Abstract

The present invention relates to a stable pharmaceutical composition of duloxetine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, comprising (a) a core comprising duloxetine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients; (b) one or more layers consisting essentially of a film forming polymer(s) and an alkalinizer and optionally other pharmaceutically acceptable excipients, on the core; and (c) an enteric coat on the said one or more layers.
