现有技术中,采用 sp/cp服务器将广告添加到移动终端访问的页面 内容里。 如广告通过 WAP ( Wireless Application Protoco , 无线应用协 议) 网站(sp/cp服务器)被添加到浏览页面中, 如图 1所示, 这里, 广告平台位于 WAP网站端, 主要包括以下步骤:
步骤 1 : 广告客户购买广告, 在广告平台内投放;
步骤 2: 用户终端通过 WAP网关访问 WAP网站, 向 WAP网站请求 访问的页面内容;
步骤 3: WAP网站接收用户终端请求, 将用户信息传送到广告平 步骤 4: 广告平台通过用户唯一身份标识符从用户数据库中查询 出用户的相关属性信息, 包括用户特点和兴趣爱好;
步骤 5: 根据该用户的相关属性信息, 广告平台从广告库中挑选 最匹配广告;
步骤 6: 广告平台将广告代码发送到 WAP网站端;
步骤 7: WAP网站将收到的上述广告代码添加到用户终端请求的 页面中,通过 WAP网关返回给终端,终端显示收到的添加了广告的页 面, 用户看到 WAP页面的同时也看到了广告。
在实现本发明的过程中, 发明人发现现有技术至少存在以下问 题:
现有技术中, 由于 WAP网站 (sp/cp服务器) 只能获得部分用户 的相关属性信息,如只能获得在 WAP网站上注册的有限的相关属性信 息。 另外, 每个 WAP网站也只能提供本地广告平台的广告, 很难为所 有用户提供个性化的广告。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种广告植入的方法、 系统和装置, 以实现能 够为用户推荐个性化广告, 增强广告投放的精确性。
本发明实施例提供的一种广告植入的系统, 包括:
无线网关,用于接收所述移动终端的浏览请求, 向 sp/cp服务器转 发所述请求,接收所述 sp/cp服务器返回的浏览页面, 并判断所述页面 是否可以植入广告, 如果可以, 获取广告选择匹配参数; 根据所述广 告选择匹配参数, 从广告平台获取待植入的广告, 并植入到所述页面 中, 向所述移动终端发送植入广告后的页面;
广告平台, 用于接收所述无线网关的匹配广告请求, 根据所述匹 配广告请求, 选择出待植入的广告, 将该广告内容返回给所述无线网 关。 本发明实施例提供的一种广告平台 ,包括广告存储数据库和广告 选择模块;
其中, 广告存储数据库, 用于存储所有候选广告及其广告属性信 息; 广告选择模块, 用于根据广告选择匹配参数与所述广告属性信息 匹配,从所述广告存储数据库选择出合适用户和适合用户终端能力的 广告。
本发明实施例提供的一种广告植入网关, 包括 sp管理模块以及 广告植入装置;
所述 sp管理模块,用于存储 sp/cp服务器是否同意在其发送的浏 览页面上植入广告的信息,并将浏览页面的 URL映射到 sp/cp服务器 以判断是否能够在所述浏览页面中植入广告;
所述广告植入装置, 与所述 sp管理模块相连, 用于通过 sp管理 模块判断所述浏览页面是否可植入广告, 在可植入广告情况下, 获取 所述浏览页面用户的广告选择匹配参数, 根据所述广告选择匹配参 数, 从广告平台获取待植入的广告, 并把所述广告植入到所述浏览页 面中。
本发明实施例提供的一种广告植入的方法, 包括以下步骤: 判断 sp/cp服务器返回的浏览页面是否可以植入广告;
如果可以, 获取所述浏览页面的广告选择匹配参数;
根据所述广告选择匹配参数, 获取待植入的广告;
将所述广告植入到所述浏览页面中。
与现有技术相比, 本发明实施例具有以下优点:
本发明实施例通过获取用户终端能力信息、页面内容属性信息和 用户的用户属性信息,以及广告针对用户被推荐次数信息等多种参数 选择广告, 根据这些信息作为选择广告的参数, 能更好地为用户提供 个性化的广告, 增加了广告投放的精确性, 增强了用户体验。 由于本 发明实施例中无线网关处将广告加入页面, 而不现定于某一个网站, 能为更多的用户提供个性化广告。 附图说明

