。其中增强 MSC 服务器 102和 IMS网络中的 CSCF 104之间釆用会话初始协议, 由 IMS网络 中的会议服务器 105提供会议方面业务。
如图 2是 IMS会议业务的流程图, UE-A与 UE-B建立通话, UE-A保持 了这个会话, 然后 UE-A建立与 UE-C的会话, 并进入通话态, 这时 UE-A作 为会议的主席方, 决定将这两个会话加入会议中来, 执行以下步骤:
201 , UE-A创建一个会议, 通过自己保存的会议服务器地址向会议服务 器发起会话请求消息, 所述消息经过 CSCF到达会议服务器;
202, 会议服务器经过 CSCF向 UE-A回送成功响应, 这样 UE-A到会议 服务器的承载连接就建立起来了;
203 , UE-A指示 UE-B加入会议;
204, UE-A指示 UE-C加入会议, 三方会议电话建立成功。
在图 1架构下, non lCS UE (非 IMS集中业务用户设备)接入, 还未实 现 IMS集中控制业务的会议业务。同时,如果 eMSC模拟 IMS UE代替 non ICS UE做会议业务, 也无法知道会议服务器地址。 因此 non ICS UE作为主席方 接入后, 如何实现 IMS集中控制业务的会议业务, 便成为亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种 IP多媒体子系统集中业务主席方 会议业务的实现方法, 能够满足 non lCS UE作为主席方时, 实现 IMS集中控 制业务的会议业务。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明提供一种 IP多媒体子系统集中业务主席方会 议业务的实现方法,非 IP多媒体子系统 IMS集中业务的用户设备签约了会议 业务, 且与多个用户设备处于通话状态, 该用户设备作为主席方用户设备实 现会议业务的方法包括:
所述主席方用户设备向增强移动交换中心服务器 eMSC发起会议建立请 求, 所述 eMSC收到该请求后, 根据所述主席方用户设备所属的会议服务器 地址, 向所述会议服务器发送创建会议业务的会话请求消息;
所述会议服务器向所述 eMSC回复成功响应信息, 所述 eMSC收到后, 邀 请当前与所述主席方用户设备通话的用户设备加入会议, 成功后向所述主席 方用户设备回送会议建立成功消息。
本发明所述的实现方法,其中, 所述 eMSC按以下方式获得所述主席方用 户设备所属的会议服务器地址:
所述主席方用户设备向所述 eMSC发起电路域的位置更新请求消息; 所述 eMSC向归属用户服务器 HSS发起移动应用部分的位置更新请求消 息;
所述 HSS在向 eMSC插入用户数据时或在向 eMSC回送的位置更新成功响 应中携带所述主席方用户设备所属的会议服务器地址;
所述 eMSC保存所述主席方用户设备所属的会议服务器地址,并向所述主 席方用户设备返回位置更新完成消息。

与现有技术相比,本发明在 non lCS UE作为主席方时, 实现了 IMS集中 控制业务的会议业务,同时也解决了 eMSC怎么获取签约会议业务的 non lCS UE的会议服务器地址的问题。 附图概述

以下对具体实施方式进行详细描述, 但不作为对本发明的限定。
如图 3所示,为 non lCS UE接入网络增强的 IMS集中控制业务架构下实 现 IMS集中控制业务的会议业务的实现方法,当 non ICS UE签约了会议业务, 且 UE-A与 UE-B、 UE-C处于通话状态时(实施例以 UE-A要求与正在通话 的 UE-B、 UE-C建立会议业务为例) , 其中 non lCS UE, 即 UE-A作为主席 方用户设备, 其具体步骤为:
步骤 301 , UE-A向 eMSC发起一个 CS域的会议建立请求;
步骤 302, eMSC收到后,根据 UE-A所属的会议服务器地址,经过 CSCF 向会议服务器发送一个会话请求, 创建一个会议业务;
步骤 303 , 会议服务器经过 CSCF向 eMSC回送成功响应, 这样 eMSC 到会议服务器的承载连接就建立起来了;
步骤 304, eMSC判断 UE-A与 UE-B、 UE-C处于通话状态, 根据 UE-A 要求的指示将 UE-B加入会议;
这里如果 UE-B为 IMS UE, eMSC直接指示 UE-B,邀请 UE-B加入会议 业务, UE-B主动发起建立到会议服务器的承载, 并由 eMSC释放 eMSC到 UE-B之间的会议业务建立前建立的承载;
如果 UE-B为其他普通终端, 如移动终端, 固定终端等, eMSC指示会议 服务器, 由会议服务器邀请 UE-B所属网关来代替 UE-B加入会议, 该网关发
起建立到会议服务器的承载后, 关联会议业务建立的承载和网关到 UE-B 的 承载, 同时释放网关到 eMSC之间的会议业务建立前建立的承载。
步骤 305, eMSC根据 UE-A要求的指示将 UE-C加入会议;
该过程与 eMSC根据 UE-A要求的指示将 UE-B加入会议相同, 不再重 复。
步骤 306 , eMSC向 UE-A回送会议建立成功消息。
其中 eMSC将 UE-B或 UE-C加入会议的处理可以不按上述顺序进行,即 没有固定的先后顺序。
