Abstract

【課題】地震や風等の外乱により高層建築物の各層の上下梁等に生じた水平方向の変位を直接的に利用でき、簡単な構造で、摩擦面への加圧力の低下をも抑制し、当初の摩擦減衰力を維持可能な壁型摩擦ダンパを提供する。 【解決手段】水平及び鉛直方向に所定の間隔で、各々水平方向に延設された複数の長孔を有し、下部材3より鉛直方向に立設された可動板11、13、15と、可動板に配された長孔位置に対峙する位置に穿設された複数の丸孔を有し、上部材2より鉛直方向に垂設された固定板4、6、8と、可動板と固定板とに挟まれ、滑り材25と相手材26とからなる摩擦部材と、可動板に設けられた複数の長孔の各々と、各々の長孔と相対向する、可動板に穿設された丸孔の各々とを貫通するPC鋼棒31と、締付ナット32とからなり、下部材と上部材との水平方向の相対変形により、摩擦部材の滑り材と相手材とが摩擦摺動する壁型摩擦ダンパ1。