本发明实施例中, 由于无线网关是位于运营商处的设备, 能够获 得丰富的广告选择匹配参数,如可以包括通过获取包括用户签约获得 所有用户的用户标识、用户移动终端的终端能力信息以及通过对用户 访问页面分析获得的页面内容属性信息。无线网关根据广告选择匹配 参数选择适合用户的个性化广告, 并植入到浏览页面, 再将其发送给 移动终端。 这里的无线网关包括 WAP GW ( Wireless Application Protocol Gateway, 无线应用协议网关)、 增强 GGSN ( Gate GPRS Supporting Node, GPRS网关支持节点)、 独立综合网关等设备。
本发明实施例一提供一个广告植入的系统, 其中无线网关以 WAP GW为例, 如图 2所示, 系统主要包括 sp/cp服务器 11、 移动终 端 12、 广告平台 13和 WAP GW14。 其中, sp/cp服务器 11主要为用 户提供内容或服务, 并以浏览网页的形式发送给 WAP GW14; 移动 终端 12为用户用来接入 WAP GW14的设备。
广告平台 13: 主要用于广告的存储和广告的选择, 接收 WAP GW14的匹配广告请求, 根据匹配广告请求, 匹配选择出待植入的广 告, 并将该广告内容返回给 WAP GW14。 广告平台 13可以和 WAP GW14网关可以位于同一物理实体中,也可以分布在不同的物理实体 中。 广告平台 13主要包括广告存储数据库 131及广告选择模块 132 两部分。 其中:
广告存储数据库 131 , 用于存储所有的广告及其广告属性信息, 每一个广告被赋予一个唯一的编号, 广告之间通过编号来区分。
本发明实施例中,广告属性信息表征广告在内容或表现形式上的 特征, 如广告的主题、 形式、 大小等。 广告的主题指广告内容所涉及 或体现的主题, 如 IT、 房地产、 汽车、 图书音像、 办公用品、 教育 培训、 旅游健身、 商业服务等; 广告的形式是指广告的外在特征或传 播、 表现形式, 如通栏广告、 流媒体、 走马灯式对话框、 浮动图标、 弹出窗口等; 广告的大小可为广告的尺寸。 广告存储数据库 131从多 个维度来记录描述一个广告, 如表 1所示:

WAP GW14: 用于接收移动终端 12的浏览请求, 将请求内容转 换为 Internet (国际互联网 )协议并和 Internet上的各个 sp/cp服务器 11通信; 当收到 sp/cp服务器 11返回的浏览页面后, 对页面进行协 议解析、 终端适配、 语言转换、 协议转换等操作。 并判断页面是否可 以植入广告,在页面可植入广告的情况下,获取用户的终端能力信息; 根据终端能力信息, 向广告平台 13发送匹配广告请求, 并把广告平 台 13 匹配选择出的广告植入到浏览页面中, 最后将经过处理的浏览 页面发送给移动终端 12。
其中, 移动终端 12通过 WAP GW14访问 sp/cp服务器 11 , 请求 浏览页面。 移动终端 12、 WAP GW14和 sp/cp服务器 11之间的交互 如图 3所示, 主要有以下步骤:
步骤 1 : 移动终端 12向 WAP GW14发送 WAP浏览请求, 该请 求中包含请求浏览页面的 URL以及移动终端 12相关信息,如终端用 户标识、 终端型号和筒单的终端能力信息等;
步骤 2: WAP GW14对移动终端发送来的 URL请求进行协议转 换, 并发送给 sp/cp服务器 11;
步骤 3: sp/cp服务器 11根据 WAP GW14发送来的 URL请求进 行处理, 并将请求的页面内容返回给 WAP GW;
步骤 4: WAP GW14接收 sp/cp服务器 11返回的浏览页面, 对页 面进行协议解析、 语言转换、 内容适配、 协议转换、 广告植入、 协议 转换等处理; 其中, 语言转换、 内容适配和广告植入等处理没有固定 的先后顺序。
步骤 5: WAP GW14将处理后的页面发送给移动终端。
