自动加温型输血输液挤压装置 技术领域
本发明是有关一种方便携带的自动控制、 自动压挤输血输液装置, 特 别是关于一种自动加温型输血输液挤压装置。 背景技术
目前国内外医疗仍广泛使用悬挂式输液 (血) 方式, 主要是利用高位 压差原理, 但使用上并不便利。 虽然也有免吊式输液(血)器的使用, 但至 今仍未被广泛接受, 其原因在于这些新技术有的太复杂、有的使用不便、有 的太笨重携带不便、 有的则是价格太高患者不易接受。
中国台湾新型专利 M254221 「便携式自动控制、 自动压挤输血输液器」 已揭示一种便携式自动控制、 自动压挤输血输液器, 由于其通过盒盖及盒体 内弹性加压板及弹簧组的设置产生的挤压结构,使患者可以在任何环境空间 的限制下, 便利地输血或输液。
然而, 上述结构在实际使用时, 因输血或输液会因为温度因素影响输 送状态, 尤其是在寒冷的地区, 容易因温度过低而使得输血输液不够顺利, 甚至导致输液袋中的血液或点滴液(例如生理食盐水、 葡萄糖水)凝结; 亦 或是欲维持血液或输入液长时间处于一恒温时,以现有技术的装置结构是无 法达成的。
有鉴于此, 本发明提出一种自动加温型输血输液挤压装置, 以突破现 有技术的限制。 发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种自动加温型输血输液挤压装置, 其具有免吊 架、 结构简单、 价格低与操作简单、 重量轻、 携带方便等特性之外, 更同时 增设一加温导热装置来维持输液袋中的血液或点滴液保持一个温度,使其应 用更为广泛, 不再受到环境的因素, 进而使患者能在任何环境下以站姿、坐 姿、 卧姿甚至在行走中进行输血或输液。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种自动加温型输血输液挤压装置, 其增加 有蜂鸣器, 当输血输液接近结束时, 上、下盒体内的二加压板相互触碰时会 触动蜂鸣器, 以产生鸣叫声,提醒病患或医护人员输液袋中的血液或点滴液 已输送完毕。
本发明的上述目的可通过如下技术方案来实现, 一种自动加温型输血 输液挤压装置, 包括:
一可开阖的盒体, 包含上盒体与下盒体, 在该上盒体内设有多个上弹 性元件与连接于所述上弹性元件的上加压板,且于该下盒体内设有多个下弹 性元件与连接于所述下弹性元件的下加压板, 以提供容置加压一输液袋; 以 及
一加温导热装置, 设置于该下盒体内且位于该下加压板下方, 以供加 温该输液袋。 附图说明

图 1为本发明的立体结构示意图, 图 2为本发明的结构分解图, 请同 时参阅图 1、 2所示, 本发明的自动加温型输血输液挤压装置 1包括有一可 开阖的盒体 10,该盒体 10包含上盒体 12与下盒体 14,上盒体 12的一侧通 过一合页 16连接至下盒体 14, 另一侧则利用一扣接开关 18能扣接至该下 盒体 14上, 以利用按钮 20控制扣接开关开启。 在上盒体 12内表面设有多 个弹簧轴 22,每个弹簧轴 22上安装有一作为上弹性元件使用的弹簧 24,一 上加压板 26 上相对位置亦设有多个弹簧轴 (图中未示) 使得上加压板 26 可安装于该弹簧 24上而在上盒体 12内移动; 另外, 在下盒体 14内表面设 有多个弹簧轴 28,每个弹簧轴 28上安装有一作为下弹性元件使用的弹簧 30, 一下加压板 32 上相对位置亦设有多个弹簧轴 (图中未示), 使得下加压板 32可安装于该弹簧 30上而在下盒体 14内移动; 其中, 上加压板 26的一侧 利用作为固定元件的螺丝钉 34固定在上盒体 12上, 另一侧则利用上盒体 12的二个角内处则各设有三角形限位片 36, 使上加压板 26定位; 同理, 下 加压板 32的一侧利用螺丝钉 38固定在下盒体 14上, 另一侧则利用下盒体 14的二个角内处则各设有三角形限位片 40,使下加压板 32定位, 以通过上 盒体 12及其内的上加压板 26以及下盒体 14及其内的下加压板 32来容置加 压一输液袋 42。 其中, 下加压板 32表面更可涂布一导热层或是直接由导热 材质组成, 以增加其传热效果。
在下盒体 14内且位于下加压板 32下方更设有一加温导热装置 44, 以 供加温输液袋 42; 请同时参阅图 3及图 4所示, 此加温导热装置 42包括一 条以上的导热片 46位于下加压板 32下表面上, 图中是以二条导热片 46为 例, 且导热片 46—端设有一导电垫 48, 以供连接至一电源 50, 使导热片 46通电产生热, 以透过下加压板 32的传导对输液袋 42加温, 以及一开关 52连接于导电垫 48与电源 50之间, 控制电源导通与否, 以及一热源开关 54位于下加压板 32下表面, 当温度过高时, 例如超过 50度, 会自动跳电, 达到自动控制温度效果。并有一指示灯 56显示此加温导热装置 44是否为开 启或关闭状态。 当然, 此加温导热装置 44可为选用功能, 依使用者的需求 或是所处环境来选择最合适的温度。
