Abstract

 耐光性、検出精度に優れ、かつ非侵襲性が高く、毒性懸念がない腫瘍等の生体疾患組織の検査を可能とする、近赤外波長領域で蛍光を発するIV族量子ドットを光学的検出用標識剤として含むインビボ蛍光検査用組成物を提供する。更に、それを用いた乳癌組織の検査方法、及び生体疾患組織のイメージング観察方法を提供する。本発明のインビボ蛍光検査用組成物は、生体疾患組織のインビボ蛍光検査に使用されるインビボ蛍光検査用組成物であって、350~1200nmから選択される励起波長の電磁波照射による局部励起に基づき、近赤外波長領域で蛍光を発するIV族量子ドットを、光学的検出用標識剤として、含有することを特徴とする。