为了实现上述步骤 4中对页面进行处理的功能, WAP GW14包 括终端能力库 141、 sp管理模块 142、广告植入装置 143和协议解析、 语言转换、 内容适配和协议转换等功能模块。 其中:
终端能力库 141 , 用于存储各种不同类型终端的终端能力信息, 这些终端能力信息按照终端型号来存储。
终端能力信息可以用多种方式获取, 如: 1 )用户移动终端 12给 出的 UAProf ( User Agent Profile, 用户代理特征描述)文件的 URL 地址, 获得终端能力信息并存储; 2 )手动收集存储各种类型终端的 能力信息, 不断补充完善, 由人工维护。 移动终端 12 在访问 WAP GW14时, 会自动上报终端型号和其筒单的终端能力信息, 根据上报 的终端型号可以在终端能力库 141中查询到更详细的终端能力信息。
sp管理模块 142,用于存储 sp/cp服务器 11是否同意在其发送的 浏览页面上植入广告的信息,并将浏览页面的 URL映射到 sp/cp服务 器 11以判断是否能够在该页面上植入广告, 如表 2所示:

协议解析模块 144用于对接收到的浏览页面进行协议解析,获得 页面的 URL、 脚本信息及内容信息等; 语言转换模块 145用于获得 协议解析后的页面内容, 按照标记语言之间的转换规则, 将浏览页面 转换成终端可以识别的标记语言来描述, 例如从 HTML ( Hypertext Markup Language , 超文本标记语言) 转换到无线标记语言 WML ( Wireless Markup Language, 无线标记语言;); 内容适配模块 146用 于获得无线标记语言描述的浏览页面, 根据终端型号从终端能力库 141中获取终端能力信息并对页面进行内容适配, 例如将终端不能识 别的图片类型转换成终端可以识别的类型,将适配后的页面和终端能 力信息返回给广告植入装置 143; 协议转换模块 147完成无线网络和 internet 网络之间的协议转换, 将经过处理的浏览页面转换成无线网 络上的协议表示。
相应地, WAP GW14接收 sp/cp服务器 11返回的浏览页面, 首 先对浏览页面数据进行解析, 其次对浏览页面进行语言转换、 内容适 配、 植入广告等处理, 最后经过协议转换后发送给移动终端 12。 语 言转换、 内容适配和植入广告等处理没有固定的先后顺序, 一种情况 是先经过语言转换和内容适配, 再植入广告, 具体的流程为:
A )协议解析模块 144对接收到的浏览页面数据进行协议解析, 获得页面的 URL、 脚本信息及内容信息;
B )语言转换模块 145获得协议解析后的页面内容, 按照标记语 言之间的转换规则,将浏览页面转换成终端可以识别的标记语言来描 述, 例如从 HTML转换到无线标记语言 WML;
C ) 内容适配模块 146获得无线标记语言描述的浏览页面, 根据 终端型号从终端能力库 141 中获取终端能力信息并对页面进行内容 适配, 例如将终端不能识别的图片类型转换成终端可以识别的类型, 将适配后的页面和终端能力信息返回给广告植入装置 143;
D )广告植入装置 143获得内容适配后的浏览页面, 根据页面中 的标记或 URL判断是否可以添加广告, 若可以, 则向广告平台 13请 求获得广告, 将广告代码添加到浏览页面的标记语言描述中, 若不需 要则直接进行下一步;
E )协议转换模块 147完成无线网络和 internet网络之间的协议转 换, 将经过处理的浏览页面转换成无线网络上的协议表示;
F ) WAP GW14将添加了广告的浏览页面发送给移动终端 12。 还有一种情况是, 页面经过协议解析后, 先进行广告植入, 再进 行内容适配和语言转换。
本发明第二个实施例提供了另一种广告植入的系统, 如图 4 所 示, 本实施例中, WAP GW14根据 sp/cp服务器 11发送给用户的浏 览页面的属性进行广告的推荐, 选择与浏览页面内容属性相关的、 并 适合用户终端能力的广告。 与第一个实施例相比, 系统增加了内容分 析装置 15 , 且广告平台 13的功能也得到扩展。
