为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供了一种文件传输系统和方法, 以及在上述文件传输系统中使用的文件中转策略服务器和 IM服务器, 应用本发明所述的文件传输系统和方法即使在作为文件接收终端的移 动用户尚未登录 IM系统的情况下也能将文件从已登陆 IM系统的移动终 端传输到该作为文件接收终端的移动终端。
本发明实施例所述的文件传输系统包括: 文件发送终端、 文件接收 终端、 即时通信 IM服务器、 文件中转策略服务器以及文件中继服务器; 其中,
IM服务器在收到文件中转策略服务器的查询请求后,查询文件接收 终端在 IM系统中开通的业务,并将查询结果返回文件中转策略服务器; 文件中转策略服务器向 IM服务器查询文件接收终端在 IM系统中开 通的业务, 确定文件传输方式, 并将文件发送终端上传的待传输文件转 发到与所确定文件传输方式对应的文件中继服务器;
文件中继服务器按照自身的文件传输协议将从文件中转策略服务器 接收的待传输文件发送到文件接收终端。
本发明实施例所述的文件传输方法包括:
接收文件接收终端的标识信息以及待传输文件的属性信息; 发送携带文件接收终端的标识信息的查询请求到即时通信 IM服务 器, 查询文件接收终端在 IM系统中开通的业务;
根据待传输文件的属性信息以及 IM服务器返回的该文件接收终端 在 IM系统中开通的业务确定文件传输方式;
接收待传输文件; 以及
将所述待传输文件及文件接收终端的标识信息转发到与所确定文件 传输方式对应的文件中继服务器。
本发明实施例所述的文件中转策略服务器包括:
用户接口模块, 用于接收文件接收终端的标识信息以及待传输文件 的属性信息, 及接收文件发送终端上传的待传输文件;
业务查询模块, 用于发送携带文件接收终端的标识信息的查询请求 到即时通信 IM服务器, 查询文件接收终端在 IM系统中开通的业务; 文件传输模式确定模块, 用于根据待传输文件的属性信息以及业务 查询模块接收的 IM服务器返回的该文件接收终端在 IM系统中开通的业 务确定文件传输方式; 文件转发模块, 用于将用户接口模块接收的待传输文件及文件接收 终端的标识信息转发到与文件传输模式确定模块确定的文件传输方式 对应的文件中继服务器。
本发明实施例所述的 IM服务器, 包括: 业务查询模块, 用于在收 到文件中转策略服务器的查询请求后, 查询文件接收终端在 IM系统中 开通的业务, 并将查询结果返回文件中转策略服务器。
由上述可以看出, 本发明所提供的文件传输方法没有限制文件接收 终端必须已登录 IM系统, 在文件接收终端没有登录 IM系统的情况下, 文件发送终端仍能将文件先发送到 IM系统的文件中转策略服务器, 由 该服务器将文件转发到适当的文件中继服务器上, 由文件中继服务器利 用自身配置的文件传输方式将文件通过移动通信系统传输到作为文件 接收终端的移动终端, 从而大大方便了移动用户进行文件传输, 增强了 移动用户使用移动 IM业务的体验。 附图简要说明

为使本发明的目的、 技术方案更加清楚明白, 以下参照附图并举实 施例, 对本发明做进一步详细说明。 图 1为应用移动 IM技术的移动通信系统的筒化结构示意图。如图 1 所示, 该移动通信系统包括: 至少两个通过移动 IM技术进行即时通信 的移动终端, 例如移动终端 A和移动终端 B , 以及位于固网的 IM月良务 器。上述移动终端 A和移动终端 B分别通过自身的移动通信系统接入到 位于固网的 IM服务器上, 通过该 IM服务器传递即时消息。 另外, 为了 实现移动通信用户之间的文件传输, 例如: 图片文件、 声音文件、 视频 文件以及文本文件等等多种类型文件的传输, 除了 IM服务器之外, 上 述应用移动 IM技术的移动通信系统还应当包括一个文件中转服务器, 用于在进行即时通信的移动终端之间,例如在图 1所示的移动终端 A和 移动终端 B之间, 传输上述各种类型的文件。
