Abstract

Ein Feldgerät der Prozessautomatisierungstechnik, mit einer Schnittstelle zum Anschluss eines Feldbusses, umfasst einen Zeitgeber zur Erzeugung eines Zeitsignals sowie ein Steuermodul, das dazu ausgelegt ist, eine vom Feldbus aus programmierbare Startzeit einer Messung mit dem Zeitsignal zu vergieichen, bei Übereinstimmung die Messung zu starten, und ein Messergebnis der Messung unter einer vom Feldbus aus auslesbaren Adresse abzulegen.