其中, 内容分析装置 15 , 用于接收 WAP GW14发送的内容分析 请求,请求中包含已解析的浏览页面;然后对页面内容进行属性分析, 获取页面内容属性信息, 并返回给 WAP GW14。 WAP GW14还用于 把页面内容属性信息携带在向广告平台 13发送的匹配请求中。 图 4 中所示只是内容分析装置 15与 WAP GW14的逻辑关系,在物理存在 上, 内容分析装置 15可以独立于 WAP GW14之外, 也可以集成到 WAP GW14中, 作为其内在的功能模块。

表 3 相应地, 根据广告存储数据库 131 的扩展功能, 广告选择模块 132, 在选择广告时, 用于首先获取终端能力信息和页面内容属性信 息, 然后用终端能力信息与广告的外在属性信息相匹配, 用页面内容 属性信息与广告的内在属性信息相匹配, 选择出待植入的广告。 终端 能力信息的获取和第一个实施例相似。 页面属性信息的获取, 通过两 种方式:一种是 WAP GW14首先向内容分析装置 15请求页面内容分 析, 在获得页面属性信息后, 再向广告平台 13请求获得广告, 请求 中包含页面属性信息和终端能力信息; 另一种是 WAP GW直接向广 告平台 13请求获得广告,请求中包含终端能力信息和浏览页面内容, 再由广告平台 13向内容分析装置 15请求内容分析。
其他功能模块与第一实施例相似, 不再赘述。
本发明第三个实施例提供另一种广告植入的系统, 如图 5所示, WAP GW14根据用户的用户属性进行广告的推荐, 选择与用户属性 相关的、 并适合用户终端能力的广告, 与第一个实施例和第二实施例 相比, 系统增加了用户属性信息库 16, 且广告平台 13的功能也得到 扩展。
用户属性信息库 16, 用于存储用户属性信息, 供 WAP GW14根 据用户唯一身份标识查询用户属性信息。
图 5中所示只是用户属性信息库 16与 WAP GW14的逻辑关系, 在物理存在上, 用户属性信息库 16可以独立于 WAP GW14之外, 也 可以集成到 WAP GW14中, 作为其内在的功能模块。
相应地,广告平台 13的广告存储数据库 131和广告选择模块 132 的每部分的功能也有所改变。
广告存储数据库 131 , 除了用于记录广告的外在特性和内在特性 夕卜,还用于记录每个用户曾经被推荐过的广告及每个广告被推荐给该 用户的次数, 即用户广告记录, 如表 4:

表 4 表示用户 "0123456780" 被推荐过的广告有 "**1、 **2 " , 其被推荐给该用户的次数分别为 "3、 2 "。 最后一项 "new recommended"记录广告平台 13最近推荐给用户的广告, 而且该广告 还没有被 WAP GW14取走, 当该广告被发送给 WAP GW14后, 该项 的值为空。
广告选择模块 132, 在选择广告时, 还用于根据用户属性信息和 用户广告记录从广告存储数据库 131中选择出合适的广告。
其他功能模块与第一实施例相似, 不再赘述。
此外, 在广告植入的系统中, 内容分析装置 15和用户属性信息 库 16可同时存在, 也可分别与第一实施例的系统组合存在。 总之, 本发明系统实施例中, WAP GW14通过判断浏览页面是 否可植入广告, 获取广告选择匹配参数, 选择适合用户终端能力显示 和用户属性特点以及和浏览页面相关的广告,增加了广告投放的精确 性, 增强了用户体验。
本发明第四个实施例提供了一种广告植入的方法, 本实施例中,
WAP GW接收 sp/cp服务器返回的浏览页面, 并对页面进行协议解析 等处理后, 判断页面是否可以植入广告, 若可以, 则请求获取广告, 将相应广告代码添加到浏览页面的标记语言描述中。 如图 6所示, 详 细步骤如下:
步骤 401: 接收移动终端访问请求, 向 sp/cp服务器转发所述请 求, 并接收 sp/cp服务器返回的浏览页面, 判断页面是否可以植入广 告.