图 1所示移动通信系统中的移动终端通过 IM系统传输文件的过程 主要包括: 作为文件发送终端的移动终端先通过 IM服务器与作为文件 接收终端的移动终端交互建立连接的各种信息, 例如: 文件中转服务器 的地址信息, 包括因特网 (IP )地址和端口号; 文件中转服务器上记录 的房间信息, 包括房间号, 房间密钥等等; 然后, 再通过上述文件中转 服务器传输文件。
下面将结合图 1所示的移动通信系统筒要说明移动终端 A向移动终 端 B传输文件的过程, 该过程主要包括:
1 )移动终端 A通过 IM服务器向移动终端 B发送传输文件请求;
2 )移动终端 B接收该传输文件请求后, 通过 IM服务器向移动终端 A返回确认,表明移动终端 B已经收到移动终端 A发送的传输文件请求;
3 )移动终端 B 向文件中转服务器开房间, 就是在文件中转服务器 的数据库中增加一个房间记录, 该记录中包含有为该房间记录分配的房 间信息(包括房间号码以及房间密钥) 以及文件发送终端即移动终端 A 的标识信息, 然后将文件中转服务器的地址信息, 以及所分配的房间信 息通过 IM服务器传给移动终端 A;
4 )移动终端 A通过所接收的文件中转服务器的地址信息访问文件 中转服务器, 并根据所接收的房间信息与文件中转服务器上对应的房间 记录建立联系;
5 )文件中转服务器通知移动终端 A和移动终端 B开始传输文件;
6 )移动终端 A发送文件到文件中转服务器;
7 )文件中转服务器接收文件,并将所接收的文件转发到移动终端 B。 从上述文件传输过程可以看出, 在现阶段, 只有在进行文件传输的 两个移动用户均已通过移动终端登录 IM系统之后, 才能在这两个移动 终端之间实现文件的传输, 也就是说, 通过移动 IM技术实现文件传输 的前提条件就是进行文件传输的移动终端应当均已登录 IM系统, 即处 于 IM系统的在线状态。 然而, 在实际应用中, 4艮多情况下进行文件传 输的移动用户不一定同时处于 IM系统的在线状态, 例如, 在文件发送 终端欲传送文件给文件接收终端时, 文件接收终端可能并没有登陆 IM 系统, 即处于 IM系统的离线状态,这样将导致 IM系统无法将文件成功 传输到文件接收终端, 因而极大地降低了用户使用移动 IM业务传输文 件的体验, 也极大限制了移动 IM业务在移动通信系统中的应用。
为了解决现有技术中文件传输过程存在的问题, 本发明的实施例提 供了一种文件传输系统, 即使在作为文件接收终端的移动终端没有登陆 IM系统的情况下, 已登录 IM系统的移动终端仍能将文件传送给该作为 文件接收终端的移动终端。
图 2为本实施例所述的文件传输系统的内部结构示意图。 从图 2可 以看出, 在本实施例中, 所述文件传输系统主要包括: 进行文件传输的 移动终端, IM服务器, 文件中转策略服务器和文件中继服务器。
其中,进行文件传输的移动终端包括作为文件发送终端的已登陆 IM 系统的移动终端和作为文件接收终端的尚未登陆 IM系统的移动终端。 为了描述方便, 下文将分别使用文件发送终端和文件接收终端来代表上 本实施例中, 在文件发送终端欲传输文件给文件接收终端时, 将首 先查询文件接收终端的状态, 即是否登录了 IM系统, 若已经登录了 IM 系统, 则利用现有的文件传输方法将文件传输给文件接收终端。 若文件 接收终端没有登录 IM系统,则文件发送终端首先将向 IM服务器发送离 线文件传输请求, 以获取文件中转策略服务器的地址信息, 至少包括其 IP地址和端口号。 然后, 文件发送终端根据所接收的文件中转策略服务 器的地址信息与文件中转策略服务器建立连接 , 将文件接收终端的标识 信息以及待传输文件的属性信息发送给文件中转策略服务器, 其中, 上 述文件接收终端的标识信息包括: 文件接收终端的 IM号码 UIN或者文 件接收终端的移动电话号码;待传输文件的属性信息包括:文件的类型、 大小以及名称等。 