Abstract
In a method for transporting a processing solution (2) comprising the steps of reducing the pressure in an airtight tank (11) of a degassing apparatus (1) charged with the processing solution (2), thus degassing the processing solution (2) and then transporting the degassed processing solution (2) to an airtight tank (31) of a buffer tank (3) coupled with the airtight tank (11) through a coupling pipe (4), viscosity of the processing solution (2) is in the range of 100-10,000 mPa·s and difference of the pressure in the airtight tank (11) and the pressure in the airtight tank (31) and the coupling pipe (4) is set in the range of 1-50 kPa during transportation of the processing solution (2).
