Abstract

 携帯性、分析時間の短縮、求められる試薬の少量化、及び高い再現性をもつ並行自動化といった利点を有するマイクロ流体による平面脂質二重膜アレイ及びその平面脂質二重膜を用いた分析方法を提供する。  マイクロ流体による平面脂質二重膜アレイにおいて、予め水中に浸して水で飽和させたマイクロ流体による平面脂質二重膜アレイ(PDMS装置)1であって、この平面脂質二重膜アレイ1が、送液口に接続され、並列に配置されるマイクロチャネル2と、このマイクロチャネル2の両側部に開口を有するマイクロチャンバー3とを具備する。