本步骤可以具体为,判断页面中是否有植入广告的标记,如 "<P> 广告位置<^>, 如果有, 则可以植入广告; 如果没有, 则判断根据对 页面进行协议解析获得的页面的 URL是否属于可以植入广告 URL列 表, 如果是, 则可以植入广告。 WAP GW本地存储了 sp/cp是否同意 在其发送的浏览页面上植入广告的信息, 可将浏览页面的 URL映射 到 sp/cp以判断是否能够在该页面上植入广告, 如表 5所示:

步骤 402: 如果页面可以植入广告, 发送匹配广告请求, 匹配请 求中可携带广告选择匹配参数。
本步骤中, 可首先获取用户的终端能力信息, 并把终端能力信息 携带在匹配广告请求中。 由于移动终端在访问 WAP GW时, 会自动 上报终端型号和其筒单的终端能力信息,终端能力信息的获取可根据 终端型号和其筒单的终端能力信息, 在终端能力库中查询得到。
步骤 403: 广告平台接收匹配广告请求, 根据终端能力信息进行 匹配, 选择待植入的广告;
本步骤中, 根据终端能力信息进行匹配, 选择出的能够被用户终 端识别和显示的广告。广告平台将终端能力信息与其存储的广告的广 告属性信息进行一一映射,要求广告属性必须在用户终端能力范围之 内。 如终端能力信息中, 终端 "screensize"给出终端屏幕的尺寸, 要 求广告的长度及宽度都不能超过终端屏幕的长度及宽度, "software" 对广告的形式提出要求, 终端是否支持图片、 音频、 java等决定了广 告是否可以采用相应的形式。
这里结合前面实施例已有的终端能力文件(一个手机的终端能力 XML语言描述), 用 XML语言描述, 给出为用户选择终端匹配广告 的实施例, 例如包括步骤:
1 )判断广告的长度及宽度是否小于终端屏幕大小, 若是, 则进 行下一步判断, 否则结束对该广告的判断而开始对下一个广告的判 断;
2 )判断广告中包含的图片是否是终端支持的 jpeg或 gif等类型, 判断其文字是否是终端支持的 ess类型; 若该广告符合终端要求, 则 将该广告加入到匹配广告集之中。
按照此方法依次候选广告进行选择,在最后选出的匹配广告集中 按照某种规则为用户推荐一个广告 (可选)。 这种规则包括根据时间 段、 页面属性信息、 用户属性信息及针对用户的或某条广告的最大推 荐次数等选择广告, 在后面实施例将给出详细说明。
另外,在步骤 402中,匹配广告请求也可以不携带终端能力信息。 广告平台接收匹配广告请求后,可以根据请求中携带的用户终端型号 或筒单的终端能力信息, 查询完整的终端能力信息。
步骤 404: 广告平台向 WAP GW发回待植入广告;
步骤 405: 把待植入广告植入到页面中。
本步骤具体为, 根据广告位置匹配策略, 将所述待植入广告植入 到所述用户访问的页面中, 生成新的包含所述广告的页面。 确定广告 在页面中的位置包括但不限于下面两种匹配策略: 确定广告在 WAP页面中的位置有两种匹配策略:
1 )根据页面脚本中的广告标记确定所述广告植入位置, 该位置 可以为页面提供者(如 sp/cp服务器)指定广告在页面中的位置。 WAP GW向 sp/cp服务器发送浏览请求时,要求 sp/cp服务器在返回的浏览 页面中为广告预留一个位置。 sp/cp服务器根据与 WAP GW约定的规 则, 在浏览页面的标记语言描述中植入一段广告标记, 根据此标记将 广告植入到该位置。
2 )根据本地设定的策略, 确定所述广告植入位置。 如根据广告 形式和 /或页面设置广告植入位置的策略。 如根据广告形式的不同而 确定植入的位置, 参看表 6:

那么经过将图 7(b)所示的内容植入到图 7(a)中后, 页面显示为图 7(c), 即为发送给用户的页面。 若浏览页面用 WML语言描述, 植入 广告的方法与上述方法相同, 只是语言规则不一样。
本实施例中, 通过选择适合用户终端显示的广告, 把广告植入用 户请求的网页中, 实现了广告植入。