此后, 文件接收终端再根据文件中转策略服务器的提 示选择适合的文件传输方式, 并将所选择的文件传输方式和待传输文件 发送给文件中转策略服务器, 其中, 文件传输方式可以包括多种实现文 件传输的方式, 例如多媒体短消息 (MMS ) 方式, 电子邮件(email ) 方式业务或文件传输协议(FTP ) 方式等等。 最后, 文件中转策略服务 器将接收的待传输文件以及文件接收终端的标识信息转发到与文件发 送终端所反馈的文件传输方式对应的文件中继服务器, 由该文件中继服 务器通过自身的文件传输方式将待传输文件发送给文件接收终端。 需要 说明的是, 如果文件发送终端已知中转策略服务器的地址信息, 则无需 向 IM服务器请求中转策略服务器的地址信息, 而可以直接与文件中转 策略服务器建立连接, 将文件接收终端的标识信息以及待传输文件的属 性信息发送给文件中转策略服务器。 具体而言,本实施例所述的 IM服务器除了完成现有所有的 IM功能 之外, 还进一步用于实现如下功能:
首先, 接收来自文件发送终端的离线文件传输请求, 并将中转策略 服务器的地址信息, 包括 IP地址和端口号, 返回文件发送终端;
其次, 接收来自文件中转策略服务器的查询请求, 根据所述查询请 求中携带的文件接收终端的标识信息,例如文件接收终端的 IM号码 UIN 或移动电话号码, 查询该文件接收终端在 IM系统中开通的业务, 例如, MMS业务, email业务或 FTP业务等, 并将查询结果返回文件中转策略 服务器。 需要说明的是, 如果查询请求中携带的文件接收终端的标识信 息仅包括文件接收终端的移动电话号码, 则需要文件接收终端预先开通 了将其移动电话号码与自身 IM号码绑定的业务, 这样, IM服务器在接 收端文件接收终端的移动电话号码之后, 即可以得到其 IM号码, 从而 进一步根据文件接收终端的 IM号码查询对应该 IM号码的即时通信用户 在 IM系统中开通的业务。
本实施例所述的文件中转策略服务器用于接收文件发送终端发送的 文件接收终端的标识信息以及待传输文件的属性信息, 并根据接收的文 件接收终端的标识信息, 如文件接收终端的 IM号码 UIN或移动电话号 码, 发送携带文件接收终端的标识信息的查询请求到 IM服务器, 查询 文件接收终端在 IM系统中开通的业务; 然后, 再根据待传输文件的属 性信息以及 IM服务器返回的该文件接收终端在 IM系统中开通的业务生 成文件传输方式列表并发送到文件发送终端供发送方移动用户从中选 择一种文件传输方式; 最后, 将从文件发送终端接收的待传输文件以及 文件接收终端的标识信息转发到与文件发送终端所反馈的文件传输方 式对应的文件中继服务器。 除了待传输文件以及文件接收终端的标识信 息之外, 文件中转策略服务器还可以进一步将文件发送终端的标识信息 也发送到与所确定文件传输方式对应的文件中继服务器, 以通知文件接 收终端文件发送终端的信息。
在实际应用中, 为了筒化文件发送终端与文件中转测量服务器之间 的交互流程, 文件中转策略服务器在获得文件接收终端在 IM系统中开 通的业务后, 可以直接根据文件的类型以及文件接收终端在 IM系统中 开头的业务直接选择一种适合的文件传输方式, 而不需要生成上述文件 传输方式列表, 也不需要由文件发送终端从所生成的列表中选择一种文 件传输方式。 例如, 若文件接收终端支持 MMS 方式、 email方式以及 FTP方式, 则对于图片、 语音以及视频文件, 可以确定通过 MMS方式 传输,对于其他类型的文件则可以确定通过 email方式或 FTP方式传输。 在这种情况下, 在文件中转策略服务器确定了文件传输方式之后, 将发 送文件传输请求到文件发送终端, 提示文件发送终端将待传输文件上传 到文件中转策略服务器, 再将接收的待传输文件, 文件发送终端的标识 信息以及文件接收终端的标识信息转发到与所确定的文件传输方式对 应的文件中继服务器。 此时, 文件发送终端也不需要选择文件传输的方 式, 而直接根据文件中转策略服务器的提示, 将待传输文件直接上传到 文件中转策略服务器即可。 又或者文件发送终端也可以在发送待传输文 件属性信息的同时将待传输文件上传到文件中转策略服务器, 这样, 在 文件中转策略服务器确定了文件传输方式之后就可以直接将待传输文 件转发到与所确定文件传输方式对应的文件中继服务器上了, 而不需要 请求文件发送终端上传待传输文件。
