Description VINYL HOUSE
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a vinyl house, and in particular to a vinyl house which makes it possible to prevent snow from being stacked on a vinyl house when it snows a lot in winter, and makes it possible to easily remove the snow stacked.
[2]
Background Art
[3] Generally, a vinyl house is a kind of greenhouse for cultivating vegetable, flowers, forcing culture or tropical plants. The vinyl house is so configured that a plurality of bar bent in horizontal directions are installed at regular intervals in front and rear sides and are fixed for thereby forming a structure, and a vinyl film is covered on the structure.
[4] The above vinyl house is widely used for making a lot of income in an agricultural village in winter. In recent years, a lot of damage occurs in a vinyl house due to a heavy snow.
[5] Namely, as a lot of snow falls, the falling snow is stacked and stacked on the top of a vinyl house, not sliding to the ground. So, a vinyl house has a lot of weight from the stacked snow. In this case, the structure formed of a plurality of bar does not tolerate the weight of stacked snow and is broken, so the vinyl house and agricultural corps in the vinyl are damaged. A farmer might suffer from such damages.
[6] In addition, when a lot of snow is stacked on the top of a vinyl house for a long time, sunshine transmitting into the vinyl house is blocked, which leads to influencing the plants growing in the vinyl house.
[7] So, a worker manually removes the snow stacked on the top of the vinyl house for thereby preventing a collapse of the vinyl house and the slow-down of agricultural crops. However, since it needs multiple workers, the above work cannot be actually performed due to the lack of workers.

Disclosure of Invention
Technical Solution
[9] Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a vinyl house which overcomes the problems found in the conventional art.
[10] It is another object of the present invention to provide a vinyl house which makes it possible to adjust a bar formed in a semicircular shape to have an inclined surface for thereby preventing snow from be stacked on the top of a vinyl house, and which is equipped with a snow stacking prevention function which can easily remove snow stacked.
[11] It is further another object of the present invention to provide a vinyl house which has a snow stacking prevention function for adjusting a bar of a vinyl house to have an inclined surface with a minimum number of workers.
[12] It is still further another object of the present invention to provide a vinyl house which has a snow stacking prevention function for automatically allowing a bar of a vinyl house to have an inclined surface.
[13] To achieve the above objects, in a vinyl house in which a semicircular bar 10 is arranged in a row, and a support bar 20 for maintaining a shape of the bar 10 is horizontally formed at both sides, and a vinyl film 30 is covered on an outer surface of the bar 10, there is provided a vinyl house characterized in that the bar 10 is divided in left, right and upper most end where the support bar 20 is placed, and the divided parts are hinged as being rotatable in upward and downward directions, and a length-adjustable support rod 40 is hinged on the upper most portion of the bar 10.
[14] The support rod 40 is divided into an upper support rod 40a and a lower support rod
40b each having a thread and connected by virtue of a bidirectional screw member 41, and the upper and lower support rods 40a and 40b are movable up and down in opposite directions.
[15] A connection bar 40 connected with each bidirectional screw member 41 is perpendicularly disposed in the support rod 40, and a worm gear 43 and a worm 44 are disposed in a contact portion of the bidirectional screw member 41 and the connection bar 50, so all bidirectional screw members 41 of the support rod 40 are horizontally rotatable by virtue of the rotation of the connection bar 50.
[16] The connection bar 50 is equipped with a handle 60 in its end.
[17] The connection bar 50 is equipped with a driving force source 70 and a driving force transfer part 71 at its end for rotating the connection bar 50.
[18]
Advantageous Effects
[19] The vinyl house having a snow stacking prevention function according to the present invention is basically configured that a bar has a sharp inclined surface in its semicircular portion by adjusting a length of a support rod for thereby preventing snow from being stacked on the top of a vinyl house while guiding the stacked snow to flow down to the ground along an inclined surface for thereby effectively removing snow. As the snow can be easily removed, it is possible to prevent a vinyl house from falling down due to the weight of snow. The damages to farmers can be reliably prevented since it is possible to prevent the retardation of vegetables which might occur as the radiation of sunshine into the vinyl house is blocked.
[20] In addition, the lengths of all the support rods can be adjusted at one time using the connection bar connected with each support rod, so an inclined surface can be adjusted with a minimum force, and an easier operation can be implemented by installing a handle or a driving force source in the connection bar.

[27]
Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[28] The embodiments of the present invention will be described in details with reference to the accompanying drawings. The present invention is not limited to the embodiments disclosed in the drawings.
[29] Figure 1 is a perspective view of a vinyl house according to the present invention.
Figure 2 is a front view for describing an operation state of Figure 1.
[30] As shown in the drawings, in a vinyl house in which a semicircular bar 10 is arranged in a row, and a support bar 20 for maintaining a shape of the bar 10 is horizontally formed at both sides, and a vinyl film 30 is covered on an outer surface of the bar 10, there is provided a vinyl house characterized in that the bar 10 is divided in left, right and upper most end where the support bar 20 is placed, and the divided parts are hinged as being rotatable in upward and downward directions, and a length-adjustable support rod 40 is hinged on the upper most portion of the bar 10.