本发明第四个实施例提供了另一种广告植入的方法,和第四个实 施例不同的是, 在第四个实施例步骤 403中, 广告平台在选择待植入 广告时, 同时还用待植入广告页面的页面属性信息作为匹配选择广告 的条件。
页面内容属性信息可以通过 WAP GW请求对页面的内容进行分 析得到, 一般可在步骤 402中携带在发送的匹配广告请求中, 也可在 广告平台收到匹配广告请求后,由广告平台请求对页面的内容进行分 析得到。 页面内容属性信息可以包含页面内容的主题、 类型等, 可以 为反映这些因素的关键词。对内容属性纬度的划分需要与广告属性信 息对应, 以便于对广告的匹配, 选择出匹配度高的广告。
为此, 候选广告的广告属性信息, 可以分为外在属性信息和内在 属性信息。
这样在 403步骤中,用广告属性信息与终端能力的匹配为用广告 外在属性与用户终端能力的匹配;还用广告内在属性与页面内容属性 匹配, 可以应用已有的匹配度计算方法, 如基于向量空间的内积法、 夹角余弦法、欧几里德距离法等,然后选择出满足匹配度要求的广告。
可以先根据终端能力选择出一部分广告,再在这部分广告中选择 出与页面内容属性匹配的广告; 或者与该顺序相反; 或者各自根据内 容属性信息和终端能力存储模块选择出两部分广告,再选择两者的交 集。
根据页面内容属性信息选择出最匹配的广告,以内积法为计算匹 配度的参考方法。
首先, 建立浏览页面向量和广告向量, 向量的每一项为页面内容 属性。 根据对页面进行内容属性分析, 如浏览页面图 7(a)的属性项为 "主题"、 "类型", 则向量的项为 (主题, 类型)。 对该页面的向量, 其每一项的值为 1 , 对应的向量表示为 (1 1 )。 对广告向量, 可将广 告属性信息的每一项与页面内容属性进行比较,属性相同的项的值设 为 "1" , 不同属性则设为 "0" , 如表 3中广告 "001" 的 "主题" 与 页面内容属性相同,而 "类型"项则不同, 因此,其向量表示为(1 0 ), 那么广告 "002" 的向量表示为 (1 0 ), 广告 "003" 的向量表示为 (0 0 )。
其次, 用页面向量与广告向量进行内积计算, 得到广告与页面内 容的匹配程度, 即

再从这两条广告中选择出适合终端能力信息的。
另外, 本实施例和第四个实施例的步骤中, 广告平台在选择待植 入广告时, 同时还用用户的用户属性信息作为匹配选择广告的参数。 用户属性信息可以由 WAP GW根据用户唯一身份标识查询获取, 并 携带在发送给广告平台的匹配广告请求中;也可由广告平台在接收到 匹配广告请求后, 根据请求中携带的用户唯一身份标识查询获取。 相 应地, 广告属性信息中也可包含用来与用户属性信息相匹配的信息。 该用户唯一身份标识可以是运营商为用户分配的 MSISDN (Mobile Station International ISDN Number, 移动台国际 ISDN 号码)或 IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity , 国际移动用户识别码), 也可 以是 WAP GW和用户属性信息库、 广告平台之间自定义的用户标识 符号。每一个用户唯一身份标识符号对应于一个用户, 用户之间通过 该标识符号来区分。
用户属性信息可以包括用户个人基本身份信息、偏好信息以及上下文 信息等。 用户个人基本身份信息可以包含用户性别、 年龄、 归属地、 职业、 终端型号等, 偏好信息包含用户感兴趣的类别、 主题等, 上下 文信息可以包括地理位置信息等。 如表 8所示:

选择匹配度最高的广告, 即广告 "003", 这是根据用户属性信息 选择出的广告。
上述方法选择了与用户属性信息最匹配的广告 "003", 这种方法 有可能导致在较长一段时间里都只为用户推荐广告 "003" 的情况, 为了避免始终给用户推荐相同的广告, 可以采用如下方法:
1) 广告平台
并不只选择匹配度最高的广告, 而是定义一个匹配度阈值, 例如