对于上述几种实施方式 , 若文件中转策略服务器在获知文件接收终 端在 IM系统开通的业务后发现没有适合的传输方式可以用于传输所述 待传输文件, 例如, 文件接收终端未在 IM系统中开通任何可以用于传 输文件的业务, 或者文件接收终端只开通了 MMS业务, 而待传输文件 的类型不能作为 MMS传输, 则文件中转策略服务器将向文件发送终端 返回文件传输失败的提示, 并可以进一步携带文件传输失败的原因。
本实施例所述的文件中继服务器包括现有移动通信系统中所有可以 传输文件的服务器, 例如 MMS服务器, email服务器以及 FTP服务器 等等。 在确定了文件传输方式之后, 文件中转策略服务器将选择与所确 定的文件传输方式对应的文件中继服务器来传输所述待传输文件。 例 如, 若确定采用 MMS方式传输所述待传输文件, 则文件中转策略服务 器将从文件发送终端接收的待传输文件, 文件发送终端的标识信息以及 文件接收终端的标识信息转发到 MMS服务器; 若确定采用 email方式 传输所述待传输文件, 则文件中转策略服务器将从文件发送终端接收的 待传输文件, 文件发送终端的标识信息以及文件接收终端的标识信息转 发到 email服务器; 若确定采用 FTP方式传输所述待传输文件, 则文件 中转策略服务器将从文件发送终端接收的待传输文件, 文件发送终端的 标识信息以及文件接收终端的标识信息转发到 FTP服务器.
上述这些文件中继服务器在接收到文件中转策略服务器转发的待传 输文件以及文件接收终端的标识信息后, 将根据文件接收终端的标识信 息按照自身的文件传输协议将待传输文件发送到文件接收终端。 若文件 中继服务器进一步接收到文件中转策略服务器转发的文件发送终端的 标识信息, 则将会进一步将接收到的文件发送终端的标识信息发给文件 接收终端, 以通知文件接收终端文件发送终端的信息。 具体来讲, 若采 用 MMS方式传输所述待传输文件, 则 MMS服务器将所接收的图片、 语音以及视频等文件承载在多媒体短消息中, 发送给文件接收终端; 若 采用 email方式传输所述待传输文件,则 email服务器将接收的待传输文 件作为 email的附件发送给文件接收终端; 若采用 FTP方式传输所述待 传输文件, 则 FTP服务器将与文件接收终端建立 FTP连接, 通过 FTP 方式将所接收的待传输文件发送给文件接收终端。
此后, 文件的接收方将会收到 MMS或者 email又或者 FTP连接请 求, 从而接收到文件发送终端传输的文件。
为了实现上述技术方案, 本发明的实施例还提供了一种中转策略服 务器, 其内部结构如图 3所示, 主要包括:
用户接口模块, 用于接收文件接收终端的标识信息以及待传输文件 的属性信息; 向文件发送终端输出文件传输方式列表, 并接收文件发送 终端返回的文件传输方式以及待传输文件;
业务查询模块, 用于发送携带文件接收终端的标识信息的查询请求 到 IM服务器, 查询文件接收终端在 IM系统中开通的业务;
文件传输模式确定模块, 用于根据待传输文件的属性信息以及业务 查询模块接收的 IM服务器返回的该文件接收终端在 IM系统中开通的业 务生成文件发送终端可以选择的文件传输方式列表, 并通过用户接口模 块发送到文件发送终端, 及通过用户接口模块接收移动用户选择的文件 传输模式; 或者在检测到没有可用的文件传输方式时, 提示文件发送终 端文件传输失败, 并可以进一步提示文件传输失败的原因;
