Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un corps poreux inorganique activé par une concentration élevée de micro-organismes. Ce procédé comprend les étapes consistant à: mélanger des nutriments organiques et le corps poreux inorganique et faire fermenter le mélange; activer le corps poreux organiques au moyen de micro-organismes présentant une capacité de dégradation des contaminants; et cultiver les micro-organismes à l'intérieur du corps poreux inorganique activé par lesdits micro-organismes. Ainsi, ce procédé permet d'activer les nutriments nécessaires à la culture des micro-organismes présents à l'intérieur du corps poreux, à une vitesse plus élevée et à une concentration supérieure à celles d'un substrat classique de micro-organismes activés par des nutriments. En outre, le procédé permet de cultiver les micro-organismes à haute concentration, à l'aide des nutriments activés.