1, 所有匹配度大于该阈值 1的广告都被选择, 并组成一个按匹配度 由高到低顺序存储的匹配广告集, 那么用户 "0123456781" 的匹配广 告集为 "003, 002, 001"。 2 )按存储顺序取出广告集中的广告, 并判断是否曾经被推荐给 用户。 首先判断广告 "003" 是否曾经被推荐给用户 "0123456781" , 到用户 "0123456781"对应的用户广告记录中查询该广告, 如果没有 查询到该广告, 则将广告 "003 " 存入到用户广告记录中的 "new recommended" 项; 如果查询到该广告, 则转入下一步判断。
3 )判断广告被推荐次数是否小于规定的阈值。 如果定义被推荐 次数的阈值为 5 , 且在用户 "0123456781" 的用户广告记录中查询到 广告 "003" 被推荐的次数为 4, 则经过判断后将广告 "003" 存入到 用户广告记录中的 "new recommended" 项; 如果查询到广告 "003" 被推荐的次数为 5 , 经过判断, 该广告不能继续被推荐, 因此回到匹 配广告集中选出 "003" 后面的一个广告, 即广告 "002" , 并重复上 面的步骤直到为用户选择出一个匹配的广告。
为了降低广告匹配过程对整个业务响应时间的影响,提高用户的 访问效率,本实施例中为用户匹配广告的过程可以不包含在用户浏览 业务的整个流程中,即广告平台可以先^^据用户属性信息和终端能力 库为用户匹配广告, 并将选择的广告存储在用户广告记录的 "new recommended"项中。 当 WAP GW向广告平台请求广告时, 可直接根 据用户身份标识符号获取用户广告记录的 "new recommended" 项添 加到浏览页面中。
广告平台在两种情况下为用户匹配广告:
A. 用户对应的 "new recommended" 项为空时, 广告平台可发 送请求到用户属性信息库以获得用户的属性信息,该请求中包含用户 的唯一身份标识; 广告平台根据用户属性信息选择出合适的广告, 并 将广告编号存储在用户的 "new recommended" 项。
B. 到达一个固定的时间周期后, 广告平台可主动为用户推荐新 的广告, 以解决用户属性信息改变或广告数据改变, 而 " new recommended" 项的值还是这个周期之前被推荐的广告的问题。 这个 时间周期是系统定义的时间长度, 可以用小时、 天、 月等来表示, 从 用户 "new recommended" 值确定的时间开始计算, 当超过这个时间 周期后, WAP GW还没有取走该广告, 则广告平台要求为该用户重 新推荐广告。
这样,通过预先选择广告和根据用户曾经被推荐过的广告以及每 个广告被选择推荐给该用户的次数选择广告,提高了广告选择的及时 性和效率。
总之, 本发明实施例通过获取用户终端能力信息、 页面内容属性 信息和用户的用户属性信息,以及广告针对用户被推荐次数信息等多 种参数选择广告, 能更好地为用户提供个性化的广告, 增加了广告投 放的精确性, 增强了用户体验。 由于本发明实施例中无线网关处将广 告加入页面, 而不现定于某一个网站, 能为更多的用户提供个性化广 告。 脱离本发明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于 本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些 改动和变型在内。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解 到本发明可以通过硬件实现,也可以可借助软件加必要的通用硬件平 台的方式来实现。基于这样的理解, 本发明的技术方案可以以软件产 品的形式体现出来, 该软件产品可以存储在一个非易失性存储介质