文件转发模块, 用于将用户接口模块接收的待传输文件及文件接收 终端的标识信息转发到与文件传输模式确定模块确定的文件传输方式 对应的文件中继服务器。 文件转发模块还可以进一步将文件发送终端的 标识信息发送到对应的中继服务器, 以通知文件发送终端的信息。
作为替代方案, 上述文件传输模式确定模块可以直接根据待传输文 件的类型以及业务查询模块接收的 IM服务器返回的该文件接收终端在 IM 系统中开通的业务确定一种适合的文件传输方式, 并通过用户接口 模块提示用户上传待传输文件; 而在检测到没有用的文件传输方式时, 提示文件发送终端文件传输失败, 并可以进一步提示文件发送终端文件 传输失败的原因。 在这种情况下, 用户接口模块将不再向文件发送终端 输出文件传输方式列表, 也不再接收文件发送终端返回的文件传输方 式, 而仅提示文件发送终端上传待传输文件, 并接收其上传的待传输文 件, 又或者用户接口模块无需提示文件发送终端上传待传输文件, 而直 接接收文件发送终端上传的待传输文件。
本发明的实施例还提供了 IM服务器的内部结构, 除了实现现有 IM 服务器功能的功能模块之外, 本实施例中的 IM服务器还包括: 业务查 询模块, 用于在收到文件中转策略服务器的查询请求后, 查询文件接收 终端在 IM系统中开通的业务,并将查询结果返回文件中转策略服务器。 此外, 上述 IM服务器还可以进一步包括: 地址查询模块, 用于接收来 自文件发送终端的离线文件传输请求, 并将文件中转策略服务器的地址 信息发送到文件发送终端。
本发明的实施例还给出了在上述文件传输系统中进行文件传输的方 法, 该方法的主要过程如图 4所示。 下面将结合图 2和 4详细说明本实 施例所述的文件传输方法。
如图 4所示, 该文件传输方法主要包括:
步骤 401: 文件发送终端在查询得出文件接收终端处于离线状态后 向 IM服务器发送离线文件传输请求。
步骤 402: IM服务器收到所述离线文件传输请求之后, 向文件发送 终端返回文件中转决策服务器的 IP地址和端口号。
如前所述, 如果文件发送终端已知中转策略服务器的地址信息, 则 无需执行上述步骤 401和 402, 而可以直接执行如下的步骤 403。
步骤 403: 文件发送终端将所述文件的属性信息和文件接收终端的 地址信息发送给文件中转策略服务器。
步骤 404: 文件中转策略服务器接收到文件接收终端的地址信息之 后,向 IM服务器查询该文件接收终端在 IM服务器上开通的业务,例如 是否开通了 MMS业务、 email业务或者 FTP等可以用于传输文件的业 务, 然后再根据待传输文件的属性信息生成文件发送终端可以使用的文 件传输方式列表, 并提供给文件发送终端以供其选择。
步骤 405: 文件发送终端将所选择的传输文件的方式以及待传输的 文件发送给文件中转策略服务器。
在本步骤中, 用户可以选择通过 MMS方式, email方式或者 FTP 方式传输所述待传输文件。
如上所述, 作为第一种替代方案, 可以采用如下步骤 4041和 4051 作为上述步骤 404和 405的替代步骤:
步骤 4041 : 文件中转策略服务器接收到文件接收终端的地址信息之 后,向 IM服务器查询该文件接收终端在 IM服务器上开通的业务, 然后 再根据待传输文件的属性信息确定文件传输方式, 并提示文件发送终端 上传待传输文件;
步骤 4051: 文件发送终端将待传输的文件发送给文件中转策略服务 器。
作为第二种替代方案, 可以采用如下步骤 4032、 4042以及 4052作 为上述步骤 403~405的替代步骤:
步骤 4032: 文件发送终端将所述文件的属性信息、 文件接收终端的 地址信息以及待传输的文件发送给文件中转策略服务器;
步骤 4042: 文件中转策略服务器接收到文件接收终端的地址信息之 后,向 IM服务器查询该文件接收终端在 IM服务器上开通的业务, 然后 再根据待传输文件的属性信息确定文件传输方式;
