A lamp of select button is turned on if the controller recognizes that the amount of entered coin or bill is more than the set amount of product. If the amount of entered coin or bill is less than the set amount, controller returns to the standby mode. If the customers or users select the product they want when the amount of entered coin or bill is more than the set amount of product, container is provided. The content is filled or provided in this phase. The cap is combined into the container containing the content after being controlled by the product controller. Finally, product is discharged through the outlet. The vending machine is designed to provide the product through above procedures. Description
TITLE Secondary Material Storage Chamber System for the Vending Machine
TECHNICAL FIELD [ 1 ] This invention is on the secondary material storage chamber system for the vending machine.
[2 ] This invention is on the vending machine designed to fill the container with water and then discharge the product through the outlet after combining the cap into the container containing the secondary material when the customers or users selects the product they want.
Background Technologies
[ 3 ] The existing vending machines, invented based on the conventional technologies, are designed to optionally provide the finished product containing the content or discharge the product through the outlet after filling the empty container with content selected by the customers.
Detailed Descriptions of Invention Technical Problems
[4 ] When the customer or user puts the coin or bill in a slot of existing vending machine, coin or bill sensor returns the entered coin or bill if the bill or coin is rejected and displays the amount of coin or bill in the display screen if the entered coin or bill is accepted and then a lamp of select button is turned on if the controller recognizes that the amount of entered coin or bill is more than the set amount of product. If the amount of entered coin or bill is less than the set amount, controller returns to the standby mode. The customer or user must put more coin or bill or get a refund by pressing the refund button at this time. The vending machine is designed to be operated according to above operating principle.
[5] As previously stated, existing vending machine is just means of providing the selected products under the unmanned condition. However, the existing vending machine is not equipped with special function. For an example, the storage capacity of vending machine is limited because of limited space, so lots of management expenses are required.
[6] The central computer center collects the signals sent from each operator when the sensor mounted in the vending machine sends a signal to enable an operator stationed in the specific area to check the
stock of product provided in the vending machine under the intention of saving the management expenses of vending machine, and if the stock is lacked in the vending machine installed in the specific area, management center supplies the lacked stock when receiving the message requesting the supply of product from each vending machine. The lacked product or stock is supplied through this operating system. However, this kind of system is designed focused on stable supply of product and security instead of increasing the storage capacity of vending machine. [7] The coffee vending machine is designed to store lots of empty cups by storing the cups in many layers in the limited space. If the customers or users press the button after putting the coin or bill in the slot of coffee vending machine and selecting the coffee they want, empty cup is positioned in the outlet and hot water stored in the hot water tank is sent to the mix tray via a hot water supply valve and pipe after being mixed with liquid coffee, sugar and cream. However, this technology or system is somewhat universal technology or system.
[8] The existing vending machine shows a defect of limited storage capacity. The vending machine designed to sell the product contained in a cup enables its user to store lots of products. However, its mix
tray and supply pipe are exposed to air all the times, so this vending machine is unsanitary. Many technical trials such as system designed to wash the supply pipe or heating means have been attempted under the intention of solving the unsanitary problem. However, these trials do not guarantee the basic solution. For the details, refer to the Korean patent No. 10-2004-57373.
[9] Recently, another system, designed to put the content in the pouch container and discharge the content when selected by the customer or user, is developed and commercialized for preventing the sugar or cream from being solidified in the supply pipe and bacteria from being multiplied. However, this system does not suggest the essential alternative. On the other hand, this invention is made to solve above problems.
How to Technically Solve the Problems
[ 10] The vending machine is designed to provide the beverage or liquor by combining the cap after putting the content in the container. When the customer or user puts the coin or bill in a slot of vending machine, coin or bill sensor returns the entered coin or bill if the bill or coin is rejected and displays the amount of coin or bill in the display
screen if the entered coin or bill is accepted and then a lamp of select button is turned on if the controller recognizes that the amount of entered coin or bill is more than the set amount of product. If the amount of entered coin or bill is less than the set amount, control section returns to the standby mode. The customer or user must put more coin or bill or get a refund by pressing the refund button at this time. If the amount of entered coin or bill is less than the set amount (43), controller returns to the standby mode (10). If the customers or users select the product they want (60) when the amount of entered coin or bill is more than the set amount of product (42), container (310) is provided. The content is filled or provided in this phase. The cap (320) is combined into the container (310) containing the content after being controlled by the product controller (70). Finally, product (300) is discharged through the outlet (80). The vending machine is designed to provide the product through above procedures.