(可以是 CD-ROM, U盘, 移动硬盘等) 中, 包括若干指令用以使 得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机, 服务器, 或者网络设备等) 执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。

1、 一种广告植入的系统, 其特征在于, 包括无线网关和广告平 台 - 所述无线网关, 用于接收所述移动终端的浏览请求, 向 sp/cp服 务器转发所述请求, 接收所述 sp/cp服务器返回的浏览页面, 并判断 所述页面是否可以植入广告, 如果可以, 获取广告选择匹配参数; 根 据所述广告选择匹配参数, 从广告平台获取待植入的广告, 并植入到 所述页面中, 向所述移动终端发送植入广告后的页面;
所述广告平台, 用于接收所述无线网关的匹配广告请求, 根据所 述匹配广告请求, 选择出待植入的广告, 将该广告内容返回给所述无 线网关。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于, 还包括: 内容分析装置,用于接收所述无线网关发送的对所述页面进行内 容分析的请求, 根据所述请求, 对所述页面内容进行属性分析, 获取 页面内容属性信息, 并返回给无线网关;

所述 sp管理模块,用于存储 sp/cp服务器是否同意在其发送的浏 览页面上植入广告的信息,并将浏览页面的 URL映射到 sp/cp服务器 以判断是否能够在所述浏览页面中植入广告;
所述广告植入装置, 与所述 sp管理模块相连, 用于通过 sp管理 模块判断所述浏览页面是否可植入广告, 在可植入广告情况下, 获取 所述浏览页面用户的广告选择匹配参数, 根据所述广告选择匹配参 数, 从广告平台获取待植入的广告, 并把所述广告植入到所述浏览页 面中。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的网关, 其特征在于, 还包括终端能力 库, 用于存储各种不同类型终端的终端能力信息;

判断 sp/cp服务器返回的浏览页面是否可以植入广告;
如果可以, 获取所述浏览页面的广告选择匹配参数;
根据所述广告选择匹配参数, 获取待植入的广告;
将所述广告植入到所述浏览页面中。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述判断 sp/cp 服务器返回的浏览页面是否可以植入广告之前还包括:
接收移动终端访问请求, 并向 sp/cp服务器转发所述请求。
12、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 将所述广告植入 到所述浏览页面中之后还包括:
向移动终端发送植入广告后的浏览页面。
13、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述判断所述浏 览页面是否可以植入广告的步骤具体为:判断所述浏览页面中是否有 可植入广告的标记, 如果有, 则可以植入广告; 或
判断所述浏览页面的 URL是否属于可以植入广告的 URL列表,如 果是, 则可以植入广告。
14、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述广告选择匹 配参数包括用户的终端能力信息;

18、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将所述广告 植入到所述浏览页面中具体包括: 根据广告位置匹配策略, 将所述待 植入广告植入到所述浏览页面中, 生成新的包含所述广告的页面。
19、 根据权利要求 18所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述广告位置匹 配策略为:
根据页面脚本中的广告标记确定所述广告植入位置; 或 根据本地设定的策略, 确定所述广告植入位置。