如图 4所示, 为本发明的 eMSC获取会议服务器地址的实施方式一, 是 在位置更新响应消息中获得会议服务器地址, 其具体步骤为:
步骤 401 , non ICS UE向 eMSC发起传统的位置更新请求消息, 该消息 为移动性管理( Mobile Management, 简称 MM ) 消息;
步骤 402, eMSC向 HSS发起移动应用部分( Mobile Application Part, 简 称 MAP ) 的位置更新请求消息, 该消息中携带 ICS flag, 标识 eMSC为增强 型 MSC, 而非普通的 MSC;
步骤 403 , HSS根据用户签约信息, 向 eMSC插入用户数据;
如果 non ICS UE签约了会议业务, HSS可以在插入用户数据请求消息携 带 non ICS UE所属的会议服务器地址。
步骤 404 , HSS向 eMSC回送位置更新成功响应消息;
如果步骤 403中未携带 non ICS UE所属的会议服务器地址, 则在位置更 新成功响应消息中携带 non ICS UE所属的会议服务器地址。
步骤 405, eMSC根据步骤 403或者步骤 404携带会议服务器地址,保存 会议服务器地址, 供会议业务使用。
步骤 406, eMSC向 non ICS UE回送位置更新完成消息。
其中步骤 405和步骤 406的先后顺序可以变化。
如图 5所示, 为本发明的 eMSC获取会议服务器地址的实施方式二, 是 在注册响应消息中获得会议服务器地址, 其具体步骤为:
步骤 501 , non ICS UE向 eMSC发起传统的位置更新请求消息, 该消息 为 MM消息;
步骤 502 - 504 , eMSC与 HSS间完成 MAP的位置更新;
步骤 505, eMSC代替 non lCS UE向归属的 IMS网络发起注册消息, 该 消息能标识 eMSC代替 non ICS UE向 IMS网络发起注册;
步骤 506, CSCF与 HSS发起注册交互;
如果 non ICS UE签约了会议业务, 同时 HSS也配置了 non ICS UE所属 的会议服务器地址, 则向 CSCF下发会议服务器地址。
步骤 507, CSCF向 eMSC回送 SIP的成功响应消息;
CSCF根据运营策略, 可以选择 HSS下发的用户所属的会议服务器地址 或者本地配置的用户所属的会议服务器地址, 在 SIP成功响应消息中携带选 择的会议服务器地址;
步骤 508, eMSC根据步骤 507携带会议服务器地址,保存会议服务器地 址, 供会议业务使用;
步骤 509 , eMSC向 non ICS UE回送位置更新完成消息。
其中步骤 508和步骤 509可以无先后顺序。
如图 6所示, 为本发明的 eMSC获取会议服务器地址的实施方式三, 是 通过订阅获得会议服务器地址, 其具体步骤为:
步骤 601 - 605, 如上 501-505步骤描述;
步骤 606, CSCF与 HSS发起注册交互;
步骤 607 , CSCF向 eMSC回送 SIP的成功响应消息;
步骤 608, eMSC向 non ICS UE回送位置更新完成消息;
步骤 609, eMSC向 CSCF发送注册订阅消息, 指示要获取用户的会议服 务器地址;
步骤 610, CSCF向 eMSC回成功响应消息;
步骤 611 , CSCF向 eMSC发送通知消息, 该消息中携带用户所属的会议 服务器地址 (这里 CSCF也可以从 HSS获取用户所属的会议服务器地址或者 使用本地配置的用户所属的会议服务器地址) ;
步骤 612, eMSC向 CSCF回成功响应消息;
步骤 613 , eMSC根据步骤 610携带会议服务器地址,保存会议服务器地 址, 供会议业务使用。
其中步骤 608和步骤 609 - 613可以无先后顺序。
如图 7所示, 为本发明的 eMSC获取会议服务器地址的实施方式四, 由 eMSC根据业务请求的信息或者 eMSC保存用户的信息推算得出, 具体步骤 为:
步骤 701 , non ICS UE向 eMSC发起业务请求;
这里的业务请求, 可以是位置更新、 呼叫, 甚至可以是在作会议业务本 身。
步骤 702, eMSC根据业务请求的信息或者 eMSC保存的 non ICS UE用 户的信息推算出 non ICS UE的会议服务器地址;
如 non ICS UE的国际移动用户识别码中有移动国家码( MCC )和移动网 络 号 ( MNC ) 信 息 , 可 以 推 算 出 会议 服 务 器 地 址 为 conference.MCC.MNC.3GPP.org, 其中 conference表示会议, 3GPP表示第 3 代移动合作伙伴, org表示一种组织, 因此 eMSC可以根据推算出的 non ICS UE的会议服务器地址找到会议服务器地址。
步骤 703 , eMSC保存会议服务地址。如果用户能在步骤 701做会议业务 时推算出会议服务器地址, 此步可以不需要。
当然, 本发明还可有其他多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
工业实用性
本发明解决了 eMSC怎么获取签约会议业务的 non ICS UE的会议服务 地址,同时也实现了 non ICS UE作为主席方实现 IMS集中控制业务的会议 务。
Claims