步骤 4052: 文件发送终端将所选择的传输文件的方式以及待传输的 文件发送给文件中转策略服务器。 步骤 406: 文件中转策略服务器将待传输文件转发到与所确定文件 传输方式对应的文件中继服务器, 由所述文件中继服务器按照自身的文 件传输方式将所述待传输文件传输到文件接收终端。
在本步骤中, 若确定采用 MMS方式传输所述文件, 则文件中转策 略服务器将所述待传输文件转发到作为中继服务器的 MMS 服务器, MMS服务器将接收的图片、 语音以及视频等文件承载在多媒体短消息 中, 发送给文件接收终端; 若确定采用 email方式传输所述文件, 则文 件中转策略服务器将所述待传输文件转发到作为中继服务器的 email服 务器, email服务器将接收的待传输文件作为 email的附件发送给文件接 收终端; 若确定采用 FTP方式传输所述文件, 则文件中转策略服务器将 所述待传输文件转发到作为中继服务器的 FTP服务器, FTP服务器将与 文件接收终端建立 FTP连接,通过 FTP方式将所接收的待传输文件发送 给文件接收终端。 更进一步若文件中转策略服务器确定没有适合的文件 传输方式可供选择, 则将提示文件发送终端文件传输失败, 并可以进一 步提示文件发送终端文件传输失败的原因。
通过上述本发明实施例所述的文件传输系统和方法可以看出, 本发 明实施例所提供的文件传输系统及方法没有限制文件接收终端必须已 登录 IM系统, 也就是说, 在文件接收终端没有登录 IM系统的情况下, 文件发送终端仍能通过 IM系统以 MMS、 email或者 FTP等可以传输文 件的方式将文件发送给文件的接收方, 大大方便了移动用户进行文件传 输, 增强了移动 IM业务的体验。

权利要求书
1、 一种文件传输系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 文件发送终端、 文件 接收终端、 即时通信 IM服务器、 文件中转策略服务器以及文件中继服 务器; 其中,
IM服务器在收到文件中转策略服务器的查询请求后, 查询文件接 收终端在 IM系统中开通的业务, 并将查询结果返回文件中转策略服务 器;
文件中转策略服务器向 IM服务器查询文件接收终端在 IM系统中开 通的业务, 确定文件传输方式, 并将文件发送终端上传的待传输文件转 发到与所确定文件传输方式对应的文件中继服务器;
文件中继服务器按照自身的文件传输协议将从文件中转策略服务 器接收的待传输文件发送到文件接收终端。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 IM服务器进一 步用于接收来自文件发送终端的萬线文件传输请求, 并将文件中转策略 服务器的地址信息发送到文件发送终端。
3、 根据权利要求 1 所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述文件中转策略 服务器进一步用于根据从文件发送终端接收的待传输文件的属性信息 以及 IM服务器返回的文件接收终端在 IM系统中开通的业务生成文件传 输方式列表, 将生成的文件传输方式列表发送到文件发送终端供其从中 选择一种文件传输方式, 并根据文件发送终端的选择结果确定文件传输 方式。
4、 根据权利要求 1 所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述文件中转策略 服务器进一步用于在确定没有可用的文件传输方式时, 提示文件发送终 端文件传输失败。
5、 根据权利要求 1 所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述文件中继服务 器包括:
多媒体短消息 MMS服务器, 用于将从文件中转策略服务器接收的 待传输文件作为 MMS发送到文件接收终端; 和 /或
电子邮件 email服务器, 用于将从文件中转策略服务器接收的待传 输文件作为电子邮件的附件发送到文件接收终端; 和 /或