再者, 在上加压板 26与下加压板 32之间更设有一触控式蜂鸣器 58, 图中所示的安装位置是位于下加压板 32上且突出下加压板 32外,当上加压 板 26与下加压板 32接触到时会触动该蜂鸣器 58动作。
请同时参阅图 5所示, 为方便患者使用, 更设计有一背带 60, 其一端 装设于上盒体 12的一侧, 另一端装设于下盒体 14的另一侧, 使用时, 患者 利用背带 60能斜背整个自动加温型输血输液挤压装置, 此时进行输液或输 血的手臂即可直接放置于上盒体 12上。并在上盒体 12上更可设有一滴壶夹 62, 用以固定滴壶。
本发明在使用时, 将按钮 20向内压, 上、 下盒体 12、 14可自动打开, 将输液袋 42置于上、 下加压板 26、 32之间, 用手压上盒盖 12, 二盒体 12、 14会自动由扣接开关 18卡合锁住, 将图 6所示的输液管组 64的插针 66插 入输液袋 42颈内, 将双管式滴壶 74置于滴壶夹 62内, 就可进行输液或输 血。 其中, 输液管组 64的结构除了插针 66和双管式滴壶 74之外, 亦包括 一空气过滤器 68、 一血液过滤器 70、 一调节器 72、 一调节器 76、 一注药器 78及一静脉针 80依次相连接。 由于本发明的二加压板 26、 32的压力设置 是大于人体压力, 因此当施予输液袋 42—作用力时, 即可自动进行输液或 输血; 当输液袋 42内液体压挤完时, 二加压板 26、 32相互碰触时会触动蜂 鸣器 58, 然后就会产生鸣叫声, 提醒病患或医护人员压挤盒内的点滴液或 血液已输送完毕, 因此可有效避免输入空气或血液逆流的情形发生。
再者, 如图 7所示的本发明的急救箱中物件配置示意图, 急救箱 86中 的物件, 包含此自动加温型输血输液挤压装置 1、 输液袋 82及各种急救物 品 84, 例如剪刀、 镊子、 棉花棒、 橡皮管、 纱布、 手套等组装成的携带式 急救箱。
因此, 本发明不但具有免吊架、 结构简单、 价格低与操作简单、 重量 轻、携带方便等的优点之外,更同时增设一加温导热装置来维持输液袋中的 血液或点滴液保持一个温度, 使其应用更为广泛, 不再受到环境的因素, 进 而使患者能在任何环境下以站姿、坐姿、卧姿甚至在行走中进行输血或输液。 更利用蜂鸣器的设计, 当输血输液接近结束时, 可产生鸣叫声, 提醒病患或 医护人员输液袋中的血液或点滴液已输送完毕。
以上所述的实施例仅为说明本发明的技术思想及特点, 其目的在使本 领域技术人员能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,当不能以之限定本发明的 专利范围, 即大凡依本发明所揭示的精神所作的均等变化或修饰,仍应涵盖 在本发明的专利范围内。

一加温导热装置, 设置于该下盒体内且位于该下加压板下方, 以供加 温该输液袋。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的自动加温型输血输液挤压装置, 其特征是, 该 上盒体的一侧通过一合页连接至该下盒体,另一侧则利用一扣接开关扣接至 该下盒体上。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的自动加温型输血输液挤压装置, 其特征是, 该 上弹性元件和该下弹性元件为弹簧。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的自动加温型输血输液挤压装置, 其特征是, 在 该下盒体内表面与下加压板上均设有弹簧轴,且在该上盒体内表面与上加压 板上亦设有弹簧轴, 以供安装该弹簧。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的自动加温型输血输液挤压装置, 其特征是, 该 下加压板上更可涂布一导热层。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的自动加温型输血输液挤压装置, 其特征是, 该 下加压板由导热材质组成。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的自动加温型输血输液挤压装置, 其特征是, 该 加温导热装置包括一条以上的导热片以及一开关,该导热片位于该下加压板 下表面上, 且该导热片一端设有一导电垫, 以供连接至一电源, 使该导热片 产生热, 该开关用于控制该电源导通与否。