[29] Once the product (300) is completely provided in above procedures, a lamp of select button (50) is turned on if the amount of entered coin or bill is more than the set amount (91) after comparing the balance and set amount (90), and if the amount of entered coin or bill is less than the set amount (92), controller returns to the standby mode (10). This procedure is controlled by the controller (41). As previously stated, this invention may be applied to the diverse systems. However, this invention, vending machine, is designed to produce and
provide the product (300) by finishing the cap (320) containing the content using the mini capper, a series of machinery, after filling the empty container (310) with content. The product (300) selecting and providing procedures may be applied to the diverse programs and functions. This is main purpose of this invention.
[30] This invention may be differently explained by referring to the figure 2 as follows: Above container (310), cup, stored in many layers, is designed to be easily controlled by the product controller. The customers or users select the product out of hot or cold products (255). The content (310) is provided to the container. The content is provided to the container from the hot and cold water tank or pouch type container (252) via a hot and cold water pipe (254) (253).
[31 ] After the container is provided by the product selector (250) and content is provided to the container (253), product controller (256) provides the secondary material cap (257) and combines the cap into the container using a series of machinery (258) and then product is provided via a product outlet. The customer or user may select the hot or cold product as per the needs (255).
[32] The content contained in the pouch type container (310) is discharged via a discharge pipe under the sanitary condition. Above
pouch type containers of more than one are connected through the parallel or series connection. Above pouch type container is stored at cold temperature.
[33] The content stored in above pouch type container is discharged through the cold and hot water pipe. Above pouch type container is designed as the transparent type pouch container or aluminum germfree type pouch container. While the thickness of transparent type pouch container made of nylon and plastic must be above 10 micron, one of opaque type pouch container made of aluminum must be above 7 micron. However, If above pouch container is manufactured with heatproof film, it is suitable for the heatproof system.

Above spout is designed to open the content of pouch container by pushing the closing section back when the connection valve (pipe or hose) is connected. You are recommended to design above spout not to be returned to its original position for preventing the reuse.
[35] A sensor designed to detect the weight of content by detecting the weight or water level is installed in above pouch container. The information detected by above sensor is displayed on the display screen of vending machine or sent to the central computer center. The
content contained in above pouch container is discharged either by the gravity or motor.
[36] A vacuum preventing system playing the role of preventing the vacuum is installed in above pouch container when discharging the content. Above vacuum preventing system located in the outlet of pouch container forms an integral structure of spout.
[37] You may put the liquid or mineral water or liquor in above container. Also, you may put the ice in above container together with liquid via a controller. [38] The figure 3 shows that the cap (320) is combined into above container (310) either by using the additional connector or the press system called as the capper and designed to move up and down.
[39] As previously explained, above container (310) may be manufactured using the injection method or blow molding method. In detail, above container may be manufactured using the multi-layer method. Also, the container (310) manufactured by the injection method may be manufactured using the mold label method. For your reference, Above cap (320) includes the secondary material storage chamber (321). Above secondary material storage chamber (321) is equipped with diverse types of receiving sections (322). If you open or
touch above secondary material storage chamber (321), content contained in the receiving section (322) is dropped and mixed in the storage space (311) located inside the container (310) via a drop space (323). This invention is designed to be operated as above in principle. However, above cap (320) and secondary material storage chamber (321) guarantees the diverse design changes without being limited to the specific technical design order.
[40] In addition, above container (310) may be manufactured with transparent material for the identification of content or content contained in the cap (320), or above container may be manufactured in the form of carton pack or tetra pack, or above container may be manufactured as the foldable type. Above foldable type container may be used as the spout pouch container.

The cap is combined into the container containing the content after being controlled by the product controller. Finally, product is discharged through the outlet. The vending machine, this invention, is designed to provide the product through above procedures.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY [51 ] As previously Stated, this invention is applicable to the widely spread unmanned sales business. If the existing vending machine is modified a little, this vending machine may be commercialized in many areas. In addition, the vending machine designed and developed based on this invention has an excellent feature enabling its user to purchase and drink the hot and cold beverage at cheap price at any times in the area where the vending machine is installed.