多媒体短消息 FTP服务器,用于与文件接收终端建立 FTP连接,通 过 FTP方式将从文件中转策略服务器接收的待传输文件发送到文件接 收终端。
6、 一种文件中转策略服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
用户接口模块, 用于从文件发送终端接收文件接收终端的标识信 息、 待传输文件的属性信息及待传输文件;
业务查询模块, 用于发送携带文件接收终端标识信息的查询请求到 即时通信 IM服务器, 查询文件接收终端在 IM系统中开通的业务; 文件传输模式确定模块, 用于根据待传输文件的属性信息以及由业 务查询模块接收的 IM服务器返回的文件接收终端在 IM系统中开通的业 务确定文件传输方式;
文件转发模块, 用于将用户接口模块接收的待传输文件及文件接收 终端的标识信息转发到与文件传输模式确定模块确定的文件传输方式 对应的文件中继服务器。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的文件中转策略服务器, 其特征在于, 所 述文件传输模式确定模块进一步用于根据待传输文件的属性信息以及 业务查询模块接收的 IM服务器返回的该文件接收终端在 IM系统中开通 的业务生成文件发送终端可以选择的文件传输方式列表, 通过用户接口 模块发送到文件发送终端供文件发送终端从中选择一种文件传输方式, 并根据文件发送终端的选择结果确定文件传输方式。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的文件中转策略服务器, 其特征在于, 所 述文件传输模式确定模块进一步用于在确定没有可用的文件传输方式 时, 提示文件发送终端文件传输失败。
9、 一种即时通信 IM服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
业务查询模块, 用于在收到文件中转策略服务器的查询请求后, 查 询文件接收终端在 IM系统中开通的业务, 并将查询结果返回文件中转 策略服务器。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的 IM服务器, 其特征在于, 进一步包括: 地址查询模块, 用于接收来自文件发送终端的萬线文件传输请求, 并将文件中转策略服务器的地址信息发送到文件发送终端。
11、 一种文件传输方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
从文件的发送终端接收文件接收终端的标识信息、 待传输文件的属 性信息及待传输文件;
发送携带文件接收终端的标识信息的查询请求到即时通信 IM服务 器, 查询文件接收终端在 IM系统中开通的业务;
根据待传输文件的属性信息以及 IM服务器返回的文件接收终端在 IM系统中开通的业务确定文件传输方式; 以及
将所述待传输文件及文件接收终端的标识信息转发到与所确定文 件传输方式对应的文件中继服务器, 由所述文件中继服务器将所述待传 输文件转发到文件接收终端。
12、 根据权利要求 11 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据待传输 文件的属性信息以及 IM服务器返回的该文件接收终端在 IM系统中开通 的业务确定文件传输方式包括:
根据待传输文件的属性信息以及 IM服务器返回的该文件接收终端 在 IM系统中开通的业务生成文件传输方式列表;
将所生成的文件传输方式列表发送到文件发送终端, 供文件发送终 端从中选择一种文件传输方式; 以及
根据文件发送终端的选择结果确定文件传输方式。
13、 根据权利要求 11 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 进一步包括: 在 确定没有可用的文件传输方式时, 提示文件发送终端文件传输失败。
