Abstract
L'invention vise à éliminer l'opération de coupe et de décharge à partir du capuchon d'une extrudeuse utilisable pour la formation d'un élément en caoutchouc par réduction du caoutchouc restant à la pointe du capuchon au moment de la coupe d'un caoutchouc extrudé à partir du capuchon de l'extrudeuse. Du caoutchouc en forme de ruban (G) est formé de façon continue par extrusion de caoutchouc à partir du capuchon (11) d'une extrudeuse (10), collé à un support tournant (2) par des moyens de collage (20) et stratifié de façon à former ainsi un élément de caoutchouc. Lors de l'achèvement de la formation de l'élément de caoutchouc, le capuchon (11) et les moyens de collage (20) sont rapprochés l'un de l'autre par déplacement de l'extrudeuse (10), et l'extrusion de caoutchouc par l'extrudeuse (10) est arrêtée dans cet état. Le caoutchouc en forme de ruban (G) entre le capuchon (11) et les moyens de collage (20) est tiré étant donné qu'il est collé au support (2) par les moyens de collage (20), et coupé par déchirure entre ceux-ci.
