Abstract

An assembly structure of a gas cylinder valve for adjusting chair seat height is disclosed. The valve is installed in the inside of the gas cylinder of a chair. The structure is installed in the valve and controls the up/down sliding motion of the opening-closing pin and the gas flow through the gas flow passage. The first locking groove and the first locking protrusion are formed at the lower portion of the valve body. The cap is coupled to the valve body and horizontally supports the pin guide and O-rings, which are installed in the inside of the valve body in which a guide for the opening-closing pin is installed. The second locking protrusion and the second locking groove are compulsorily coupled to each other. Therefore, the assembly structure of the gas cylinder valve can prevent the valve body from fissuring, compared to the conventional valve assembly structure where the valve is assembled with the valve body by a caulking operation. Also, the assembly structure provides a gas sealing force that can adjust and maintain the seat height according to a user's sitting state. Furthermore, the assembly structure can prevent the quality deterioration of the gas cylinder applied to a chair.