1、 一种 IP多媒体子系统集中业务主席方会议业务的实现方法, 非 IP多 媒体子系统 IMS集中业务的用户设备签约了会议业务, 且与多个用户设备处 于通话状态, 该用户设备作为主席方用户设备实现会议业务的方法包括: 所述主席方用户设备向增强移动交换中心服务器 eMSC发起会议建立请 求, 所述 eMSC收到该请求后, 根据所述主席方用户设备所属的会议服务器 地址, 向所述会议服务器发送创建会议业务的会话请求消息;
所述会议服务器向所述 eMSC回复成功响应信息, 所述 eMSC收到后, 邀 请当前与所述主席方用户设备通话的用户设备加入会议, 成功后向所述主席 方用户设备回送会议建立成功消息。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的实现方法, 其特征在于, 所述 eMSC按以下方式获 得所述主席方用户设备所属的会议服务器地址:
所述主席方用户设备向所述 eMSC发起电路域的位置更新请求消息; 所述 eMSC向归属用户服务器 HSS发起移动应用部分的位置更新请求消 息;
所述 HSS在向 eMSC插入用户数据时或在向 eMSC回送的位置更新成功响 应中携带所述主席方用户设备所属的会议服务器地址;
所述 eMSC保存所述主席方用户设备所属的会议服务器地址,并向所述主 席方用户设备返回位置更新完成消息。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的实现方法, 其特征在于, 所述 eMSC按以下方式获 得所述主席方用户设备所属的会议服务器地址:
所述主席方用户设备向 eMSC发起电路域的位置更新请求消息, 所述 eMSC与 HSS之间完成移动应用部分的位置更新;
所述 eMSC向归属 IMS网络发起注册请求消息并指示该注册请求是代替 所述主席方用户设备发起的;
呼叫会话控制功能 CSCF与 HSS发起注册交互,并将 HSS下发的或者本
地配置的所述主席方用户设备所属的会议服务器地址通过成功响应回送给所 述 eMSC;
所述 eMSC保存收到的所述会议服务器地址, 向所述主席方用户设备回 送位置更新完成消息。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的实现方法, 其特征在于, 所述 eMSC按以下方式获 得所述主席方用户设备所属的会议服务器地址:
所述主席方用户设备向 eMSC发起电路域的位置更新请求消息, 所述 eMSC与 HSS之间完成移动应用部分的位置更新;
所述 eMSC向归属 IMS网络发起注册请求消息并指示该注册请求是代替 所述主席方用户设备发起的, 成功完成注册后, 向所述主席方用户设备返回 位置更新完成消息;
所述 eMSC向所述 CSCF发送注册订阅消息, 指示要获取所述用户的会议 服务器地址;
所述 CSCF向所述 eMSC返回成功响应消息以及带有所述主席方用户设备 所属的会议服务器地址的通知消息, 该 eMSC收到后返回给 CSCF成功响应, 并保存所述主席方用户设备所属的会议服务器地址。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的实现方法, 其特征在于:
所述 CSCF通过通知消息向所述 eMSC返回的所述主席方用户设备所属的 会议服务器地址是从 HSS获取的或者是本地配置的。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 eMSC按以下方式获得所 述主席方用户设备所属的会议服务器地址:
所述主席方用户设备向所述 eMSC发起业务请求;
所述 eMSC根据业务请求的信息或根据保存的所述主席方用户设备的信 息推算出该主席方用户设备的会议服务器地址。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于:
所述 eMSC是根据所述主席方用户设备的移动国家码 MCC、 移动网络号
信息 MNC、 会议标识、 网络标识和约定的组织标识中的一种或多种来推算出 所述主席方用户设备所属的会议服务器地址。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于:
所述业务请求不是发起会议业务时, 所述 eMSC需要保存所推算出的主 席方用户设备所属的会议服务器地址。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于:
所述被邀请加入会议的用户设备为多媒体子系统用户设备时,所述 eMSC 直接指示该用户设备加入会议业务, 该用户设备主动发起建立到会议服务器 的连接, 所述 eMSC释放到该用户设备之间的会议业务建立前建立的承载。
10、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于:
所述被邀请加入会议的用户设备为普通的移动终端或固定终端时, 所述 eMSC指示会议服务器, 由会议服务器邀请该用户设备所属网关来代替该用 户设备加入会议, 所述网关发起建立到会议服务器的承载后, 关联会议业务 建立的承载和所述网关到该用户设备的承载, 并释放所述网关到所述 eMSC 之间的会议业务建立前建立的承载。
