Abstract

Provided is a cell separation device whereby a required amount of normal cells can be transplanted immediately after concentration. A cell separation device (1) comprising a decomposing section (2) for decomposing a body tissue to form a cell suspension having isolated cells, a cell concentrating section (3) for centrifuging the cell suspension formed above to concentrate the cells, and a cell transferring path (6) for transferring the cell suspension from the decomposing section (2) to the cell concentrating section, wherein a sample port (17) from which a portion of the cell suspension under transfer can be taken out is provided at a position along the preceding cell transferring path (6).
