Abstract

 より正確なチャネル推定値の算出を可能とする新規のパイロット送信方法、当該パイロット送信方法を用いるMIMO送信装置、及び当該MIMO送信装置と通信を行うMIMO受信装置。MIMO送信装置(100)では、パイロット送信制御部(170)の制御によって位相調整処理部(130-1、130-2)が、並列パイロット信号に対して位相調整係数群を乗算することにより、パイロットの送信タイミングを調整する。パイロット送信制御部(170)は、パイロットの送信タイミングに従った複数の送信アンテナの順番を、偶数サブキャリアグループと奇数サブキャリアグループとで異ならせる。受信側では、送信アンテナ及びサブキャリアグループの各組み合わせにごとにパス間干渉の影響を受けていないパスを抽出し、これに基づきチャネル推定値を算出することにより、チャネル推定精度を向上することができる。