[31] Here, the bar 10 is made of a flexible wire and consists of a first support member 11 and a second support member 12. One end of the first support member 11 is installed on the ground, and the other end of the same is equipped with a hinge hole for a hinge engagement with the second support member 12 and is hinged with the second support member 12 using a pin or the like. The first support member 11 and the second support member 12 , which are hinged in the same manner as the above, are symmetrically installed, so the second support member 12 being symmetrical with the second support member 12 is hinged in the top of the vinyl house in a semicircular shape.
[32] A support rod 40 being length-adjustable in its top is hinged with the second support member 12, 12 . Here, it is preferred that the length of the support rod 40 can be adjusted as the support rod 40 is connected to the upper and lower sides of a bidirectional screw member 41 with the support rod 40 being divided into an upper support rod 40a and a lower support rod 40b.
[33] An upper support rod 40a having a right hand screw is provided in the upper side of the bidirectional screw member 41, and a lower support rod 40b having a left hand screw is formed in its lower side. When the bidirectional screw member 41 is rotated, each support rod 40 is concurrently contracted or extended in an opposite direction for thereby fast adjusting the length.
[34] The lower support rod 40b is equipped with a support 42 in its lower end. When the support rod 40 is extended concurrently in the upward and downward directions, the lower support rod 40b, which is extended in a downward direction, can be prevented from being planted deep into the ground.
[35] In the vinyl house according to the present invention, as the bidirectional screw member 41 is rotated, when the upper and lower support rods 40a and 40b are moved up and down in the opposite directions, and are extended in the opposite directions, the second support member 12, 12 hinged with the support rod 40 is pushed up as the support rod 40 is extended, and the bar 10, which remains a semicircular shape, is exploded in max, while maintaining a certain arc shape, and finally had an inclined surface.
[36] As the bar 10 has an inclined surface, the snow can be prevented from being stacked on the top, and the stacked snow can fall down along an inclined surface. Since the snow is not stacked on the top of the vinyl house, the vinyl house does not collapse, and agriculture is not damaged, so the farmers are not damaged.
[37] Figure 3 is a perspective view according to another embodiment of the present invention. A connection bar 50 connected with a bidirectional screw member 41 is vertically provided in the top of the vinyl house. A worm gear 43 and a worm 44 are engaged in a contact portion of the bidirectional screw member 41 and the connection bar 50.
[38] The worm gear 43 and the worm 44 are engaged in an outer side of the bidirectional screw member 41. When the connection bar 509 is vertically rotated, the bidirectional screw member 41 rotates in a horizontal direction.
[39] The connection bar 50 is provided for connecting the bidirectional screw member 41 in a vinyl house. As the bidirectional screw member 41 is connected by virtue of the connection bar 50, all bidirectional screw members 41 of the support rod 40 can rotate concurrently, so it is possible to concurrently adjust the lengths of all support rods 40.
[40] A fixture 52 is provided in both sides of the connection bar 50 for fixing the bearing
51. The connection bar 50 is driven while being fixed in a specific position.
[41] A handle 60 is engaged at an end of the connection bar 50 for thereby easily manually rotating the connection bar 50. Since the lengths of all support rods 40 can be concurrently adjusted by virtue of the connection bar 60, the inclined surface of the bar 10 can be adjusted with a minimum force.
[42] However, during the manual operation, a lot of force and time are needed for rotating the handle 60 when it is frozen. An old man does not have a force enough to rotate the handle.
[43] Figure 4 is a perspective view illustrating another embodiment of the present invention.
[44] As shown therein, in the above-described vinyl house according to the present invention, there are provided a driving force source 70 for driving the connection bar 50, and a driving force transfer part 71 in the connection bar 50.
[45] Here, the driving force source 70 is formed of a motor or the like for automatically driving the connection bar. It is obvious that a control is provided for controlling the driving force source 70.
[46] The driving force transfer part 71 is configured to transfer the driving force from the driving force source 70 to the connection bar 50 or the like based on an engagement of a pulley and a belt, a sprocket and a chain or gears. Figure 3 shows a driving force transfer part 71 formed of a pulley and a belt.
[47] The vinyl house formed of a driving force source 70 and a driving force transfer part
71 is configured to transfer the driving force from the driving force source to the connection bar 50 through the driving force transfer part 71, so the connection bar 50 is automatically rotated. Even in a frozen weather, the connection bar 50 can rotate with smaller force, and the length of the support rod 40 can be adjusted within a shorter time, and an old and weak user can easily adjust the length of the support rod.
[48] As the present invention may be embodied in several forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof, it should also be understood that the above-described examples are not limited by any of the details of the foregoing description, unless otherwise specified, but rather should be construed broadly within its spirit and scope as defined in the appended claims, and therefore all changes and modifications that fall within the meets and bounds of the claims, or equivalences of such meets and bounds are therefore intended to be embraced by the appended claims.
